His study used a type of experimental research with a Quasi Experiment design in the form of The Equivalent Time Sample Design. The study population consisted of all children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika Kindergarten as many as 2 classes. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with the consideration of taking one group randomly, namely Melati 1 class which amounted to 18 children. This research variable consists of independent variables, namely serialized images and dependent variables, namely the achievement of children's cognitive development. Data collection techniques using observation with observation sheet instrument. The data were analyzed using non-parametric statistics by means of the wilcoxon test with a real level of α = 0.05 with a critical value of 40. The results showed that there was a significant effect of serialized image media on the cognitive development outcomes of children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika South Labuhanbatu Regency. With the results of statistical calculations where the hypothesis test results show Jcount of 54.5. The hypothesis testing criteria used are the real rate α = 0.05, with dk = n-1 obtained Jtable of 40, so it can be concluded that Jcount (54.5) > Jtable (40). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected or means that serialized image media has a significant effect on the achievement of cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika Kindergarten, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of providing breathing meditation therapy on the stress levels of patients with gastritis recurrence in early adulthood in the Rw 001 Ragamukti Tajurhalang Bogor environment. In this research, the method used is pre-experimental quantitative research with a one group pretest – posttest design. The sample consisted of 15 early adults suffering from recurrent gastritis in the Rw 001 Tajurhalang Bogor area who were selected using a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire with a Likert measuring scale. This research uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with a significant value of α=(<0.05). The test results from this research were that most respondents experienced a decrease in stress levels as evidenced by the presence of a percentage in the mild stress range of 9 people (60.0%), while respondents who experienced moderate levels of stress were 6 people (40.0%) with an average value of The average (mean) stress level after receiving breathing meditation therapy was 8.47. Indicating that the ρ value = <.001, where the ρ value was less than 0.05, so the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, so the alternative hypothesis was accepted (Ha).

Health problems that are of global concern are infectious diseases, one of which is tuberculosis (TB). Indonesia is one of the eight countries that contributes the most TB cases worldwide, and is ranked third after India and China (WHO, 2021). Non-compliance with taking medication is the main factor causing TB treatment failure, which reaches 50% (Aisyan, 2018). An innovation that can be done to overcome non-compliance with taking medication is the WhatsApp chatbot telenursing program. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of WhatsApp chatbot telenursing on medication adherence (OAT) in tuberculosis sufferers at Benteng Sukabumi City Health Center. This research method is experimental research with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design. The population in this study were all TB-SO and TB-RO patients who were undergoing treatment at Benteng Health Center with a total population of 51 patients. Sampling used a total sample technique according to inclusion and exclusion criteria so that the required sample was 45 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in medication compliance behavior from before the intervention, 9 respondents were compliant, after the intervention there were 44 respondents who were compliant in taking medication, and the Wilcoxon test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H1 was accepted and existed. The influence of the WhatsApp chatbot telenursing program on compliance with anti-tuberculosis medication (OAT) in tuberculosis sufferers at Benteng Sukabumi City Health Center

Cholesterol is a fatty substance that circulates in the body which is produced by the liver and is very important for the body. Excessive cholesterol in the blood will first cause problems in the blood vessels and brain. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giving dragon fruit juice on total cholesterol levels in the elderly at Posbindu Kebayoran Lama Utara, South Jakarta. The research method used a pre-experimental pre-post-test group design including administration of dragon fruit juice, analysis of measurements of total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention, and analysis of food cholesterol consumption. The Wilcoxon test results were chosen because the data did not meet the normality assumption. The p value resulting from the Wilcoxon test is 0.028, which is smaller than the significance level which is generally set at 0.05. This shows that the difference between total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention is statistically significant. The conclusion from the results of this research that has been carried out can be concluded that there is a significant difference between total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention (p<0.05).

This research is a type of quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were tongue-tie babies without complications who were still being hospitalized at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang. Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 30 babies was obtained. The instruments used in this study were LATCH and ATLFF scores. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that the Frenectomy procedure was effective in increasing the ability to suckle in tongue tie babies, the Wilcoxon test results were obtained (pvalue 0.000 <0.05), where all (100%) tongue tie babies experienced an increase in the ability to suckle after a frenectomy. The action of a frenectomy is effective in increasing the ability to suckle, this can be due to the fact that with a frenectomy the mobility of the tongue increases, so that the baby can latch on properly, can swallow milk well, the mother feels comfortable while breastfeeding because the nipples are not painful.
