Education is something that is very important and needed by every individual which can have a positive influence on a person's growth and development. Education is usually provided through the learning process at school. Learning is a process of interaction between teachers and students in forming the students' own character which involves cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The success of the learning process can be seen from the learning outcomes obtained by students. The problem of low student learning outcomes became the attention of researchers in carrying out this research. The STAD learning model is an alternative solution in this research in order to improve student learning outcomes. So, the aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in dance subjects through the STAD model in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci. The research method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK). The data collection technique used is a written test to determine student learning outcomes. The results of this research indicate that the STAD learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This is shown by the average student learning outcomes which were initially only 45.7, increasing to 92.8 after implementing the STAD model.

Social functioning is a condition in which individuals, families, groups and communities are able to fulfill their basic needs and rights, carry out their social duties and roles, and overcome problems in their lives. However, there are still many people who cannot carry out their social functions properly. One of them is a person with mental disorders (ODGJ). Mental disorder is a psychological disorder that occurs in a person. Therefore, to improve the social functioning of ODGJ, it is necessary to implement social rehabilitation. One of them is by carrying out an activity called integrated collaborative therapy.The research objective is to find out the increaseSocial Functioning of People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) Through Integrated Collaborative Therapy (TKT). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study totaled 6 people consisting of 1 PJLP Social Worker, 1 PJLP, 1 ASN Social Worker, and 3 WBS using the techniquepurposive sampling. People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3 Social Institution receive assistance in the form of social development activities through the implementation of collaborative therapy activities integrated with reality-oriented group activity therapy. The implementation of this therapy has a considerable and positive influence on the social functioning of people with mental disorders. This can be seen from the fulfillment of 3 aspects of social functioning by the socially assisted members of PSBL HS 3. In addition, WBS cancan communicate well, be more focused, have ethics and initiative, have new skills, be adaptable, and be able to express opinions.

Diabetes Mellitus is a disease characterized by blood glucose levels above 90-120 mg/dl. A person suffering from Diabetes Mellitus must carry out routine control for the rest of his life to control blood sugar and prevent complications. Family support is important during the treatment period. One form of support is giving motivation to comply with routine controls. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to routine control of DM sufferers at the Kalibagor Health Center. The research method is descriptive correlation (cross sectional) and uses a non-probability sampling technique (total sampling) with 45 respondents participating in prolanis activities. This study used a questionnaire in the form of family support. Using the Spearman rank test, the results of the study included good family support of 88.9%  and adherence to routine control of 88.9%. Spearman rank test results with a p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05) with a moderate level of closeness (R = 0.550), which means that there is a significant relationship between family support and compliance with routine control of diabetes mellitus patients at the Kalibagor Health Center. So, it is suggested that respondents adhere to routine control with the help of family support to avoid complications caused by diabetes mellitus. The better the family support, the more obedient the patient is to carry out routine controls.

Christian religious education plays an important role in the development of complete personality and spiritual maturity in future generations. Christian religious education strategies that encourage personal reflection, spritual experience and the application of moral values in daily life are seen as efforts to develop strong and resilient personalities. Thus, this article provides an overview of how Christian religious education can become a pillar in developing the spiritual maturity and integrity of future generations.  

Urinary Tract Stones(BSK) is a condition in which oxalate stones (kidney stones) accumulate in the ureters, bladder or kidneys. Stone blockages that form in the urinary tract area are usually calcium oxalate stones. The formation of calcium oxalate crystals can be affected by the length of time a person sits while working. Convection workers require sitting for a long time while working. As a result, calcium ions that affect the time of muscle contraction are highly concentrated in the blood so that calcium that should be filtered in the kidneys precipitates and forms stones in the urinary tract. This aim of the research is to find out the description and percentage of the results of urine sediment examination of calcium oxalate crystals in convection workers in Kalipucang Village, Batang District. This type of research is descriptive. The samples in this study were 22 morning urine samples obtained from convection workers in Kalipucang Village, Batang District, taken using purposive sampling technique. Examination of urine sediment was carried out by microscopic method. Of the 22 samples of convection workers, 1 sample (4.55%) ++ calcium oxalate crystals, 13 samples (59.09%) +++ calcium oxalate crystals and 8 samples (36.36%) were negative for calcium oxalate crystals. The results of the study on the description of urine sediment calcium oxalate crystals in convection workers in Kalipucang Village, Batang District concluded that out of 22 samples there were 1 sample (4.55%) ++ calcium oxalate crystals, 13 samples (59.09%) +++ calcium oxalate crystals and 8 samples (36.36%) tested negative for calcium oxalate crystals in the urine.

This is because, when an accident occurs in the waterside area, the PKP-PK unit must be ready and alert to handle the condition. The PKP-PK unit's lack of alertness can pose a danger to the aircraft if an aircraft is about to land. In carrying out their duties, PKP-PK personnel have their respective roles according to the personnel's abilities and licenses. The license held by a personnel is of course a benchmark for the performance of the personnel in carrying out their duties, so that the performance of each PKP-PK unit is not completely the same or equivalent.This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during interviews and observations. For the researcher's interview with the resource persons, namely PKP-PK officers consisting of the Head Unit, Supervisor, Senior PKP-PK, and Junior PKP-PK at mogul Wulung Airport, Cilacap, and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The readiness of PKP-PK officers at mogul Wulung Cilacap Airport is a key factor in handling plane accidents effectively. Factors such as knowledge, skills, equipment, training, and external factors such as weather can influence officer readiness. To increase readiness, there needs to be ongoing efforts to improve training, maintain equipment, and conduct simulations regularly. Good readiness of PKP-PK officers will help minimize risks in emergencies and protect the lives of passengers and aircraft crew. Handling aircraft accidents by PKP-PK officers at Nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap is a very important task to ensure the safety of passengers and aircraft crew. The obstacles faced by PKP-PK officers can hamper the effectiveness of the actions of PKP-PK officers at Nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap. Therefore, it is necessary to implement several solutions to increase the effectiveness of handling aircraft accidents and minimize the associated risks. These solutions must be implemented with caution and take into account the specific situation in each location and country. Improved training, coordination, investment in equipment, resource planning, and risk evaluation are key steps in overcoming these obstacles and improving the ability of PKP-PK officers at mogul Wulung Airport, Cilacap in responding to aircraft accidents quickly and effectivel

This research is entitled "Effectiveness of the Role of Religious Courts in the Implementation of Marriage Age Limits as an Effort to Reduce the Rate of Early Marriage (Study at the Sukoharjo Religious Court in 2024)" which is based on a phenomenon in society related to the rise of teenagers having relationships like husband and wife. to pregnancy out of wedlock at an age that has not yet reached the minimum age limit for marriage. Islamic law does not provide clear boundaries for marriage, it only determines the measure of a person's maturity when they reach puberty. Islamic jurisprudence scholars agree in determining taklif, namely when semen comes out for men and menstruation for women, which is different from Law Number 1 of the Year. 1974 provides a clear age limit for someone to get married, namely 19 years for men and 16 years for women. Marriage dispensation is a grant of the right to a person to marry even though they have not yet reached the minimum marriageable age. Marriage dispensation is regulated in Article 7 paragraph (2) of Law Number 16 of 2019, an amendment to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. Marriage dispensation is an exception to Article 7 paragraph (1), namely that the age limit for marriage for men and women has reached 19 (nineteen) years. This type of research is field research or field research which can also be called qualitative research. Therefore, the author conducted this research at the Sukoharjo Religious Court, regarding data sources the author chose primary data sources, namely data from the court and secondary data sources, namely from several books as references. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and archive methods. The approach method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research that begins deductively with an analysis of the articles in the statutory regulations that regulate the above problems. Juridically, this means research that refers to existing literature studies or secondary data used. Meanwhile, normative means legal research which aims to obtain normative knowledge about the relationship between one regulation and another and its application in practice. The method used is a descriptive method by means of document analysis. In other terms it is also called content analysis or information analysis which focuses its activities on document research, analyzing regulations and legal decisions.

This study aims to analyze the semiotic meanings and to find out the types of gestures in the BTS Blood, Sweat, and Tears In theory, Roland Barthes discusses three semiotic meanings: denotative, connotative, and myth. This study uses qualitative methods to examine the substance of the meaning of the phenomenon. Researcher used books, theses, journals, and visual images taken from the BTS Blood, Sweat, and Tears music video as data sources to support analysis. The results of this study: there are 10 data where each data has one to four scenes. From the 10 data, there are types of gestures which include 6 data belonging to the illustrator gesture type, 2 data including the embellishment gesture type, and 2 data belonging to the illustrator gesture type. Of all the semiotics presented, the meaning of this music video is the story of resistance, denial, and eventually acceptance. This study aims to assess the impact of the General Intelligence Test (TIU), National Insight Test (TWK), and Personal Characteristics Test (TKP) on the success of the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) for Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS). Using data from participants in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights' SKD selection in 2023, we employed univariate analysis, simple bivariate analysis, and binning methods to comprehend variable relationships. Results reveal non-normal distributions for TIU, TWK, and TKP scores, highlighting the intricate nature of distribution in CPNS selection. While a positive correlation exists between variable values and total SKD score, binning analysis emphasizes TKP competitiveness over TIU and TWK scores. These findings offer practical insights for SKD participants to prepare effectively, with a focus on TIU, TWK, and TKP. Additionally, they contribute to transparency and effectiveness in the CPNS selection process. Further studies are recommended to explore additional factors, like age and gender, for the development of more holistic and accurate selection methods. This research supports enhancements in the adaptive and efficient CPNS SKD selection system.

Electronic Medical Records as a form of renewal of health services, which has emerged as a response to and challenges arising from advances in technology. The Minister of Health Regulation No. 269/Menkes concerning Medical Records is no longer in accordance with developments in science and technology, health service needs and the legal needs of society. At this time the government has determined the regulations to be used, namely Minister of Health Regulation no. 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. With this regulation, hospitals must improve their preparation so that they can be integrated with the government system. The aim of this PKM is to increase the knowledge of medical personnel in administering electronic medical records in hospitals. The PKM implementation method includes material presentation, discussion and evaluation. The target of PKM consists of 14 health workers with the results of PKM being an increase in health workers' knowledge in maintaining medical records.

Self-healing is healing that is called natural, because basically, humans are able to heal themselves in certain ways that are simple and comfortable. Self-healing therapy is a technique commonly used to overcome the anxiety a person feels. Some self-healing efforts include relaxation. Self-healing socialization activities to overcome anxiety through mindful cooking among Nurul Hasanah Kutacane University students were carried out among 30 Nurul Hasanah Kutacane University students from 16 December 2023 - 16 January 2024. Implementation of mindful cooking, starting from hearing, touch, sight, smell , and feelings, tasting the cooking ingredients one by one and activating all the senses. Also, in this phase, participants will receive an explanation of the definition of mindfulness and how mindful cooking impacts self-healing. The aim of this phase is for participants to understand mindful cooking and be able to apply it in everyday life. Participants seemed enthusiastic about the material presented by the presenters and were able to be actively involved, so that this outreach activity took place in a two-way system and many participants asked questions.

This study examines the work engagement of millennial employees at PT Jamkrindo in 2022. The work engagement level at PT Jamkrindo is reported to be high and has shown an improvement compared to the previous year. However, there are key areas that need to be the company's top priority, namely providing an adequate work environment and ensuring certainty in employee career development. Self-determination acts as a mediation factor, allowing the research to explore and understand the internal processes that occur in the minds and emotions of individuals. How individuals respond to and interpret the work environment and career development personally can explain why and how work engagement is formed, involving psychological factors such as individual goals, values, and self-perceptions. Based on the research findings, the work environment at PT Jamkrindo has a significant impact on the level of work engagement. Similarly, career development at PT Jamkrindo also significantly influences the level of work engagement. The work environment at PT Jamkrindo has a significant impact on the level of work engagement through self-determination as a mediating factor. However, career development at PT Jamkrindo does not have a significant impact on work engagement through self-determination. There is potential for further in-depth research, including a deeper understanding of specific factors in the work environment and career development programs that have the most significant impact on millennial employees.

This research aims to find out: how regular monitoring of waiting room facilities by the terminal service officer unit is important to ensure that waiting room facilities are comfortable for passengers to use. If the terminal service office officers are negligent or do not adhere to the SOP guidelines in carrying out supervision, it can result in the functions of the waiting room facilities not being properly monitored so that when there are damaged facilities and so on they cannot be handled quickly which results in passengers experiencing problems. For the interview, the researcher interviewed the terminal service office officers 3 sources with the document data obtained researcher from documentation of the activities of terminal service office officers when carrying out duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The role of the performance of Terminal Service office officers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to carry out operational activities for all facilities by the Standard Operational Procedures in the terminal service office By providing all facilities, especially in the departure and arrival areas, which makes service users feel satisfied. Obstacles faced by Terminal service office Based on the results of observations or field observations, it is the lack of personnel and lack of coordination with related units in carrying out operational activities which is the cause of the failure to fulfill the maximum performance of Terminal Service office officers to support security, comfort, smoothness, and safety of anyone at the airport.

Motivation is an encouragement that a person has to do something to achieve the goal or what he wants. This research is motivated by the results of an initial survey of researchers discussing with coaches and player guardians, for the beginning of 2022 the players at the Putra Junior club were 30 senior players and for young ages there were still none. But over time players for young ages, namely ages 9-12 years at the Putra Junior club, arrived to take part in football training at the Putra Junior club. The arrival of players aged 9-12 years does not necessarily want to take part in training, but there is a sense of desire or encouragement to want to take part in football training from themselves and from their parents. Therefore, researchers want to know the level of desire and encouragement called motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation of players aged 9 to 12 years in participating in football training at the Putra Junior club. This research was conducted on May 2, 2023 at Kanalan Field, Banyuwangi Regency, using the total sampling technique, the entire population was sampled for this study, with 30 participating players. This research uses a method with data collection with a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. It is known from the results of quantitative descriptive analysis that the motivation of 9-12 year old players in participating in football training at the Putra Junior club in the very high category is 10%, high 23%, moderate 40%, low 23%, and very low 3%. The results of the analysis show that the motivation of players aged 9 to 12 years following football training at the Putra Junior club is 40% in the medium category.

This dedication shows that prevention and rejection integrated into curricula and extracurricular activities can be a key capital in increasing social resilience and reducing the risk of negative behaviour among adolescents. Typhoid fever is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Salmonella typhi which is still common and frequently occurring. Indonesia is an endemic country for typhoid fever, with an estimated 800 cases per 100,000 population annually. The risk factors for typhoid fever include personal hygiene such as nail cleanliness, handwashing, dietary habits, and others. The aim of this study was to determine how personal hygiene affects the number of typhoid fever cases at RS TNI AU dr. Charles P.J Suoth in Manado city. This research used a descriptive analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results of the study showed that the majority of subjects were aged >25 years (45.8%), with females being more susceptible (51.0%), unemployed individuals (19.8%), and with a middle level of education (39.6%). Bivariate analysis revealed a significant association between the habit of handwashing with soap after defecation and a p-value of 0.002. There was an association between the frequency of typhoid fever and the habit of washing raw food with soap before eating, history of direct contact with typhoid patients, and handwashing before meals.

Currently in the city of Padang itself, death metal music is also widely favored among young people, marked by the emergence of many local bands in the death metal genre, one of which is called Norbit. Norbit is a Death Metal Cluster from Padang which was born in 2021 with 5 personnel, namely Adan Est as Vocalist, Cruelhammer as Guitarist, Blacksun as Bassist, Shiryo as Drummer and Juggernaut as Guitarist. The first single released by Norbit is titled Genocide. The number of metal bands like Norbit that develop in the middle of Padang city is a challenge for Norbit to compete, especially in introducing Norbit to the public and metal band lovers. One form of introduction is merchandise promotion. Based on the results of initial interviews with Norbit's vocalist about the promotion of merchandise clothes that have been done, it appears that the promotion of merchandise that has been done before is less effective and does not increase sales of Norbit clothes. The main media design that the author will use is in the form of promotional videos with cinematic techniques that will be published on social media such as Youtube and Instagram.The design of Norbit band merchandise promotion uses the Glass Box method, a rational thinking method that objectively and systematically examines things logically and is free from irrational thoughts and considerations.
