The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the trust and risk perceptions of online purchasing decisions, the population in this study were all STIE AKA Semarang students who were still active in the 2017/2018 Academic Year on Campus I. The study was conducted by sampling, purposive technique sampling, obtained a sample of 100 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) Trust has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions, 2). Perception of risk has a negative effect on online purchasing decisions.

An improving of the education quality can be required at an educational supervision level. The word supervision as a form of supervision has a dual role that is academic, and clinical supervisions. The first is internal product and the second is more in the development of human resource competencies that carry out product realization. The word phrase appears the word supervisor, means observer. The role of the supervisor has to finds or identifies the capabilities and inability of the implementing personnel of the activity. The impact of these competencies affects the implementation of the program that has been determined. Therefore, in supervision activities, it is always necessary to report on the activities being carried out on the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of these activities are immediately known well. The context of supervision in the millennial century with advances in technology and information requires policy makers and policy makers to understand the work space they carry out. The contents of the implementation of the activities to develop on increasingly information. Both, directly and indirectly, have influenced the results of the activities achieved. The context of supervision on the islamic education management which is at the level of norms and values ​​as an asset that cannot be valued only counts the completeness of the program, but also the indicators in the implementation of the program must be able to be controlled according to the predetermined program, so that future implications can be achieved, estimated clearly and thoroughly.

Academics as well as managers have long been interested in the roleof satisfaction with complaint handling (SATCOM) in shapingcustomers’ attitudes and repurchasing decisions. This interest hasgenerated a widespread belief that SATCOM is driven by the perceptionthat the complaint handling process is just. To test how SATCOM ismodulated by distributive, interactional, or procedural justice, weperformed a meta-analysis of 60 independent studies of the antecedentsand consequences of SATCOM. Results indicate that SATCOM isaffected most by distributive justice, then by interactional justice, and onlyweakly by procedural justice. We also find that SATCOM mediates theeffects of justice dimensions on word-of-mouth. However, contrary tocom-mon belief, SATCOM does not mediate the effects of justicedimensions on overall satisfaction and return intent. We draw on ourresults to suggest several avenues for further research.

Pembelajaran bahasa Asing (Inggris) bagi tenaga pendidik untuk mengajarkan mata pelajaran Science dan Mathematics merupakan wujud dari gagasan bahwa penguasaan kedua mata pelajaran tersebut apabila ditunjang dengan ketrampilan bahasa Inggris maka akan menghasilkan luaran yang lebih bermutu dan poin tersendiri sebab bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik, bahasa Inggris tidak hanya di level social settings namun juga pada tataran academic language proficiency. Sekolah Dasar Djama’atul Ikhwan Program Khusus memiliki keunggulan dalam bidang penggunaan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar dalam pembelajaran Science dan Mathematics. Hal tersebut mempersyaratkan tenaga pendidik mapel tersebut untuk memiliki kompetensi keahlian berbahasa Inggris baik dalam tataran pedagogik maupun linguistik. Namun, implementasi program tersebut belum terlaksana sesuai dengan target sebab tenaga pendidik belum memiliki pengalaman maupun keahlian berbahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar dalam pembelajaran tersebut. Dari penjelasan tersebut, pemateri melaksanakan pengabdian “Workshop English Instructional Language Bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta” yang menyasar pada ketrampilan English Instructional Language para guru. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penguasaan English Instructional Language guru SD Djama’atul Ichwan, dan menentukan model bahan ajar serta metode pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan English Instructional language para guru. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah (1) guru SD Djama’atul Ichwan merasa antusias dan termotivasi untuk mempelajari bahasa bahasa Inggris dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menyampaikan materi berbahasa Inggris; (2) mereka terbuka dalam menyampaikan permasalahan dalam penggunaan bahasa Inggris sehingga pemateri dapat memberikan alternatif solusi; dan (3) terwujudnya sharing ide dan pengalaman dalam berbahasa Inggris baik khususnya academic English proficiency.Kata Kunci: Science dan Mathematics, English Instructional Language, SD Djama’atul Ichwan

The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. Academic data increases every year in line with the increase of students. Abundant data store is alsoan abundance of information. Data mining technology is a tool for extracting information on largedatabases and has been widely used in many domains. Predicting student performance (study evaluation) isan activity to determine a future state based on existing data. Data in the field of academic research hasbeen done with various methods and algorithms, but the use of algorithm SLIQ (Supervised Learning InQuest) has not been done.SLIQ is an algorithm developed by the IBM's Quest project team in 1996 for mining large datasets.SLIQ algorithm classify and predict the students performance, beginning with the data cleaning, conductedelection training and testing data. By calculating gini index of each attribute and then selecting thesmallest gini index data table is split according to the criteria until find the same class. From the results ofthe calculation process can produce a set of rules that can be used to predict student performance.From the experiment it can be concluded that the algorithm SLIQ with decision tree technique canbe used as an alternative in designing a system datamining applications. Tests conducted system showedthat the constructed model can be used to predict the performance of new students. The resulting accuracyof the model system in fact has a lower score than the accuracy of other applications that are used as acomparison of Tanagra. Advantages of the proposed system is in its design does not need complexcalculations in obtaining the gini index attributes.
