Productive-age unemployment is one of the main challenges in economic development in Baubau City. The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training. With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs. 

The number of islands and the size of Indonesia's territory is a problems in building telecommunications infrastructure. VSAT satellite technology is a solution and is useful when terrestrial relations experience issues. This is because not all regions are terrestrial and can reach all islands and mainland in Indonesia. In this study, the Ku-Band VSAT was used, and the Ku-Band VSAT installation location was in Jangga Dolok Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the quality of the network obtained showed a bandwidth of 024 Kbps, 637 ms delay, 0% packet loss, 1.84 Mbit/s download throughput, and 319.18 Kbit/s uploads. The measurement analysis results in the field show that the IP Config VSAT IP can be connected to the gateway, and the connection test shows the reply response. The transmission parameter output IDU downlink SQF is 168, and the uplink is 16 Apsk 1024 K 9/10, the upload, and download measurement results show the upload results of 1.8 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps upload. All the analysis results were carried out, and it showed promising results, and the VSAT-based internet network in Jangga Dolok village was feasible to use. Batik, especially Bakaran batik, has never been applied to bridal gowns because most bridal gowns tend to be plain white and are only decorated with Swarovski, sequins, and pearls. The problem of this research is how a Bakaran batik can be applied in bridal gown making. The purpose of this research is to understand the application of Bakaran batik in bridal gown making. The research method used is research and development. The results of a Bakaran batik application to the bridal gown making begin with a design determination. The design is a bridal gown inspired by the beauty of Indonesian artwork Bakaran batik. There is a Sido Mukti motive surrounding the bottom of the gown up to the tail, with a diverse arrangement of Sido Mukti motives that has a distinct meaning. After determining the design, it is continued by preparing the tools and materials, sizing up, shaping pattern, cutting material, spellbinding, sewing process, and finishing. The recommendation from the application of Bakaran batik on the bridal gown is that the design of a skirt for the crinoline would be best combined with the main part and lining fabric because it can affect the fall of the pleated detail. Completing the solution on the crinoline should use a finished seam from bias tape because the fibres on the crinoline are very sharp and can be uncomfortable or itchy if it is exposed to the skin.

The one of the methodologies that can be used to determine the amount (NRW) is a method of infrastructure leakage index (ILI) used Software WBEasycalc3. Water loss rate is the percentage ratio between water loss and the amount of water distributed in piped water network, while the water balance is calculated based on the amount of incoming water flow, consumption meter-Revenue, customer meter inaccuracies, water loss and physical loss. Both of two magnitudes in the ILI value is calculated by using Table Matrix Target that compiled by regulators of water service DKI Jakarta.  

Employee performance appraisal is one part of human resource activity, to maintain the quality and performance of its employees. Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU) has also implemented the system, especially for its non-academic employees. The Employee Assessment Process in SWCU has been done by filling out a DP3 form manually, based on the evaluation from the supervisor. The manual assessment process takes a lot of time, because of how many employees need to be evaluated and the lack of objectivity in the assessment. Hence, this research is being done with a purpose to map out and implement a web-based performance assessment information system for the employees, which can then be used to assess those employees’ performance using a computerized system. This research is done to design an information system of performance assessment by applying Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method so that the assessment process can be done more objectively, quickly, and more importantly easily especially for the multi-criteria assessment process.

Combining culture and technology is one solution to digitizing an area's local wisdom. Technology is expected to be an educational medium for the younger generation to know the history and meaning of a historical story. The island of Bali has a lot of the previous history, one of which is about the Puputan Klungkung war. Based on the results of questionnaires to 40 respondents by simple random sampling, 77.5% of respondents did not know the history of the Klungkung puputan and its meaning. To maintain the history of the puputan war, it is necessary to introduce the next generation but keep abreast of technological developments so that the research aims to design a media in the form of a mobile game. This mobile game media was chosen because of its popularity in Indonesian society, both among children to adults, thus creating interest in playing media games. The game design adapts to the scheme of the design pattern by using simple, cultured, and informative concepts. This development resulted in the design of the character of the king of Klungkung and the Dutch army and the layout design of the game Puputan Klungkung.

Community service activities are carried out in Raya villages in need, namely Raya Village, Raya District, Simalungun Regency. This activity is a collaboration between lecturers and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) partners. The limitations of MSMEs in Raya Village, Simalungun Regency in their knowledge of innovating correct products and packaging and the desire to progress and develop are their main priorities in solving these problems. The problems that exist in the MSMEs of Raya Village include: finding solutions to existing problems by providing training and guidance as well as assistance during the product and packaging innovation process, providing complete assistance in innovating products and packaging as well as funds to help improve MSME products and packaging, assisting in the process of innovating MSME products and packaging to make them better. This assistance and coaching does not stop at training, but until the MSMEs can really run well. The team uses methods that will be implemented during the activity by sharing and assisting partners in innovating. The planned output is increased product sales from innovation in product packaging and labeling, as well as expanding the product market through online marketing.

One problem that arises from the development of health is one of increasing dependents of the productive age community towards unproductive communities. The elderly group will experience a decrease in the degree of health both naturally or caused due to disease. There is a need for an elderly coaching program that starts from pralansia is very necessary to maintain productivity. In RW V, Kelurahan Bambankerep Posyandu Lansia has not yet been formed, but there are elderly gymnastic activities that are offered once a month. So that offered solutions for the formation of Lansia Posyandu cadres so that Lansia Posyandu can be sustainable. The output of this accompanimen is that the community can check themselves to detect degenerative diseases. After 2 months of mentoring, the Posyandu for the elderly is formed and cadres of the Posyandu for the elderly can detect early degenerative diseases. The elderly found in RW V 56.1% had excessive Mass index which is a risk of hypertension, heart disease, DM, PPOP, stroke. And 52.2% of the elderly have hypertension.

During the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal, teacher innovation is urgently needed to make their students not bored and stressed in the learning process, either virtual or face-to-face. In North Maluku, face-to-face learning has been carried out with simulations and strict protocols. Learning variations using Blended Learning become a general solution that is applied. Infographics are information graphics which are visual representations of a collection of data, information and designs. Infographics require a large amount of information in the form of writing or numbers and then converted into a simpler form, namely a combination of images and text that allows readers to quickly understand the meaning of a message or image itself. Various efforts to educate covid 19 both non-formally and formally have been carried out to prevent infection, social restrictions and the provision of social and medical assistance have been carried out by the government, but the public still does not have good awareness and discipline towards covid 19. This study aims to educate about the virus and its dangers, especially covid 19 through the development of infographic-based science teaching aids in elementary schools. Research Development with reference to 4D models with modifications. The results of the study indicate that infographic media is suitable for use as media material or science teaching aids, especially virus education for elementary school students. The use of infographics related to viruses and infection mechanisms can be used in various ways in online and offline learning for elementary school students

The impact of covid 19 makes the habits of people who work and students often work or study via online. A cozy and adequate space is needed to carry out online activities and freelance work. The right solution is to design a coworking space mix use building that can provide space and facilities to support comfort for consumers. Coworking Space is a workspace concept that can be used together with various backgrounds such as students, freelancers, students, entrepreneurs, or other companies. In Medan City coworking spaces are still relatively few that have multi-functions as the author designs. Most only prioritize one function so that consumers can easily get bored when working. In this design, hopefully it can be a problem solver and become a comfortable working, meeting and relaxing space for consumers.

Waste is one of society's main problems in environmental management which until now does not have an appropriate handling solution. This is due to the community's habit of still implementing collection, transport and disposal in waste management, as well as the unavailability of suitable locations in each village that can be used as waste management sites. This waste problem is also experienced by residents of Sokawera Hamlet, Ciwuni Village, Kesugihan District. The waste produced by residents is usually collected and then burned. This waste management problem must be addressed immediately because it can affect the quality of life and the quality of the village environment. The effort taken is not to provide or create a waste disposal area, but rather to invite the public to start caring and being aware of the importance of managing waste wisely and correctly. This community empowerment activity is carried out by holding outreach and establishing a waste bank to change people's mindset about waste, mentoring, comparative studies, and establishing a Waste Bank to manage waste so that it can have economic value. With the formation of the Soka Resik waste bank, it is hoped that in the future it will become the spearhead in waste management.

The Government's goal to make Indonesia an Maritime Country must be supported by all elements of society, especially is from the education sector. As one of the maritime education institutions to improve competent human resources in its field, it needs training and supporting facilities and infrastructure. One way to increase competence is to supply cadets with capabilities in the field of operation and maintenance of ship machining. Synchronous generator is one of the important components in ship machining. Therefore, the ability to operate and maintain generators is absolutely necessary for cadets in the world of work. Standard selection of generator in the Shipbuilding Laboratory follows Government standards through the Ministry of Transportation Regulations. To choose the best electricity generator, a special method is needed. The solution to this problem is the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine synchronous generators that meet the quality standards and specifications of stakeholders.By implementing ANP, the synchronous generator is obtained according to quality standards with the specifications desired by stakeholders. In applying ANP, weighting is based on criteria, namely: durability, maintenance, spare parts, specifications and price. Then obtained an electric generator with appropriate quality standards and specifications.Results of data processing using the ANP method obtained electical generator alternative selection with each weight is adalah CUMMINS GFS-C30KW 41,6 %, HARTECH HT35Y 33,9 %, and CATERPILLAR C2.2 24,5 %.

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a very serious health problem in Indonesia. According to the Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) the highest ARI diseases were in the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara (41.7%), Papua (31.1%), Aceh (30.0%), West Nusa Tenggara (28.3%), and East Java (28.3%). In Riskesdas 2007, East Nusa Tenggara is also the province with the highest ARI. The time period for the spread of ARI in Indonesia according to Riskesdas in 2013 was 25.0%, not much different from that in 2007 which was 25.5%. People are sometimes reluctant to go to the doctor and tend to ignore this disease. For solutions to these problems, we need a system that can help the community in diagnosing respiratory disorders so that later the community can more easily consult to anticipate a worse impact. One system that can be used to assist diagnosis is an expert system. This system is not to replace the position of an expert, but to promote the knowledge and experience of an expert.

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

As part of a community service program, faculty members and students are involved in providing assistance to help develop this business. The program includes various improvement efforts, particularly in the areas of marketing and human resource management. The actions taken include creating Grabfood and Instagram accounts to expand the digital market, making official stamps, obtaining halal certification, and producing promotional videos and documenting the production process. Additionally, the company profile and organizational structure were prepared to strengthen management. Financial reports and cost of goods sold calculations were also made to optimize cost management. Through this collaboration, the faculty members and students aim to provide concrete solutions to the challenges faced by Husna Roti. With this assistance, it is hoped that the quality of the products and the competitiveness in the market will improve, allowing the business to grow and positively impact the local economy.

Based on the methods used above, it was revealed that the factors causing early marriage in the District itself, namely: environmental factors, economic factors and also factors regarding understanding of religion. these factors are what cause many early marriages in Tamanan District. Because there are dasrnya that allow marriage dispensation. Some religious leaders disagree with early marriage. Because a marriage needs readiness from various aspects.
