Lifestyle patterns lead to consumptive behavior. Self-control is still relatively low so it is easy to be influenced to buy something that is not needed. Research objectives determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control on consumptive behavior in Islam. This research used quantitative research. Quantitative research method is a method based on philosophy that is used to research certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. Lifestyle influences consumptive behavior. But financial literacy and self-control have no effect on consumptive behavior, which means that even without financial literacy and self-control, students still behave consumptively. but simultaneously Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control affect Consumptive Behavior. FEBI students UIN STS JAMBI are expected to improve their financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control so they can avoid consumptive behavior. Future researchers are expected to be able to use other variables besides Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control to show other things that also influence the level of Consumptive Behavior.

Khotib and Bilal Training for Youth in Sukolilo Labang Village. The formulation of the problem raised in this community service activity relates to the function of the khutbah and Bilal which are very important in the da'wah of Muslims, so the sermon must be delivered in a language that is easily understood by the congregation (perhaps the local language), except for the pillars of the sermon. To find alternative solutions to the above, a khatib and bilal training was held for youth in Sukolilo Labang Village. The objectives of this PkM activity are: 1. To equip youth with knowledge about khatib and Bilal, 2. To equip youth as preachers in a better change, and 3. To increase knowledge and morals in society through Friday sermons that touch the hearts of the congregation 'Ah. The problem-solving framework designed in the PKM activities in the form of implementing these training activities is: 1. Explanation of the concept of khatib and Bilal, the philosophical basis of which is good, followed by exercises to find the root of the problem according to conditions, 2. Designing and implementing Khatib and Bilal Training accompanied by supervision and guidance of youth in designing sermon scripts, 3. Practicing Khatib and Bilal Activities, 4. Evaluation of training results. Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observation during the activity, this community service activity yielded the following results: first, increased knowledge and understanding of youth about procedures as khatib and bilal, and second, increased youth skills regarding procedures as preachers and bilal so that it is possible can participate as khatib and bilal in Friday prayer activities, as well as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers.

Breastfeeding is one of the important roles for mothers and baby because apart from having great benefits for mothers and babies it also has the side effect of improving uterine involution. The Objective of research was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in Telaga Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The statistical test results obtained the value of Chi-Square p = 0.038 with ? ? 0.05. the benefits of breastfeeding help mothers recover from the birth process. Breastfeeding during the first few days makes the uterus contract quickly and slows down bleeding (sucking on the nipples stimulates the release of natural oxytocin which will help uterine contractions). Breastfeeding is an important way for mothers to express love to their babies and make them feel comfortable. Thus, it can be concluded, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in the Telaga Health Center Work Area. It is expected the Telaga Health Center will provide data or information from this research to provide and improve the quality of services for pregnant/postpartum women in preventing uterine subinvolution.

However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School is an educational unit located in Lewoloba Village, Ile Mandiri District, East Flores Regency. As an Educational Institution, every activity carried out at the Lamaholot Private Vocational School is directed to achieve the school's vision and mission. To achieve the vision and mission, Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School must pay attention to the elements of education management, namely curriculum management, student management, facilities and infrastructure management, public relations management, personnel management, and financial management. From the results of the initial research on the management elements above, it was found that phenomena/problems related to financial management had not been managed effectively. This was reinforced in the 2020 and 2021 School Activity and Budget Plans (RKAS), where it was found that several activity plans could not work because there was no reconciliation between targets and budget realization. The research objective to be achieved is that the researcher wants to know and explain the financial management of the Lamaholot Private Vocational School Larantuka based on the principle of the effectiveness of school financial management. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. While the data analysis technique used to find out and explain the problems at the research location is descriptive qualitative with a school financial management approach which includes (a) school financial management planning at SMKs; (b) implementation of school financial management at SMK; (c) evaluation and accountability of school financial management; and (d) analysis of the effectiveness of school financial management in SMK. From the results of the study it was found that the effectiveness of school financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School in 2020 was in the range of 99.52%. It means effective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of school financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School in 2021 is in the range of 99.29% and is said to be effective. Based on the results of this study, the researchers concluded that the effectiveness level of financial management at the Lamaholot Larantuka Private Vocational School for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years has reached the effective category because it is in the 90% - 100% category.

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and career development on employee performance at the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service? The hypothesis in this study is that work discipline and career development have a simultaneous positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation, Central Tapanuli Regency. population amounted to 117 people and a sample of 54 people. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from field research and literature studies. The results obtained work discipline and career development simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Central Tapanuli Regency, where Fcount (44.747) is greater than Ftable (3, 13) or (44.747 > 3.13) Partially, the work discipline variable has the most dominant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 4.056 > t-table value is 2.004. Partially the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > the t-table value is 2.004. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.554 means that 55.4% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline and career development. While the remaining 44.6% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Background: Waste that continues to accumulate every year is an unresolved environmental problem at the regional to global level. This problem can actually be overcome by applying good waste management according to its type (organic and inorganic). However, waste management is still rarely practiced in the community, for example for residents of Tegal Sari Village RT 1 and 3, Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The waste segregation, disposal, and processing system in the village is not optimal. Objective: Therefore, the Desa Relasi program aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of residents in managing organic and inorganic waste through Takakura composting and inorganic crafts. Methods: The program was formed based on the results of problem priorities obtained during PBL through identification and analysis of health problems in the village by collecting secondary and primary data (with interviews and questionnaires). Results: Activities in the program are in the form of counseling, cadre debriefing, demonstration, and practice. The evaluation instruments used were pre-post test questionnaires (I and II), observation, and evaluation through chat. Based on the results of the knowledge test during counseling, 72.73% of residents experienced an increase in knowledge, 22.73% were stagnant, and 4.55% experienced a decrease (pre-post test I). While in post-test I - II, 77.72% experienced an increase, 18.18% did not experience an increase or decrease, and 4.55% experienced a decrease. Conclusion: There was an increase in knowledge in most participants regarding organic and inorganic waste management. Therefore, it is hoped that Tegal Sari Village residents will be able to apply good waste management so that it can produce use, sale and aesthetic value and advance the village.

Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that Entrepreneurship character education at the Elementary School level applies habituation and cultivation of several entrepreneurial values, namely the value of honesty, Discipline Value, Independent Value, Leadership Value, Creative Value. several models of entrepreneurship learning, namely market day which is routinely carried out by schools. There are 2 main activities carried out by the school in one year, the first is holding a book exhibition bazaar, and a culinary exhibition bazaar by grade 6 students at the end of each semester. Marketday is in the form of a book fair, usually schools cooperate with malls or publishers.

This article was written to explain the influence of the CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) cooperative learning model on the reading comprehension skills of persuasive texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pariaman. The research data is the score of the objective test results before using this type of cooperative learning model with the score after getting treatment using this learning model. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there are three results that become findings, namely as follows. First, the reading comprehension skills of persuasive texts before using the cooperative learning model type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pariaman are in the "Enough" qualification (C) with an average of 66.19. Second, the reading comprehension skills of persuasive texts after using the cooperative learning model type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pariaman are in the "Good" qualification (B) with an average of 80.58. Third, there is a significant influence on the use of the CIRC type cooperative learning model on the reading comprehension skills of persuasive texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pariaman.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance at PT. Deli Rubber Industry especially in the R1B section. The method in this study used a quantitative approach and the number of samples taken in this study were 104 respondents, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 25 program, so that research shows that work discipline partially affects employee performance.

This article discusses the internalization of religious values for students, research studies through literature review, with research design as a guideline in conducting research to achieve research objectives. Based on the analysis that has been carried out that the internalization of religious values for students can be instilled through several activities such as imtaq activities which include the value of worship with mahdoh worship, through congregational prayers, zakat fitrah expenditure, while ghoiru mahdoh is through the slaughter of sacrificial animals, arofah camps or free medicine and social services in orphanages and istighosah. The value of jihad (ruhul jihad) is earnestly seeking knowledge in the classroom and outside the classroom. The value of trust by obeying all rules and being responsible and sincere with jariyah charity, social services. Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.

Research Method: metode analisis pengujian flakiness digunakan dengan urutan tahap filtering commit dan dua analisis. Finding/Result: hasil penelitian dibandingkan dengan studi proyek Java sebelumnya, dan ditemukan dua penyebab kelemahan yakni presisi dan pelatihan (jaringan Machine learning). Flakiness presisi disebabkan oleh pernyataan dengan ambang batas yang terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah. Kelemahan pelatihan disebabkan oleh pengaturan pelatihan yang salah dari jaringan Machine learning dalam pengujian. Sebagian besar tes dalam proyek Python ditemukan tidak stabil karena masalah dengan menunggu asinkron, presisi, dan jaringan.  Conclusion: Developer Python dimasa depan akan mendapat manfaat dari pengetahuan tentang jebakan umum yang dapat menyebabkan kelemahan dalam rangkaian pengujian mereka. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi para peneliti di masa depan dengan area penlitian tes flakiness atau area serupa lainnya..

Although the importance of service innovation in improving customer experience is widely recognized, there is a lack of clarity on how service innovation can be effectively implemented to enhance customer experience. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by synthesizing existing research on service innovation and its impact on customer experience.

While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.
