Gambling is not only prohibited by Islamic law but gambling is also prohibited by law. Online gambling in Indonesia has a widespread, deep and pervasive impact, like an octopus. The dangers of gambling grip various aspects of individual and societal life, creating complex and layered problems. From financial and mental health losses to family breakdown and increased crime.Online gambling is the act of gambling carried out online via a website or application that provides gambling content. Please note that online gambling is an act that is prohibited based on the provisions in Article 27 paragraph (2) of the ITE Law, namely that every person intentionally and without right distributes and/or transmits and/or makes accessible electronic information and/or electronic documents containing content. Gambling.The largest online gambling market in the world with gross online gambling revenue globally is estimated to reach US$102 billion or the equivalent of IDR 1,563.35 trillion in 2021 (exchange rate IDR 15,327/US$).The UK is recorded as the largest online gambling market in the world with revenues of US$12.48 billion, the United States (US) with revenues of US$10.96 billion, and Australia US$6.55 billion. Meanwhile, the largest online gambling players in Indonesia are in the West Java region, estimated at 535,644 people, with transactions of IDR 3.8 trillion, DKI Jakarta, with 238,568 players with transactions of IDR 2.3 trillion, Central Java has 201,963 players with transactions of IDR 1.3 trillion. Trillion, Banten 150,302 players with transactions of IDR 1.02 trillion, and East Java 135,227 players with transactions of IDR 1.05 trillion.The dangers of Gambling in terms of increased crime, many individuals are trapped in huge debts due to gambling which triggers and spurs them to turn to criminal acts such as theft, fraud, and even violence to earn money, creating an unsafe social environment.

Effective tourism information management is very important in supporting the promotion of tourist destinations and improving tourist experiences. This article discusses the development of a web-based Tourism Information System using the Agile method. This system is designed to provide comprehensive and real-time information about tourist destinations, including descriptions of places, facilities, event schedules, as well as reviews and ratings from visitors. The Agile method was chosen because of its flexibility which allows system development to be carried out iteratively and incrementally, involving user feedback at each stage of the development cycle. The development process starts from planning, followed by iteration which includes design, development, testing, and review. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Agile method in developing a web-based Tourism Information System can increase development efficiency and system quality.

This research aims to develop an efficient battery monitoring system using the ESP8266 module and INA219 sensor. Monitoring the battery condition effectively is crucial in various applications, especially in portable systems or isolated systems where real-time supervision is required. The method used in this research is the utilization of the ESP8266 module as the main microcontroller connected to the INA219 sensor to monitor the battery voltage, current, and power in real-time. The data obtained by the INA219 sensor is transmitted through the WiFi network managed by ESP8266 to a server or monitoring platform accessible to users via Blynk a web-based application or mobile application. The test results show that the system is capable of providing accurate information about the battery condition, including the charge level, usage current, and potential issues such as overcharge or undercharge. The implementation of this system is expected to be applicable in various applications, including renewable energy systems, portable devices, and electric vehicles, to improve battery performance and safety. The INA219 module as a voltage and current sensor found a voltage reading error percentage with a range of 0%-0.66% and an average of 0.18%. For readings at current with an error range of 0.91%-7.57%. For internal resistance readings which are calculated based on dividing the clamp voltage value by the circuit current, an error range of 0.04% -30.36% is found.

This research method examines the application of the Agile Scrum method in designing the research permit information system at Bakesbangpol Central Lombok. The Agile method was chosen because of its ability to accommodate rapid change and increase collaboration between the development team and stakeholders. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. The system development process starts from needs analysis, design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), to implementation and testing. The research results show that the Agile Scrum method is effective in increasing the efficiency and quality of the information system being developed. The implementation of this web-based information system is expected to speed up the process of issuing research permits and improve services at Bakesbangpol Central Lombo

Sustainable agriculture faces a major challenge in maintaining the availability and efficient use of fertilizers. Information technology, particularly web applications, has the potential to optimize fertilizer stock management, improve productivity, and enhance household food security for farmers. This study aims to analyze how web technology can improve the efficiency of fertilizer stock management in sustainable agricultural practices. Through literature review and interviews with stakeholders, this research identifies the benefits of web technology in fertilizer stock management, such as improved accuracy in demand forecasting, minimized stock losses, and increased timeliness in fertilizer distribution. The results show that web-based information systems can integrate production data, stock, and fertilizer needs, facilitating decision-making and supporting real-time fertilizer distribution. The implementation of this technology provides significant benefits for farmers, web technology developers, and policymakers, and contributes to efficient and environmentally friendly sustainable agricultural practices.

This research aims to develop and implement a web application for incoming and outgoing mail management at SMK Negeri 4. Efficient mail management is a critical aspect of school administration, but it is often constrained by manual systems that are prone to errors and inefficiencies. The development methodology uses the Waterfall model, including the stage of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application is designed with key features including digital record-keeping, archiving, searching, and mail status tracking. The test results show that this application is able to significantly improve the efficiency of mail management, reduce the risk of document loss, and speed up the mail search process. The implementation of this application results in improved school administration performance, with faster mail processing times and higher management accuracy. This research contributes to the modernization of the school administration system and can be a model for similar implementation in other educational institutions.

Thesis at the Wira Wacana Christian University Sumba Animal Husbandry Study Program involves the stages of submitting a title, registering for a proposal exam, and a thesis exam. This process currently uses Google Forms, with result announcements via WhatsApp, creating inconsistencies and taking a long time. Changing the thesis title requires additional steps, such as students having to come to campus to remove the old title after it is rejected. Challenges also arise in tracking the frequency of tutoring, especially with large student numbers. This research aims to develop an effective solution by applying the Extreme Programming (XP) method in developing web-based applications. Based on the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, this application received a usability score of 80.2%, making it suitable for use. The successful implementation of this web application makes a positive contribution in improving the quality and efficiency of thesis management in the Wira Wacana Christian University Sumba Animal Husbandry Study Program.

In the digital era, efficient office administration management is crucial to supporting organizational productivity and transparency. This article discusses the development of a webbased incoming and outgoing mail application designed to automate the mail management process in government institutions or companies. This application was developed using modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and uses a MySQL database for data storage. The research method used is the Waterfall software development model which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The conclusion of this research is that the development of web-based incoming and outgoing mail applications can make a significant contribution to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of mail administration in organizations.

Waste Bank is an institution that plays an important role in waste management. Kedungmaling village is a village located in Mojokerto district, East Java province, Kedungmaling Waste Bank was established in 2019 and its head is the PKK organization of Kedungmaling village. Some research has been conducted with a case study of a Waste Bank to improve the performance of waste banks that still carry out their business processes conventionally. Most previous research focused on making waste bank applications but still used Kotlin programming language and fire base web service as the database. This research uses the React Native framework to create mobile applications and uses the Rest API as a database. The application design uses the SDLC method with a waterfall model. Application testing using black box gets a percentage of 97% of 89 scenarios and Rest API testing assisted by the postman application gets a percentage of 100% of 94 scenarios. With this application, it can help officers in managing waste and facilitate customers in managing their balances.

This paper explores the Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) authentication mechanism enhanced with lightweight cryptographic algorithms, presenting it as an advanced solution to the limitations of traditional OTP systems. There are a lot of applications and systems where this mechanism is applied. For example, bank applications, e-commerce websites, access control system, healthcare system, etc. TOTP generates dynamic, time-sensitive passwords using the current time and a secret key processed through a cryptographic hash function, significantly improving security by reducing vulnerabilities to code reused and interception. The adoption of lightweight algorithms ensures that TOTP can be efficiently implemented on resource-constrained devices, such as those on the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem. Despite its benefits, TOTP faces challenges including synchronization issues between client devices and servers, and a trade-off between computational efficiency and security strength. This paper discusses the implications of these challenges and evaluates how TOTP, with appropriate design considerations, can provide a robust, secure, and efficient authentication method suitable for various applications, from digital banking to IoT environments.

Babycom, a company specializing in the sale of imported baby sandals, faces challenges in managing its inventory due to rapid sales growth, particularly through the Tiktok Shop platform. Manual inventory management is prone to data inaccuracies, monitoring difficulties, and inefficient resource utilization. To address these issues, this research proposes the development of a web-based inventory management application using the waterfall development method. This approach is chosen for its ability to provide structured guidance from needs analysis to maintenance, tailored to the complexity of Babycom's requirements. It is anticipated that this design will offer an effective solution to inventory management issues, resulting in improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of information access for the company.

Every university certainly has a library to provide learning facilities to the academic community. According to Article 55 of the National Education System Law Number 2 of 1989, one of the requirements to have a university is to have a library. The development of libraries today has shifted from systems that initially still used manual systems, to automated systems that can later be developed into online service systems or digital libraries. However, in this case, according to the findings at the time of college accreditation, the recording of library visitors still uses a ledger that is handwritten by visitors. in terms of college accreditation, it is necessary to use a web-based Library Visitor E-Logbook that has a positive and significant impact. In this study, the manufacture of the E-Logbook system uses the Rapid Application Development method and produces system requirements that have 2 access rights, namely Visitors and Library Operators as well as System Design, Database Design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams and Web-based system applications. From this research, the Library Visitor E-Logbook system can provide benefits in administrative processes related to recording and monitoring computerized visitor visits and is able to provide convenience in searching data and downloading visitor reports

Mobile applications trend are currently happening due to increased number of people holding smartphones. But this does not mean the end of web and desktop users. Mobile, web and desktop apps will always have its own market and users in manipulating data. The challenges for software developers are how to deliver software to all of those platforms as fast as possible. Efficiency is key in this research, that is to develop a hybrid app. Black box testing will be used in this research to make sure that efficiency is gained throughout the process compared to developing for each platforms independently. Through this research, hopefully can help software developers to develop and deliver applications for user efficiently in a short amount of time.

The main objectives are to identify emotion patterns hidden in K-Pop music based on audio features extracted from the Spotify API and to build an emotion classification model that can predict the emotions of K-Pop songs.In this approach, the K-Means algorithm is used to cluster K-Pop songs based on audio features such as energy, valence, tempo, danceability, and speechiness. The clustering results reveal several main groups that represent variations in musical characteristics and emotions. Next, the C4.5 algorithm was used to build an emotion classification model based on the clustering results. The C4.5 model showed high performance with accuracy reaching 99.48% on a 90:10 dataset split, 99.21% on an 80:20 split, and 98.95% on a 70:30 split.The Streamlit application was developed to visualize emotion predictions from K-Pop songs with a web-based user interface. In addition, Ngrok was used to provide remote access to this application, allowing users to test and use the application remotely.The results of this study show that the combination of K-Means and C4.5 can effectively cluster and classify emotions in K-Pop music, providing valuable insights into the musical characteristics that influence emotions. This application has the potential to be used in further analysis, development of intelligent features in music applications, and improvement of user experience in listening to K-Pop music.

Sistem Informasi Rencana Umum Pengadaan (SIRUP) Lokal is a web-based application utilized by the Government of Central Java Province for procurement planning of goods and services. Of course, evaluation is needed to measure the usability level of the SIRUP Lokal and as input for future development purposes. The respondents of this research are active users of SIRUP Lokal, totaling 100 people. This research is quantitative in nature with descriptive analysis. Data collection is done through questionnaires. Data processing and analysis utilize statistical tools, namely SPSS. The results of this research indicate that SIRUP Lokal is perceived to be highly beneficial for users, especially 1) The system’s performance is considered superior, excelent, and well-received by users 2) Users tend to recommend the system to others.

This study aims to apply the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm to predict stunting status in young children based on height and weight data. Stunting is a growth failure condition caused by chronic malnutrition that negatively impacts children's physical and mental development. The dataset includes height, weight, and stunting status of children. The results show that the KNN model with k=3 achieved 100% accuracy on the test data. Evaluation using the confusion matrix and classification report indicates perfect precision, recall, and F1-score for each class. Data normalization with StandardScaler improved the model's performance by ensuring all features are on the same scale. The KNN algorithm proves to be a simple yet effective method for predicting stunting, demonstrating significant potential for early detection and health intervention in children. This study recommends using a larger and more diverse dataset, as well as incorporating additional relevant features to enhance model accuracy. Implementing the model in a web or mobile application is also suggested to assist healthcare professionals in the field.

In an era where information technology and communication continue to advance, competition in the business world is becoming increasingly intense. Companies must strive and employ strategies to sustain their businesses. Success is closely related to a company's ability to manage inventory effectively to meet customer demand maximally. This research aims to develop a web-based inventory management information system for Toko Agen Umi to facilitate the management of stock data and transactions. The development approach adopted is Prototype. The anticipated outcome of implementing this system analysis is to streamline the creation of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and inventory reports with a user-friendly interface. The application aims to organize inventory management in a more structured, systematic, and computerized manner to prevent calculation errors. It is advised not to adhere strictly to one system to allow for continual learning and development in the process.

PT BrickBern is a distribution company specializing in LEGO (Leg Godt) toy products. An efficient inventory information system is crucial for managing the diverse range of LEGO products and enables the company to meet customer demand effectively. The V-Model method was chosen as a structured development approach due to its advantages in well-defined development and testing stages, allowing for early error detection and correction. The research began with a needs analysis that included an in-depth understanding of the company's requirements for LEGO product inventory management. The system design phase followed, covering database design, user interface design, and adequate system architecture. Subsequently, the system was implemented and tested, and training was provided to users. The research outcome is a web-based inventory information system that supports PT BrickBern in managing LEGO product inventory more efficiently and in real-time, thereby enhancing PT BrickBern's operational efficiency in distributing LEGO products and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these findings can serve as a reference for similar companies looking to develop web-based inventory information systems using the V-Model method.

Skin cancer has high incidence and fatality rates, making accurate and rapid detection crucial. This study developed a web-based skin cancer detection system using YOLOv8. The model detects seven types of skin cancer using a dataset of 3500 annotated images. Methods included data collection, pre-processing, augmentation, model training, and performance evaluation using precision, recall, and mean Average Precision (mAP). Results show that the YOLOv8 model achieved a precision of 0.975 and a recall of 0.969. Evaluation with a confusion matrix demonstrated strong detection capabilities. A web interface was developed to allow users to upload images and view detection results in real-time. The YOLOv8-based skin cancer detection system provides accurate results and can be used as a tool for early diagnosis.

Along with the development of technology, the use of computers as a tool really needs to be used, especially in the health sector. The Prabumulih City General Hospital is the only hospital owned by the Prabumulih City Government and is a first-level referral. The patient registration process at the Prabumulih City Hospital is still direct, by means of the patient/patient's guardian coming directly to the health service facility, then the patient is given a registration queue number, then the patient waits for a call according to the queue number, after the queue number is called, the officer will ask the type of patient new or old, poly patient purposes, outpatient or inpatient care, private payments or BPJS, after that the officer enters patient data to create a queue number for patient care in order to get health services. In this regard, it is necessary to have an application system for patient administration so that new patients can register online through the internet network, making it easy for old patients to check personal data, view doctor schedules, take queues and others.
