This research aims to explore the dynamics involved in integrating sustainable digital marketing practices into Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Employing a qualitative approach, the study adopts a mixed-method model combining interviews and case studies. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling to select participants representing diverse MSMEs. Data analysis utilizes thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes. The findings reveal a multifaceted understanding of sustainable digital marketing integration, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and best practices within MSMEs. Insights garnered from this research contribute to a deeper comprehension of sustainable digital marketing strategies tailored for MSMEs, thereby fostering their resilience and competitiveness in contemporary markets.

Marketing a product at first glance is easy, but it needs the right method of what marketing means that is right on target so that it can be in accordance with the expected goals and get profits or profits as expected, through techniques of fsn the right theories in managing business ventures, especially in marketing management so that in buying and selling goods or services offered by business actors the best ones are actually chosen. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the implementation of the Marketing Management course to increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up Business and the factors that can increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up business. The research method was carried out through a sociological juridical approach because to find out how far the Implementation of Marketing Management Courses for Increasing Revenue for Make Up Salon Businesses (Case Study of Alumni of the Cosmetology Study Program Alumni of the Social Welfare Academy of Mrs. Kartini Semarang. The increase in the salon make-up business is growing because of the progress of the cosmetic business that is circulating in the market. This is supported by the fact that many women want to look prettier and more attractive, so they go to salons to beautify their facial makeup. Salon make-up business owners to be smarter in managing their business, both the skills of the makeup artist who always keeps abreast of the latest makeup models and modern and adequate make-up equipment according to current developments.

Marketing of Flobamora Collection products is currently still done manually through Toko, Facebook and word of mouth where sales only cover Kupang City, while for customer segment opportunities, Flobamora Collection products are very broad. The purpose of the activity is to provide product marketing training and use of website media to expand sales and promotion of Flobamora Collection products so that they are better known by the wider community. The method used in community service activities is to conduct training and practice in implementing online product marketing at the website-based Flobamora Collection. The results achieved in this activity are increasing partner knowledge about website-based online product marketing models and increasing partner understanding about the use of online stores as a medium to sell and promote Flobamora Collection products. Creating a website-based online store as a medium to sell and promote products online. By utilizing webiste-based online marketing media, it can enable the wider community not only in the Kupang City area but also nationally and even abroad to access information on the products offered by Flobamora Collection, thereby increasing the number of customers and sales turnover of Flobamora Collection.

The behavior of changing the use of technology for business actors is very rapid. Information of system is form of data that has been processed through a certain model into information that can be used by the recipient in making decisions. Some MSME actors with a Data List of product images and detailed information on their products to be marketed to customers using laminated paper. Marketing information using the Website implements CMS with E-Catalog as an alternative solution. Reader and Viewers can view the Catalog privately or together. The treatment of the Plugin model with the CMS that has been embedded on the website is reliable because it is online. Several list images are displayed on WhatsApp Status and social media to introduce products to the public with the aim of increasing sales volume and selling in the market. This is an obstacle if one day people need pictures but do not have complete detailed information. High purchasing power is expected to be created from the spread of E-Catalog regarding products from MSMEs that have been installed on the E-Catalog website. Websites with online CMS can be opened on any device by requiring an internet connection, making it easier for marketing and complete information for consumers, customers and MSME business players.

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on UMKM. Social distancing has changed consumer behavior from conventional to digital. UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Production and marketing are carried out simultaneously by building an "agricultural industry" and an "agricultural market." Apart from that, it can also be used as an educational, tourism, and cultural village. The academic village is intended as a research and training/educational practicum place. Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.

The goals of the study are to test the effects of strategy orientation, creativation, innovation for marketing perfomance, and the competitive advantages of central batik industry in Pekalongan. The study was done by questionnaire method. Sampling was done by accidental sampling of 100 respondents while techniques were being analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the study recommends the orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation that influence on the performance of marketing significancy. The orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation affect the competitive advantage through marketing performance too. Marketing performance influence the competitive advantage directly in the apparel industry of central batik in Pekalongan.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. Research on the Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing aims to find out the influence of The Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing as Variable Intervening Research Location PT. Bpr Rudo Indobank in Semarang City. The population used is PT Customer. Rudo Indobank. The sample was 100 respondents. Research data comes from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using purposive random sampling techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The results of this research Communication Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing, Conflict Management has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa faktor tersebut merupakan Faktor Yang Mendorong Tamu Dalam Melakukan Reservasi Hotel Secara Online di MG Suite Hotel Semarang. Dan untuk mengetahui Variabel mana yang lebih dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Model penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan metode Wawancara mendalam, Observasi dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Peneliti mewawancarai E-Commerce Manager MG Suite Hotel Semarang, Marketing & Business Development Online Travel Agent, dan 10 tamu MG Suite Hotel. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai Faktor yang mendorong tamu dalam melakukan reservasi hotel secara online di MG Suite Hotel Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel yang dominan adalah harga, macam produk, pembayaran, hubungan pelanggan, dan citra.

Desa Patimuan sebenarnya memiliki banyak potensi yang belum banyak diekspos oleh media secara maksimal. Salah satu potensi ekonomi yang ada di desa Patimuan dan menjadi andalan karena sudah dikenal oleh kalangan luas adalah pertanian jeruk. Kebun jeruk yang ada di di desa tersebut seluas 250 hektar. Potensi lain yang sebenarnya belum terekspos secara efektif adalah kebun sayur organik dan tanaman hias. Hal ini memang belum banyak mendapatkan perhatian dari kalangan umum. Selain itu, masih ada beberapa potensi desa yang lain yang seyogyanya dapat lebih ditingkatkan dengan adanya program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Menurut kepala desa Patimuan, Muttaqin. S.Pd.I, masyarakat di desa Patimuan masih harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memaksimalkan potensi di desa ini. Sayangnya, masyarakat yang potensial tersebut masih ketinggalan dalam penguasaan dan pemanfaatan smartphone untuk online marketing. Setelah kami mengetahui kurangnya pengetahuan di bidang teknologi ini, maka kami menawarkan proposal PKM-M yang berjudul "Pengenalan online marketing melalui media smartphone di desa Patimuan, Kecamatan Patimuan Kabupaten Cilacap". Menurut kepala desa Patimuan, Muttaqin. S.Pd.I, masyarakat di desa Patimuan masih harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memaksimalkan potensi di desa ini. Dengan terealisasinya proposal ini kami berharap besar akan adanya perubahan signifikan terhadap masyarakat Desa Patimuan dalam hal pengetahuan teknologi dan penggunaannya. Hal tersebut yang akan menjadikan Desa Patimuan dikenal sebagai desa model di kabupaten Cilacap yang berkecimpung dalam marketing online. Dan bukan hal yang mustahil, jika prosposal yang kami tawarkan ini bergerak maju sesuai yang diharapkan, nantinya Desa Patimuan akan menjadi desa percotohan dan teladan bagi desa lainnya.

This research analyzes the effect of perception on customer orientationand perception on company reputation on perception of strategic serviceorientation and its impact on customer satisfaction. The research problem isbased on 2 (two) issues: first is research gap based on previous researchbackground for example, referring to the borders and direction of researchwill come on and inconsistent with previous findings such as in Homburg etal., ( 2002); Chenet et al., (2000); Pelham, (1997); Doney and Cannon(1997). And the second comes from the research problems, which is found inthe data that gives an overview of the condition of PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor deals with the targets and sales realization of "Honda"brand products in Semarang region, where in 2005 PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor can not meet the targeted marketing of 869 units and canonly be realized 725 or 83% only.A model has been developed and five hypotheses have been formulatedto address this research problem. Sampling technique is purposive method(purposive sampling). Respondents from this study amounted to 120respondents, where respondents are customers of PT. Mandalatama ArmadaMotor. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of this research data analysis show themodel and research results can be received well. And furthermore the resultsof this study prove the influence of perceptions on customer orientation toperceptions of strategic service orientation is a significant positip.Perceptions of a company's reputation have a positive effect on perceptions ofstrategic service orientation. Perceptions of customer orientation have apositive effect on customer satisfaction. And the influence of perceptions onthe company's reputation on customer satisfaction is a significant positively.As well as perceptions of the orientation of strategic services positively affectcustomer satisfaction

Promas Greenland Nglimut Is a Hot Spring Bath and Villa Accommodation, Promas Greenland Ngonut Gonoharjo is located at an altitude of 700m above sea level, located in Limbangan District and 30 km from the city of Semarang. The purpose of this study is to introduce to the public so that people are more aware of greenland promas tourism, as well as interested in traveling to greenland promos gonoharjo and increasing marketing of greenland promasan tourism to be able to compete with other tourism in Kendal district. This study uses the Aida method and uses a 3D model. The subject of this research is to the public and tourists who will visit Greenland promasan tourism. The results of this study were able to attract the public or tourists to visit Greenland promising tourist sites and improve their marketing system, the results obtained from marketing with 3D models are able to improve the marketing system that the public will find out the specifications and forms of Greenland promotions before visiting or traveling. This is supported by the existence of good management and adequate facilities so that visitors feel comfortable and happy.

The research examines the marketing system and a simple accounting bookkeeping transaction-based online web 2.0. The success of SystemWeb 2.0 is themodel ofweb-based marketing system with simple accounting bookkeeping can run effectively and efficiently, which is built with each character SMEs Riau Melayu songket. The purpose ofthis systemof Web 2.0 is good customer in teraction to the system.Consumers SMEs are willing to share knowledge songket product and satisfied with the service of the products such as ease of payment because it supported a good simple accounting bookkeeping. Some of the SMEs to transform knowledge into innovative products or services. This research use sample consisted of 45 people from SMEs Riau who act as the owner, co-owner, accounting, labor, marketing, songket weavers scattered in the RIAU area. The data are taken with the collecting of data into observation, interviews and questionnaires central. Selection of samples by using purposive sampling.The method is a descriptive to explore Marketing Model and application of financial records Riau SMEs based on systemweb 2.0. The result of the research Indicated integrated system that combines all the elements of art and Riau Melayu culture and its financial records in a web site that is easily accessible web bases or very useful. Kebanyakan UKM memiliki permasalahan permodalan dan pemasaran, hal ini yang juga dialami oleh UKM di Kabupaten Kendal terutama usaha Batik dan usaha Tas yang menjadi sentra dengan jumlah UKM terbanyak. Usaha tersebut sulit memasarkan secara mandiri dengan brand sendiri, tergantung pada tengkulak dan broker yang membeli atau melakukan order tersebut dengan merk pemesan.  Padahal kedua produk tersebut menjadi produk unggulan dan bahkan menjadi percontohan usaha mikro daerah skala nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi pemasaran online (e-marketing) dengan model cyber-link antar pemilik usaha yang ada dengan komunitas yang dibentuk untuk mendukung pemasaran online, sehingga ketika pengguna internet mencari produk tersebut selalu mudah ditemui di internet dan selalu berada pada halaman pertama dan menjadi ranking teratas (To range). Manfaatnya adalah agar produk yang dipasarkan online mudah ditemukan, dan menjadi prioritas untuk diakses oleh pengguna internet, hal tersebut merupakan strategi pemasaran untuk memudahkan mendapatkan pelanggan.   Kata Kunci : UKM, pemasaran online, cyber-link

This paper presents n conceptual model of Internet-based business-consumer relationship marketing with a focus on the context, content, and the process of relationship development from the consumer's perspective. The model con be divided into two broad groups. The first group is a set of contextual factors (environment, parties to the relationship, consumption task) that influence relationship development. The second group is the content and process of relationship development that can be viewed via three interrelated conceptual phases: consumer motives to seek interaction, exploration and interaction, and relationship bonding. With the rapid growth of E-commerce and on-line consumer shopping trends, the importance of building and maintaining customer loyalty in electronic marketplaces has come into sharper focus in marketing theory and practice. This paper also to present a conceptual framework of "e-loyalty" and its underlying drives.
