The development and progress of science, especially in the field of building materials technology, has encouraged the birth of new concepts, especially for construction made of concrete. One of these new concepts is by presenting innovations in the manufacture of lightweight concrete to reduce the excessive use of bricks / concrete blocks as non-structural building materials such as walls. One way to overcome this is to use lightweight concrete as a precast wall or as a brick. Its use can reduce the magnitude of the load acting on the building and is fast in installation. The purpose of this research on lightweight concrete with a mixture of bamboo shavings is to determine the properties of the stacking material, the relationship between mechanical properties at the age of 14 and 28 days of concrete with no soaking conditions, and the effect of the addition of bamboo shavings. The tests and examinations carried out were compressive strength, strain, and content weight of lightweight concrete. The results showed that lightweight concrete with the most ideal bamboo shavings mixture was 1 cement: 1-1.5 bamboo shavings: 2 sand (fas value: 0.8) has a compressive strength of 1.65 MPa and 1.63 Mpa, respectively, for a content weight of 753.01 kg/m3 and 609.66 kg/m3.

The purpose of this study was to find out the process of using the budget funds carried out by Kenagarian in the expansion of Nagari in every sub-district in West Pasaman Regency. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, that is, after the data has been collected, a qualitative analysis is carried out and describes one data with other data in such a way as to obtain a complete general picture of the problem under study. Then the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the use of government funds in each Nagari is considered not good. The system for using it is by giving funds from one party to another so that there is a discrepancy between the amount of funds budgeted for and the use of funds in each Nagari. This is because responsible parties such as the head of the Wali Nagari do not go directly to the field, but only utilize staff or give this responsibility to their subordinate staff. Therefore, it can be suggested that there be further training and coaching regarding the implementation of the Government Fund budget for Nagari apparatus, which of course is organized training on management and administration of ADD management from professionals in their fields, the Nagari Government must involve more of the entire Village community in Development activities. The Nagari government must be more disciplined in carrying out its duties and responsibilities, especially in preparing accountability reports.

Efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting are carried out through two interventions, namely specific nutrition interventions and sensitive nutrition interventions. Specific nutrition interventions are interventions that are directly targeted at households in the First 1,000 Days of Life (HPK). Meanwhile, sensitive nutrition interventions are interventions aimed at various development activities outside the health sector. The target is the general public. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants in this research were 8 people including stunting program holders, nutrition officers from community health centers, posyandu cadres, stunting cadres, PKK cadres, and the State Government. The results of the research show that the Tawiri Community Health Center has implemented various specific nutritional intervention programs, including distribution of TTD for adolescent girls, distribution of PMT for pregnant women with KEK, PMT for toddlers, counseling, sweeping for pregnant women, classes for pregnant women, PHBS counseling, as well as counseling on the use of clean water. . However, giving PMT biscuits to toddlers is not appropriate because the consumption standard is 3 boxes per month. The State Government as implementer of specific nutrition interventions also contributes to reducing stunting by making efforts in the form of activating cadres, allocating village funds to resolve stunting. Obstacles in implementing the stunting reduction acceleration program are the minimal level of knowledge of parents or mothers who have stunted toddlers, as well as the low income of parents which causes inadequate nutritional intake for children.

The promulgation of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land is expected to reduce the high rate of conversion of rice fields and maintain their ecological functions. This type of research is an empirical legal research. The nature of the research is descriptive because it wants to describe the implementation of Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land in Surakarta City. The results of the study, that the implementation of Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Land Sustainable food agriculture in the City of Surakarta was only at the stage of inventorying paddy fields and had not yet arrived at the formation of a Regional Regulation. The reason is that paddy fields in the city of Surakarta are not productive because there is no technical irrigation network available, the majority of the livelihoods of the people of Surakarta are not as farmers, and the high demands of settlement needs as a consequence of the development of urban areas. This is in accordance with the results of identification by the Department of Agriculture, BPN and BAPPEDA that out of 111 hectares of agricultural land listed in the Regional Spatial Planning of Surakarta City No. 1 of 2012, the total area of agricultural land is less than 111 hectares and only 80-90 hectares of land. agriculture that is not cultivated and partly in the form of paddy fields surrounded by housing. The absence of a regional regulation that stipulates the protection of sustainable agricultural land causes in practice there is no clarity regarding protected land, sanctions for violations or incentives that will be accepted by the community if they do not carry out or protect the agricultural land they own.
