To explore the factors influencing customer preference for Kaizen Heritage Coffee Bekasi, a series of methodological steps will be undertaken, including secondary data analysis, surveys and interviews, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Through this qualitative approach, the research seeks to explore the experiences and perspectives of visitors to Kaizen Heritage Coffee Bekasi in depth. Phonological disorders, such as in individuals with cleft lip and stuttering, affect speaking ability and language comprehension. A cleft lip causes difficulties in producing certain consonants, while stuttering causes disruptions in speech flow. Phonological error analysis helps to understand the patterns of sound production errors and design interventions to improve speaking abilities. This research is essential for identifying phonological disorders and developing effective therapy methods. The study titled "Phonological Disorders in Mustofa in the Wkwk Project Podcast by Genflik" aims to gain a deeper understanding of phonological disorders in individuals with cleft lip and stuttering, and to find solutions to improve their communication abilities.

The population is 85 people and is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Work involvement and division of labor jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (38.510 > 3.11). Partially, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the value of tcount = (2.373) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992), Partially the most dominant division of labor affects employee performance, meaning that the variable of division of labor is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work involvement. Servants have a strategic role as agents of change. And by using the principle of decentralization, the central government can evenly distribute welfare, quality of life, and progress in infrastructure development in every region in Indonesia.

The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

The purpose of this research is to analyse Law No. 11 of 2008 which has been amended into Law No. 19 of 2016 regarding Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) which is not in accordance with the principles of The Rule of Law and how this ITE Law can reflect the principles of The Rule of Law. This research method is library research. The results of this study are the development of technology and information today makes the government then issue Law Number 11 of 2008 (ITE Law) concerning the use of technology as well as information, ITE Law prohibits all forms of criminal acts that violate using technology and information, such as information disseminated will get bad treatment for the community. In practice in Indonesia, there are several cases that contradict the principle of The Rule of Law, for example, the ITE Law can cause confusion due to the increasing total every year of technology and information users, so the use of technological facilities is also increasingly widespread plus the ITE Law until now has not been widely socialised to the public.

Green Economy is an economic approach that focuses on sustainable development and utilization of resources, by integrating economic, environmental, and social aspects by involving changes in mindset and lifestyle. With the expectation that people are expected to adopt sustainable behaviors and consumption such as reducing waste, supporting environmentally friendly products, and recycling. The main goals of a green economy are to reduce negative impacts on the environment, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, protection of biodiversity, conservation of water resources, and effective waste management.  Green economy not only focuses on environmental protection, but also involves social and economic aspects. This includes improving social welfare and improving quality of life through sustainable job creation, increased access to basic services, and community empowerment in decision-making that impacts the environment. The subject of this research is the people of Kalangan Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. This is because the village is rich in culture and still preserves the tedhak siten tradition. This study discusses how the procession of the tedhak siten tradition and the cultural and social values ​​contained in a series of tedhak siten traditions is carried out by the people of Kalangan Village, Ngunut District. This study aims to find out about the tedhak siten procession in Kalangan Village and the meaning of its socio-cultural values. The method used in this journal research is descriptive qualitative research, where this research was conducted by interviews, field observations, and literature studies from various related journals.
