Management of incoming and outgoing mail archives is a crucial aspect of organizational administration, including at the Waharia Village Office. Currently, the archiving process is still done manually, posing various challenges such as lengthy search times, risks of document damage or loss, and the need for extensive storage space. To address these issues, this research developed a web-based mail archiving information system. The study findings indicate that the web-based archiving system enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of archive management by enabling quick and easy recording, storage, and retrieval of mail archives. Documents can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, equipped with advanced search features to expedite the retrieval process. Furthermore, the use of digital storage reduces the risks of document damage or loss, while controlled access management enhances data security.    

The development of a letter archiving system based on Visual Basic at the Bapperida Office of Central Papua Province aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of letter archive management. This system addresses various issues found in manual archiving, such as slow processes, difficulty in searching, risks of document damage and loss, and the large space required for storage. With features like automation, advanced search, digital storage, and access control, this system enables faster, more accurate, and safer archiving processes. The use of the prototype method ensures the system meets user needs through continuous iterations. The research results indicate that this system successfully improves the quality of information services, supports good governance principles, and provides significant storage space savings. Overall, this system is expected to better and more efficiently support the execution of organizational tasks and functions.      

This study explores the pharmaceutical supply chain management of the National Formulary at RSUP Dr. Sitanala in Tangerang City, aiming to identify obstacles to drug availability and formulate effective and efficient solutions. Acknowledging quality healthcare as a fundamental human right and a critical investment for a nation's future, this research emphasizes the importance of high-quality healthcare services. These services encompass not only treatment but also health promotion and disease prevention through the adoption of clean and healthy living habits. Drug availability is a major pillar in the provision of quality healthcare services. Effective and efficient management of the pharmaceutical supply chain, particularly regarding National Formulary drugs, is crucial in ensuring the availability of medications at healthcare facilities. This research employs a comprehensive analysis of the supply chain processes at RSUP Dr. Sitanala, examining stages such as drug selection, demand planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, drug control, therapy monitoring, prescription preparation, drug dispensation, and medication administration. The study's methodology involves a case study approach, integrating theoretical management principles and interdisciplinary pharmacy management with compliance to regulations, as outlined in Permenkes No. 76 of 2016. Findings from RSUP Dr. Sitanala indicate that the hospital's pharmaceutical management practices align with contemporary health and pharmacy management theories, emphasizing structured systems, stringent verification, and effective interprofessional communication to ensure medication safety and efficacy. The study identifies challenges in information technology and interdisciplinary coordination as areas needing improvement. Nonetheless, a commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory standards reflects RSUP Dr. Sitanala's dedication to enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical management and healthcare services. The implications of this research extend beyond RSUP Dr. Sitanala, offering valuable recommendations for improving drug supply chain management in other healthcare institutions in Indonesia. By enhancing access to and the quality of healthcare services, this study contributes to the broader goal of achieving the highest possible level of health for individuals, reflecting the perspective of human rights and investment in the nation's future health.

Landslide disasters can cause death and have a major impact on health systems and important services such as water, electricity or communication lines. The positive attitude shown by students is the initial milestone in changing attitudes to support student preparedness behavior. Through a landslide disaster management simulation, students' attitudes become positive and are able to apply self-evacuation techniques when a landslide occurs in accordance with the SOP for landslide disaster management. To determine the effect of providing a landslide disaster management simulation on students' attitudes at Selo Boyolali 1 State Elementary School. Research method: This type of research is pre-experimental design without control group with a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, a sample of 29 students. Measuring student attitudes uses a student attitude questionnaire sheet consisting of 20 statement items using a Likert scale. Before the research was carried out the average results were 51.21% and after the research the average results were 67.45%, in other words Posttest > Pretest. Then the Wilcoxon test was carried out and the result was that P-Value = 0.001 (P<0.05) Ha was accepted. Urban drainage systems face mounting pressure due to the combined impacts of rapid urbanization and climate change. The expansion of impervious surfaces and altered precipitation patterns contribute to increased stormwater runoff, exacerbating flood risks and water quality issues in cities. Traditional drainage systems, focused primarily on controlling water volume, are insufficient to address the growing complexity of urban drainage challenges. This study proposes Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) that integrate flood management, water quality improvement, and climate resilience. By incorporating nature-based solutions such as permeable pavements, green roofs, and rain gardens, these systems aim to reduce runoff, enhance groundwater recharge, and mitigate the negative effects of urbanization. Through a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) framework, this research evaluates various drainage solutions based on technical, socio-economic, and environmental criteria. The findings indicate that SUDS outperforms traditional systems in flood mitigation, water quality control, and climate resilience, highlighting their importance in adapting to changing climatic conditions. This paper emphasizes the need for sustainable drainage solutions to ensure long-term urban resilience and improve the overall quality of urban environments.

Patient safety encompasses a system of services designed to ensure that patients feel secure. This includes proper identification, learning from incidents, injury prevention due to errors, follow-up actions, risk analysis, patient incident assessment, and risk management related to reporting. Implementing solutions to minimize risks also involves preventing injuries caused by employee negligence in performing incorrect actions. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding patient safety on the risk of patient falls. The study design is quasi-experimental (Pre and Post Test Without Control). Data analysis utilized univariate and bivariate methods. In this study, 50 respondents participated in an intervention. The average pre-test and post-test scores were analyzed to evaluate the influence of nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and practices on patient safety concerning the incidence of fall risk. The results indicated that there was no significant influence of knowledge and application of patient safety on fall risk (p-Value 0.230 > 0.05). However, there was a significant influence of nurses' attitudes on fall risk events (p-Value 0.000 < 0.05).

Faculty The Faculty of HOLS Hospitality School faces challenges in manual administration, such as accumulating registration data, difficulty in data retrieval, risk of data loss, administrative inaccuracies, and time-consuming registration and attendance processes, increasing the risk of administrative errors. To address these issues, researchers designed a web-based information system using the waterfall model and PHP programming language. This system allows students to mark attendance using a QR code within a 5-meter radius, mentors to reschedule classes quickly and easily, and administrators to control administrative data accurately and efficiently. The result of this research is an information system product that facilitates academic administration management at HOLS Hospitality School, supports e-learning facilities, and simplifies coordination between students, mentors, and administrators.

One way management can control the foundation better is by controlling operating costs as effectively and effectively as possible. An operational audit is a systematic process used to assess how effective and efficient operations are under internal supervision. This audit report is submitted to the management along with recommendations for improvement. This study aims to find a more efficient way to control operational costs through operational audits. The research method used is using a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the Foundation's operational audit has been carried out independently and in accordance with applicable audit theories and standards. The operational auditor remains objective and can carry out his responsibilities honestly and carry out all his or her abilities in auditing. In addition, operational auditors are still reflected in the position of the audit unit.

This research was conducted to analyze internal control in the management of receivables at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Gubeng. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal control system in managing accounts receivable at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Gubeng. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach method which includes data collection, data reduction, presentation and findings. The application of the internal control system in the management of accounts receivable by HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Gubeng has been running well. Proven by the application of ethical standards and clear policies and applying principles in the form of guidelines in carrying out work every day, good information and communication, credit sales policies and holding regular evaluations every month to discuss problems regarding accounts receivable. This greatly supports internal control of accounts receivable management to run effectively.

Lastly recommendations for research are proposed todrive innovation and enhancement of environmental protection technology. Abstract The utilization of information technology plays a crucial role in the operations of organizations or companies, including the Communication and Informatics Agency of East Java Province. The utilization of information technology is governed by Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). The purpose of conducting risk management evaluation is to reduce the impact of risks within the organization and to determine the level of SPBE risk management capability. This research uses the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) 5 framework. The current assessment results for EDM03 Ensure Risk Optimization (as is) have reached Level 2 – Managed Process with a score of 74.9%, and APO12 Manage Risk (as is) has reached Level 1 – Performed Process with a final score of 79.39% with the category of L (Largely Achieved). Based on this assessment, the gap for EDM03 is one level, and the gap for APO12 is two levels

In old age, physiologically the body's cells can decline, resulting in decreased body function and endurance. One example is the urinary system which will affect changes or instability in the function of the urinary tract, so that the elderly will experience abnormal urination patterns. The management that can be carried out as an effort to restore the function of the urinary tract, especially the frequency of urination, is pelvic floor muscle exercise. Can analyze gerontic nursing care in the elderly to control decreased urinary tract function. This case study uses a descriptive method with a nursing process approach which was carried out on 3 patients using a one group pretest posttest research design. There was a change in the frequency of urination in the three respondents who had implemented pelvic floor muscle exercises. It is hoped that this nursing care report can become a reference in gerontic nursing care for the elderly with decreased urinary tract function.

By using an information system audit, it is hoped that it can help identify areas where improvements or improvements are needed to improve service quality and control existing security in information systems, including access management, data encryption, user activity monitoring, and data protection measures. From the research carried out, the final result was obtained, namely DSS03 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents) showing the overall level of capability in the DSS03 sub-process and the average results for the DSS03 IT Process itself are shown in table 3 process capability domain DSS03 manage operations.

Dandy Walker syndrome is a rare malforation of the central nervous system characterized by expansion of the fourth ventricle, widening of the posterior fossa, agenesis or dysplasia of the cerebellar vermis accompanied by upward dislocation. This disease occurs more often in women and the etiology is still unknown, but it is related to a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Dandy Walker syndrome is often not detected initially unless clinical manifestations in the form of hydrocephalus occur. This is interesting to discuss considering the low diagnosis of Dandy Walker Syndrome. Diagnosis is based on clinical symptoms and radiological images on antenatal ultrasound, CT scan and MRI. Management of Dandy Walker Syndrome can include surgery to reduce hydrocephalus, physical and occupational therapy, and pharmacotherapy to control neurological symptoms. The lack of diagnosis of Dandy Walker Syndrome makes this an interesting matter to review in the literature.

Primkopal Naval Academy operates in the field of trade or the provision of goods and services and requires an effective inventory control system. Effective inventory control ensures that the cooperative has sufficient stock to meet the needs of its members without experiencing excess or shortage of inventory that can negatively impact the cooperative's operations and finances. Nevertheless, implementing an effective inventory control system in the cooperative is not without challenges. Factors such as demand uncertainty, price fluctuations, resource limitations, and the ability of cooperative members to adapt to technological changes can pose obstacles to optimal inventory control implementation. Therefore, the cooperative needs to develop a comprehensive strategy and involve all relevant parties to ensure that inventory management runs smoothly and provides maximum benefits for the cooperative and its members. The aim of this research is to provide suggestions to the leadership of the Naval Academy to control and limit the goods that enter and exit Primkopal AAL. The research method uses a qualitative approach to understand the existing problems by approaching the research subjects through interviews with related sources and observations to solve the problems. The research results indicate that the inventory control system at Primkopal AAL is already functioning well, but it still needs to be optimized. Things that can be done include using a time-ordering system, organizing items in the warehouse according to their type, and creating stock cards for inventory.

The PUT (Penerima Untuk Terima) procedure for requesting supplies can be easily implemented using an application built with hardware, software, and supporting components. The hardware serves as a crucial component for running software developers and *apk on devices. Software acts as a command in programming languages, executing various commands. The supporting component is physical warehouse data when requesting supplies, which gives software XAMPP commands within the hardware. Therefore, it is necessary to have sufficient supporting software that can be installed on a computer, requiring additional internet costs to open the warehouse management system application. Additionally, it is also necessary to have experts who understand online warehouse systems and job adjustments that were originally performed manually to be computerized. The research results show that the use of a computer-based lesson supply control system with Android technology as the medium for lesson supply requests is quite good and easy to manage in terms of distribution and management of each lesson supply request. With the lesson supply system, timely accuracy during PUT (Penerima Untuk Terima) is beneficial for Subdismatbek, warehouses, and Kadeplog in using lesson supplies. The application still requires constructive suggestions for improvement in the future.
