This research was conducted on Jalan Tampok, Tanjung Selamat Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. A non-factorial Randomized Block Design  was used, consisting of only one factor, with five treatments and four replications: 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 liters of coconut water fertilizer. The results showed that the use of coconut water fertilizer had no significant effect on plant height 1, 2, and 3 weeks after planting, and fruit weight per plot. However, it had a highly significant effect on plant height 4 and 5 weeks after planting, stem diameter, number of leaves, and root length.   In general, increasing the dosage of coconut water POC tends to result in a better growth response during the vegetative phase of the plant. This suggests that the natural hormones in coconut water can support plant cell division and elongation. However, plant response to treatment is still influenced by environmental factors and dosage, so not all parameters show a significant effect. Further research is needed to determine the optimal dosage that is more effective on production yields.

This study discusses the arrangement of queue lanes in the supervision of weighing freight transportation at UPPKB Singosari to improve service efficiency. Based on the analysis of the Minimum Service Standards (SPM), three main indicators, namely compliance, conformity, and implementation, have reached 100%, while the accuracy indicator has only reached 50% due to the duration of weighing exceeding the set time limit. The main factor causing long queues is the lack of clear lane markings, making it difficult for vehicles to be directed without an officer. In addition, the parking area of 3,330.6 m² has not been utilized optimally. Improvement efforts include the implementation of queue lane markings to reduce dependence on officers, optimization of facilities such as Pos 2 which is parallel to Pos 1, and improvement of human resource management to suit operational needs. The use of Weight in Motion (WIM) technology is also recommended to reduce workload and accelerate the supervision of freight transport vehicles. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that services at UPPKB Singosari can be more efficient, transparent, and in accordance with applicable standards.

Background: Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) during pregnancy are a significant public health concern because they can adversely affect maternal and fetal health. STIs such chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis can cause complications including preterm labor, intrauterine growth restriction, and increased risk of low birth weight (LBW) in newborns (Sari, 2020). LBW is defined a birth weight of less than 2,500 grams and is associated with higher infant morbidity and mortality (Nurhidayah, 2021). Despite public health efforts, STIs remain prevalent in reproductive-aged women, and their relationship with LBW requires further investigation in local healthcare settings. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between sexually transmitted infections in pregnant women and the incidence low birth weight newborns. Methods: A quantitative, observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted. Results: The results indicated a significant relationship between the presence of sexually transmitted infections in pregnant women and the occurrence of low birth weight in newborns. Among the 30 participants, mothers with STIs showed a higher incidence of LBW (p = 0.000), indicating statistically significant association. These findings suggest that STIs in pregnancy can adversely affect fetal growth and contribute to neonatal health risks. Conclusion: Sexually transmitted infections in pregnant women are significantly associated with the incidence of low birth weight in newborns. Screening, early detection, and appropriate management of STIs during pregnancy are crucial strategies reduce the risk of LBW and improve neonatal outcomes. Healthcare providers should integrate STI prevention and treatment programs into routine antenatal care to promote maternal and infant health.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a complex endocrine disorder affecting reproductive-age women and is closely associated with metabolic disturbances such as overweight and insulin resistance. More than 50% of women with PCOS are overweight, which exacerbates ovulatory dysfunction and increases androgen levels. Insulin resistance, found in approximately 50% of PCOS patients—even those with normal body weight—triggers hyperinsulinemia that stimulates androgen production and suppresses ovulation. This study aims to analyze the contribution of overweight and insulin resistance to the development of PCOS through a literature review approach. Scientific articles were retrieved from databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar, focusing on publications from the last five years. The findings indicate that overweight and insulin resistance mutually reinforce hormonal and ovulatory dysfunction typical in PCOS patients. Recent studies show that higher body mass index (BMI) and elevated HOMA-IR levels are strongly associated with menstrual irregularities, hyperandrogenism, and reduced quality of life. In conclusion, overweight and insulin resistance are two major contributing factors to PCOS pathogenesis and influence reproductive success. Clinical management should consider a comprehensive approach targeting both factors through lifestyle interventions and pharmacological therapy.

Minimally invasive surgery offers several advantages, including reduced blood loss, smaller incisions, less pain, and a lower risk of complications than open surgery. This approach enhances patient comfort and supports faster recovery. When guided by optimal path planning, surgical robots can accurately navigate the body to remove malignant tumors with high precision. This study proposes a Modified Particle Swarm Optimization (MPSO) algorithm to determine the optimal path for robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery targeting brain tumors. The algorithm improves upon standard PSO by modifying the velocity update equation and incorporating an adaptive inertia weight, enhancing convergence speed, global search ability, and solution accuracy. Experimental results show that the proposed MPSO achieves a maximum fitness value of 19.10 in a sparse obstacle environment, outperforming standard PSO and IPSO in quality and in the required number of iterations. The approach effectively balances path efficiency and obstacle avoidance, making it well-suited for complex surgical scenarios. In conclusion, the MPSO-based method provides a reliable and precise solution for robotic surgical navigation, improving outcomes and safety in minimally invasive procedures.

Toddlers are a vulnerable group prone to health problems and malnutrition due to their rapid growth and high nutritional needs. Nutritional status serves as an indicator of adequate dietary intake, commonly assessed through weight and height measurements. Malnutrition, particularly among children aged 2-5 years, often occurs as they transition to family diets while maintaining high physical activity levels. Appropriate complementary feeding starting at six months (MP-ASI) is essential to support optimal growth and development. The Complementary Feeding Program includes porridge for infants aged 6-11 months and biscuits for children aged 12-24 months, aiming to improve nutritional status, especially among low-income families. Supplementary feeding (PMT) is an intervention designed to enhance the nutritional status of malnourished children without replacing their main daily meals. This study aims to examine the effect of the supplementary feeding program on weight changes among malnourished infants aged 6-11 months at the Tiley Health Center. A pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was used with total sampling of 20 mothers with malnourished infants. Data were collected using questionnaires and weight observation sheets and analyzed using a paired t-test. The impact of the landslide is very worrying for the entire community and the congregation of Dock Seven because the land has experienced very large erosion and splits from the edge of the river to the wall of the church building which can result in the collapse of the building wall and church tower. For this reason, fast handling is needed to anticipate a greater impact by making gabions reinforced with ironwood as retaining pillars, accompanied by material compaction and re-casting. The purpose of this community service activity is to minimize losses and damage due to landslides, and to restore the function of the road access as a means of community activities every day. The construction of this landslide handling is made simple, namely by installing ironwood pillars along the landslide area starting from the boundary of the church building wall to the edge of the river flow, then placing gabions filled with gravel material from the bottom of the landslide hole to near the ground surface, then filled with coral material and re-cast as road access. For the river bank wall, it is done by casting and installing embankments until it passes the road surface so that the river water does not overflow onto the road when the rainfall is quite high. The gabion used is a type of thick wire measuring 2 m x 1 m x 1 m with a side wire diameter of 3.4 mm, a braided wire diameter of 2.7 mm, a hole/mesh size of 8 cm x 10 cm, a number of turns of 3 and a weight/sheet of 18 Kg. The ironwood used as a support is 5 cm x 5 cm in size. The embankment material uses coral rock, while the casting of the river bank embankment uses a 12 mm iron frame combined with 5 cm x 5 cm ironwood. The height of the embankment from the bottom of the river to the road surface is 3.80 meters where the height from the bottom to the river to the road surface is 3 meters and from the top of the road surface is 80 cm. With the implementation of this landslide handling construction, the entire community and the congregation of Dock Seven can use the road access again for daily needs.
