ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the population's health issues in Indonesia, with an increasing number of sufferers as the disease spreads. The cases rose dramatically in Panji Village, with a significant spike in cases per year. Dengue hemorrhagic fever transmission is inextricably linked to the residents' experience and behavior. Mosquito Nest Eradication is the most reliable, safe, and cost-effective method of eliminating dengue fever vectors. The MNE Program must be complemented by increasing public awareness of dengue fever. Public awareness is needed since it is the first step in changing people's behavior. The aim of this study is to describe the community's level of knowledge and behavior regarding MNE in Panji Village. Method: This study is a descriptive study using univariate analysis. The overall selection of this study was 400 people from the community who were interviewed using a questionnaire. The inclusion criteria comprises any community member from Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura, who is 17 to 55 years old and can read and write. Meanwhile, people between the ages of 17 and 55 who are wandering, those with mental illnesses, and people with special needs are among the exclusion criteria. Results: The majority of the population in the Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village was between the ages of 26 and 35 (46.7%), In terms of gender  (224 people) (56%) were men, completed their high schools, with 229 people (57.3%), were working as farmers 158 individuals (39.4%). Most people in Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village had inadequate knowledge as many as 249 individuals (62.3%), and had less behavior as many as 152 individuals (38%) towards MNE. Conclusion : The majority of people had a poor degree of awareness about MNE, and those on MNE had a poor degree of behavior.

Background: The recent outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has restricted activities involving large groups of individuals, including the learning process at institutions that should use an online learning system. Boredom and trouble understanding information during online learning can result in academic stress for students, who must be able to adjust to a new learning method as well as the demands of campus assignments. The goal of this study is to determine the amount of academic stress experienced by DIII nursing students enrolled in online learning at Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana in 2021. Methods: This study employs a descriptive research method. DIII nursing students from Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana made up the study's population, which totalled 94 persons. Random sampling with a modified Dass 42 questionnaire was employed in this study with validity value (0.361-0.603) and a reliable value (0.916). Results: According to the findings of the survey, as many as 37 people (50%) aged 17 to 25 years faced significant academic stress. As many as 25 people were found to be suffering from significant academic stress among male respondents (54.3%). On the other hand, students in their junior and senior years were more likely to feel significant academic stress, with up to 22 people reporting this occurrence (53.6%). Meanwhile, 35 students (49.3%) faced extreme academic stress as they had an accomplishment index score of 2.76-3.5. Conclusion: The amount of academic stress experienced by DIII  nursing students enrolled in online learning at Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana, with 94 responses, fell into the severe academic stress group, with as many as 48 people experiencing severe academic stress (51.1% ).

A surgical safety checklist is a communication tool for patient safety that is used by the surgical team in the operating room, including the sign in, time out, and sign out process. The time out process aims to prevent patient error, location, and surgical procedures. Therefore, compliance is required in conducting time out. The level of knowledge of nurses about time out is very important because it affects the behavior of nurses in doing time out. This study purposed to determine the correlation between the nurse knowledge level about time out and compliance in doing time out at the Bali Med Hospital, Denpasar. The design used was a descriptive correlation with the cross-sectional approach. The relationship test used the Spearman Rho test. This study involved 31 nurses as a sample with a total sampling technique. The results of research on nurse compliance were mostly 70.9% adherent category and the results for the knowledge level of nurses were mostly 77.4% with a good level. Based on the statistical test with ? = 5%, it was obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05). It is concluded that there was a significant correlation. The direction of the correlation was positive (+), which means the level of knowledge was followed by the level of nurse compliance in doing time out. This research was expected to be an added reference for nurses in increasing compliance in doing time out.

Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. Pandemi covid-19 telah memaksa pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan cara berbeda. Siswa harus belajar dari rumah, sementara Sekolah dan guru harus menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang efektif. Demikian pula orang tua harus berperan aktif melaksanakan pembelajaran dari rumah. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terdahap upaya sekolah dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika upaya TK Isa Almasih mewujudkan kegiatan belajar pada masa pandemi covid-19 adalah 1) Merancang pembelajaran yang menstimulus siswa belajar sesuai dengan tema belajar dan efisien secara ekonomi; 2) Bekerjasama dengan orang tua murid dengan mengadakan pertemuan terbatas membahas perkembangan siswa; 3) Menggunakan sosial media untuk  menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan bahan ajar dan pemberitahuan hasil belajar murid. Sementara bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran dari rumah yaitu 1) Menjadi penuntun anak dalam belajar dari rumah; 2) Orang tua berperan menjadi operator. AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has forced learning to be carried out in a different way. Students must learn from home, while schools and teachers must organize effective learning. Likewise, parents must play an active role in carrying out learning from home. For this reason, the authors conducted research on school efforts and the involvement of parents in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews. The results showed that the efforts of Isa Almasih Kindergarten to realize learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic were 1) Designing learning that stimulates students to learn according to the learning theme and is economically efficient; 2) Collaborating with the parents by holding a limited meeting to discuss student development; 3) Using social media to convey information related to teaching materials and notification of student learning outcomes. While the forms of parental involvement in learning from home are 1) Being a guide for children in learning from home; 2) Parents act as operators.

AbstractCommunication in disaster management uses a variety of media. In communication context, the media used as a channel for delivering messages that called the communication medium. This study aims to find the most effective disaster education communication based on a descriptive quantitative approach. Reserchers took samples aged 17-20 years old who had participated in disaster socialization activities that held by Meterorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency in Cilacap, Central Java, Indonesia and every respondent has had disaster experience. The number of research samples is 175 respondent. In the context of communication, the medium becomes important because it is a channel for delivering message.  An import function of communication is how medium can delivered message to be undesrstood together. The fuction of communication is providing information, education and persuasion. It was found that varioys activities have beed carried out such as Goes To School, which is used to deliver messages used some communication medium like pocket books, animated video, and power point template.  Fact findings related to the best communication medium  were sozialization (face to face meetings), films, public service advertisements, and roleplays. This study aims to analyze the potential of the Blenduk church area in Semarang. The potential of this area needs a visual identity design as a form of tourism promotion in the city of Semarang, which incidentally the government is still active in increasing the promotion of local tourism. This study intends to design a visual identity for the Blenduk church area, so this research was carried out with qualitative research. As a persuasive communication activity, this design uses the A-A Procedure approach. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. In today's business world, e-commerce is a necessity to increase business competition and product sales. In the use of e-commerce, buying and selling and marketing activities will be easier and more efficient where consumers will find it easier to buy and sell the desired goods without having to leave the house so as to show the ease of transactions, reduce costs and speed up the transaction process. This study aims to create a Blogspot-Based E-Commerce Web Design as a Promotional Media for Kendal Hijab Blessing Boutique. It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.  

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

After doing research on Singkong Keju D-9 Salatiga, it can be seen that Singkong Keju D-9 Ready to Fried has limitations in its packaging, which is not yet in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. In addition, it also has a packaging design that is not much different from competing products. Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

The purpose of this study is to examine influence of financial stability, external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization to financial statement fraud. The sample used in this study is manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)in the period 2018-2019. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many as 77 mnufacture companies as the study sample. The method of analysis used in this study is logistic regression. In this research include overall fit model test, hosmed and lemeshow test, goodness of fit test, and classification matrix result of this study indicate that the financial stability is significant to financial statement fraud, while external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization are not significant to financial statement fraud

ABSTRACT           This study is aims  to determine the effect of the level  of (1) cash turnover against economic rentability, (2) the accounts receivable turnover against economic rentability, (3) cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover for  economic rentability. Subjects in this study is a credit cooperative Tuke Ler Hewokloang and its object is cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and economical rentability.  The type of date in this study were collected quntitative data with documentation techniques and analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis. The Result of this study showed  (1) the level of cash turnover does not affect the economic rentability, (2) the level of accounts receivable turnover ratehas an effect and not significant to economic rentability, (3) the level of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover rates affect and significant the economic rentability in Credit Cooperative Tuke LerHewokloang. There are many e-commerce sites that have been present in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee. Shopee is here to provide many attractive offers such as lots of discounts, promos, cashback etc. This can lead to consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of advertising on consumptive behavior (2) The effect of conformity on consumptive behavior (3) The influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumptive behavior in consumptive behavior. The population of this study were users of the e-commerce application Shopee in Mojokerto. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the criteria of women, domicile in Mojokerto, at least 17 years old, have used or purchased goods or services through the Shopee e-commerce application. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, conformity has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, the hedonic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, advertising, conformity and hedonic lifestyle together have a positive and significant effect on behavior. consumptiveperilaku konsumtif.

The Influence of Prices and Lifestyle on People's Purchase Intention in Traditional Markets An Understood During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and lifestyle on people's buying interest in understanding traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative associative research and its location is in the traditional market An understand, Bima City. In this study, the sample consisted of 55 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, observation, and literature study. Testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination; f test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and classical assumption test. The results showed that by means of the t test (partial test) it is known that the price variable does not have a significant effect on the purchase intention variable while the lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention variable. Then by means of the f test (simultaneous test) it is known that the variable price and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention variable.

The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to visitors, with a sample of 100 respondents using quantitative techniques. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence of attractiveness on visiting satisfaction and there is a significant influence of location on visiting satisfaction, then there is no significant influence of attractiveness on visiting decisions and there is a significant influence of location on visiting decisions, then there is a significant influence of visiting satisfaction on decisions Visiting and visiting satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of attractiveness on visiting decisions, while visiting satisfaction can mediate the influence of location on visiting decisions.Analysis of Variant (R2) can be seen that the R-square value for the visiting decision variable is 0.788 which can be interpreted that the magnitude of the influence of the attractiveness, location and visiting satisfaction variable on the visiting decision is 78.8% while the remaining 21.2% is explained by the variable others outside of this study. Then the R-square value for the visiting satisfaction variable is 0.634, which means that 63.4% of the visiting satisfaction variable is influenced by attractiveness and location variables, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS  for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, intellectual capital, capital structure on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2018-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and data management using SPSS 16. This type of research is a research with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) Managerial Ownership does not partially have a significant effect on Profitability (b) Intellectual Capital partially has a significant effect on Profitability (c) Capital Structure partially has a significant effect on Profitability. (d) Managerial Ownership partially has a significant effect on Firm Value, (e) Intellectual Capital partially does not have a significant effect on Firm Value (f) Capital Structure partially has a significant effect on Firm Value. (g) While for the results of intervening variables using path analysis test shows that managerial ownership and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value through profitability but intellectual capital cannot significantly affect firm value through profitability.

This study aims to examine the effect of structure on ownership, profitability, and capital structure of firm value on property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sample selection technique used porpusive sampling and obtained as many as 30 Property and Real Estate Companies. The data analysis technique used panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10.0. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, it was found that the ownership structure had no significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Based on the hypothesis, simultaneously ownership structure, profitability and capital structure have a positive and significant effect on firm value in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The contribution of the independent variables of ownership structure, profitability and capital structure to the dependent variable of firm value is 0.80213 or 80%. Meanwhile, 20% is influenced by other variables outside the study. It is hoped that this research can help properties and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to increase firm value by considering factors that have a significant effect on profitability such as ownership structure, profitability, and capital structure.
