Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Good Governance and Fund Management on Public Trust in the City of Surabaya, especially in the Kemayoran Village community. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach, where data are obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have interacted with public services. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that Good Governance and Fund Management simultaneously have a significant effect on Public Trust, as evidenced by the results of the F test with a significance value of <0.05. Partially, the Fund Management variable has a positive and significant effect on Public Trust, while the Good Governance variable has a positive but insignificant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.658 indicates that 65.8% of the variation in Public Trust is explained by these two variables. This finding indicates that transparency and accountability in public budget management are dominant factors in increasing public trust, while the implementation of Good Governance principles has not been fully perceived as effective by the public. Thus, optimizing the quality of fund management is an important strategy to strengthen government legitimacy in the eyes of the public.

The development of information and communication technology in the 21st century has driven a major transformation in the world of education, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The learning process is no longer limited to conventional classrooms but has shifted to interactive and dynamic digital spaces. This study aims to analyze the role of technology in PAI learning innovation by reviewing its effectiveness, challenges, and implementation strategies from a pedagogical and theological perspective. Through a library research approach with content analysis of scientific literature, this study found that the use of digital technologies such as e-learning platforms, social media, and Islamic applications has the potential to strengthen the internalization of Islamic values in a contextual and engaging manner for the digital native generation. However, the application of technology in PAI still faces various obstacles, such as disparities in access, low teacher digital literacy, and the threat of religious disinformation in cyberspace. Therefore, technology integration must be accompanied by strengthening digital ethics and the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah to prevent the erosion of the spiritual value of Islamic education. The study's findings demonstrate that effective Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning innovations focus not only on the use of digital media but also on character development and noble morals through holistic, creative, and humanistic learning designs. This research contributes to the formulation of a new paradigm for Islamic education that integrates technology and spirituality as a means of developing a generation of Muslims who are morally upright, critical, and adaptable to the challenges of the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in infrastructure development in Plosokandang Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency. The focus of the study covers three main stages of ADD management, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in the realization of development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the planning stage has implemented participatory principles through the Village Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbangdes). The community plays an active role in proposing programs, although not all proposals can be realized due to budget limitations. In the implementation stage, infrastructure development proceeds according to the Budget Plan (RAB) and is carried out by the Activity Implementation Team (TPK) with good coordination. Obstacles that arise mainly come from uncertain weather conditions, but can be overcome with technical adjustments. The evaluation stage shows that the entire budget is absorbed 100% without any discrepancy, and all physical activities are achieved according to target. However, community participation in the evaluation is still limited. Supporting factors for success include information transparency, community participation, and accurate priority setting. The main inhibiting factor was the weather, with no administrative or accountability issues identified. Overall, Village Fund Allocation (ADD) management in Plosokandang Village reflects the principles of transparency, accountability, and effective village development.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on the financial performance of mining companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII70) for the 2020–2024 period, with the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as a control variable. The findings show that, partially, the Environmental variable has a positive but insignificant effect on ROA, indicating that efforts in energy efficiency, waste management, and emission reduction have not yet been fully reflected in short-term profitability. In contrast, the Social variable has a significant effect on ROA, emphasizing that companies’ engagement in building stakeholder relationships, protecting employee rights, and implementing social responsibility programs contribute substantially to financial performance. The Governance variable also has a significant effect on ROA, highlighting the importance of good governance practices, transparency, and accountability in enhancing profitability. Meanwhile, the control variable DER shows no significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, ESG performance has a significant effect on ROA, proving that integrated ESG implementation supports the profitability of mining companies. These findings confirm that ESG is not only a compliance measure with sustainability principles but also a long-term business strategy that strengthens companies’ competitiveness and serves as a crucial consideration for investors in making investment decisions.

Social Studies (IPS) learning in elementary schools has tended to be theoretical and memorization-oriented, resulting in students being less able to connect the material with social and environmental realities. This study aims to examine the implementation of field projects as a contextual learning strategy in understanding the dynamics of humans, places, and the environment at the elementary school level. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies, with data sources in the form of SINTA-indexed national journal articles, reputable international journals, and scientific books published in the last five to ten years. Analysis was carried out through literature selection, content analysis, and synthesis of findings. The results of the study indicate that field projects contribute to improving students' critical thinking skills, spatial understanding, social empathy, and ecological awareness. In addition, direct involvement in observation, interviews, and thematic project creation encourages students to see the relationship between humans, space, and the environment more holistically. The novelty of this study lies in the emphasis on the integration of field projects as an approach to elementary school social studies learning that unites social, geographical, and ecological aspects within the framework of the Independent Curriculum. These findings contribute to the development of project-based social studies learning models as well as practical recommendations for PGSD teachers in integrating field experiences into daily learning.

Islamic banking is a financial system that operates in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, such as the prohibition of usury (riba), gharar (unlawful betting), and maisir (gambling), as well as the implementation of a profit-sharing mechanism. Islamic banking was born in the 1960s with the founding of Egypt's Mit Ghamr Savings Bank as a pioneer, followed by the establishment of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in 1975. After that, the development of Islamic banking expanded to various countries, particularly in the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe. In Indonesia, Islamic banking institutions officially began operating in 1992 with the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI), the first Islamic bank. The industry's development is strengthened by specific regulations, in the form of Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking, which serves as a primary foundation for strengthening the sector. Currently, Islamic banking in Indonesia is starting to show significant growth thanks to government support, increasing awareness among Muslims, and product and service innovations that are able to compete globally. This historical journey demonstrates that Islamic banking has evolved beyond simply being an alternative option and has become a vital component of a healthy economic system, both nationally and internationally.

This study aims to examine the level of mastery and application of Pancasila values as the state's philosophical foundation (Philosofische Grondslag) among Indonesian students, particularly in facing the currents of globalization and information disruption in the digital era. From a legal perspective, Pancasila holds the position of the state's fundamental norm (Staatsfundamentalnorm) which serves as the basis for the entire Indonesian legal system (Grundnorm), while also functioning as the nation's unifying bond and national worldview (Weltanschauung). The research employed a quantitative descriptive method with an incidental sampling technique involving 10 students as respondents. The data collection tool was a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale with four response options, evaluating four dimensions: (1) mastery of the five Sila principles, (2) understanding of Pancasila as the state foundation, (3) historical knowledge of the Pancasila formulation, and (4) practice of Pancasila values in daily activities. The findings indicate a very adequate level of understanding among respondents regarding Pancasila's position as the state foundation (93.3% Strongly Agree) and the urgency of understanding Pancasila for all Indonesian people (93.3% Strongly Agree). The majority of respondents felt capable of describing the five Sila principles (73.3% Strongly Agree) and understood Pancasila's function in maintaining national unity. The implementation of Pancasila values in daily behavior, such as tolerant attitudes and the spirit of gotong royong (mutual cooperation), showed a high level of affirmation (an accumulation of 86.6% Agree and Strongly Agree). Nevertheless, a gap in understanding was identified in the dimension of the history of Pancasila's formulation, with 20% of respondents giving a neutral response. Educational institutions were deemed to have contributed effectively (a total of 93.3% Agree and Strongly Agree) in promoting the internalization of these values.Comprehensively, the level of student understanding of Pancasila as the state foundation is categorized as satisfactory. This study suggests strengthening the learning material regarding the historical process of Pancasila's ratification and innovation in teaching methods that are more contextual, creative, and applicable (educational, recreational, reflective, and futuristic) to ensure the comprehensive internalization of Pancasila values—covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects—as a pillar of national ideological resilience in facing future challenges.

This community engagement program aims to analyze and strengthen institutional synergy among the Special Crimes Division, the Civil and Administrative Affairs Division, and the Intelligence Division of the Palangka Raya District Prosecutor’s Office through a community-organizing framework and participatory collaboration. The initiative stems from a strategic need to optimize coordination, enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement, and foster the development of an integrated work pattern that is responsive to the complexities of contemporary legal issues. Using the participatory action research (PAR) method, the program was implemented through participatory assessments, thematic discussions, field observations, case simulations, and the strengthening of legal administration, all of which collectively contributed to substantial improvements in analytical capacity, professionalism, and cross-divisional communication patterns. The findings indicate that synergy across divisions not only enhances the technical efficiency of case handling but also generates institutional social change through the establishment of new work routines, the emergence of local leaders, and the strengthening of internal social capital. Theoretically, these outcomes reinforce perspectives from collaborative governance, organizational learning, and institutional change, which emphasize that institutional transformation can only be achieved through functional integration, knowledge exchange, and the cultivation of a collaborative institutional culture. This program recommends the institutionalization of coordination procedures, the utilization of information technology as a tool for data integration, and the implementation of continuous synergistic training to sustain the changes achieved. Consequently, this engagement contributes both empirically and conceptually to the development of an adaptive, integrated law enforcement model aimed at improving the quality of public service delivery.

This study aims to analyze the legal consequences arising from changes to personal data made by data subjects on the validity of collateral that has been used as security for credit, as well as to examine the forms of legal protection that may be granted to creditors. Changes to personal data such as identity, address, and the debtor’s legal status may lead to legal uncertainty regarding the validity of credit security agreements, particularly those involving Hak Tanggungan (mortgage rights). In this research, the author employs a normative juridical method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings of this study show that changes to personal data without notification or updates to the security documents have the potential to create administrative discrepancies and legal risks for creditors during the execution of the collateral. Legal protection for creditors needs to be strengthened through the regulation of the debtor’s obligation to report any changes in personal data, updates to the security certificates, and clear provisions outlined in the credit agreement. Accordingly, legal certainty between the creditor and the debtor can be maintained in line with the implementation of Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

This study aims to analyze traders’ perceptions and behaviors toward the implementation of sharia principles in Islamic banking products and services. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving traders at Parung Market selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained through in depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using thematic analysis through coding, categorization, and pattern identification. The findings reveal that most traders hold positive perceptions of core Islamic banking values such as fairness, transparency, and the prohibition of usury. However, their understanding of sharia contracts varies and is not fully comprehensive. Despite these positive perceptions, actual behavior does not always align, as traders often prefer conventional banks for business transactions requiring speed, efficiency, and more reliable digital services. This indicates a clear gap between religious intentions and economic practices, commonly referred to as the intention behavior gap. The study concludes that improving Islamic financial literacy, strengthening digital service innovation, and enhancing service quality are essential to promoting wider adoption of Islamic banking products.
