With this information system, it is expected that all recording processes will be easier by using the Base Accrual Method, reports can also be printed accurately dated or per period. This information system is also more secure because it is equipped with a security system where not everyone can access it, and only people who have a login can access the data. The system built will later contribute to the District faster in work.

With the advancement of modern technology that is the computer in an information system today is expected to provide effectiveness and efficiency in data processing and minimize the error rate in the processing system. The procedures that will be processed between SPP Payment, SPI and Practice fees using the Microsoft Visual Basic Application System and using the Microsoft Office Access database system.With the new system, it is hoped that conducting transactions in the SOKO Midwifery ACADEMY TNGGAL SEMARANG can be utilized as well as possible and used as much as possible by all groups of leaders and other employees especially the financial administration division so that it can simplify each transaction.

Along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid, the use of information technology at this time is an important requirement in every agency or company An educational institution requires good administrative management with the aim to improve services to students, the school payment system in the form of Education Provision Contribution (SPP) and Donation of Institutional Development (SPI) at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Semarang is still done conventionally, where the recording of data and the payment process of SPP and SPI are written into diaries, ledgers and spreadsheet applications which results in the accumulation of data in the form of archives. In the data collection of students and the payment process takes a relatively long time, so that during the payment process results in long queues in the administration and requires a long time to make payment reports and arrears SPP and SPI which are needed quickly.Developments in the field of science and technology were developed with the aim of solving problems and making it easier for users to complete work tasks. The use of barcode technology is one of the technologies that can respond to the provision of fast, accurate and accurate information. The aim of this study is to design a production accounting information system for the determination of the cost of production that can help the SMEs Jepara carving in the determination of the cost of a product exactly. Information on the cost of a product is very important as a basis in determining the selling price of a product. so far the SMEs Jepara carving in determining the cost of a product is done by estimating the costs of production and often do not include a production cost that nominal little cost. So the cost of production does not reflect actual cost consumption. This can certainly cause the production cost to be undercost or uppercost. The approach in determining the cost of production using the method of ativity-based costing, activity-based costing method is the determination of the cost of a product based on activity. Research methods that Research method using Reseach and Development (R&D) method with prototype system development model. This study was conducted on SMEs carving Jepara. The result of this research is in the form of accounting information system product for determination of cost of production at SME Jepara carving which can assist in determination of cost of product. Implementation of the activity-based costing method as an approach in determining the cost of products is able to provide benefits that the charging over the cost can be more precise. Efficiency in costs can be obtained. The use of activity based costing method can also decrease the selling price of the product, so that Jepara carving SMEs will be better able to compete both for domestic market and international market.

For this reason, the author makes the design of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system, using the ALFRED method approach, namely: 1. Administrative Value (Value of use in administration), 2. Legal Value (Value of use in the field of law), 3. Fiscal Value (Use value in finance), 4.Research Value (Use value in the field of research), 5.Educational Value (Value use in education), 6.Documentative Value (Use value in the field of documentation). Making prototype application product Electronic Filing System (e-filing) management system uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software as a design media and as a programming language, and the SQL Server database as a storage media. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through a system design stage that was validated by experts and a prototype of a field-tested product involving users. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system product that has been declared to function well so that it can produce information that is useful for the archiving process to the stage of making a report that can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with procedures that have been exist so as to make it easier to re-access archiving and provide public services with accurate and integrated information.

SMS Gateway application as a service functioned to integrate systems between customers with automated information systems, the customer service with the administration in order to obtain valid information. Customers can order products and access information easily via SMS without having to come directly to the PT. FMS information regarding pricing, promotion information, product specifications and ordering products for customers who are already registered. SMS Gateway application can also help customer service in its duty to serve customers with data that is clear and ter updates can be seen in the administration module. With the SMS Gateway Application to deliver information more quickly when customers need information, generate reports on the stock with a clear to the administration

The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

Radian Rent a Car Semarang, one of developing transportation service provider, faces obstacles in processing data and information since its customer is increasing year to year. The obstacles are spending many times to make report of car damage in mechanic division because weekly or monthly car maintenance data has to be checked one by one, there is not any accounting report that is directly given to the owner since it take long time to look for and reprocess the data, and taking long time to searching car’s receipt and maintenance archive as there are so many unprocessed data that are still in stack of archive. It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error. In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. This program is able to make data processing job be effective and efficient, to cut time spending to process the data, to minimize error input data, and to organize the data saved in one database

Based on observations, UKM have limitations in terms of online marketing.This research aims to present a web design that is able to provide information that can be used to improve marketing or promotion of UKM products in Kendal City.the method used to develop the system is R&D (Research and Development).The results showed that this system is said to be feasible as an effective online promotion media based on the assessment of web expert validator with a value of 2.9 and a validator of UKM with a value of 3.4

At present the information of schools in various fields of education in the Tugu sub-district is still incomplete that only covers the TK / RA and SD / MI levels so that the wider community has not been able to obtain information on the level of education at SMP / MTs, SMA / SMK / MA and Higher Education, and to get this information the public must come directly to the Semarang City Education Office to find the data needed. The public cannot know quickly if there is a change in data or if there is a construction of a new school because the information is only written on the sub-district bulletin board. Tugu sub-district is a sub-district in the city of Semarang, Central Java province. Tugu sub-district region is bordered by the Java sea in the north, in the east by West Semarang Sub- district, in the south by Ngalian sub-district, and in the west by Kendal district. Tugu sub-district has an area of ± 3.444,22 Ha hectares, consisting of 7 kelurahan, namely Jrakah, Tugurejo, Karanganyar, Randugarut, Mangkang Wetan, Mangunharjo and Mangkang Kulon [7] Various suggestions appear to help equip human work to be more efficient and productive, we need a system that can help the work needed by a web-based Geographic Information System. Geographic Information System is a computer-based system for processing data or information that has a geographical dimension [1]. The program used in research uses the PHP programming language, JAVA SCRIPT because this program can be run on a server and is quite reliable using a MySQL database. [3]

Remaja adalah masa transisi usia dimana seseorang belum dikatakan dewasa namun bukan lagi seorang anak. Remaja  akan fase pencarian identitas diri, gejolak hormon, dan tekanan yang besar dari sekolah serta lingkungan sekitarnya. Proses pematangan fisik  yang terjadi lebih cepat dari proses pematangan kejiwaan (psikososial)  menyebabkan   remaja harus menghadapi perubagan fisik, kognitif dan emosional yang dapat menimbulkan kondisi stres dan memicu perilaku unik pada remaja. Perilaku –perilaku yang dimunculkan oleh remaja untuk menghadapi kondisi stres seperti  cemas,  depresi, merokok,  menjadi anak  jalanan,  adiksi game, kekerasan, penyalahgunaan obat, sampai bunuh diri. Bunuh diri merupakan kematian no.2 terbanyak di dunia pada usia 15 – 29 tahun (WHO, Preventing Suicide, 2014), 350 juta orang di dunia diestimasikan mengalami  depresi,  dan  depresi  merupakan  penyebab  disabilitas  utama  di dunia. (WHO, Depression, 2012). Gangguan mental emosional: gejala depresi dan anxietas pada usia ? 15 tahun sebesar 6% atau sebesar > 14 juta jiwa Gangguan jiwa berat (Psikosis): gejala psikosis sebesar 1,7/1000 atau sebesar > 400.000 jiwa.   Salah satu penyebab dari timbulnya gangguan mental emosional sampai akhirnya mengalami psikotik adalah karena remaja tidak mampu dalam beradaptasi pada masa transisi atau dalam menghadapi perubahan kehidupannya. Secara alamiah sebenarnya apabila tubuh baik fisiologis maupun psikologis  terpapar  oleh  suatu  stressor  atau  tekanan  atau  keadaan  yang tidakpasti tubuh akan melakukan suatu mekanisme untuk mempertahankan kondisi tubuhnya seperti semula. Bentuk dari pertahanan diri seseorang berbeda sesuai dengan mekanisme psikis yang diperlukan untuk beradaptasi dengan relitas eksternal.Defence  mekanisme  yang  positif  /konstruktif  akan  membangun  jiwa remaja menjadi pribadi yang handal dan siap menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang dapat dibanggakan untuk keluarga, masyarakat dan negara. Kesehatan jiwa remaja merupakan hal  penting dalam menentukan kualitas bangsa. Remaja yang tumbuh dalam lingkungan kondusif dan mendukung merupakan sumber daya manusia yang dapat menjadi aset bangsa tidak ternilai.

Kanker serviks merupakan salah atau penyakit keganasan pada leher rahim atau serviks uteri dan terjadi jika sel-sel serviks menjadi abnormal dan membelah secara tidak terkendali. Kanker serviks ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama bagi wanita dan tingkat prevalensinya sangat tinggi di Indonesia. Di Kelurahan Meteseh bulan Januari-Sepetember 2018 terdapat kasus kanker serviks sebanyak 4 orang. Intervensi untuk mencegah terjadinya kanker ke stadium lanjut maka wanita usia subur perlu diberikan pengetahuan melalui pendidikan kesehatan tentang deteksi dini dan pencegahan kanker serviks. Wanita Usia subur diharapkan mau melaksanakan pemeriksaan IVA dan Paps Smear sehingga kanker serviks bisa dicegah sedini mungkin.

Masa remaja merupakan masa yang rawan dan kritis karena perkembangan emosi dan perilaku yang masih belum stabil. Banyak perilaku sehat serta perilaku tidak sehat berkembang selama masa remaja. Data menunjukkan berbagai ragam perilaku yang bersifat larangan banyak dilakukan oleh remaja seperti perilaku merokok, mengkonsumsi alkohol, seks bebas, pola makan tidak sehat dan kurang berolahraga. Meningkatnya perilaku hidup tidak sehat dan kenakalan remaja  ini juga didapatkan di SMP Islam Nurul Huda. Data hasil pengkajian menunjukkan 25% siswa laki-laki merokok di luar lingkungan sekolah, 2% siswa pernah melakukan hubungan seks di luar nikah saat berpacaran, 10% sering membolos sekolah, 35% sering makan makanan tidak sehat. Kepala sekolah menyampaikan Trias UKS belum optimal dijalankan sehingga edukasi baik tentang kesehatan fisik ataupun psikologis remaja kurang terfasilitasi. Lokasi sekolah tampak kotor, sampah dibuang sembarangan, dan kamar mandi tidak bersih. Kehidupan di sekolah merupakan masa keemasan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai PHBS dan berpotensi sebagai agent of change untuk mempromosikan PHBS khususnya baik di lingkungan sekolah, keluarga, maupun masyarakat. Perilaku ini perlu diedukasikan dengan strategi yang tepat pada remaja salah satunya melalui teman sebaya yang telah dilatih menjadi konselor. Kelompok konselor sebaya menjadi salah satu strategi baru untuk mengedukasi remaja karena periode remaja merupakan periode yang sangat dekat dengan peer group, membutuhkan pengakuan dari kelompok atau teman sebaya dan membutuhkan identitas baru yang bisa meningkatkan harga dirinya sehingga menjadi suatu pilihan yang tepat dalam upaya membentengi remaja dari pengaruh negative lingkungan dan membentuk perilaku hidup sehat pada remaja. Analisis fenomena tersebut menjadi latar belakang tim pengabdian masyarakat Akper Kesdam IV/Diponegoro bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas Rowosari untuk melaksanakan kegiatan   bertema,   “Pelatihan   Konselor   Sebaya   sebagai   Upaya   Meningkatkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada Remaja di SMP Islam Nurul Huda”. Hasil yang didapatkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan terkait PHBS pada remaja, serta terbentuk kader kesehatan remaja yang berfungsi sebagai konselor sebaya du SMP Islam Nurul Huda.

Anak Bawah Lima Tahun (balita) adalah anak yang telah menginjak usia diatas satu tahun atau biasa digunakan perhitungan bulan yaitu 12 – 59 bulan. Usia balita sebagai usia yang rentan terhadap berbagai serangan penyakit, termasuk penyakit yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan atau kelebihan asupan nutrisi jenis tertentu. Gizi kurang dapat dilihat sebagai suatu proses kurang makan yang terjadi pada balita ketika kebutuhan normal terhadap satu atau beberapa nutrien tidak terpenuhi atau nutrien-nutrien tersebut hilang dengan jumlah yang lebih besar daripada yang didapat. Pola pengasuhan yang berkontribusi dalam status gizi anak salah satunya adalah keterjaminan makanan. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran ibu untuk mengasuh dan mendidik anak agar tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi anak yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian awal di wilayah RW IX Kelurahan Meteseh Kecamatan Tembalang yang merupakan wilayah binaan Puskesmas Rowosari terdapat 64 balita yang terdaftar di Posyandu, terdapat 1 balita yang beresiko tinggi mengalami gizi kurang (bawah garis merah) serta pengetahuan Ibu dalam masalah nutrisi masih kurang. Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Akper Kesdam IV/Diponegoro mengadakaan kegiatan Parenting Class untuk mengoptimalkan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi balita melalui pendekatan keluarga.

Peningkatan asam urat (hiperurisemia) didefinisikan sebagai peninggian kadar asam urat lebih dari 7,0 ml/dl dan 6,0 mg/dl. Hiperurisemia perlu dilakukan penatalaksanaan untuk membatasi serangan akut, mencegah kekambuhan, dan mencegah komplikasi yang terkait dengan pengendapan kristal urat di jaringan, serta mencegah kecacatan fisik. Penatalaksaan hiperurisemia selain dapat diselesaikan secara farmakologis menggunakan obat-obatan, namun dapat juga dilakukan secara non farmakologis dengan melakukan senam ergonomis, serta manajemen nutrisi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar lansia di Posyandu Lansia Setya Manunggal III Kabupaten Semarang dapat mengetahui penatalaksanaan peningkatan asam urat (hiperurisemia). Berdasarkan Evidance Based penatalaksanaan peningkatan asam urat dengan obat-obatan, senam ergonomis, dan manajemen nutrisi signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan asam urat dalam darah. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat diantaranya adalah Lansia Setya Manunggal III Kabupaten Semarang yang hadir pada tanggal 10 Februari 2019 sebanyak 56 orang; Screening asam urat 16 orang (28,6 %) mengalami peningkatan asam urat, 33 orang (58,9 %) asam urat normal, dan 7 orang (12,5 %) asam urat low; terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan lansia   setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan penatalaksanaan peningkatan asam urat; terdapat peningkatan ketrampilan lansia   dalam melakukan senam ergonomic sebagai penatalaksanaan peningkatan asam urat; Lansia Setya Manunggal III Kabupaten Semarang sudah menerapkan penatalaksanaan peningkatan asam urat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

This research is an empirical study to analyze the data causally (cause and effect). The aim of this study was to determine the performance of manufacturing firms sector industry consumption in indonesia stock exchange. In addition, this study also aimed to determine the influence Economic Value Added (EVA), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio (DR) and Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) to the Market Value Added (MVA). Population in this research are manufacturing companies sector industry consumption that listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling method. Period of research is 5 years during 2013 until 2017. By analysis of data using multiple regression showed that the results showed only a Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio (DR) and Degree Of Operating Leverage (DOL) which has positive against Market Value Added, while Economic Value Added (EVA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) does not affect the Market Value Added

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Adversity Question and Entrepreneurship Education on student entrepreneurial interest in the city of Tangerang. Entrepreneurship education is intended as a learning process to change students' attitudes and mindsets on entrepreneurial career choices. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, Research respondents used were students from universities in the city of Tangerang. This research is included in quantitative research. The data source in this sztudy is primary data. The data is used by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of LISREL software. Research Results show that entrepreneurial mindset influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.63, which means that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive direction towards entrepreneurial interest. , adversity quotient influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.58, which means adversity quotient has a positive directional effect on entrepreneurial interest. entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.66 which means that entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope.Keywords: Counseling, entrepreneurship, management

Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah masih belum bagusnya dalam pengelolaan masjid, program kerja yag belum dibuat dengan sebaik mungkin, pengkaderan generasi muda yang stagnan, sehingga dapat menyebabkan belum tersentuhnya permasalaham jamaah masjid. Selain hal tersebut di atas pembinaan remaja masjid dan pengelolaan masjid belum menggunakan manajeman yang baik. Tujuan dalam pengabdian adalah (1) Bagaimana mengelola masjid dengan manajemen modern dan mencontoh fungsi masjid pada zaman Rasulullah SAW (2) Pembinaan remaja masjid. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah (1) publikasi jurnal ilmiah (2) peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengelola atau memanaj masjid (3) penyusunan program kerja masjid (4) peningkatan ketrampilan remaja masjid dalam berorganisasi terutama untuk memakmurkan masjid.Kata kunci : Manajemen penelolaan masjid, program kerja masjid, pemberdayaan
