Introduction: Nutritional status is a balance between a worker's nutrient intake and better endurance. Nutritional status is one aspect of occupational health that has an important role in terms of work productivity. The nutritional intake of workers will be directly proportional to the nutritional status of the worker which can be translated through a normal Body Mass Index (BMI) in the range of 18.5 to 25. Work productivity is the ability of a person or group of people to produce goods or services. Increasing work productivity is required so that the employees can have more efficient, effective, and productive performance. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe nutritional status in workers at the PT. Bina Sukses Lestari. Methods: This study uses observational (non experimental) method with semi quantitative approach. Data  is  obtained  directly  and  virtually  through  interview  methods  and  anthropometry  measurements  so that the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The instruments used are microtoise, weight scales. Result: The sample count consisted of 16 hotel employees with different positions and levels of physical activity. Based on the results of the calculation shows there are 5 people (31.25%) who have a skinny BMI and 11 people (68.75%) have a normal BMI. Conclusion: the BMI avarage of  workers in normal status, with an avarage working time in 8 hours/day.

Introduction: Exclusive breastfeeding is a global strategy to improve the growth, development, health and survival of babies. One effort to increase breast milk supply is by improving the quality of food which has a direct effect on milk production, namely katuk leaves. Objective: aims to determine the effect of katuk leaf extract on the adequacy of breast milk production in post partum mothers at Midwife Misniarti. Method: This research is a quasi experiment with a two group posttest only design. This research method is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this study was 30 people consisting of 15 experimental groups and 15 control groups. Data collection uses an observation sheet. Univariate analysis uses central tendency distribution and bivariate analysis uses paired t test. The results showed that the mean sufficiency of breast milk in the experimental group before giving katuk leaves was 6.80 and after giving katuk leaves was 8.47. The conclusion is that giving katuk leaves has proven to be effective for the adequacy of breast milk (ASI) in breastfeeding mothers.

Background: Pre-operation is the initial stage to prepare the patient as much as possible, more than two-thirds of patients waiting for surgery experience anxiety because it is their first time undergoing spinal anesthesia surgery. As a result of the patient's intense preoperative anxiety, there is a possibility that the operation cannot be carried out. The way to overcome anxiety is through deep breathing relaxation techniques. Objective: To determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation on anxiety in preoperative patients. Research methods: This research uses quantitative research design using Quasy Experiment, namely an experimental design carried out without randomization. This research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital in the operating room in February 2024. This population consisted of 42 patients in one month with a research sample of 30 respondents. This research instrument uses the APAIS questionnaire. This research technique uses purposive sampling. Results: The data that can be generated when using the deep breathing relaxation technique is 30 respondents using the pre test-post test technique. During the pre-test, those experiencing moderate anxiety amounted to 40.0%, severe anxiety amounted to 40.0%, the most severe anxiety/panic amounted to 20.0%. At the time of the post test, those experiencing mild anxiety were 66.7%, and those experiencing moderate anxiety were 33.3%. Conclusion: When the observation was carried out, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety, so that the respondent's anxiety had reduced.

Background: The application of patient safety goals is an effort made by hospitals to improve the quality of health services. Handover activities that are not accompanied by effective communication can cause errors that can harm the patient. Recommendations from WHO require nurses to improve communication patterns, especially when carrying out handovers, namely by using SBAR communication which consists of Situation, Background, Assessment and Recommendation. Based on the data summary of reported incidents that occurred in the hospital as many as 20 incident cases in the past year, including cases of KTD, KNC, KTC and KPCS. From these incidents, there were 6 cases related to miscommunication during handovers. Some nurses still do not apply the SBAR communication method when carrying out handovers, resulting in cutting/lagging of the information provided and resulting in incidents. Objective:to determine the reltionshipbetween SBAR Communication during handover and the implementation of patient safety at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Methods: This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all inpatient nurses at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital with total sampling, which consisted of 63 respondents. Results: showed that 41 respondents (65%) used SBAR communication during handovers in the good category and implemented patient safety. Conclusion:This means that the implementation of SBAR communication during the handover is good but not optimal because there are still 35% who have not implemented it. Based on the chi square test, there is a relationship between SBAR communication during handover and the application of patient safety (p=0.000 <0.05). Suggestion:, it is expected that nurses can carry out SBAR communication during handovers effectively so that they can implement patient safety optimallyKeywords : Newbron, Skin wrap, hypothermia.

The formulation of the problem in this study namely application of SMK3 at Belawan Port and the problems that occur. With research objectives to describe the safety management system and occupational health on the Pertamina Belawan ship, to find out the safety system work at Belawan port and find out how far the system has been implemented occupational safety and health management implemented at the port Belawan.

Uncontrolled diabetes could lead to serious complication. Diabetes therapy consists of four pillars where nutrition education is very important in managing the disease. Objective : To analyze the effect of nutrition education (Diabetes’ four pillars management) through android mobile application on the knowledge of Diabetes’ four pillars management in patients with DMT2. Method : A quasi experiment research with a pretest posttest control group design. Twenty-six participants were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were collected based on identity and knowledge which were done by interviewing with questionnaires. Changes on knowledge levels were determined by Mann Whitney test. Result : There were significant changes on knowledges related to diabetes (p=0.034), medical nutrition therapy (p=0.008) and physical exercise (0.014) between intervention and control groups, and there was an increase in pharmacological therapy knowledge but we did not observe any significant differences between intervention and control group (p=0.976). Conclusion : Nutrition education (Diabetes four pillars management) through android mobile application can increase knowledge of diabetes, medical nutrition therapy and physical exercise

This study aims to analyze the implementation and proof of elements of criminal acts as required by Article 379a of the Criminal Code, specifically in cases where fraud is used as a livelihood. A normative legal approach is used with an analysis of legal documents and court decisions. The two results show the main aspects: (a) objective evidence in the form of transmission of fraud patterns and similar modes of use, and (b) subjective evidence in the form of intensity to make the activity a source of life. The findings show that recognition of habits (elements of habits) and completeness of evidence are key in the application of this article. The novelty of the study is the integration between empirical conclusion data and the need for proof of economic actors' habits, a dimension that has been less explored in previous studies.

Introduction: Adolescents who used to be strongly maintained by the family system, cultural customs and existing traditional values, have experienced erosion caused by rapid urbanization and industrialization, this was also followed by a media revolution that was open to a variety of lifestyles and career choices. These various things have resulted in an increase in the vulnerability of adolescents to various kinds of diseases, especially those related to sexual and reproductive health, including the increased threat of HIV/AIDS. Method: Empowering Adolescents about reproductive health in premarital sex. Results: Participants in this activity were 30 pregnant women in the village of Bangun Rejo. In its implementation, the objectives are explained about the dangers of reproductive health, Benefits: how to detect premarital sexual attitudes. Next, it explains how teenagers avoid premarital sex to avoid disrupting reproductive health. Conclusion: community service activities are carried out based on counseling. Service activities carried out for 3 months. The results of this Community Service regarding the danger signs of adolescent reproduction. This community service has been carried out from May-July 2023 to be precise for 3 months

This artichle is entitled: EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN BANJAR DISTRICT OFFICE, BANJAR CITY, which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of employee performance at the Banjar District Office, as well as to describe the work process based on employee performance indicators included in this thesis. Employee performance evaluation is carried out periodically, which is an effort to improve employee performance deficiencies and strengths so that employee performance becomes optimal. Evaluation of employee performance is also a motivation for employees to continue to improve skills and develop productivity at work so that they can meet predetermined work standards. Employee performance evaluation is one of the drivers of increasing employee human resources through employee performance evaluation. So in this way employee human resources can continue to increase accompanied by continuously better performance in order to achieve the objectives of the Banjar District Office, Banjar City. This study uses qualitative methods to determine the search, collection and processing and analysis of data. This qualitative research is descriptive in nature, namely explaining events or activities at the time of research or actual. By describing, describing, recording, analyzing, interpreting events and facts into research results. The results of the study show that employee performance evaluation has been carried out routinely through SKP (Employee Performance Targets). This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. The research objective was to determine the direct effect of social media marketing and celebrity endorsers on purchase intention, then to determine the direct effect of social media marketing, celebrity endorsers, brand awareness on purchase intention and the final objective is to determine the indirect effect of social media marketing, celebrity endorsers on purchase intention through brand awareness. Data collection was carried out through a survey with a questionnaire. Distribution of questionnaires using the Google form via social media. The population in this study are all people who know Erigo products. Questionnaires collected as many as 160 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability with a purposive sampling procedure. In this study using a quantitative approach. The results of the research analysis, namely social media marketing, celebrity endorsers have a positive effect on purchase intention. social media marketing, celebrity endorser, brand awareness has a positive effect on purchase intention. Social media marketing has a positive effect on purchase intention through brand awareness and celebrity endorsers have a positive effect on purchase intention through brand awareness. The results of the study are expected to provide input to everyone to find out about social media marketing and celebrity endorsers which can increase product brand awareness and raise the intention to buy Erigo products.

An understanding of morality as distinguished through legality is found in Kant's moral philosophy. Based on his knowledge, morality is the similarity of nature or behavior to inner provisions or laws, namely what Kant sees as "obligations". Morality is always fulfilled if we obey the law outwardly but because we are afraid of an impact of that law outwardly, but because we know that obeying the law is an obligation. In another part, Kant said that there are two parts of the principle that make human action, such as maxims (maxime) and objective rules. Maxims are teachings that are still running subjectively, which are based on subjective vision and form the basis for action. Despite having a mind, the human being as a subject is an imperfect person, and also has passions, emotions, tastes and so on. Basically (basic values) means that the economy is useful for helping economic implementers (in this case traders) will destroy problems (moral) in their economic practices. In general, the market is interpreted as a meeting place for buyers and sellers in carrying out trading activities. However, along with the increasingly dynamic human life, the form and meaning of the market will become broader. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type, because it seeks to clarify phenomena or events, people, objects or processes that are relevant to the Morality of Economic Actions of Traders in the Thursday Market. The object of this research is traders in the Thursday River Manau market. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that traders on Thursday's market understand how to trade properly, in selling we should have to do a good method and it's better for us to avoid lies that can drown us in bad things in the future.

Discipline is a very important thing to instill in a person, especially in a student. Students must be careful to be disciplined in managing time, disciplined in carrying out tasks and obligations, and disciplined in interacting with the kholiq and with fellow creatures. Religious values ​​need to be instilled in children, because religious values ​​themselves involve the concept of divinity, worship, and morals. All of that can be given early on so that these religious values ​​are able to shape the child's personality and can measure strongly and have an influence throughout his life. The approach used in this study is qualitative, in collecting data the authors use the method of observation, interviews, documentation. This research was conducted at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) to find out the reality of discipline at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot, : 2) to find out the efforts to improve student discipline through the provision of religious values ​​at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot. The results of this study are that the discipline in MTs Al-Ihsan is good, this is evident from the results of data presentation and interviews. Whereas in an effort to increase student discipline through deepening religious values, the school has programs or activities that are directed at the subject matter above, namely the habituation of Duha prayer and recitation of the Qur'an which is carried out before the lesson activities begin.

The objective of this study is to determine and analyze the effects of the work environment, communication, and discipline on employee performance. The background of this study is the phenomenon of inadequate company facilities, budget constraints, poor communication with colleagues, where employees tend to form separate groups, and the low level of discipline and self-awareness of employees and superiors regarding compliance with regulations. The study is quantitative, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. A sample of 41 employees was taken with the saturated sampling approach. The results showed that work facilities had a good and statistically significant effect on staff performance at PT. Prosperous Administration Development, as well as on work communication and work discipline. Furthermore, the impact of work facilities, communication, and discipline on the performance of PT. Bina Administration Sejahtera staff was also significant.    

Background:  PCOS is a problem experienced by females due to interrupted hormones until the reproduction process is interrupted. This matter leads to anxiety and requires social support. Objective: This research determined the correlation between social support and the anxiety of polycystic ovary syndrome patients. Research design: this descriptive quantitative took 48 respondents as the samples. Research results: most respondents were in early adulthood (52.1%). Most respondents graduated from high education (54.25). They had high social support (89.4%) and got mild anxiety (79.2%). The Spearman rank test obtained a p-value of 0.000 lower than 0.05, indicating the correlation between social support and anxiety levels of PCOS patients. Conclusion: High social support could relieve the patient's anxiety. Suggestion:  The researcher expects future researchers will apply qualitative design to reveal the new PCOS patients' knowledge.

This article discusses the evaluation of student learning outcomes in educational institutions. This type of research is a literature study with the characteristics that the research deals directly with text/scripts or numbers, the data is ready-to-use, library data is generally a secondary source and the process is not limited by space and time. The results obtained show that the evaluation of student learning outcomes in educational institutions is an important matter to be carried out and regulated in order to achieve the objectives of existing education. Implementation of the 2013 curriculum, must refer to the process and evaluation of learning outcomes according to existing guidelines. The problem that arises is that teachers feel that the new regulations regarding the assessment system are very complex, because they use a variety of different assessment tools to evaluate learning outcomes. Teacher competence must be increased and must be able to adjust to the implementation rules of the 2013 curriculum.   

LGBT is increasingly intensifying its global promotion to indoctrinate the audience into being accepted within society. An example of the recent worldwide discussion is the LGBT campaign through the sport of football. Football is the most popular sport in the world, and any phenomenon in football always becomes a topic of discussion in the media. Based on the above issue, the objective of this research is to understand the perception of football fans towards the LGBT support campaign in football. The research subject in this study is the Manchester United Supporters Community in West Sumbawa. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted through interviews, making the direct answers given by the informants the data source for this study. The research findings indicate that there are two perceptions among the research informants. The first perception is to reject the LGBT campaign in football, while the second perception does not consider the LGBT campaign in football as a problem. The perception of the Manchester United supporters community in West Sumbawa towards the LGBT campaign in football is based on internal and external factors that influence how they interpret and respond to the received stimulus. Internal factors include experience, needs, judgment, and individual expectations, while external factors include physical appearance and environmental situations.

This research was conducted to explain the tourist attractions in Ir. Forest Park. H. Djuanda in Bnadung City. This research has the main objective, namely to attract the younger generation to be interested in traveling and exercising while studying or seeing history firsthand. This research explores tourist attractions in the park and their historical values, with a focus on attractions that can attract the interest of the younger generation. The problem with this research is the lack of interest of the younger generation in places that have historical value and also about the diversity or recreational potential of these places. Meanwhile, the method used is to analyze the place so as to create a strategy that can attract the attention of the younger generation. The theory used is a marketing strategy which includes a comprehensive plan that provides direction regarding the activities that will be carried out to achieve a goal within the company through advertising, promotional programs, sales and distribution. Management functions consist of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. The obstacle that the researchers found was that aviation security officers were confused when dealing with passengers carrying liquids in unlabeled bottles. Therefore aviation security officers need to have the ability to carry out management functions in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to maintain aviation security and safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the management function by aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya and to find out the obstacles faced and find solutions in carrying out management functions by aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. This study used a qualitative method. The research was conducted at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya which was held in May-June 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. To test the validity of the data used by researchers, namely triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that aviation security officers carry out management functions including: (1) planning (planning) including objectives, duties and responsibilities of aviation security officers; (2) organizing (organizing) includes human resources, division of tasks, facilities and infrastructure; (3) directing includes communication, development, and guidance; (4) supervision (controlling) includes direct supervision and provision of motivation. The obstacles faced include the lack of aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya, aviation security officers who lack updates regarding the latest SOPs, aviation security officers face the character of passengers. While the solution is that several tasks can be handled by one aviation security officer in multiple ways, refreshing and the supervisor providing information regarding the latest SOP, providing the latest information to passengers.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Dangung-Dangung Health Center, Fifty Cities District. This type of research is quantitative, where the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were all employees of 73 people. The sample collection technique used is the total sampling technique, where total sampling is the sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled, while the number of samples is 73 people obtained from all members of the staff. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. By using test instrument test, (validity test and reliability test), analysis descriptive test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
