Background:Breastfeeding is expected to help achieve SDGs goal 3, target 2, which is to reduce neonatal mortality to at least 12 per 1,000 live births in all countries by 2030 and stop unnecessary deaths of newborns and children under five. Encouraging healthy breastfeeding is essential to prevent more than 820,000 deaths of children under five each year. Oxytocin massage has been shown to increase the sensation of relaxation, improve sleep quality and comfort, reduce pain and tension, and help increase prolactin and oxytocin levels, which in turn increase breast milk production. Research Method:The research design used the Pre Experimental Design method, namely with the form of a One Group pretest and posttest design without a control group. This study used purposive sampling, with a sample size of 22 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate. Result:This study showed that the value before oxytocin massage was 16.14 and after oxytocin massage the mean was 27.73. The conclusion of the study shows that the results of the experimental test have a significant value with a p value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant gap in breast milk production between before and after oxytocin massage. Suggestion: It is hoped that midwives at the Lidya Clinic can use this study as input to support increased breast milk production in mothers, especially those in the postpartum period.

Minimally invasive surgery offers several advantages, including reduced blood loss, smaller incisions, less pain, and a lower risk of complications than open surgery. This approach enhances patient comfort and supports faster recovery. When guided by optimal path planning, surgical robots can accurately navigate the body to remove malignant tumors with high precision. This study proposes a Modified Particle Swarm Optimization (MPSO) algorithm to determine the optimal path for robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery targeting brain tumors. The algorithm improves upon standard PSO by modifying the velocity update equation and incorporating an adaptive inertia weight, enhancing convergence speed, global search ability, and solution accuracy. Experimental results show that the proposed MPSO achieves a maximum fitness value of 19.10 in a sparse obstacle environment, outperforming standard PSO and IPSO in quality and in the required number of iterations. The approach effectively balances path efficiency and obstacle avoidance, making it well-suited for complex surgical scenarios. In conclusion, the MPSO-based method provides a reliable and precise solution for robotic surgical navigation, improving outcomes and safety in minimally invasive procedures.

Knee osteoarthritis is a global health issue with increasing prevalence, particularly among the elderly population. This condition is characterized by primary symptoms such as joint pain, stiffness, and reduced physical function, which significantly limit the patient's daily activities. One promising non-pharmacological approach to managing knee osteoarthritis is Home-Based Resistance Training (HBRT). HBRT combines the effectiveness of resistance training with the convenience of being performed at home and is increasingly supported by advancements in telerehabilitation technology. This study is a systematic review conducted based on the PRISMA-P guidelines, with literature searches from PubMed, Scopus, Semantic Scholar, Google Scholar, and Cochrane databases. The included articles were English-language publications from 2019 to 2024 that evaluated the effectiveness of HBRT in patients with knee osteoarthritis. The findings indicate that HBRT is significantly effective in reducing joint pain, with a decrease in WOMAC scores ranging from 24.78% to 29.64% (p < 0.001), and improving physical function by 21.54% to 30.2%. These improvements meet the Minimum Clinically Important Difference (MCID) criteria, indicating clinically significant benefits. Furthermore, the effectiveness of HBRT is comparable to machine-based training, particularly in patients with high baseline severity. With standardized exercise protocols and adequate technological support, HBRT can be considered a feasible and effective intervention strategy in the rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis patients, especially in the digital era and in contexts where access to conventional healthcare facilities is limited.

and well-being of pregnant women. This study aims to examine the effect of the Rebozo technique in reducing lower abdominal pain in third-trimester pregnant women. A total of 65 third-trimester pregnant women at UPT Puskesmas Rum Balibunga participated in the study. The results show a significant reduction in pain levels after applying the Rebozo technique, with all participants reporting negative ranks (pain reduction). The Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test yielded a Z = -8.062 and p-value = 0.000, indicating that the reduction in pain after applying the Rebozo technique was statistically significant. This pain reduction can be attributed to the relaxation effect provided by the Rebozo technique, which helps relieve muscle tension and provide physical support to the pregnant woman's body. The study suggests that the Rebozo technique can be an effective non-pharmacological alternative for reducing pain in pregnant women, especially in the third trimester.

Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) are a widely used class of medications for managing pain and inflammation. However, long-term use of NSAIDs has been associated with an increased risk of gastrointestinal disorders, including Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). This study aims to analyze the impact of NSAID use on GERD patients based on recent research findings. The literature search was conducted through national and international databases such as Elsevier, Google Scholar, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Library of Medicine, using keywords including GERD, NSAID, LES (Lower Esophageal Sphincter), gastric acid, reflux, and regurgitation. A total of 25 journal articles published between 2016 and 2024 were used as data sources. The findings indicate that NSAIDs inhibiting cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) can reduce prostaglandin production, which plays a protective role in the gastric mucosa, thereby increasing the risk of irritation and acid reflux. Conversely, selective COX-2 NSAIDs have a lower risk of gastrointestinal side effects, making them a safer alternative for patients with chronic pain and inflammation. This study highlights the importance of selecting the appropriate type of NSAID and monitoring its long-term use to minimize the risk of gastrointestinal disorders, particularly in patients with a history of GERD. By considering these factors, it is hoped that complications related to NSAID use in patients with digestive issues can be reduced.

A hernia is a protrusion of the abdominal wall into another body cavity (hip or pelvis, chest or thorax). One of the procedures performed in cases of hernia is surgery called herniorrhaphy. Surgery is an invasive treatment procedure through incisions to open the part of the body that will be treated surgically, which will cause pain. The pain felt after surgery is acute pain. Acute pain can complicate the healing process which can hinder the patient's ability to mobilize, rehabilitate and be hospitalized. One of the non-pharmacological therapies used to reduce pain is finger-hold relaxation therapy. Finger grip relaxation is a simple technique that combines breathing and holding a hand on each finger which can help control emotions and stress. It is hoped that this method can stimulate the brain to produce positive hormones and reduce cortisol secretion so that pain is reduced. Finger grip therapy intervention can help patients reduce the scale of pain felt after surgery. The case study used a descriptive method with a nursing process approach which was carried out on 3 respondents aged 67 - 76 using a One Group Pretest Posttest research design which was measured using the NRS instrument for 3 days. The results showed that there was a decrease in the pain scale in respondents after being given finger grip relaxation therapy.
