The company's problems still revolve around human resources surviving in the era of globalization. This research aims to analyze accounting systems, human resources on employee performance. One of the key elements for the successful implementation of an efficient organization is human resources. Facilities, abundant infrastructure and resources all support this, but without the help of human resources, company operations cannot be handled effectively. A reliable, high-performance power source is required. The increasing complexity of the legal system, the awareness that humans are a very useful instrument for increasing productivity and understanding the negative impacts of ineffective human resource management are the main causes of the increasing importance of human resources. The analytical method that the author uses in this research is comparative and qualitative descriptive methodology. The results of the research show that: the implementation of the human resources employee accounting system for the performance of the Daniyah Lubis Motor Workshop is in accordance with the study theory. In implementing the Human Resources Accounting system, Daniyah Lubis Motor Workshop is still less effective, this can be seen from the contribution of employee performance.

To improve the quality of the student learning process by increasing the quality of teachers' professional abilities, all teachers must go through a learning process that makes it possible to find and solve learning problems in their respective classes based on the principles of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Classroom Action Research is carried out with the aim of improving or enhancing student learning activities and achievements. PTK is an activity carried out to find out problems that arise in the classroom when the teacher is interacting with students in carrying out the teaching and learning process. PTK is research carried out by class teachers through self-reflection with the aim of improving teacher performance, so that the quality of learning increases (Mills, Geoffrey E, 2000, Schmuch, A. Richard, 1997) which can be seen in the percentage of students' success in completing the exercises systematically. verbally and in writing. In the learning process, learning means an activity carried out by the teacher and students together. The essence of the learning is the process of giving and receiving and ends with an evaluation which is deliberately carried out by the teacher to find out how far the students' level of understanding is

This study explores the role of sentiment analysis as a predictive tool for understanding and forecasting product launch success in the digital market. Sentiment analysis involves the classification of consumer sentiment expressed on social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, and it can significantly impact businesses by predicting consumer behavior and product performance. The research highlights the relationship between social media sentiment and product success, demonstrating that positive sentiment is strongly correlated with higher sales and consumer engagement, while negative sentiment can lead to declines. Machine learning models, including Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Random Forest, were employed to classify sentiment from large volumes of social media data and correlate it with product performance indicators such as sales volume and consumer interaction. The study found that sentiment analysis models were highly effective in predicting product success, with positive sentiment generally driving product profitability and negative sentiment posing a potential threat to brand reputation. Moreover, the analysis showed that social media sentiment provides real-time insights into consumer perceptions, enabling businesses to quickly adjust marketing strategies and product development plans. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sentiment analysis into product launch evaluations and strategic decision-making. Future research should explore the integration of sentiment analysis with other predictive market models and investigate the effects of fake reviews and post-purchase consumer behaviors on product success.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of grafting and budding techniques on the growth and success of avocado (Persea americana) plant propagation. Grafting and budding techniques are vegetative methods commonly used in horticultural plant propagation to maintain the genetic quality of the parent plant. The study was conducted using avocado plants with grafting and budding techniques on the rootstock. The parameters observed included the level of success of unification (compatibility rate), shoot growth rate, survival percentage, and growth in stem diameter and plant height during a certain period. The results showed that the grafting technique provided a higher success rate than the budding technique on certain varieties, with a survival percentage reaching 85%. However, the budding technique showed advantages in the parameter of shoot growth rate, especially on varieties with specific or better environmental adaptation. This study shows that choosing the right propagation technique, depending on the characteristics of the variety and environmental conditions, is a key factor in supporting the success of avocado plant propagation. These findings are expected to be a reference for farmers and researchers in optimizing the production of high-quality avocado seedlings.

This study aims to analyze the application of sustainable principles in modern residential interior design and focuses on aesthetic aspects. With increasing attention to environmental sustainability issues, interior design plays an important role in reducing environmental impacts through the selection of environmentally friendly materials, efficient energy use, and space optimization. However, the aesthetic aspect cannot be separated from design, because it plays a role in creating visual comfort and occupant well-being. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with an interdisciplinary approach, which includes literature reviews, design analysis, and case studies on several interior projects that have successfully combined sustainable and aesthetic principles. The results of the study show that interior design that considers sustainability not only focuses on energy efficiency and the selection of environmentally friendly materials, but also integrates aesthetic elements that enhance the comfort of the space. These findings emphasize the importance of public and designer awareness in creating functional, environmentally friendly, and aesthetic spaces. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of interior design that supports sustainability without sacrificing the aesthetic quality and comfort of the space.

Introduction: Land tenure conflicts and forest degradation in national forest border areas have become a complex challenge that impacts social stability and environmental sustainability. These conflicts often arise due to uncertainty in land ownership rights, leading to tensions between local communities, the government, and private companies, resulting in environmental damage such as deforestation. Community-Based Forest Management (CBFM) has emerged as a mitigation approach to address these issues by involving local communities in the sustainable management of forests. Research objective: To evaluate the impact of CBFM policies on the well-being of farmers and the conservation of endemic species in national forest border areas. Research method: A mixed-methods approach, combining household income surveys, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and land cover analysis based on GIS. Research results: The CBFM policy has successfully increased farmers' income, particularly through forest-based business diversification, reduced illegal logging, and supported the preservation of endangered endemic species. Additionally, active community participation in this policy has increased compliance with environmental conservation efforts. This study recommends enhancing local community capacity, strengthening inter-agency coordination, and implementing stricter supervision to ensure the sustainability of the CBFM policy. The success of CBFM implementation is expected to be applied more broadly to achieve farmers' welfare and sustainable forest conservation in Indonesia.

This research explores the potential of local bio-composites made from bamboo and coconut fiber as sustainable building materials in Indonesia. The construction sector in Indonesia faces significant environmental challenges, particularly the high carbon emissions associated with conventional materials like concrete and steel. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the environmental and economic benefits of substituting these traditional materials with bio-composites, using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and energy optimization simulations. The LCA methodology evaluates the environmental impact of bio-composites across their entire life cycle, comparing them with conventional materials in terms of carbon emissions, energy consumption, and waste. Energy optimization simulations focus on assessing the thermal performance and overall building efficiency when using bio-composites in construction. The main findings suggest that bio-composites exhibit a significantly lower carbon footprint and better thermal insulation properties than concrete and steel, contributing to reduced energy consumption in buildings. Additionally, the use of locally sourced materials like bamboo and coconut fiber offers economic advantages, such as lower transportation costs and support for local economies. The research concludes that bio-composites can serve as viable alternatives to traditional materials, providing both environmental and economic benefits. For successful adoption, the research recommends policy support, technological advancements, and educational initiatives to promote the use of bio-composites in Indonesia’s construction industry.
