The purpose of this research is to analyze the personality of Alara. The material objects used in the novel entitled "Lara Rasa" by Nureesh Vhalega. By using a literary psychology approach. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained in this research includes all the phenomena in the novel. This phenomenon can be activities, characteristics and relationships, through critical analysis of the novel "Lara Rasa" and further analysis. This finding was obtained due to the concept of Hierarchy of Needs from Maslow. The five needs that form this hierarchy are (1) Physiological Needs, (2) Needs for Security, (3) Needs for love and Existence, (4) Needs for Appreciation, (5) The need for self-actualization. Abstract: The aim of this research is to apply analysis of Sigmund Freud's theory, namely personality structure, namely Ideas, Ego, Super Ego to literary works. The work is based on the novel genre with the title El Verano by Pia Devina. This research uses a literary psychology approach with reading and analyzing analysis techniques. This research method is qualitative, based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The results obtained show that the idea of ​​the character Afa has a strong id, seen from the many id impulses that appear in him, such as impulses to act aggressively, avoid responsibility, attack others, express emotions directly, and avoid fear. The ego of Afa's character is quite good, seen from his ability to control his id impulses, express his emotions naturally, make realistic decisions, understand other people's feelings, build relationships with other people, and achieve satisfaction. Super Ego The character Afa has a developed superego, which can be seen from his ability to feel various kinds of moral emotions, such as feelings of guilt, regret, shame, wanting to be a better person, wanting to forgive, wanting to be a strong person, and feelings of satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to find the technology contained in literary media in accordance with the Information Systems study program. In addition, to find moral values in this novel. The genre of literary work used is Cyber Ghost novel by Tasyarani Aca in Fantasteen series published by mizan publisher. The problem raised is related to how we can use the website for positive activities. Where in the story is to solve problems using the current digital era. The method used is the hermeutic method and descriptive qualitative for the journal study data of the novel's building blocks. The value contained in the short story entitled Cyber Ghost is cooperation with others to solve problems, to determine opinions, and also to remind others of mistakes that have been made. Moral messages that can be learned are related to familiarity, ethics when educating a child, morals towards parents and how to face and solve a problem. The results in this literary work are in the form of advice that everyone sometimes has personality things that the closest people should know, strengthen the sense of friendship, and address a problem properly.  The technology contained in this novel is a website which is managed by two high school students.

The questions that arise as problems in this research arise, namely: 1) Are there signs or symbols regarding the appreciation of the value of diversity as a reinforcement of Indonesian human identity at SDN 049/IV Jambi Timur 2) Do individuals within them maintain harmony and mutual respect for differences in the world? The data collection techniques used are triangulation (combination) of data and data analysis. Researchers must describe data according to reality without adding or subtracting from existing holistic data and describing it using words and language. The appreciation of Pancasila values in schools strengthens the identity of Indonesian people, carried out through experience and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students, namely having faith, being devoted to God Almighty, and having noble character, global diversity, working together, being independent, reasoning critically, and being creative when you are in school. in the school environment and in the classroom. The values, norms and ethics that have been contained in Pancasila have truly become a very complete and rounded part and can be integrated with the personality of every school member. So, it can form patterns of behavior, thought patterns and patterns of action and provide direction. The Indonesian education system is structured based on the culture of the Indonesian nation and is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution as a form of embodiment of the life values of the Indonesian nation. The application or cultivation of values in every detail Pancasila must be taught so that individuals have attitudes and behavior that are in accordance with the noble character of the nation and do not deviate from Pancasila values which are in accordance with the principles of Pancasila. Character education needs to use Pancasila as the philosophical or ideological basis for its implementation. The use of Pancasila as a philosophical and ideological basis for character education will be able to provide direction to the knowledge system that will be built, the value system that will be fostered and developed, the basis for developing competencies that will reflect the Indonesian human character that will be formed, and how the Indonesian human character will be formed. will be fully implemented.

This research was made based on the principal of the problem that occurred in the object of the research material, which was a novel entitled Pukul setengah lima by Rintik Sedu. The aim of this research is to reveal the personality of the main character in the novel and analyze the reasons why this personality emerged.  The method of this research uses qualitative literature study methods, by reading, taking notes, interpreting and the Hermeneutic method, namely interpreting sentences that are difficult to understand into something that is easy to understand or interpreting foreign languages into our language.  From this research, we obtained data from Abraham Maslow’s humanistic approach, namely physiological needs, security needs, love and existence needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. From this research it can be concluded that the main character does not fully meet these needs, the reason why this personality appears in the main character is because the main character has not reached the peak of self-actualization, he does not fulfill the needs for security and love so that the main character experiences basic anxiety and causes him not to able to reach the peak of self-actualization because lower level needs have not been fully met.

A tough personality or hardiness in mental health involves efforts to resolve conflict with an individual's cognitive assessment of stressful situations and strategies for dealing with stress. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between personality hardiness and burnout in emergency nurses at RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. The research design used was a descriptive analytical research method which was cross sectional in nature. Until this research used total sampling, namely the sampling technique was the same as the population size. So the total sample in the study was 23 nurses. Data collection was carried out by direct interviews with subjekts and distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the data that had been collected using computer assistance with IBM SPSS 16.0 was analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance level (α) <0.05. The results of the research using the Chi-Square Test show a p value of 0.162, which is greater than α ≤0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between personality hardiness and burnout in emergency nurses at RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado.

This research faced challenges in incorporating web design skills into the curriculum of SMK Istiqomah Muhammadiyah 4 Samarinda with limited resources. Through the prototype method and the Figma platform, PKL projects are used to teach students about website development. The aim is to provide relevant skills to the technology and graphic design industries. The steps include requirements analysis, prototyping, user evaluation, and user interface design for the company profile. The result is expected to be a web application that is informative, interesting, and in accordance with the needs of the vocational school Abstract.This research aims to implement collaborative games as a strategy to control social emotional development in school-aged children at SDN 1 Kartasura. School-aged children have diverse emotional characteristics, and social-emotional development is very important to shape children's personality and independence. Collaborative games were chosen as a method to stimulate children's social abilities through group activities. The initial stage of this research includes understanding the potential and challenges of social emotional development in school-aged children. Furthermore, a collaborative game was designed and implemented on September 9 2023, involving 25 grade 4 students at SDN 1 Kartasura. This activity includes game sessions, observations of social interactions, and evaluation of activity results which show that the implementation of collaborative games has a positive impact on students' social emotional development. However, research also identifies several obstacles, such as some students who still experience difficulties in socializing and controlling emotions. Therefore, further efforts are needed to maximize the potential of collaborative play in improving children's social emotional development. In conclusion, implementing collaborative games can be an effective approach to creating a positive learning environment and improving students' social emotional development at SDN 1 Kartasura. This research contributes to the understanding of social emotional development strategies in school-aged children through collaborative play.

This research discusses the personality and emotions of the character Saka in the novel Egocentric by Syahid Muhammad. The aim of the research is to explain an in-depth and detailed understanding of the personality structure and emotional classification of the Saka character. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The approach used is literary psychology using Sigmund Freud's personality theory and David Krech's emotional classification theory. The data for this research is a quote from the novel Egocentric by Syahid Muhammad. The data collection method in this research uses the literature study method. The results and discussion show that Saka's character has an id, ego and superego personality structure and shows Saka's emotional classification.

This research aims to find out, analyze and describe the needs and tendencies of Re: in the novel Re: and peRempuan by Maman Suherman. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the neurotic needs and tendencies experienced by the character Re:. The method in this research uses qualitative research and descriptive method. The result of this research is that the character Re: has 3 neurotic needs, namely, 1) the neurotic need for affection and self-acceptance, 2) the neurotic need to limit his life in a narrow scope, 3) the neurotic need for independence and freedom. And has 3 neurotic tendencies namely, 1) approaching others, 2) fighting others, 30) avoiding others.

The development of an institution cannot be separated from the role of the community it self. Apart from quality, the institution must also give priority to the community, consumert or customers to maintain the continuity of the institution or argency. The activities of Islamic banking institutions must be carried out as closely as possible in introducing the products and services offered by Islamic banking with the aim of increasing or even increasing public interest and trust. In connection with this research, this thesis aims to determine the lack of public interest in choosing Islamic banking products. This type of research is qualitaive research and the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved 30 respondents in Mekar Sari Village, Kumpeh districh, consisting of various professions. From the results of research conducted by researchers, 8 respondents stated that they were interested in Islamic banking , but only 3 respondents had used Islamic banking services, and the remaining 14 respondents were not interested and used conventional banking services, then 8 respondents did not respond because they assumed that Islamic banking and conventional bank are the same. Based on the data analysis from this research, the public understanding of Islamic banking are internal and external factors, including personality, motivation, attitudes, beliefs lifestyle, religion, experience, family, culture, society and service. Of   these factors, the most dominant main factors are attitude and belief factors, personality factors and community factors themselves.

Character building is one of the most crucial aspects in supporting national development in the current era of globalization. Education is not only intended to transfer knowledge, but also plays a role in shaping the personality and moral values of students from an early age. This is important so that students have a strong character provision to face the challenges of the ever-changing era. Instilling character values from an early age is expected to be a fortress in maintaining students' personal and social integrity. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the role of teachers as role models (modeling the way) in the process of character building for students in the Elementary Madrasah environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students involved in learning activities. This research was conducted in an Elementary Madrasah that has implemented an exemplary approach in the character education process. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as role models is very influential in shaping the character of students. The attitudes, words, and actions of teachers in everyday life in the madrasah environment are real examples that are imitated by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the modeling the way strategy is very effective in internalizing character values to students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

Abstract. In general, Islamic educational philosophy is an effort to guide humans in depth, both physically and spiritually, based on the Islamic religion so that the main personality is formed in accordance with Islamic teachings. Philosophy is an attitude or view of life and an applied field to help individuals evaluate their existence in a way that is more satisfying. Philosophy brings us to understanding and understanding brings us to appropriate action. Philosophy needs understanding for someone who is involved in the world of education because it determines one's thoughts and directs one's actions to achieve goals. In general, systematic philosophy has three main discussions or parts, namely; epistemology or theory of knowledge which discusses how we obtain knowledge, ontology or theory of nature which discusses the nature of everything that gives rise to knowledge, and axiology or theory of values ​​which discusses the use of knowledge.

Conclusions from initial observations, it appears that foster children show a number of personality traits that are not in line with the expected cooperative attitude and religious values. From the perspective of religious values and mutual cooperation, this research aims to explain character education initiatives as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. In the research design, qualitative descriptive methods will be used. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Displaying data and making conclusions from data analysis through reduction. Based on the research results, the task of the Aishiya Putri Orphanage is to teach religious principles, character education, and cooperative behavior to its foster children through the use of policies, procedures, guidelines, and punishments that can help foster cooperative behavior and religious character. The analysis and conclusions of this research center on the contribution made by cooperative orphanages to the development of the younger generation as a whole by offering character education as well as faith-based correctional and rehabilitation services. However, both motivational and disincentive elements have an impact on character education initiatives.

This research is motivated because in the educational process an educator is required to improve the quality of learning in the classroom in using or creating strategies in learning to develop some of the material that must be conveyed by educators to their students, which in the Islamic Religious Education materials are not all materials that can be suitable in the use of Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategy material. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of active knowledge sharing learning strategies in the material of Muslim and Muslimah dresses as a mirror of personality and beauty. This research uses a literature study method or (Library research). Library research is a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The data analysis technique used is how the research data is developed and processed into a simple framework that involves a selection process and then draws a conclusion. The results of this research analysis are: The Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategy can or is suitable for use in Islamic religious education subjects in the material of Muslim and Muslimah clothing, a mirror of personality and beauty.
