Stunting is a serious problem in Gowa Regency that requires preventive action. The training "Utilization of Highly Nutritious Local Foodstuffs for Stunting Prevention in Gowa Regency" aims to increase the community's understanding of the nutritional value of local foodstuffs and improve their processing skills. Gowa Regency, with its diverse natural resources, is a potential landscape for enriching healthy diets. The training focused on two main objectives: first, improving knowledge about the nutritional content of local food ingredients, and second, improving optimal processing skills. The training not only provided information but also empowered the community to adopt nutritious diets, supporting sustainable stunting prevention efforts. The activity began by providing counseling on the problem of stunting and its prevention, introducing the variety and variety of local ingredients that are good and nutritionally valuable and conducting demonstrations, starting from handling raw materials, how to process ingredients, mixing ingredients, processing to packaging and storage. The results of the training showed that the responses of all participants (100%) had never done local food processing, and they were satisfied and benefited from the training activities. This research analyzes strategies and policy innovations in managing natural resources and renewable energy laws in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the implemented environmental policies, the roles of central and regional governments, and the challenges in their implementation. The results show that Indonesia has implemented various policies and regulations to support sustainable natural resource management. Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management is the main foundation, followed by its derivative rules. However, policy implementation still faces challenges such as land conflicts, environmental degradation, and overexploitation of natural resources. In the context of renewable energy, the government has issued fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to promote its adoption. Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2022 is an example of a policy that provides various tax incentives and licensing facilities for renewable energy projects. This study concludes that Indonesia needs a comprehensive and collaborative approach to address challenges and optimize natural resource management and renewable energy development. Recommendations include simplifying bureaucratic procedures, increasing transparency in procurement processes, and strengthening investment guarantee mechanisms to enhance private sector participation in renewable energy infrastructure development.  

Based on data from the West Sumatra energy and mineral resources service, it is stated that Limapuluh Kota Regency has the potential for rocks (andesite, granite, limestone, marble) and metallic minerals (gold and lead). This huge natural potential requires good management so that it can develop and requires potential human resources as well. Human resources are important because they affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. One of the things that needs to be considered in HR management is employee performance. High employee performance is of course highly expected by every company because it will encourage the development of the company. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze employee job satisfaction in an effort to improve employee performance in the Regent's Office in the field of Economics and Natural Resources, Aceh Singkil Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research show that there is a sense of injustice felt by honorary employees. Because they feel that the existing compensation system is not transparent enough. This is of course a separate note for the agency to be able to measure how satisfied employees are with the existing compensation system. In creating job satisfaction, the management of the Regent's Office for Economics and Natural Resources, Aceh Singkil Regency, through the HR department, has focused on creating job satisfaction through three aspects, namely good HR management, a supportive work place and atmosphere, and an organizational culture that is in accordance with the agency's needs.

Indonesia's 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) aims to create a prosperous, just and sustainable Indonesia with a middle to upper income level (middle-income country). In this document there are seven development agendas. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) is directly involved in at least four agendas, namely: Strengthening economic resilience for quality and equitable growth; Regional development to reduce inequality and ensure equal distribution of welfare; Improving the quality and competitiveness of human resources; and Environmental development and increasing resilience to unexpected natural disasters and climate change.

In Indonesian education system, junior high schools have an important role in the growth and development of students who are in the teenage age range. Therefore, a community service program was carried out, Solar Hydroponic Training as a Learning Media for Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng Middle School Students. This activity aims to train students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng in optimally utilizing the school environment's natural resources by managing solar powered hydroponic plantations, which in the process can become an effective student learning medium to increase students' insight and skills. This training was carried out for 4 months with various training methods which included counseling, demonstrations and direct practice carried out during the implementation process which included the socialization stage, seeding training, system installation and transplanting, cultivation assistance, harvest & post-harvest assistance and evaluation. The target of this activity is all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng, totaling 42 students with the assistance of 2 teachers. During implementation, this program has achieved all the specified targets, including the establishment of a hydroponic green area that can be managed by students, which in the process has increased students' knowledge about hydroponic concepts and renewable technology, this is supported by the results of direct evaluations with teachers. companion along with the results of a comparison of post test and pretest scores which were quite significant.

Maritime security cooperation between the two nations forms the foundation for collaboration in the management of marine resources, cultural exchanges, economics, and maritime security. The objective of this research is to examine the impacts that can result from Japan-Philippines cooperation on Japan's maritime security. This research employs a mixed-methodology to elucidate the scope and impacts stemming from Japan-Philippines cooperation on Japan's maritime security. The research findings demonstrate that the impact of Japan-Philippines cooperation on maritime security provides critical access and plays a vital role in strengthening regional security in the area. Success in achieving assured maritime security conditions has positive effects on Japan in various sectors, especially in the trade sector. This leads to an increase in trust and facilitates smooth trade activities in the maritime region due to guaranteed maritime security. This approach reflects Japan's commitment to being more proactive in upholding global maritime security and collaborating with its regional partners to achieve shared prosperity and peace in the region and the world.

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.  

STIKES Kesdam IV/Diponegoro as one of the health universities has great potential in the form of human resources (HR) to play a role in the development of the target area in the health sector. The results of an interview with the Head of the Sekaran Community Health Center revealed that of the 5 sub-districts managed by the Sekaran Community Health Center, Sukorejo Sub-District is an area that has complex health problems. Health problems related to the elderly need attention that is no less important. The health of the elderly under the management of the elderly posyandu in the Sukerejo Deliksari sub-district area has been going well. It's just that this area related to handling the cognitive health problems of the elderly still needs more attention. One of the cognitive function disorders in the elderly is dementia. There is no health care related to dementia in this area, this is because elderly posyandu cadres consider the problem of dementia or senile dementia to be natural and normal for the elderly. So promotive and preventive efforts are needed by holding community service related to cadre training in early detection of elderly people with dementia health problems.

Abstract; This research aims to find out about the risk of danger from ship collisions and to find out the factors that influence the risk of KM ship collisions. True Fleet at PT. Greetings Pacific Indonesia Lines. The type of research in this research is Normative Juridical research. The research approaches in this research are the statutory approach and the case approach. Sources of legal materials in this research are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data collection in this research used library research. Analysis will also be carried out using qualitative methods. The research results show that risk identification mapping of hazards that occur in activities on Armada Sejati ships can be carried out using the HAZOP or hazard method and the results show that the most dominant hazards are risks identified from several hazard sources such as ship accidents, painting, welding, mooring/unmooring, to loading and unloading goods. The occurrence of ship collision accidents can be caused by several factors, namely technical factors related to monitoring the ship's seaworthiness, natural factors related to weather and currents, human factors related to the human resources of the crew and also the company, as well as other factors.

Abstract. For legal guarantees and legal certainty, the principles of justice, feasibility and propriety must be put forward and technically contributed to the accuracy of mapping to resolve the complexity of problems related to natural resources, in this case coastal areas and small islands and considering the chaotic regional problems, the president and the government to overcome this created a One Map Policy with a Map Accuracy Level of 1:50,000 Scale. This article tries to analyze how this one map policy is an instrument in ensuring legal certainty in the management of coastal areas and small islands. This type of research is normative juridical research. This legal research is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data alone. Secondary materials to be researched include statutory regulations and various judge's decisions that are relevant to this research. Normative legal research in this research will also include: Research on legal principles; research on legal synchronization; as well as legal history research. This research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. In this article, it was found that there are still several problems in this case related to spatial planning which are still overlapping and sectoral in nature and policies related to detailed maps.

This study is part of a relay activity to explore local economic potentials, the discussion of which is focused on identifying and exploring the potential of a resource object selected based on the availability of the resource object and the minimal use of the resource from a business perspective by the local community. The resource object that will be discussed in this case is local fisheries resources in Dumai City, especially fisheries resources from the red claw crayfish commodity or also known as red claw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) which is found in many natural environments in several waterways and river in Dumai City. Exploration of economic use by local communities in this study is also directed as an effort to control the spread of red claw freshwater lobsters which are feared to cause damage to native freshwater biota in Dumai City.   Keyword : Dumai City, UMKM, Red Claw Crayfish    

Business activities are generally carried out by the community by exploiting the natural potential around them, namely the business of utilizing palm oil stick waste. This waste has not been used at all by the community so it is left like that. However, the existence of a search for sticks can provide additional income for the community. This research aims to find out the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the economy of the people of the search for sticks (carli) group in Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The Quadruple Helix implementation strategy is one model that is suitable for social research and innovation. Data collection was carried out using a qualitative research design through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews, then supported by literature study. The research results show that the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the community's economy can provide significant benefits if implemented well. There are several ways to implement the Quadruple Helix so that it can help improve the economy of the people of South Labuhanbatu Sungai Kanan District, such as Partnership and Collaboration. Through partnerships between government, academics, business and society, different resources and knowledge can be combined. This collaboration can produce innovations and new solutions to increase production, added value of stick products, and the number of stick exports, thereby providing greater economic benefits for the stick-seeking (carli) community. However, there are several obstacles in implementing the Quadruple Helix, namely that even though it has been implemented, it has not been fully implemented to the maximum extent for the people of Sungai Kanan Labuhan Batu Selatan District.

The purpose of this research is to explain a strategic approach to the training and development of the Human Resources of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in facing organizational change challenges. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach. The research is conducted at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Bima District. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that in the context of natural disasters that are prone in this region, disaster preparedness, disaster management, and emergency response coordination are the top priorities in the training strategy. Involvement of the local community, collaboration with other institutions, and learning from previous experiences are essential elements that can strengthen the readiness of the BPBD in Bima District. Continuous evaluation, career development, utilization of local human resources, and technological innovation are supportive elements in a comprehensive training strategy. Recommendations include the development of long-term training plans, enhanced inter-agency collaboration, and investment in technology that supports disaster management and training. Facing future challenges, such as climate change that can increase the risk of natural disasters, the BPBD in Bima District must continually update their training strategy and ensure that their response to organizational changes and disasters remains relevant and responsive. Therefore, the training and development strategy for HR in the BPBD in Bima District can help strengthen their preparedness and responsiveness in facing the challenges in this region.

Meat Village is one of the tourist villages in Tampahan District, Toba Regency. Tourism development is an effort to develop or promote tourist attractions to attract tourists and make tourist attractions more attractive in terms of location and object. The aim of this research is to determine Community Based Tourism Development. Based Tourism), and to find out community empowerment and its role in developing the Meat Tourism Village. The number of informants in this research was 7 (seven) people. This research is a qualitative type of research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The approach taken is a descriptive approach, based on natural and cultural resources, community groups and village government. The research results show that there are; (a) natural and cultural resources, showing that the village's potential can support the arrival of visitors, (b) community groups to increase community creativity in developing and preserving cultural traditions in Meat Village, (c) the village government which play an important role in efforts to develop the village so that it can attract the attention of tourists if it fulfills the seven charms of tourism, (d) the role of the community who participates in carrying out village activities so that the village remains clean, safe and cool so that anyone who comes to visit can enjoy the tourist attractions is in Meat.

Human Resources is a very important one. Apart from affecting safety, it can also affect work discipline on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research methods, and the sample used was 35 people with a saturated sampling technique. The influence of work safety on employee performance is 0.161 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is -1.433 < 1.69389. It can be concluded that the work safety variable partially has no influence on the employee performance variable. The Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. It can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable partially has a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable. The Influence of Work Safety and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Indonesia is an agricultural country, where the main source of livelihood for the people is agriculture. This is motivated by geographical location. Indonesia is located in a tropical area, so the weather conditions, land and other resources in Indonesia have high potential to develop the agricultural sector. Based on these results, it can be concluded that all variables in this study are reliable. All variables have a normal distribution. This is proven by testing using the normality test. It is known that the Commodity Price, Land Area and Number of Areca Palm variables (X) and the farmer's income variable (Y) have values ​​greater than 0.05, so these variables have a significant effect. Based on the t test, the variables commodity prices, land area and number of areca nut have a significant effect on farmer income. The higher the price of commodities, the area of ​​land and the number of areca nuts owned and managed, the higher the price of commodities and the number of areca nuts and the area of ​​eating land that farmers' income will increase. Meanwhile, the analysis of commodity prices, land area and number of areca palms on farmer income based on test results (R2) has quite a large influence, namely 64.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 35.1% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Thus, commodity prices, land area and number of areca nuts affect farmer income

This research uses qualitative research methods with literature study data collection techniques to investigate the impact of using learning technology on student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education. The purpose of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of how learning technology can be optimised to improve student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The results of this study have the potential to provide relevant recommendations that can help improve Mathematics and Natural Sciences education in the current digital era. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the understanding of how learning technology can be used more effectively in increasing student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, so that it can provide maximum benefits in preparing students to face global challenges in the future.

Banjaran Raya Village is one of the villages in Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. Banjaran Raya Village has natural resources in the form of oil palm plantations which are one of the main potentials of the village. This article discusses the socialization of training assistance and the use of practical tools for cleaning palm oil waste sticks in Banjaran Raya village. By utilizing palm oil frond waste, the benefits of which not many people know about. Palm Oil Sticks are one of the basic ingredients for making various kinds of craft products which have good beneficial value. The aim of this outreach is to introduce and provide training assistance in the use of practical tools for cleaning sticks with a low accident rate which are made based on student creativity using wood and cutter knives. The method I used in this research was preparation, implementation and evaluation. The expected result of carrying out this activity is that the community will know how to use this practical tool and can help the community's work in cleaning sticks. An indicator of achieving the goal of this socialization is the enthusiasm of village residents with the program being implemented.
