Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved from a philanthropic initiative to an important strategic component of global business operations. CSR is now seen as an element that influences a company's image, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships. Effective CSR implementation can provide a range of benefits to international companies, including enhanced reputation, customer loyalty, and operational efficiency. This article explores the impact of CSR on firm performance by analyzing case studies from five countries: Turkey, Nigeria, China, Bangladesh, and Spain. The research method used is a qualitative meta-analysis to identify common patterns and findings from various studies. The results show that CSR implementation has a significant impact on firm performance, although it varies depending on the geographical and industry context. This article highlights the importance of a systematic approach in integrating CSR to achieve optimal results for companies.

As human habits change due to advances in technology and information, technology is increasingly important in various aspects of life. Companies must keep up with development trends in the globalization era to develop their products and compete with fierce business competition. Artasari UMKM produces a variety of chips located in one of the villages in Purbalingga Regency. This UMKM still conducts sales and marketing traditionally. Bookkeeping and recording of transactions are still done manually, which causes many problems, such as consumers not trusting the results of calculations. A cashier information system is needed to improve operational efficiency and transaction security. It can help with data collection, bookkeeping, and recording transactions as well as creating financial reports as needed. In this research, the prototyping model is used to design a cashier application at UMKM Artasari. It is considered to help overcome this problem. This research is expected to improve the operational efficiency and security of UMKM Artasari transactions and increase consumer confidence in the calculation results. The result of the design is a system display consisting of several pages which include the login page, transaction data, sales reports, help, and prototype proof of transactions to be printed.

In the current era of rapidly developing globalization, rapid technological changes, shifting consumer preferences, and global market dynamics encourage Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adapt, innovate, and strategize intelligently. This article discusses a business strategy designed for SME XYZ, a company operating in the food and beverage sector, especially in the coffee shop industry which is growing rapidly in Indonesia. This research uses the PESTLE and SWOT approaches to analyze the internal and external conditions of UKM XYZ. The analysis results show that SME XYZ has internal strengths such as high-quality coffee, excellent service, and a competent management team, as well as external opportunities such as Gen Z lifestyle trends and online ordering. However, challenges such as high operational costs and inflation need to be addressed. Recommended strategies include strengthening branding, increasing operational efficiency, and presenting innovative menus. With the right strategy, SME XYZ has the potential to become a major player in the food and beverage industry.

The accounting profession in the industrial era 4.0 faces significant challenges in maintaining business ethics. In the context of Rural Credit Bank (BPR) Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang Branch Office, efforts to avoid violations of business ethics are very important. By referring to literature studies and descriptive qualitative interviews, this research method reveals the strategies implemented by BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang in controlling ethical violations. The research results show that BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang uses internal audit and data crosscheck as the main strategy to ensure the accuracy of recording financial transactions. In addition, separation of functions and strict supervision of business processes are important steps in maintaining the integrity and honesty of company operations. However, challenges related to employee internet access present obstacles in efforts to prevent ethical violations. However, BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang continues to strive to use good vendors and implement strict operational procedures. The research results show that BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang continues to be committed to improving their internal control practices in order to create an ethical business environment and reduce the possibility of ethical violations in the future.

Sharia banking is a financial institution that has a very important role in advancing the Indonesian economy and is an answer to the public's need to use a banking system based on sharia principles. However, sometimes there are many perceptions that Islamic banking is the same as conventional banking. Sharia banking has fundamental differences from conventional banking, namely regarding legal aspects, organizational structure, financed business activities and work environment. Sharia banking operational activities are based on sharia principles, namely the principle of profit sharing, buying and selling and leasing principles by conducting business through mudharabah, musyarokah, murabbahah and ijaroh contracts. Meanwhile, conventional banking provides services in payment traffic with the principle of determining interest for both savings and loan (credit) products and applying various fees in the form of nominal amounts and certain percentages.

This research presents the development of an e-commerce application aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of Khadijah Konveksi, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in the garment industry. The application, developed using Android, Java, and Kotlin, provides features for order management, real-time tracking, and online payment, significantly improving customer experience and operational workflow. Initial feedback indicates a high level of customer satisfaction and a notable increase in operational efficiency. The project also highlights the collaborative efforts between students, faculty, and industry professionals, demonstrating the impact of academic-industry partnerships in driving technological advancements for SMEs  

Economic development is the main goal that every country wants to achieve to improve people's welfare, reduce poverty, and encourage sustainable economic growth. This study examines the important role of philanthropic institutions and fiscal policy in encouraging economic development, both in general and from an Islamic economic perspective. Philanthropy, through voluntary contributions such as zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf, helps fill gaps that cannot be fully addressed by the public sector, improves people's welfare, and reduces socio-economic disparities. Fiscal policy, as the main tool of government, plays an important role in managing state revenues and expenditures, influencing economic growth, income distribution, and macroeconomic stability. Through in-depth literature analysis, this research finds synergies between the philanthropic sector and fiscal policy that can strengthen sustainable economic development. This study also provides insight into the development of Islamic economics in the last three decades, showing significant progress in academic research and operational practice. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide significant policy recommendations to maximize the potential of these two tools in achieving fair and sustainable economic development.  

Hospitals as one of the health service providers cannot be separated from the lives of people who always want to maintain their health. Every hospital must maintain cleanliness because it is a place used as a health facility. Hospital is a type of health service business to the community which certainly produces a lot of waste including hazardous waste in its operational activities. Just like settlements, hospitals also produce a lot of waste and perhaps more. It is difficult to manage B3 waste on their own, so not a few hospitals use B3 waste management services to other parties who of course still have to have a permit from the relevant agency to be able to manage B3 waste. Third parties in managing hospital B3 waste still have responsibilities to the hospital. Government efforts in providing environmental protection and management, and preventing environmental pollution are by providing administrative sanctions, criminal sanctions, civil sanctions. With the sanctions given to people or parties who commit environmental pollution, it is hoped that it can provide a deterrent effect to be better and wiser in managing the waste from their activities in order to preserve the environment and free the environment from pollution.

Until now, SSB Purwodadi is very burdensome for its owners and administrators because SSB still depends on the owner for its operational costs from SSB students. This Ssb was founded from the awareness of the community around the location and football coaches who want to encourage the realization of positive habit activities in sports, especially football. In children's football, students who were initially physically and healthless through football became physically strong, physically fit, and their confidence and cooperation could be established. As well as spiritual values and honesty will emerge. And for trainers after this service is held, they can train and teach well, correctly and professionally, of course. And hopefully football seeds can be born with a good football magazine and a good training program and there is valid data in the football learning process. And from the student and coach questionnaire survey, we can find out that after doing service, there is a score of 22 out of a total score of 25 scores from 5 questions, which indicates that there is 88% of the total of 100 percent of the overall score and this service has a good impact Keywords: football school, curriculum, evaluation.

This study investigates the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on comparing the experiences and outcomes of small and large enterprises in Europe. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research examines how these enterprises adopt CSR practices and the resultant impacts on financial and environmental performance. The findings indicate that both small and large enterprises benefit significantly from CSR, evidenced by improvements in key financial metrics such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), as well as reductions in carbon emissions and enhancements in energy efficiency. Small enterprises, despite facing challenges such as limited financial resources and lack of expertise, achieve notable local community engagement and operational efficiencies through targeted CSR initiatives. Large enterprises leverage their extensive resources to implement comprehensive CSR strategies, resulting in substantial environmental and financial gains. The study highlights the importance of stakeholder engagement, government support, and a robust organizational culture in facilitating effective CSR adoption. These insights underscore the need for supportive measures to help SMEs overcome barriers and enhance their contributions to sustainable development.

The urgency of this research lies in understanding the critical role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the rapidly evolving landscape of Industry 4.0. The primary aim of this study is to examine how AI drives innovation and efficiency within Industry 4.0. Management of prayer schedules, event announcements, and donation tracking is still conventional, leading to inefficiency and lack of transparency. Congregants often struggle to get up-to-date information, limiting their participation in events. Additionally, the mosque's manual financial management often lacks transparency, causing distrust. This highlights the need for a modern, efficient information system to support mosque operations and improve services. E-MOSQUE aims to streamline mosque functions, including prayer schedules, event management, donation tracking, and announcements. By developing a centralized, mobile-accessible platform, congregants can easily access information and participate in activities anytime, anywhere. E-MOSQUE is expected to enhance communication, transparency, and management efficiency, facilitate access for all members, and strengthen community engagement. The outcome will be improved operational efficiency, financial transparency, and better community involvement, contributing to the mosque's modernization and the community's welfare.

Murabaha financing is one of the Islamic financing products that is popular among MSMEs. This product is in accordance with Islamic sharia principles which prohibit usury and encourage fair buying and selling transactions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia principles in murabahah financing products of Islamic banks on the financial performance of MSMEs. A literature review was conducted to understand the concepts of sharia principles, murabaha financing, and MSMEs financial performance. Data were collected from various sources, journals, including books, and other reliable sources. The study results show that the implementation of sharia principles in murabaha financing products of Islamic banks has a positive influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. This positive influence can be seen from the increase in profitability and operational efficiency of MSMEs. In addition, murabaha financing can also help MSMEs to increase access to capital and develop their business.

Cooperatives are business entities based on family principles and aim to improve the welfare of members. Organizational and capital completeness are two important factors that determine the effectiveness of cooperatives in achieving their goals. Organizational completeness refers to the structure and governance of a good cooperative, including the existence of an optimally functioning board, supervisor, and member meeting. This research uses a qualitative method. The results of this study reveal that a complete cooperative organization is the key to success in running a cooperative system. In addition to having complete administrators, supervisors, and member meetings, cooperatives also need to have a strong institutional structure. In addition, in terms of capital, having sufficient sources of funds will enable the cooperative to develop its business, expand its range of services, and have financial resilience in the face of risks that may arise. Thus, the overall comprehensiveness of the cooperative's organization and capital will be instrumental in determining the success of the cooperative system. Both aspects support each other to create an operational environment that is stable, transparent, and able to respond to challenges and opportunities in the market.

Abstract :The financial performance of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) for the period 2020-2022 needs to be evaluated to determine the effectiveness of management in managing the company's finances. The purpose of the study is to measure the financial performance of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) through financial statement analysis over the period 2020, 2021, and 2022. This study uses various types of financial ratios such as Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability. The research method used is qualitative with a quantitative approach. The data used is sourced from the financial statements of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis results show that the company has good liquidity because current assets are higher than current liabilities. The solvency ratio level is quite healthy. Although the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) indicates high debt, the low Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) values show that most of the assets are still funded by equity. The company's profitability level is less healthy. Although the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) shows positive results and is higher than the industry average, other ratios such as Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) indicate that the company has significant room for improvement in operational efficiency, cost management, and optimization of asset and equity utilization. Currently, there is a trend towards second-hand clothing (fashion thrift) to meet the increasing demand of consumers, considering that times have changed, buying second-hand clothes has become a trend and a lifestyle that is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Therefore, many new business owners are trying to venture into this thrift business through online platforms like live e-commerce. When discussing the sustainability of a business, it is undeniable that it will face risks. These risks are not only caused by internal factors but also by external factors that force us to be more vigilant in facing these risks. These risks do not only appear in large businesses but also in small-scale businesses like SMEs. This study aims to identify operational risks, their causes, and their impact on business activities and find solutions to address operational risks that occur. The research object is Yodshi Fashion, which is one of the online thrift stores in Cirebon. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through online observation and interviews with business owners, as well as an analysis based on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The research results show that there are operational risks, such as the mismatch between the quality of clothes and stock with customer demand, fluctuations in live traffic on e-commerce, high administrative costs on e-commerce, intense competition among online thrift sellers, a large number of PHP customers during live sales, and the cancellation of COD orders by customers. These risks include internal and external operational risks with a high risk level that occurs in Yodshi Fashion Cirebon. These operational risks can affect the quality of products presented and disrupt the service process for customers. Risk management is crucial for operational activities to minimize and prevent the possibility of risks that can cause losses for Yodshi Fashion Cirebon.
