College students are in early adulthood, a critical developmental stage marked by physical, psychosocial, and cognitive changes that can significantly impact dietary behaviors, including fruit and vegetable consumption. Adequate intake of fruits and vegetables is essential for maintaining overall health and reducing the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). However, evidence indicates that fruit and vegetable intake among college students often falls below the levels recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). This study aimed to validate a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) for assessing total fruit and vegetable intake among college students in Surabaya City, Indonesia. A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 30 active university students. The SQ-FFQ method produced higher intake estimates compared to the Estimated Food Record. A statistically significant and strong correlation was found between the two methods (p < 0.001, r > 0.7), indicating strong agreement. These findings support the SQ-FFQ as a valid tool for measuring total fruit and vegetable intake in this population.

Ketoprak as a form of traditional Javanese theater has the characteristics of historical storytelling or legend supported by artistic elements such as music, dialogue, clothing, and stage settings. In its development towards a modern form of ketoprak, the use of multimedia technology has become one of the significant innovations, especially in the creation of performance settings. This article examines in depth the function of multimedia in supporting the creation of modern ketoprak settings, both from aesthetic, dramatic, and production efficiency aspects. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through observation of ketoprak performances that integrate multimedia, in-depth interviews with directors, artistic stylists, and multimedia technicians, and literature studies that discuss contemporary performing arts. The results of the study show that multimedia plays an important role in building richer imaginative atmospheres and spaces and allows for the depiction of complex settings such as palaces, forests, or battlefields quickly and effectively. In addition, multimedia expands visual possibilities through projection of images, videos, and dynamic light effects that cannot be achieved with traditional physical properties alone. The multimedia function has also been proven to enhance the viewer experience by presenting a more modern visual sensation without losing the traditional identity of ketoprak. These findings indicate that multimedia serves not only as a complement, but also as an integral element that influences the overall aesthetic, reinforces dramatic messages, and facilitates transitions between scenes.

This study aims to reveal the creative process behind the creation of the Bayu Akasa instrument, an organological innovation based on bamboo by contemporary artist Mugiyono Kasido. Through a qualitative approach using case study methods, this study examines two crucial stages in the creation of the work, namely the material exploration phase and the experimentation with physical techniques. Data was collected through in-depth observation of the subject's performance, documentation of the rehearsal process, and interviews regarding the philosophical and technical aspects of sound production. The results of the study show that: (1) The material exploration stage produced a 2-meter-long aerophone instrument made of petung bamboo with a diameter of 5.9–7.9 inches, designed with an integral three-part system; (2) The experimentation with playing techniques focused on mastering circular breathing or ngunjal, which enables the production of continuous meditative drone sounds without pause; (3) This innovation represents a blurring of the boundaries between choreographic and musical aspects, in which the instrument is no longer treated as a static object but as a somatic extension of the artist's body. These findings confirm that Bayu Akasa is not just an ordinary wind instrument, but a representation of space (Akasa) and breath (Bayu) manifested in a radical performative unity. This research contributes to the development of contemporary organology based on local materials in Indonesia.

The development of the industrial sector has experienced significant acceleration due to the support of advancing technology and creative innovations from various companies. These innovations result from the collective contributions of all levels within a company's structure. This situation has intensified industrial competition, encouraging companies to continuously innovate in producing products that meet societal needs. Companies capable of creating high-quality products relevant to market demands have a greater chance of surviving and excelling in competition. For instance, between December 2023 and January 2024, a telecommunications company successfully produced 150,077,945 physical vouchers, with an average daily production of 2,543,694 units. During the production process, physical vouchers must meet specific criteria to ensure their quality. Quality control focuses not only on reducing product defect rates but also prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty. Six Sigma is one of the methodologies used to increase production process quality by reducing process variance and minimizing the number of defects in products or services. To facilitate the implementation of Six Sigma, the 5W+1H method can serve as a supplementary approach for problem identification and resolution. This technique involves systematically collecting information by answering the questions: What, Where, Who, When, Why, and How.

The literary work of poetry, whether in cyber form or not, is inseparable from the activity of analysis. Poetry can be examined from various aspects, one of which is through an objective approach that focuses on the structural elements that build the poem itself. However, cyber literature, as a product of literary development that utilizes digital media for dissemination, has its own uniqueness in its analysis, such as the poem Aku Ingin by Saut Situmorang, which is presented on the Wattpad platform. The analysis not only examines the internal aspects of the poem but also includes cyber elements such as hyperlinks and hypertext. This study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the structure or elements that construct the poem, as well as the hypertext and hyperlinks embedded within it. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with an objective poetry analysis approach. The physical structure of the poem Aku Ingin by Saut Situmorang includes the poem’s form, diction, concrete words, figurative language, and imagery. Meanwhile, its inner structure consists of theme, tone, atmosphere, and message. The cyber elements in the poem include hyperlinks and hypertext. This study concludes that the poem Aku Ingin by Saut Situmorang contains several key components that make it dense and cohesive, both in terms of physical and inner structure. Additionally, the poem can be categorized as cyber literature because it implicitly contains hypertext that establishes intertextuality with the legendary love story of Romeo and Juliet and the poem Aku Ingin by Sapardi Djoko Damono. Its presence on the Wattpad platform also enables interactivity between readers and the author.

Currently, Indonesia faces three major nutrition-related problems among adolescents, known as the triple burden of malnutrition, namely undernutrition (stunting and wasting), micronutrient deficiencies, and obesity. Children's cognitive development is greatly influenced by adequate nutrition, as physical and brain growth go hand in hand in the growth and development process. A balanced and high-quality diet supports optimal growth and development and influences children's nutritional status and intellectual intelligence. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and intellectual intelligence in students. This study is an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The subjects of this study were 68 students aged 13–15 years at SMPN 2 Sumber, Probolinggo Regency. Primary data were obtained through IQ tests and weight and height measurements, while secondary data were in the form of student identities. Data analysis used a two-sample t-test. The results showed that out of 42 students with poor nutritional status, 38 students (90.5%) had low IQ (<100). Among 23 students with normal nutritional status, 11 students (47.8%) had low IQ and 12 students (52.2%) had moderate IQ (100–109). The statistical test results showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between nutritional status and intellectual ability. In conclusion, nutritional status is associated with intellectual ability among students at SMPN 2 Sumber, Probolinggo District. Students with poor nutritional status have a higher risk of having an IQ below average.

Consumer protection is a crucial aspect in the face of rapid economic development and increased industrial competition, including in the bottled water sector. The Aqua product packaging defect case in Semarang in July 2017 is a clear example of weak quality control and the importance of producer accountability. Defects such as bottle caps that can be pried off without breaking the seal create uncertainty over product safety and reduce consumer confidence. Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection provides a strong legal basis for consumers to obtain safe products and claim compensation for losses due to defective products. Manufacturers have an absolute responsibility to ensure product safety through the implementation of strict quality control systems, early detection of physical defects, and digital tracking for product recalls if necessary. In addition, consumer education and optimization of public complaint media are important parts of the consumer protection system. With a comprehensive preventive and corrective approach, risks due to defective products can be minimized, and public trust in the industry can be maintained.

Art cannot be separated from human life, including in the stages of childhood development. In addition to having aesthetic values, art also plays an important role in inspiring children's creativity and imagination. Early Childhood Education (PAUD), as a pioneer in the national education process, has a role in developing children's potential from various aspects, such as cognitive, language, art, morals, religion, movement, and socio-emotional. One important aspect in children's physical development is motor development, both gross and fine motor skills. One form of effective stimulus in developing children's motor skills is through learning dance. Dance provides space for children to practice body movement coordination, balance, and muscle strength, while stimulating self-expression. The basic elements in dance, such as movement, energy, space, and time, play an important role in supporting children's creativity in expressing themselves through body movements. Therefore, dance is one of the effective media in supporting children's motor development and creativity as a whole.

"Isi Piringku" is a dietary guideline developed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia as part of a balanced nutrition campaign. Understanding this concept is particularly important for elementary school-aged children, as this is a critical period for physical growth, mental development, and the formation of healthy lifestyle habits. A balanced nutritional intake plays a vital role in improving learning concentration, supporting physical activity, and preventing various diseases caused by nutritional deficiencies or excesses. However, the dietary behavior of elementary school students remains far from balanced nutrition principles, with an average achievement of only 53.9%. Based on this condition, this Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to improve the knowledge, skills, and behavior of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members at SDN Krapyak in consuming food according to balanced nutrition guidelines using the “Isi Piringku” media. The activities carried out included obtaining permission, conducting socialization, training on the use of the “Isi Piringku” media, and providing ongoing mentoring. Through this program, it was expected that PMR members could become change agents and role models for their peers in implementing healthy and balanced eating habits. The results of the activity showed that the mentoring was successfully conducted. There was a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of PMR members, as reflected in the increase in the average score from 70.8 to 90.97 after the intervention. This indicates that the approach using the "Isi Piringku" media is effective in promoting balanced nutritional behavior among elementary school children.
