Meanwhile, from an Islamic economic perspective, demand and supply are the same as conventional economics. However, there are restrictions for individuals to act economically in accordance with Sharia (the Quran and Sunnah as well as the Ijtihad of Islamic scholars or economists). Slutsky's theory explains the behavior of consumers who allocate income to maximize consumption satisfaction, which is acceptable in Islam as long as it does not violate the principle of moderation. Price and Income Impact: Islam teaches us to consider the impact of prices and income on the economic balance of individuals and society, In Islamic economics, Islamic norms and moral values are used as principles in economics The Hicksian theory, which focuses on consumer satisfaction, is acceptable if it does not neglect the spiritual aspect. This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth Rate, BI Rate , Inflation, Exchange Rate and Oil Price on Bond Yields, especially Government Bonds of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2010-2023. The method used is a quantitative method with econometric analysis of Error Correction Model (ECM) regression. The data used in this study were obtained from statistical reports on the website of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia (OJK-RI), Bank Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency and several related agencies. The results of the study indicate that economic growth and oil prices are negatively correlated but do not significantly affect bond yields in the long run. The variables of BI Rate and Exchange Rate are positively correlated and significantly affect bond yields. The variable of Inflation is positively correlated but does not significantly affect Bond Yields. While for the short term, partially the variables of BI Rate and Exchange Rate are positively correlated and significantly affect Bond Yields. The variables of inflation and oil price are positively correlated but do not significantly affect bond yields. The Economic Growth Rate variable is negatively correlated but does not have a significant effect on bond yields. Together, the independent variables consisting of Economic Growth Rate, BI Rate, Inflation, Exchange Rate, and Oil Prices have an effect on bond yields, both in the long term and the short term.

The aim of the study on buying interest at Belikopi was to determine: 1. The influence of price level on consumer buying interest in Belikopi Sampangan 2. The influence of brand image on consumer buying interest in Belikopi Sampangan 3. The influence of price level and brand image on consumer buying interest in Belikopi Sampangan. The type of research used is explanatory, namely research that explains the influence between variables and hypotheses. The test results show 1) there is a significant influence between Price Level and Buying Interest 2) there is a significant influence between Brand Image and Buying Interest d 3) there is a significant influence between Price Level and Brand Image together on Buying Interest 4) From The results of calculating the coefficient of determination obtained a result of 57.04% and the remaining 42.96% was influenced by other variables or factors. 1. Belikopi Sampangan must be able to adjust prices to product quality and maintain reasonable and affordable prices for customers, so as to increase buying interest consumer. 2. Belikopi Sampangan must continue to maintain a good reputation, trustworthy quality and positive perception and be able to overall meet consumer expectations.

Unemployment and inflation are two main issues that affect economic and social stability in Gorontalo Regency. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence unemployment and inflation rates in the region. Qualitative research methods were used by conducting in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including workers, entrepreneurs and district governments. The results of the analysis show that factors such as lack of workforce skills, lack of available jobs, rising production costs, and fluctuations in commodity prices contribute to high levels of unemployment and inflation. Evaluation of the limitations of previous studies reveals that the lack of in-depth analysis of the factors underlying these two issues is one of the main weaknesses. Based on the research results, it is recommended that local governments adopt a holistic and integrated approach in overcoming these two problems, by strengthening cross-sector collaboration and implementing effective policies in controlling inflation and increasing employment opportunities. Further research needs to be conducted to evaluate the impact of implementing the proposed policies over a longer period.

Medical tourism or health tourism is a travel activity to get health services. Many Indonesian citizens choose to seek treatment abroad because Indonesia does not have a good health industry. This of course causes a reduction in state revenues in the health and tourism sectors. The writing of this article aims to determine the factors that influence people's interest in seeking treatment abroad so that they can be input for hospitals in Indonesia to be able to compete against medical tourism which is growing rapidly in Southeast Asia. The method used is to review the articles obtained from the database using inclusion criteria and keywords. The results obtained indicate that the factors that attract patients to get services in hospitals are high quality services, served by communicative medical personnel and staff, competent with international expertise and reputation, with short service times and affordable prices, availability of clear information, as well as safe and quality treatment outcomes.

The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies used at the Asofa Batik Shop to increase batik sales. Researchers use a descriptive qualitative approach, which describes phenomena or situations in depth and detail using qualitative data such as text, images, audio and video. The results of this research are that, the marketing strategy he used after being allocated to branches or sorum (Asofa Written Batik Shop), apparently the Asofa batik shop owner had collaborated with DT Peduli Cirebon (digital marketing training), after which the Asofa batik owner finally developed business through digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Shoppe, Lazada, Tokopedia, which can be purchased offline or online. One of the challenges in implementing a marketing strategy is facing intense competition from other batik producers at local and national levels. Mr. H. Mruwak is one of the villages in Madiun Regency where the majority of residents work as farmers. The food commodity most widely grown in the village is rice, while the rest are corn, sweet potatoes and peanuts. With the existence of a supply chain system, it is hoped that it can help farmers determine rice marketing routes effectively and efficiently. The aim of this research is to determine the supply chain system for rice produced by farmers in Mruwak Village. This research is qualitative in nature and the sample was selected purposively and using snowball sampling. The research results show the rice process, starting from land processing, rice planting, to maintenance and harvest. The farmers in the village have experience in growing rice, on average they have been growing rice for more than 10 years so they understand how to grow rice properly, including selecting superior seeds. The supply chain distribution channel used is a simple distribution channel model (1 to 3 level distribution channel model). Determination of selling prices based on agreements between farmers and buyers through demand and supply mechanisms (market mechanisms).

The importance of calculating production costs to determine selling prices, especially for MSMEs today. In the current era of MSME bussiness environment, there are increasingly more competitors In marketing. For this reason, there is a need for method the cost of product orders. Determining this price effectively requires a good understanding of the cost order. In this research, the research method uses qualitative. The aim of the research is to find out the calculation of brownies production costs using the cost price method ordered by MSMEs iffa cookies in order to determine the selling price. The entity is still using the simple method, not yet using The order method. The results show that there is a difference regarding the production costs of MSME Iffa Cookies are IDR 260,975 and the production costs resulting from the researcher’s analysis of IDR 300,975. This also shows that using the cost order method is correct in determining the price for selling products.

This community service aims to develop superior agribusiness products based on local wisdom in Batuputih Laok Village, Batuputih Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency. The implementation method includes five main stages: needs identification and analysis, program and action plan development, training and counseling, program implementation, and monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The results show a significant increase in agricultural productivity and quality due to the integration of modern agricultural technology with local knowledge. Corn productivity increased by 30%, and the quality of tobacco produced improved, leading to higher selling prices. Support from the government, research institutions, the private sector, and active community participation were key factors in the program's success. In conclusion, this program successfully improved farmers' welfare and strengthened the village's agribusiness capacity sustainably.

This study analyzes the characteristics, risk, and return of stocks and bonds in Indonesia. The data used is historical data on stock and bond prices traded on the IDX during a 10-year period, from 2014 to 2024. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that stocks offer the potential for higher returns than bonds, but also with higher risk. Bonds offer better income stability and lower risk than stocks. The investment decision between stocks and bonds depends on the individual's risk profile and investment goals. Diversification remains an important investment strategy, regardless of risk profile.

The Indonesian capital market is experiencing significant growth, encouraging investors to consider shares as the main investment option. Fundamental analysis is important in assessing company performance, especially in the property and real estate sectors which are important for the Indonesian economy. This research aims to analyze the influence of fundamental factors such as Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Book Value (BV) on the share prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2021-2023 period. Using a panel data regression model with a random effects approach, the results show that BV has a partially significant positive effect on stock prices, while ROA, ROE and DER have a partially significant negative effect. These findings provide insight for investors in identifying key factors that influence share prices, so that they can help in making better investment decisions in the property and real estate sector.

This study aims to determine the adaptation strategies carried out by kja farmers in ex-mining ponds, to see the social conditions of kja farmers and to find out the problems faced by kja farmers. The research location was chosen in the ex-mining pond of Bangun Rejo Village, Tenggarong Seberang District. The type of research data used in this study uses primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that there are several adaptation strategies carried out by kja farmers in ex-mining ponds so that the business continues to be sustainable, namely, selecting the right fish species, collaborating with related parties, managing water quality, making independent feed and expanding marketing networks. The social conditions of kja farmers can be seen from the aspects of education, livelihoods and cooperation between networks. Problems faced by kja farmers include difficulties in obtaining activity permits, lack of support from the government, rising feed prices and irregular payment of results.

Global warming occurs due to changes in weather patterns, rising sea levels, and also very extreme weather phenomena. These human rights are in the form of rights to life and health, where climate change can directly threaten the rights to life and health of humans. An increase in global temperatures can also cause the frequency and intensity of heat waves to increase, which can cause deaths and heat-related illnesses. In addition, changes in rainfall patterns can cause extreme flooding and drought, resulting in physical damage, disease, and loss of life. Water-borne and vector-borne diseases, such as malaria and dengue, are also expected to increase with climate change. Not only that right but there is also the right to food, where if there is a change in the climate, this can affect global food security. Changing weather patterns, such as increased frequency and intensity of droughts, floods, and storms, can damage agricultural land and reduce crop yields. This threatens the right to food, especially for communities that depend on subsistence agriculture. Additionally, rising temperatures and changing rainfall patterns can affect crop productivity and livestock health, impacting food supply and food prices.

SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis has become a common strategy in business development, especially in the culinary industry. Warung Makan Fun Balunijuk Village is one of the businesses in the culinary sector that uses SWOT analysis to develop its business strategy. As part of this research, a SWOT analysis was carried out to determine the position of Warung Makan Fun Balunijuk Village in the culinary industry and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to its business. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Warung Makan Fun can continue to develop, but it requires a combination of SWOT analysis, such as implementing SO strategies, one example of which is holding local events by utilizing lots of seating; WO strategy, one example of which is improving financial management by using local events as a promotional tool; ST's strategy, one of which is maintaining affordable prices and fresh ingredients to face competition; and WT strategies, such as increasing menu innovation to remain competitive amidst competition, and so on.

Price is very important in marketing strategy because it interacts with all other aspects to determine the overall effectiveness of the strategy. Pricing objectives should be aligned with overall marketing objectives. The aim of this research is to find out the pricing strategy used by one of the Hannochs distributors in Tembung in facing competition between other distributors. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique used to obtain data in this research was an interview with one of the Hannochs distributors and also using literature study techniques. Based on the results of interviews, Hannochs distributors in Temhung face competition by setting prices based on comparisons with other stores, providing bonuses, and using discount strategies to attract customers. They also make price changes to maintain consumer appeal even though the profits taken are lower. This strategy is successful in increasing customer loyalty because prices are cheaper than competitors.

The current modern era brings various opportunities and new business opportunities. This causes more and more prospective entrepreneurs to be interested in taking advantage of existing infrastructure advances to support their business. Apart from that, it has an impact on increasing the level of competition in the industry, which can be indicated by the increasing number of competitors from similar companies that present alternative choices for consumers with different promotions and quality. In fact, each company has its own unique way of holding promotions to attract consumer attention. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to prioritize efforts to implement effective product quality, prices, promotions and services to maximize sales levels. This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of product quality, price, promotion and service on repeat purchase decisions. The approach is a qualitative approach, by collecting data through literature study from previous articles and literature. Research findings reveal that product quality, price, promotions, and service have a significant influence on repeat purchases by consumers. Satisfactory product quality and affordable prices can increase consumers' interest in repurchasing. Apart from that, attractive promotions and quality service also play an important role in influencing consumer satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases.

Researchers highlight the importance of verifying household income for purposes such as loans and evaluating financial condition, which involves examining documents such as pay slips and tax reports. Financial challenges include effective management of income and expenses, as well as developing long-term financial plans. Changes in the economic situation and rising prices of goods can pose other challenges in business management. The company faces ever-changing competition by implementing product diversification strategies, increasing operational efficiency, and developing new markets. They also focus on managing risk, maintaining healthy finances, and adapting to changing regulations and market conditions. This research highlights the linkages between the household and corporate sectors and their implications for overall economic stability. With a deeper understanding of the dynamics in these two sectors, this article provides insights for policy makers, business people and the general public in formulating more effective strategies to increase prosperity and economic growth.
