Every company is obliged to carry out efficiency strategies in every business process in order to continue to exist in today's increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the OEE value and the dominant factors from the six big losses analysis which is used as a proposal for improvements to the cutting machine at PT ABC. The method used is Availability Ratio, Performance Ratio and Rate of Product Quality as basic elements of Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses and analyzed using a fishbone diagram. Calculation results for the period September 2023 to February 2024 obtained an OEE value of 82.58% with the largest contributor to losses being the idling and minor stoppages and Reduce Speed ​​factors. To overcome this, it is necessary to increase skills in identifying and repairing machines, implementing clear standard operating procedures, operator skills in conveying information about machine damage, as well as standard material for parts used by machines.    

 PT Hong Xin Printing Equipment is encountering obstacles in improving operational efficiency and managing human resources in the digital age. Despite the use of a fingerprint attendance system, there are concerns about errors and reduced efficiency due to manual data processing. Additional challenges arise when recording attendance for employees on business trips and manually calculating leave. To tackle these issues, the company is planning to create a web-based payroll system that will automate payroll, attendance, and leave management. The implementation of this system is anticipated to enhance efficiency and accuracy, thereby allowing the company to maintain its competitiveness in the market.

This research aims to explore the challenges and opportunities of implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Dapur Bestie, a culinary business, from the stakeholders' perspective. Through a combination of surveys, interviews, and document analysis, we gained insights into the factors influencing the company's GCG practices. The findings indicate that Dapur Bestie faces challenges such as stringent regulations, resource constraints, supply chain complexity, and resistance to change. However, there are significant opportunities to strengthen GCG practices, including enhancing brand reputation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement. The integrity of GCG practices within the organizational culture is identified as key to long-term success. This research suggests strategic steps that Dapur Bestie can take to reinforce their GCG practices, considering the company's vision and the expectations of all involved parties. It is hoped that sustained efforts to improve GCG will yield long-term benefits for the company and society at large.

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource (HR) quality on the implementation of internal control systems at PT. Avia Avian. The background of this study is based on the importance of the role of quality HR in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of internal control systems in companies. An effective internal control system is essential to maintain integrity, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze how HR quality can affect the implementation of internal control systems in companies. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using a survey of employees in various departments of PT. Avia Avian. The data obtained were analyzed using regression techniques to examine the relationship between HR quality variables and internal control systems. The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between HR quality and the implementation of internal control systems, where the better the quality of HR, the more effective the implementation of internal control systems. The implication of this study is that companies need to pay attention to improving HR quality as a strategic step to strengthen the existing internal control system, which in turn can improve the company's performance and compliance with established standards.Additionally, this research shows that continuous training and employee competency development can strengthen HR quality, which in turn contributes to the effectiveness of the internal control system. Companies that invest in improving HR quality will not only benefit in terms of compliance with regulations but also in enhancing operational efficiency and risk management. Therefore, it is crucial for the management of PT. Avia Avian to continue focusing on HR development to ensure the smooth implementation of internal control systems in accordance with applicable standards. This research contributes to the literature on risk management and internal control by highlighting the crucial role of HR quality in the success of internal control systems.

Tjiwi Kimia Tbk Paper Factory, the world's leading producer of pulp, paper and paper products, has an important role in the national economy. Financial ratio analysis highlights a company's financial health, focusing on liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability. The aim of this research is to understand and assess the company's financial health and measure overall financial performance. From this research, it can be seen that ratio analysis shows liquidity fluctuations, a significant decrease in profitability, and a lack of efficient use of assets. Although the company's solvency remains maintained, the main challenge lies in operational efficiency and profit growth in proportion to the increase in assets. In conclusion, a more effective strategy is needed in debt management, increasing operational efficiency, and optimizing asset use to improve overall company performance

In the literature study related to evaluating the efficiency and profitability of Islamic insurance through financial statement analysis, previous studies highlighted various methods and approaches used to measure the performance of Islamic insurance companies. Financial statement analysis is the main focus in identifying factors that affect the operational efficiency and profitability of Islamic insurance companies. Some studies have used traditional financial ratios such as solvency, liquidity, and profitability ratios to evaluate the performance of Islamic insurance. However, due to the unique characteristics of Islamic insurance, studies have also proposed the development of specific metrics that take into account sharia principles, such as sharia compliance ratios and fairness ratios. In addition, non-financial approaches such as technical efficiency and allocative efficiency analysis have also been used to evaluate the operational efficiency of Islamic insurance. This research shows that factors such as scale of operations, business diversification, and managerial efficiency can contribute to the efficiency performance and profitability of Islamic insurance companies. Although there have been many studies conducted in this domain, there is still a need for more in-depth follow-up research to better understand the factors that influence the efficiency and profitability of Islamic insurance. With a better understanding of the performance of Islamic insurance companies, regulators and practitioners can develop more effective strategies to improve the stability and growth of this industry.

By using the Mekari Journal, as a procurement process in the company, it will have a significant impact on developing more efficient procurement. Organizations across all industries rely on Procurement Management expertise to source and manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring these needed goods are obtained at the best cost. This aims to determine differences in procurement of goods and services at PT. Sarana Remaja Mandiri. The method used is the Mekari Journal, which makes it easier to document the documentation process for procurement of goods and services at PT. Sarana Remaja Mandiri. The Mekari journal will record the entire PO process that has been issued, delivery status, and payment status. Mekari Journal makes it easier for related parties in the company to access the progress of the goods and services procurement process. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author comes to the conclusion that in the PO (purchase order) process, Jurnal Mekari helps in the efficiency process because by using this software, the procurement party only needs to enter related data such as supplier name, PO number, item name, number of items. , etc. By filling in the data in the Mekari Journal in the Purchase Order section, a PO will automatically be issued along with a template. So, companies don't need to create templates for PO documents.

This research is to find internal and external factors and determine alternative strategies for developing MSMEs in the Bintang Mas mushroom chips industry. The method in this research is a descriptive analysis method. With interviews, documentation and observations at the research location. As a result of the research, several internal factors were found that encouraged the development of the Kauman gold star mushroom chips industry, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. The company has employees who are competent in their fields, utilize digital marketing, fast distribution, and a friendly and good customer service model. Furthermore, external factors include increasing company income, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, and adopting various strategies implemented by competitors. Alternative strategies used by the company, namely increasing production capacity and quantity in a continuous improvement framework to meet market demand, expanding cooperative relations between companies and farmers, companies and customers, signifying various promotions, discount strategies for chips mushrooms on certain days, product packaging quality innovation that is more creative and attractive

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Earning Asset Quality, and Operational Efficiency on the stock price of banking companies. The stock price in the capital market will determine the value of a company, where the performance and health of the company affect its share price, as well as the views of investors.This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study are publicly listed banking companies in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sample used in this study were 20 companies using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination R Square.The results of the partial test or t test show that Liquidity (LDR) has no significant effect on stock prices, Earning Asset Quality (NPL) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Operational Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. While the simultaneous test or F test shows that together Liquidity (LDR), Earning Asset Quality (NPL) and Operational Efficiency (BOPO) have a simultaneous effect on stock prices.

Management transformation in the shipping industry has become increasingly important with the advancement of information technology. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology in management transformation in the shipping industry. Through a literature review approach, this study explores the use of information technology in enhancing operational efficiency, facilitating faster decision-making, and improving company competitiveness. The main findings indicate that information technology has been a key driver in management transformation, with the adoption of integrated logistics management systems and real-time ship monitoring. One of the main objectives of K3 research is to improve employee safety in the workplace. Research can help in identifying potential risks, analyzing the causes of accidents or incidents, and developing strategies to prevent similar incidents in the future. Companies such as PT. Safindo Raya may have an obligation to comply with K3 regulations and standards set by the government or regulatory bodies. K3 research can help companies ensure that they comply with all applicable regulations and achieve the required safety standards. OSH research can also contribute to increasing productivity and efficiency in the workplace by reducing absenteeism due to work-related injuries or illnesses, reducing production downtime due to accidents, or identifying ways to promote safer and more efficient work processes. With this approach, information is collected through questionnaires or interviews with employees, management or K3 staff. These surveys may include employees' perceptions of OSH conditions in the workplace, their understanding of safety procedures, or specific problems they encounter in carrying out their duties. The majority of employees show a high level of awareness of the importance of K3 in the workplace. They expressed an understanding of the importance of using personal protective equipment (PPE) and existing safety procedures. Interview results indicate that expansion of K3 training may be necessary to make employees aware of each job they have a comprehensive understanding of potential risks in the workplace and the precautions that must be taken.

An Internet of Things (IoT)-based logistics monitoring system is an innovation designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and speed in supply chain management. The implementation of IoT in logistics provides an ideal solution for real-time monitoring of goods, which was previously difficult with conventional methods. This system integrates IoT sensors such as GPS for location tracking, along with temperature and humidity sensors to monitor goods requiring special attention, such as food and pharmaceuticals. By automating processes through IoT technology, goods distribution becomes faster, reducing reliance on manual controls, speeding up decision-making, and minimising human error. This system enables companies to monitor the condition and location of goods in real-time, offering high visibility into the logistics status. With comprehensive monitoring, companies can proactively address issues and ensure goods remain in optimal condition throughout the shipping process. An IoT-based logistics monitoring system has the potential to enhance a company’s competitiveness through efficiency and accuracy in supply chain management. When effectively implemented, IoT technology can not only improve service quality and customer satisfaction but also strengthen a company’s position in an increasingly competitive market.

PT XYZ, a building construction and design company in Palembang. The number of employees in this company is 30 employees with project, finance, marketing and also human resources (HR) divisions. PT XYZ has a need to improve the efficiency of human resource management. In the current condition, the company still relies on manual processes for recruitment, attendance, layoff data management, and employee leave applications. This Personnel Information System uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method as a system development method. System development uses the Laravel framework, PHP, CSS, HTML programming languages. In the analysis stage using PIECES and Usecase Diagram. System development uses two main approaches, namely using the FlutterFlow low-code platform and the Laravel Framework. The final result obtained is the implementation of a web-based Personnel Information System at PT XYZ. The implementation of this system makes a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and accessibility of staffing data at PT XYZ.

The quality of labor and supervision of labor is an important aspect in the success of an organization or company. Good workforce quality greatly influences the productivity, efficiency and overall performance of the organization. On the other hand, labor inspection plays a key role in ensuring that workers carry out their duties according to established standards, as well as ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures. This research aims to analyze the relationship between labor quality and labor supervision in the context of a modern work environment. The research method used involves a comprehensive literature review to explore concepts, theories and practices related to these two aspects. The results of the analysis show that there is a close relationship between labor quality and labor supervision, where effective supervision can improve labor quality and vice versa. The implication of this research is that it is important for companies to develop effective monitoring strategies to ensure optimal workforce quality, which in turn will contribute to achieving overall organizational goals.    

PT Cempaka Mega Mandiri is a company engaged in processing and selling swallow's nests, both for export and in the local market. Currently, it is known that the attendance system used in this company has an unsatisfactory level of accuracy. Therefore, the author decided to apply GPS technology to increase efficiency in the attendance process, in the hope of providing a better solution for the company. GPS, which stands for Global Positioning System, is a navigation system that uses satellites to identify and synchronize location data from an object on the earth's surface. In this context, the application of GPS technology is considered a strategic step to increase the accuracy of recording employee attendance. This research uses the SDLC Waterfall method as a software development approach. This method involves sequential stages, starting from planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, to maintenance. The result of this research is the development of a GPS-based attendance website, which is expected to provide an effective solution for improving the attendance system at PT Cempaka Mega Mandiri.

The purpose of this community service is to enhance understanding and knowledge among employees regarding the management and recording of existing asset conditions up to reporting, and to create added value in managing company property in a more orderly, accountable, and transparent manner, as well as the use of supporting technology in conducting company inventory, particularly at PT. Bahruny Kuala Besilam, Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. The materials to be presented in this community service are: governance, effectiveness, and efficiency in optimizing company inventory. This is related to enhancing and creating added value in managing company property as a support for data completeness planning activities in realizing program planning activities at PT. Bahruny Kuala Besilam, Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. From this community service, it is evident that there has been an improvement in the understanding of PT. Bahruny Kuala Besilam, Tanjung Pura employees regarding the more orderly, accountable, and transparent management and recording of asset conditions in the company's asset records.

This research was conducted to analyze the application of Activity Based Management to improve cost efficiency in manufacturing companies. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Based on the analysis that has been done by applying Activity Based Management has a positive impact on the company in order to obtain the expected cost efficiency so as to increase the profits generated by the company. To achieve this goal, the company must carry out several stages, besides that by applying Activity Based Management the company can save costs incurred by the company. Activity Based Management emphasizes activity management, or activity analysis, in its application.

In the online motorcycle taxi industry, competition between companies such as Gojek, Maxim and Grab is very tight. Each company tries to attract more drivers and users by offering various promotions, discounts and additional services. They also compete in terms of technological innovation, such as developing new features to make it easier for users to order motorbike taxis, as well as increasing efficiency in their systems. Apart from that, price competition is also a major factor, where every company tries to offer competitive rates to attract more customers. The method used in this research is a quantitative or statistical method. The population in this research is all odd semester Management students at Bina Bangsa University, namely 73 respondents. Based on the results of research on 73 respondents and discussion regarding online motorcycle taxi competition on the Gojek, Maxim and applications. Seize. It can be concluded that the respondents who use online motorcycle taxis at odd semester Management students at Bina Bangsa University frequently use online transportation, namely the Maxim application because it is cheaper than the Gojek and Grab applications.
