The preparation and formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Management Principles of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development must go through the stages of the process of drafting and formulating draft village regulations with the aim of ensuring that the village regulations do not conflict with the public interest and/or higher statutory regulations. However, the Village Government in Bintan Regency has not implemented the stages of the process of drafting and formulating village regulations which have not been maximized, resulting in village regulations that are not in accordance with the systematicity of statutory regulations and it is feared that village regulations will conflict with the public interest and/or statutory regulations. higher invitation. The problems in this research are: How are the Legal Arrangements in the Preparation and Formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Principles of Management of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development, How are the Implementation of the Drafting and Formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Principles of Management of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development, what factors are obstacles/constraints and solutions in the Preparation and Formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Management Principles of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development. Based on these problems, this research uses normative and empirical legal research methods. The research results show that this arrangement does not contain definite elements of an evaluation and clarification team, and has not been running optimally in practice, there are obstacles in the field. The implementation of the stages of drafting and formulating Village Regulations has not been carried out and well coordinated so that the results of village regulations have not been optimal. The obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge, understanding and experience of village officials' human resources regarding the preparation of village regulations, the geographical location between villages and sub-districts and districts, not all of which can be reached by land and not all of them require quite a short time, coordination is not optimal. As for suggestions from the research results on the need for statutory regulations that contain an attachment to the technical format for drafting village regulations, the Regional Government of Bintan Regency can carry out outreach to all village governments regarding the preparation and formulation of village regulations, and strengthen human resource capacity.

The principal's leadership strategy plays a central role in shaping the success of improving the quality of education in a school. The aim of this research is to reveal the strategies used by school principals to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 7 Kepahiang. To achieve the above objectives, this research uses a qualitative methodology using descriptive techniques. The data required for the research effort was obtained through the use of observation, interview, and document analysis techniques. The focus of this research is related to school principals. The results of this research illustrate that there are six strategies that have been implemented by the principal to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 7 Kepahiang, including steps such as internal improvement, an effective supervision system, evaluation in the teaching and learning process, strengthening teacher discipline, promotion, and improvement of facilities and infrastructure. Thus, the leadership of the school principal is the main element in achieving success in advancing the quality of education.

This research is based on the Teaching Campus Program which is a form of teaching assistance to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary schools. This qualitative research aims to explain the process of implementing the Teaching Campus Program Policy at SD Negei Billa an Proppo Pamekasan Madura. The methods used in this research are interviews and documentation. The focus of this research is the management of the Teaching Campus program by the university's MBKM team, the role of the District/City Education Office in the Teaching Campus program, as well as the role of schools and students in implementing the program. Documentation studies were obtained through the Teaching Campus guidebook and program policy files. Based on the research results, it shows that program management is lacking at the evaluation stage by the MBKM team, the role of the Education Department and program implementation carried out by students is quite good. The school gave a positive response to the program implemented by students. As well as teaching campuses for education and non-education students who are considered to have differences in the realization of work programs.

Setabelan is one of the sub-districts in Banjarsari District, Surakarta. Based on the recapitulation of disease distribution at the Setabelan Community Health Center during visits in the last 3 months, Diabetes Mellitus was in third place with 205 patients. Diabetes mellitus is a complaint that is often found, especially in the elderly. The outreach program aims to increase public knowledge and understanding regarding the management and prevention of diabetes mellitus through understanding the meaning, risk factors, prevention and management, so as to reduce cases of diabetes mellitus in the community. The method used was education in the form of counseling using leaflets as a medium for the Prolanis group of diabetes mellitus sufferers located at Monument Park 45 Banjarsari. Evaluation of activities uses pre-test and post-test methods to determine the level of understanding and knowledge regarding the material presented. The results show an average pre-test score of 3.80 and an average post-test score of 4.76 with a maximum score of 5.00.

This study examined the effectsl of workload, stress, job appraisal, professionalism, and skills on employee performance among workers at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Using the Yamane formula and purposive sampling methods, a total of 75 individuals were found. Workload lhas a strongl favorable impact lon employee performancel, citing SPSS data. lWork stress has al considerable beneficial impact on employee performance, as demonstrated by the computed lt value ofl 3.901 lwith la significance value ofl 0.001 <0.05.l This suggests that lH1 is acceptedl. The calculated t lvalue ofl 3.361 indicates that H2 is rejected. H3 is approved since lthe regression coefficient value of 3.383 (positive)l and the lsignificance value of 0.001l<0.05 show that work appraisals significantly improve employee performance. H4 is rejected, according to lthe regression coefficient value ofl 1.348 l(positive)l and lthe significance value ofl 0.182 > 0.05. The computed F value of 21.812, lwith a significance valuel of 0.000 > 0.05, indicates that lH4 is acceptedl; work evaluation, lprofessionalism, andl talents all positively impact employee performance at the same time. This demonstrates that skills significantly improve worker performance. At 3.343, the regression coefficient is positive and has a significance level lof 0.001 < 0.05l.

Public relations management is a function of management that links educational institutions and the community. In developing facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions, it will impact public attention and concern regarding the quality of education. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research results show that 1) Public relations planning involves all parties related to the activity program being implemented, 2) Organizing the division of work, facilities and infrastructure coordinator, public relations coordinator in providing the facilities and infrastructure needed by students; 3) Implementing the public relations activity program, the school collaborates with the community by procuring facilities and infrastructure; 4) Public relations evaluation is carried out by comparing the program that has been established with the implementation of the program. Public relations evaluation is carried out by the school principal and deputy head of public relations.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Therefore, lending to SMEs is an important element in supporting this sector. This study aims to evaluate bank performance in lending to SMEs, with a focus on efficiency, security and economic impact. This research methodology involves analyzing historical data from a number of banks that are active in supporting SMEs. Data includes the volume of credit disbursed, the interest rate applied, the credit approval process, and the non-performing loan ratio. Apart from that, the economic impact of credit provided to SMEs is also evaluated through business growth, job creation, and contribution to local GDP. The research results show variations in bank performance in lending to SMEs. Certain banks achieve high levels of efficiency in the credit approval and monitoring process, while others may face challenges in managing credit risk. The economic impact of credit to SMEs is positive, with significant business growth and job creation having a positive impact on the local economy.

As an effort to increase enthusiasm and English learning in non-formal institutions, the Sunday School teachers embrace new methods containing organizing Community Service programs in collaboration with the universities. It is hoped that the method applied will increase children's motivation to join the learning process in a creative and fun way. Several things that are considered priority problems that must be resolved include: (1) Implementing Fun English Activities, (2) Increasing English vocabulary, (3) Pronunciation of English vocabulary and (4) Increasing enthusiasm and motivation for learning English. The solution offered is in the form of creative and fun English learning through games and songs as well as learning media with a Biblical theme. The activities were divided into two groups, first to fourth graders, and the fifth to sixth graders. The first group learned colors in various ways, vocabulary, and pronunciation in English. Meanwhile, the other group learned the Lord’s prayers and important vocabularies related to salvation. Both activities are equipped with interesting learning media. As the implementation, evaluation was conducted in the form of a quiz.

Training on the utilization of the Genially application as an innovative digital-based learning media for teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Inamosol, West Seram Regency, is an important initiative in improving the quality of education in the region. The training method consists of 3 steps, namely preparation (correspondence and coordination and needs analysis), implementation (socialization and training/practical and mentoring) and evaluation (testimony and post test). The training participants consisted of 10 people. The results showed that the training participants were very enthusiastic and able to create a variety of learning media with the Genelly application. This was also evident from the testimonials of 10 teachers who felt that the topics given were very interesting, and the training material for developing digital-based learning media with the Genelly application as a medium in the teaching and learning process was very useful. With this training, it is expected that teachers will become agents of change in improving the quality of education in West Seram Regency through the effective use of digital technology.

The purpose of this study is to catalogue the art and music culture education approaches that are in use at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung. Aspects such as learning objectives, learning materials, methods, musical instruments, learning processes, and evaluation are examined in the musical arts learning activities. The participants in this qualitative descriptive study are SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung eighth-grade students. The researcher assumes the role of the research instrument, supplemented by auxiliary tools such as mobile phones, cameras, and stationery. Data collection was conducted through a systematic review of pertinent literature, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection, data classification, data clarification, data analysis, data description, and data conclusion are all components of data analysis techniques. The findings of the study indicate that the teaching modules in the independent curriculum do not provide comprehensive guidance for learning planning, which is influenced by various conditions. Research findings indicate that music culture instructors at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung have implemented music arts learning strategies consisting of five stages: learning preparation strategies, learning management strategies, strategies for utilising learning media, strategies for implementing model methods and learning approaches, strategies for motivating students, and strategies for evaluative purposes. This paper will provide an overview of the different methodologies that can be used to validate software architecture. Apart from that, it also analyzes and summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of each method so that it can guide determining the most appropriate methodology for a particular case.

This study aims to describe the process of implementing bansi music learning in grade VIII.1 at SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments in the form of stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing the data and inferring the data. The results showed that the implementation of learning was in accordance with the teaching modules, in the learning process teachers had prepared modules and teaching aids. In the first meeting explaining the concept of traditional music, the second meeting students understood the functions and types of traditional musical instruments and played traditional musical instruments in groups, it was seen that there were still many students who could not play traditional musical instruments. Lack of classroom management and the methods used by teachers in teaching are not appropriate. Where the teacher uses the lecture method so that students get bored easily at the time of learning .and at the third meeting the teacher conducts an individual assessment of the learners, At the time of the evaluation carried out the teacher has also asked whether the students understand the material or not, then the teacher has also practiced repeatedly playing the traditional bansi musical instrument.

This research aims to ensure accuracy, ease of use, and effectiveness in the learning module development process which aims to increase understanding of the content of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). In this research, research and development (R&D) methods are used using the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the research results, it is known that the results of expert validation of teaching materials obtained a score of 96% and validation of material experts obtained a score of 91%. In the practicality results obtained from the response questionnaire to teachers and students after using the teaching modules used, the practicality results for teachers were 94% and students were 98%. In the results of its effectiveness by giving evaluation questions to class X students, an average of 83.7 was obtained, while the KKM for class The results of this research show that the learning module that has been created meets the third evaluation standard, namely validity, ease of use, and effectiveness.

The background of this research is that vertigo is a symptom caused by disturbances in body balance due to the different locations of the lesions. Vertigo is not a disease but a symptomatic condition of vestibular system disorders. Evaluation of patients with audiovestibular disorders, sensorineural hearing disorders, tinnitus, and vertigo . Brain MRI is used to evaluate patients with audiovestibular dysfunction, including sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo. This research method is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach using a research design, namely observation, interviews and documentation which aims to find out why the T2 MATRIX 3D SPAIR sequence is needed for MRI brain examinations in vertigo cases at the Radiology Installation at Balimed Hospital, Denpasar. The data collection method was obtained using 3 Brain MRI patients, 3 radiology specialists and 3 radiographers. The results of this research show that the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) brain examination procedure in Vertigo cases at the Radiology installation at Balimed Hospital Denpasar uses the additional T2 MX3D SPAIR sequence for Vertigo cases because this sequence is able to show the nerve fibers in the brain. The conclusion is that the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) brain examination procedure in Vertigo cases at the Radiology installation at Balimed Hospital Denpasar does not require special preparation, only more attention is paid to the patient's condition, whether they are wearing braces or dentures because the two tools used will interfere with the results of the MRI image used. The reason for using the T2 MX3D SPAIR sequence is with the aim of adding diagnostic information from the image quality results in order to establish a diagnosis of many neurological disorders or nerve fibers, one of which is Vertigo.

The SME empowerment policy is generally directed at supporting efforts to overcome poverty and inequality, create job opportunities and increase exports, as well as agricultural and rural revitalization, which are national development priorities. In addition, the development of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is directed at making a significant contribution to creating job opportunities, increasing exports and increasing competitiveness.This Community Service Activity (PKM) is focused on MSMEs in Pagerharjo Village, Kulon Progo Regency. The reason for choosing this service location is because Pagerharjo Village is an Independent Cultural Village which has implemented the Preneur Village program since 2019. The Preneur Village is currently still active and developing. The problem with MSMEs, under the management of BUMDes Binangun Pagerharjo in Pagerharjo Village, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency, is the lack of entrepreneurial spirit and financial bookkeeping which, on average, is still done manually.The results of the service include responses and evaluations from participants regarding the training that has been provided. The response was given by the Director of BUMDes who was impressed with the training provided which was different from the training that had been provided previously. Previous training involved mostly listening to lectures, whereas the current training involves participants being active in solving the various problems they face. The evaluation results show that the participants' knowledge has increased and their insight into their business has also increased. It turns out that producing a business is not only based on generations, but also requires innovation so that marketing will continue to develop and financial management will also improve.

This study aims to describe how the stages of implementation stream training informal sector workers in labor offices transmigration province of East Java in the expansion work, analyze the obstacles encountered in the planning of the training program, as well as modeling appropriate training in accordance with conditions on the ground and input from various parties, this research use descriptive qualitative research methods, techniques determination of informants using purposive sampling, these techniques have been because the researcher wants to focus on parties who know the conditions on the ground. Results from this study is the first training conducted regularly and the classical, the purpose of training has reached short-term goals in training but in the long term they need more motivation for the trainees, second, obstacle training during implementation consists of matter and the overcrowded curriculum tend to be the same as the previous training, time constraints, participation is not optimal, overall, limited time, resources and costs in the post-training evaluation and monitoring, the third development training model has not been implemented in this training.

Production quality in the printing industry is highly influenced by process consistency and the implementation of clear operational standards. A common issue faced by small and medium-scale printing industries, including those in Gedangan, Sidoarjo, is the absence of systematically developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which leads to inconsistent production results and low operational efficiency. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide assistance in the development and implementation of SOPs to improve production quality. The method employed is a participatory approach involving problem identification, SOP development, socialization and training, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results indicate a 25% increase in workers' understanding based on pre-test and post-test results. Additionally, there was a reduction in production errors and improvements in the consistency of print quality and work efficiency. Therefore, the implementation of SOPs has proven effective in enhancing production quality and operational performance in the printing industry sustainably.

This research addresses the application of conflict management in the work environment. Through analysis, it explores effective resolution strategies and their impact on organizational health. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data from various sources, including interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The study findings show that understanding the concept of conflict and applying appropriate resolution techniques are essential to creating a balanced work environment. Effective constructive solutions involve communication skills training, cultural development, and encouraging active participation to resolve conflicts. The identification of these solutions can have a positive impact on productivity and organizational well-being. Evaluating and measuring the success of conflict management implementation is a key factor to ensure a positive impact. Team performance assessment methods, team member satisfaction surveys, and evaluations were used to gain an understanding of achievements and potential improvements. This research contributes to the understanding of effective conflict management practices in the work environment.

The purpose of this research is 1) to find out the implementation of the muraja’ah method inthe program at MAN 2 Bukittinggi. 2) to determie the supporting factors and inhbiting factors in the implementation of the muraja’ah method in the Al-Qur’an tahfiz program. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis tecniques using data reduction, data display and conclutions. Based on the results of research on the implementation of muraja’ah in the tahfiz program at MAN 2 Bukittinggi. Based on resarch of the implementation of Tahfiz at MAN 2 Bukittinggi using the muraja’ah method, there are three steps of the muraja’ah, namely: 1)preparation, 2) Implementation of the muraja’ah method, and 3) Evaluation. The supporting factors for the implementation of in the muraja’ah tahfiz method at MAN 2 Bukittinggi are school resposes the quiqly respin to the potential the exist in students. Obstacle factors implementation muraja’ah tahfiz method are time, teaching staff, and motivation from students.
