Buah pisang kepok kuning (Musa acuminata balbisiana Colla) kerap dipanen sebelum mencapai kematangan karena sifatnya sebagai buah klimaterik. Untuk menghambat penurunan mutu buah pada proses distribusi dan penyimpanan, buah pisang kepok kuning harus disimpan dalam kondisi yang sesuai namun sederhana dan mudah diaplikasikan pada berbagai kondisi masyarakat. Penyimpanan buah pisang kepok kuning dilakukan dengan berbagai kondisi perlakuan, yaitu tanpa pengemas di suhu ruang, tanpa pengemas di suhu chiller -4˚C, plastik PP di suhu ruang, plastik PP di suhu chiller -4˚C, plastik PP + karbid di suhu ruang, dan plastik + silica gel di suhu ruang. Buah pisang kepok kuning kemudian diuji perubahan susut bobot, tekstur, dan warna secara organoleptik untuk melihat penurunan mutunya. Percobaan dilakukan dengan RAL Non-Faktorial, kemudian hasil dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil menunjukkan perbedaan hasil yang signifikan antara masing-masing kondisi penyimpanan. Susut bobot terbesar terjadi pada buah pisang yang disimpan pada kondisi penyimpanan tanpa pengemas di suhu ruang, yaitu sebesar 22,815%. Perlakuan kondisi penyimpanan yang paling cepat menurunkan kualitas buah pisang kepok kuning adalah perlakuan tanpa pengemas dan disimpan di suhu ruang, sedangkan penyimpanan yang paling bisa mempertahankan kualitas buah pisang kepok kuning adalah penyimpanan dalam kemasan plastik PP di suhu chiller (4˚C).

Perianal fistula is a condition where a cavity forms in the area around the rectum and fills with pus. Perianal fistula is an anorectal disorder that arises due to obstruction of the anal crypts. If left untreated perianal fistula can lead to serious complications such as perineal gangrene and sepsis. A large number of perianal abscesses will recur within a year or two, especially if predisposing factors are present. This study aims to determine patient characteristics and management of perianal fistula patients at Cut Meutia General Hospital in 2018-2021. This is a retrospective descriptive study using secondary data from perianal fistula patients at Cut Meutia General Hospital. The results of the study were 11 patients diagnosed with perianal fistula based on medical record data that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the age range criteria, the most patients with perianal fistulas were in the age group range of 20 - 40 and 41-60 years, each of which was 5 patients (45.45%), male patients were the most, namely 9 patients (81.18%), based on the operation of perianal fistula patients who underwent surgery the most using LIFT procedures were 7 patients (63.63%), and based on the history of recurrence, the most patients who experienced new/primary cases of perianal fistula were as many as 9 patients (81.8%).

As prospective managers of Islamic educational institutions we must know the hadith relating to management itself. The method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The results and discussion of this article are this is related to human resource management in perfect Islam. The review of hadith can be interpreted as a process of managing and realizing human and Muslim society to truly believe in and fear Allah and are expected to be able to carry out full responsibility duties, reproduce scholars who have Islamic qualities , faith, knowledge, and noble character for the sake of building himself and his society seen from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Adapu the conclusion of this article is Management of the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaurrasyiddin Management of human resources at the time of the Prophet placed a person seen from being able or not knya completed a mandate given especially in the field of management. That he put the right person in the right position or "the right man in the right place". Placing someone according to their expertise is one of the characteristics of Islamic professionalism. And put more emphasis on the professionalism of an employee.. Rasulullah and his friends really implemented these noble values in their leadership.

The results showed that 1) The application of the boarding school program to the learning achievement of PAI at SMP Muhammadiyah Banjarnegara was carried out by the first teacher of the worship practice program, namely the midnight prayer in congregation, morning prayer and morning dhikr, rote deposit, congregational midday prayer, afternoon prayer, evening prayer, muroja'ah memorization, maghrib prayer, tadarus and evening prayer. Second, teaching the book, namely the program teaching the book, which proves that students can understand more deeply about the science of monotheism, worship, muamalah, and morals. The four programs for developing English and Arabic skills have been proven to be able to increase PAI learning achievement because more PAI material relates to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith so that mastery of Arabic is important. The learning achievement of Islamic boarding school students is relatively good, this can be seen from the acquisition of report cards which have a value above 80. 2) The obstacle to the application of the boarding school program on Islamic education learning achievement is the existence of scouting activities, the practice of midnight prayers and obligatory prayers which require supervision, low student participation and relatively weak student memorization. 3) Solutions to the constraints of implementing the boarding school program on Islamic education learning achievement, namely dormitory programs and activities carried out regularly, teachers providing assistance in worship, giving awards or rewards to students who are role models for other students, strengthening the physical and psychological aspects of students and the existence of support full of subject teachers and tahfidz teachers for the sake of creating hafidz as the school wants.

Pembelajaran online menawarkan beberapa manfaat, seperti akses ke kursus yang lebih luas, fleksibilitas, dan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan pemikiran kritis yang penting dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Hal ini memicu banyaknya penelitian terkait online learning dan mulai dari tahun 2019 online learning ini mulai lebih banyak lagi digunakan karena pada saat itu ialah masa pandemic. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menangkap lanskap penelitian tekait online learning in high school. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometric. Data diperoleh dari database scopus yang telah disemournakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi terkait online learning in high school meningkat setiap tahunnya dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022, Adapun jumlah dokumen terbanyak yaitu pada negara Indonesia, jumlah dokumen terbanyak yaitu pada lembaga atau universitas “Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia” dan pada jurnal “National Science Foundation”. Fokus penelitian yaitu 1) human dan pandemic; 2)online learning, e-learning dan covid-19; 3)blended learning dan motivation. Keyword yang menjadi tema baru adalah adolescent, dan learning strategies.

Hasil artikel ini bahwa pengaruh Skill Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja merupakan kaitan antara keterampilan pada produktivitas dapat dijamin. Karyawan yang terdidik dan terlatih dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dapat mempengaruhi seseorang yang berarti memberi mereka energi yang memicu minat mereka pada tugas mereka, membuat mereka ingin menggunakan semua sumber daya mereka untuk bekerja secara efisien dan untuk kesenangan mereka. Dampak imbalan Terhadap kegiatan produksi , jika pegawai dapat menerima kompensasi baik itu adil dan memadai, merasa aman di tempat kerja, akan memiliki dampak baik untuk kemajuan kinerja karyawan.Ketiganya merupakan elemen utama yang saling terkait dalam konteks produktivitas kerja.

While the method of analysis of legal materials in this study is descriptive analytical which aims to describe precisely a problem.

The main focus of this research is to know and analyze the level of student satisfaction in services at the library at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi. The data in this study were obtained based on primary data using surveys in collecting data through questionnaires. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are students of Jambi Muhammadiyah University. The variables in the study used 5 dimensions of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that the importance and quality of service indicated that student respondents in using library services were satisfied with the services provided by the Jambi Muhammadiyah University library. In addition, the results of the analysis in this study showed that the average respondent's answers related to student satisfaction with library services at Jambi Muhammadiyah University were at a value of 4.5, which means that respondents were very satisfied in using library services at Jambi Muhammadiyah University.

This research was conducted in Baitul Mal Kota Langsa. This study aims to analyze how the application of accounting applied by Baitul Mal Kota Langsa is in accordance with PSAK No. 109. The analysis method in this study uses qualitative methods with data collection methods through interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the application of Zakat and Infaq / Alms Accounting (Psak 109) in Baitul Mal Kota Langsa is not in accordance with the statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) Number 109 concerning Accounting for zakat and Infaq / alms which uses all components of financial statements, but Baitul Mal Kota Langsa, amil has separated between Zakat Funds and Infaq / Alms Funds in recording financial statements but the financial statements are still traditional.  

Youth are an important part of society and have a very strategic role in shaping the future of the country. However, youth are often less involved in the country's political and economic affairs, this creates problems that impact the quality of life of the community. Policies taken by the government often do not have a positive impact on youth, and do not prioritize their interests. This causes youth to not understand the importance of their role in shaping the future of the country and solving the problems they face. This activity aims to provide education to youth about democracy that is healthy, peaceful and in accordance with the time. Therefore, it is important to seek the role of youth in realizing democracy and a stable political economy, so that youth can play a more active role and have a positive impact on society.                                                                                                                               

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, venture capital, and accounting information systems with the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Quantitative methodology was used to validate this research. The sample size for this study was 42 SMEs from Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, and Deli Serdang Regency. Questionnaires with Likert scale questions were used for this study. Multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used in SPSS 24 to test the hypothesis after the questionnaire is distributed and verified for validity, reliability, and the classical assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the results of this study, the entrepreneurial mindset can increase the efficiency of small and medium enterprises. shows how having an entrepreneurial bent can help small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Accounting information systems have an effect on the performance of SMEs, as evidenced by research findings, indicating that adopting such systems can enhance organizational success. Data studies reveal that when a company's capital decreases, it has a negative impact on the company's success. 

Pengaruh strategi pasar internasional yang diadopsi oleh perusahaan ritel PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart) di Indonesia. Dalam studi kasus ini, kami fokus pada industri perdagangan modern untuk menggambarkan bagaimana strategi pasar internasional berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan perusahaan. Dari Hasil review mengenai penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa strategi pasar internasional yang diterapkan oleh Alfamart memiliki dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dan posisinya di pasar ritel Indonesia. Beberapa strategi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain ekspansi geografis, diferensiasi produk, penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan kemitraan dengan pemasok lokal. Dan kami juga  menemukan bahwa ekspansi geografis menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam strategi pasar internasional Alfamart. Dengan membuka toko-toko baru di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, Alfamart berhasil mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan kehadirannya di tingkat nasional. Selain itu, diferensiasi produk dan penggunaan teknologi informasi telah membantu Alfamart menarik pelanggan dengan menyediakan produk yang beragam dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.Selain itu, kemitraan dengan pemasok lokal juga terbukti berhasil dalam strategi pasar internasional Alfamart. Dengan bekerja sama dengan pemasok lokal, Alfamart dapat menawarkan produk-produk lokal yang relevan dengan preferensi pelanggan di masing-masing daerah. Hal ini tidak hanya meningkatkan hubungan dengan pemasok lokal, tetapi juga memberikan keuntungan kompetitif bagi Alfamart dalam menghadapi pesaing di pasar ritel.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pasar internasional memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan perusahaan ritel seperti Alfamart. Nganjuk is a Kabupaten in the province of East Java, Indonesia. One of the sub-districts in Nganjuk, Rejoso sub-district, Ngadiboyo village, is a potential producer of shallots. We found that the Ngadiboyo village area is a potential producer of shallots. In addition to shallots, residents use their farmland to grow commodities such as soya and green beans. However, the problem we identified with the village's economy is the need for home industry-based businesses that utilize the main crops to be sold as ready-to-consume products. On this occasion, we want to develop the sale of shallot products to increase the economic stability of the Ngadiboyo Village community. Community service is carried out with a mentoring method through attracting community participation. Assistance to attract participation is focused on developing sales through social media, product photos, and e-commerce. Sales development activities on shallot products are one of the activities to help increase community sales. Implementing this activity is expected to increase sales to help the economy. Therefore, this community service activity is hoped to change the community of shallot product sellers.

Berdasarkan data dari badan pusat stasistik (BPS), Indonesia mengalami kontransi pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 2020. Hal ini menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami deflasi atau penurunan drastis karena perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia mempunyai pergerakan yang kurang stabil. Perubahan yang terjadi dipengaruhi adanya pandemi covid-19.Pemerintah indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan guna mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19. Namun kebijakan tersebut menyebabkan berkurangnya jumlah konsumsi rumah tangga. Konsumsi di Indonesia yang tidak terkendali menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami penurunan, untuk itu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk memulihkan perekonomian, pemerintah melaksanakan kebijakan dan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat ataupun pelaku usaha UMKM sebagai peran utama pada pergerakan pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia dan mendorong percepatan efektivitas ekonomi disetiap daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji upaya perlindungan konsumen dari segi pengawasan pemerintah dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu di Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendakatan perundang-undangan dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat, lembaga perlindungan konsumen swadaya masyarakat dan pemerintah berperan secara bersamaan dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap produk yang beredar di pasaran dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu, sesuai dengan amanat UUD 1945 serta Undang-undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen bahwa tujuan pengawasan ini dilakukan untuk melindungi segenap bangsa dalam hal ini konsumen dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan. Dilakukan penindakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku oleh kepolisian agar memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku usaha.  

Law is a tool for regulating people's lives with a coercive nature and requires people to follow existing rules. The law is made for the benefit of the people and contains the norms of life as a guide in society. Death penalty is a punishment with the most severe sanction scale for perpetrators of extraordinary crimes such as narcotics, premeditated murder, terrorism, and crimes against state security. However, the application of death penalty in Indonesia is controversial because it violates Human Rights (HAM) and the right to life guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution Article 28A paragraph (1). Even though there is an update in the latest Criminal Code (KUHP) which regulates probation for 10 years, pros and cons still occur in the application of death penalty. Various views on capital punishment exist, in which some consider human rights and the principles of justice. However, the death penalty must be applied carefully and pay attention to human rights.

Gadgets have an important role in human life. In addition, the gadget also has a negative impact on its users. This negative impact is caused by use not in accordance with the actual function, especially children. The purpose of this service activity is 1) to provide information about children's cognitive development, 2) to provide information regarding technological developments and their impact on child development, and 3) to provide information on the impact of gadgets on children's development and solutions for dealing with children who are addicted to gadgets. The methods used in this dedication are lectures, discussions, problem solving solutions. This dedication activity was carried out at Plus Muhammadiyah Pancor Elementary School. The results of this dedication show that the participants were enthusiastic and active in discussion activities during the activity.

The pile foundation is a deep foundation that is often used in the construction of high-rise buildings and small-scale buildings. The foundation is required to have a greater bearing capacity than the load on it. This study aims to determine the maximum bearing capacity of the foundation against the work load including the additional load from the 15-story Lamongan Muhammadiyah University building which was found to be cracked. Calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of a single pile using the Mayerhoff, Reese O'neil, and Reese and Wright method. Calculation of the bearing capacity of group piles is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of piles in one group using the Converse-Labarre, Los Angle Group, and Seiler-Keeney methods. Controlling the bearing capacity of single and group pile foundations, whether they are able to withstand the load on them using the axial loads and moments obtained. The results of the calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile foundation at a depth of 30 m using the Meyerhoff calculation method obtained the carrying capacity of a single pile permit (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 916,80 tons and DB-2 of 916,80 tons, Reese and O' neil obtained Power single pile permit bearing (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 668,67 tons and DB-2 of 668,67 tons, Reese and Wright obtained single pile permit bearing capacity (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 1.070,08 tons and a DB-2 of 1.070,08 tons, while the shamanic strength of the largest pile group foundation was obtained using the Converse-Labarre method with ultimate bearing capacity using the Reese anad Wright method, bearing configuration from the pile group capacity (Q_g) (2 x 2) obtained at point DB -1 of 9.733,45 tons and DB-2 of 9.733,45 tons, configuration (2 x 3) at point DB-1 of 13.810,45 tons and DB-2 of 13.810,45 tons, configuration (3 x 2 ) at point DB-1 of 13.810,45 tons and DB-2 of 13.810,45 tons. The results of controlling the bearing capacity of the foundation by looking at the value of the allowable bearing capacity is greater than the value of the axial load (P ≤ Q_g). From the calculation of the bearing capacity of the piles it can be concluded that the pile foundations at points DB-1 and DB-2 are safe.
