The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection of child victims of physical violence by biological parents. This research uses a literature review approach by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem found. Based on the results and discussion, it is found that the forms of violence experienced by children are physical violence such as: being kicked, hit, thrown with wood, slapped and even hung, resulting in children feeling depressed by the violence they experience and children who experience this rarely communicate with their friends. The sources that trigger physical violence against children are poverty, violence also occurs because the parents are stressed or have complicated problems. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. This visual identity redesign aims to produce a redesign of the visual identity design that depicts the character of the Freesound band, as well as providing more selling points for the Freesound band apart from the work of the Freesound band's songs. The problems that can be identified are that the visual identity of the Freesound band is not yet optimal, so it is not widely known by the audience and the visual identity of the Freesound band is less attractive, so it has less selling value when applied to supporting media. In solving this problem, the glass box method is used, where this method has several stages, namely starting from the Preparation Stage, Incubation, Illumination, then Verification. This method begins with preparing all the tools and requirements for designing the design, then preparing yourself to process various reference ideas that will be used to design the visual identity design. The results of the redesign of the visual identity design were expressed in the main media, namely the manual book. With the redesign of this visual identity design, it is hoped that it will become something that sells for the Freesound band apart from its songs, such as publishing merchandise or posters for the Freesound band.

Abstract. This research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. In this article, it was found that there are still several problems in this case related to spatial planning which are still overlapping and sectoral in nature and policies related to detailed maps.

Rangawak is a wood-working workshop in Barulak, Tanah Datar that produces hand-processed products without using massive manufacturing machines. Rangawak has been running since 2019, by utilizing the surrounding wood resources which are designed and processed to produce valuable furniture. However, this is still not enough to make Rangawak a sustainable brand. Rangawak needs more than just a quality product, but also a strong brand image, so it is easily recognized by potential consumers. Branding steps are deemed appropriate to overcome this problem using the design thinking method which focuses on empathy, defining problem, ideation and refining solutions. This method includes experimentation, development of ideas in visual form and physical implementation based on existing problems. The branding process results in the design of ideal branding elements, compiled into a brand book so that it becomes a reference for acting both internally and externally. These elements are in the form of values held firmly by the brand, brand positioning in the market, calm explanation of brand naming, brand personality which becomes a reference for how the brand interacts (in the form of tone of voice, prohibited and recommended terms, pronunciation and choice of words in copywriting), as well as visual identity with guidelines and rules for its application in various supporting media such as websites, catalog books, posters, member cards, packaging and Instagram accounts selected based on indicators of the media's effectiveness and efficiency in the brand activation process.

This research aims to determine the role of students as Puspaga facilitators in an effort to bring public services closer to the RW Hall, Perak Barat Subdistrict, Surabaya. Puspaga services are a means of learning and counseling for parents in Surabaya to improve their ability to overcome problems related to violence against children, delinquency among children and other problems that exist in the family environment. So Puspaga services are provided at the Perak Barat Village RW Hall, which is one of the innovations of the Surabaya City Government to bring public services closer to the community. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. Data in this research data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and taking documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out show that Puspaga Facilitators have been able to provide closer services to the community by providing Puspaga Balai RW services in Perak Barat Subdistrict which include counseling services, socialization and parenting classes.

This research data is the basis and main capital for forming students' character and strengthening national identity, namely the cultivation of morals in education. The role of civic education teachers in instilling students' moral awareness is to provide learning motivation for students. The three moral components are knowledge, feelings and actions. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher concluded that the solution to the problems faced by teachers in fostering students' moral awareness is by teachers becoming good individuals so that students can emulate them.

This research aims to determine the role of teaching assistance in the fourth generation campus teaching program in increasing student learning motivation, especially for seventh grade students in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Teaching assistance is one part of the Teaching Campus program of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities. This activity aims to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary and middle schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere which is in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' morals and increase students' learning motivation and interest in learning while at school. The results of this research show that the role of teaching assistance plays a very important role in maintaining and growing students' learning motivation, especially in seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. The results of this program are expected to be able to foster social sensitivity in students to hone their thinking skills. work together with teachers and students across fields of science to solve the problems they face.

The rapid development of technology over time means that human work can generally be completed quickly. Technology is a tool that is often used in human activities. The role of technology today makes information processing easier because processing is necessary so that the resulting information can be useful for its users. Competition in the business world requires developers to find a pattern that can increase sales and marketing of goods, one of which is by utilizing transaction data. The availability of abundant data, the need for information to support decision making to create business solutions, and infrastructure support in the field of information technology are the reasons for the birth of data mining technology. Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. In this study, problems can be found with low activity and student learning outcomes because students still do not understand learning and do not participate in learning. As for the solution to overcome these problems, researchers used a combination of PBL, TPS and CRH models. With the aim of this research to know the activities of students and teachers and improve student learning outcomes. This study uses a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a qualitative approach, in this study conducted for 4 meetings. The research subjects were fifth grade students who were at Sungai Miai 8 Elementary School Banjarmasin with 18 students. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in teacher activity from meeting I reaching a score of 64 in the "Good" category and at meeting IV reaching a score of 97 with the "Very Good" category. Student activity at meeting I reached a score of 57 with the category "Quite Active" there was an increase in meeting IV reaching a score of 84 with the category "Very Active". Likewise, the learning outcomes in both the cognitive domain increased to 94%, while the affective and psychomotor domains increased to 100%.

Quality education requires a quality learning process. Quality learning is certainly designed in learning activities that use learning methods that are in accordance with the eyes taught by the teacher so as to assist the teacher in giving directions so that students can understand the content delivered by the teacher. In reality, education in Indonesia has decreased the quality of learning in the context of an independent curriculum. There are research findings called learning loss and learning gap devices in this problem. So it is expected that subject teachers must be able to restore the declining level of learning quality.  So researchers use a problem-based learning model. Where this problem-based learning model can solve problems and increase students' knowledge. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of problem-based learning in improving the quality of PPKn learning at SMP Negeri 19 Malang. The method used in this research is qualitative case study method. Data collection techniques based on observation, interviews and document research. The result of this study is the application of the ICT-assisted problem-based learning model showing that a significant change because students are directed to examine problems in learning activities using problem-based teaching methods that have a positive impact on student achievement outcomes. Based on the results of the research, researchers can conclude that the application of ICT-assisted problem-based learning models in class VIII PPKn subjects of SMP Negeri 19 Malang students can solve problems in groups given by teachers.

Indonesia is a state of law. every element of the life of the nation and state is regulated by law. problems then arise, because as a state of law that has many rules the problem of over regulation cannot be avoided. Coupled with the disharmonisation of legislation makes the problem more complicated. Of course, the stages of the formation of laws and regulations must pay attention to the principles that have prevailed in the previous provisions. The presence of institutions for harmonisation is also needed in this case. In this paper, the author uses normative juridical research, which is a study of approaches to laws and regulations which are then elaborated by examining several literature materials so as to obtain results regarding the harmonisation of laws and regulations.

This study is motivated by a moral dilemma that arises among students, especially verbal intimidation in the form of words that hurt the victim's heart that can be perceived by the sense of hearing. Bullying is a moral problem that must be addressed in students. Bullying is against moral and religious principles because Islam has instilled good values. Islam strongly recommends mutual respect and appreciation. With the existence of Islamic religious education teachers emphasizing the importance of Islamic teaching in transmitting values and reducing social violence in madrasas. For this reason, the problem of bullying is so complex and urgent to study. Therefore, to find out how teachers' efforts to deal with bullying behavior that occurs, it is necessary to conduct research on handling bullying. So that it can be used as a reference or reference to prevent and deal with problems such as bullying. The purpose of this study was to identify the causes, forms, efforts of PAI teachers or school teachers' solutions in dealing with verbal bullying. This research is a type of field research, namely qualitative research. In this study, data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. . Helminth infection is one of the health problems in all tropical countries in the world including Indonesia. Ascaris lumbricoides is one of the Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH). Stunting are the age group that is vulnerable to helminth infection including ascariasis. A. lumbricoides infection can cause serious effects if not treated and without a clean and healthy lifestyle. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the prevalence of A. lumbricoides infection and hemoglobin (Hb) level in its infected hosts. The design of this study was observational analytic with cross sectional study. The subjects of the stunting in Bone Village. The sample technique used in this method is the total population. Diagnosis was performed microscopically by Kato-Katz method and Hb levels were measured using a hematology analyzer. Microscopy examination found 6.4% eggs of A. lumbricoides and a low hemoglobin level of 22,5%, students infected with A. lumbricoides in Bone Village with very low hygiene and sanitation.

In the era of digitalization, attacks or threats to the country are not only in the form of physical attacks, but also cyber attacks that attack a country in the economic, political and military fields using attacks due to technological advances. This is the focus of this research. The question of this research is what are the factors that influence the challenges of the digital era in society and how to apply the value of defending the country in facing the challenges of the digital era. To obtain answers, this research uses yuridis normative methods or library research, meaning that this research is based on on library sources to discuss the problems that have been formulated. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that in realizing actions to defend the country, it is necessary to instill a sense of love for Indonesia's air, and by remembering that Indonesia is a country with a lot of diversity, it is necessary to instill a sense of tolerance in the minds of the souls of Indonesian citizens. One of the very important basic elements of the digital era is being critical in responding to content. Indonesian citizens today must be smarter in absorbing content and information and encourage Indonesian citizens and society to always be critical and suspicious, especially regarding content that is too bombarded, meaningless, and full of nuances of hatred To ensure that the unitary Republic of Indonesia remains intact and peaceful.

Exclusive breastfeeding for babies in the first hour after birth and skin-to-skin contact between mother and baby are important factors in the beginning of the breastfeeding process where the baby will stay warm and the baby will get colostrum. However, the number of mothers who have breastfed their children in Indonesia is already high, namely 90%, but those who breastfeed exclusively for 6 months is still low at 20%. nutritional problems for toddlers and low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding as well as deaths under the age of 5, one of the causes of which is the lack of knowledge of mothers about the importance of giving exclusive breast milk, so it is necessary to carry out services aimed at increasing mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding in the Kassi-Kassi Health Center Working Area, Makassar City. The methods used in this activity are location survey, problem determination, formation of WhatsApp group classes, counseling and evaluation. The results of this activity. After carrying out online educational activities about exclusive breastfeeding, it was found that the activity increased pregnant women's knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding.

In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.
