Education is basically a conscious effort to grow and develop the potential of human resources (HR), especially for students by providing encouragement and providing good facilities through learning activities. In addition, each individual must have the ability and willingness to learn so that the learning objectives can be achieved. The achievement of each individual from each learning process is called learning achievement. As for one of the supporting factors that are dominant in influencing learning achievement is the intelligence of each individual student. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the level of intelligence has on learning achievement, especially in the field of Islamic religious education (PAI) at MAN 1 Sukabumi City. The research method used is survey method with correlational analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis performed, it was found that intelligence has a significant effect on learning achievement. This is evidenced by the t count of 7.811 with a significance level of 0.01 and 0.05. Based on the data analysis test, it was also found that F was 61.011 with a significance value of 0.01 (p <0.05). This shows that intelligence has a significant influence on student achievement. Apart from the F value, an R square value of 0.592 is also obtained, which means that 59.2% of student achievement in PAI is influenced by the level of intelligence, while the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors such as motivation or learning environment. Then the results of the research conducted can be concluded that the level of intelligence has a significant effect on student achievement in PAI either partially or simultaneously. The other supporting factors are motivation, socioeconomic, class climate or learning methods which support student achievement, especially in Islamic Religious Education.

The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget is the regional government's annual financial plan which is discussed and agreed upon jointly by the local government and the Regional People's Representative Council and stipulated by Regional Regulation. The budget is an important thing in running a business organization or government institution which can be a benchmark in a successful implementation of the business organization or government agency. In terms of the budget, it includes the APBD, in which each region is given the authority as well as the obligation to prepare the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. With a good budget, it will make the performance of the organization run in a more structured and better manner, meaning that if the budget is effective and efficient then the targets to be achieved can be met. Effectiveness is an important thing that must be done in a job so that the goals that have been set can be achieved properly. Effectiveness is also interpreted as a key element in achieving the goals and targets set by an organization/agency. Increasing the productivity of an agency's performance is inseparable from the quality of human resources (HR) who are reliable, professional and have high integrity. Increasing the competence or expertise of HR can support an increase in employee performance. Managing employee performance effectively is one of the key factors to improve the company's business performance. In this case, effective performance management includes the process of measuring employee performance objectively through a series of appropriate performance indicators. The problems that have been the inhibiting factors are 1) the process of determining the best employees still uses conventional methods, so errors often occur in evaluating employee performance, 2) there is no system or method that can quickly, precisely and accurately determine the best employees at CV Diana Cosmetics Bandung, so as to produce reports that are more organized, so that they can be used as a reference for future elections. Implementation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for Determining the Best Employees at CV. Diana Cosmetics Bandung is the right method to use so that the final result can be obtained by multiplying the priority criteria value with the priority value of the sub criteria according to the Employee value data, for example the value "0.17" in the discipline column row A results from "0.41" ( obtained from the sufficient value of employee A, the priority of the sub criteria is sufficient on discipline) multiplied by the priority of the disciplinary criteria "0.42".

This research is motivated by facts in the field showing that social studies teachers are still more oriented towards assignments and students' understanding of learning material without considering the formation of student character as a learning effect, so that learning material is less affected by students' attitudes and personalities in shaping interactions between teachers and students. This makes students tend to be busy or not pay attention when the teacher is explaining, during the learning process in the classroom. Therefore, these constraints certainly need a solution so that the teaching and learning process can be channeled properly, an IPS teacher really needs to use a learning strategy that is appropriate to the material to be conveyed and is also in accordance with the IPS teacher's strategy in instilling social values. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) What is the social studies teacher's strategy to instill social values in social studies learning for class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for social studies teachers in carrying out strategies for instilling social values in class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri? 3) What are the results of the IPS teacher's strategy in instilling social values in class VII at SMPN 1 Purwoasri? The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the social studies teacher's strategy to instill social values in social studies learning for class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri. 2) To identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of social studies teachers in carrying out strategies for instilling social values in class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri. 3) To find out the results of the social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values in class VII at SMPN 1 Purwoasri. The research method used is a qualitative method and this research is descriptive in nature. This research is sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique in this study refers to the Miles and Huberman model. Checking the validity of the data, namely observation persistence, triangulation, and peer checking. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values possessed by students is through several ways, namely exemplary and continuous reprimand and habituation patterns. To instill social values in students, the teacher instills an attitude of honesty, discipline, tolerance, mutual cooperation, courtesy, confidence and responsibility (an attitude of daring to accept consequences, being able to carry out individual tasks properly, not blaming others, and always keeping promises). to students. 2) Factors that support the social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values in students are a comfortable learning environment, there are rules in the class that are obeyed, and there is a dominant role of the teacher. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors of the social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values in students are the teacher being late, the lack of monitoring of regulations, and the influence of friends. 3) The results of the social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values in class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri include social awareness, multicultural understanding, and social involvement which are in good condition.

Education is an important component in a nation, if education is advanced then the nation will become strong and able to compete. On the other hand, if education is weak, it will be weak too. So that the teacher's role is so important in transforming educational inputs, student learning outcomes will then become one of the standard indicators determining the level of professionalism of a teacher. Therefore, the development of teacher professional competence is very important to do. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, which is carried out in certain settings in real life. Qualitative research is rooted in a natural setting as a whole, relying on humans as a research tool, utilizing qualitative methods, conducting inductive data analysis, directing the target to discovering theories from basic, descriptive. Teachers at SMAN 1 Manonjaya have sufficient professional competence in the average category. The condition of learning outcomes in general can be seen in the average anyway. The general objective description of the learning outcomes of students at SMAN 1 Manonjaya is seen from the results of the average school exam scores in the last 3 years. The learning process is certainly very dependent on the teacher who teaches. The more effective the learning process carried out by the teacher, of course it will have a positive impact on students which will also have an impact on the quality of graduates.

The arrangement of human resources should run optimally so that the program can continue running, there are still gaps in the use of infrastructure in obtaining free health services, and there are still poor people who have not yet received a BPJS card. The Durai Health Center as the executor of the BPJS program is expected to further intensify socialization regarding free h8ealth services, for example by conducting counseling and placing banners so that information about the BPJS program can reach remote villages.
