Immunization serves as the most effective and cost-efficient primary preventive measure against infectious diseases. It not only shields individuals from severe ailments but also averts the spread of communicable illnesses. Drawing from data collection, Olung Hanangan Village ranks among the communities with the lowest coverage of fundamental immunization. The insufficiency in basic immunization may arise due to factors like inadequate education and parental adherence to immunization schedules. The level of education shapes the pattern of shifts in parents' health-related behavior, ultimately emerging as a determinant of adherence to scheduled immunizations. Objective: This study aims to examine the correlation between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Method: Employing a quantitative research approach with a correlational research type and a cross-sectional design, this study involves a total of 32 respondents. Data collection employs a questionnaire as the measuring tool, followed by data analysis utilizing the Chi-Square statistical test. Results: The obtained significant value (p-value) is less than the α value, with a significance level set at α = 0.05. The Chi-Square statistical test yields a significant value of Asmp. Sig. (2-tailed) at 0.000. This finding confirms a relationship between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Conclusion: The study's findings underscore a significant link between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Consequently, the active involvement of healthcare personnel remains imperative in the ongoing provision of immunization information to the community.

Background: Most hypertensive patients do not exhibit symptoms, although some symptoms occur unintentionally and are believed to be related to hypertension. This results in an increase in blood pressure with advancing age. Aging causes physiological changes in the body, such as the thickening of arterial walls due to the accumulation of collagen in the muscle layer, leading to the narrowing and stiffening of blood vessels starting at the age of 45 years. Objective: Aims to determine the results of implementing Isometric handgrip exercise in elderly hypertension patients. Method: A descriptive research design with a case study approach was conducted on two respondents. Results: Before the implementation of Isometric handgrip exercise, both respondents were at moderate risk of hypertension, however after performing the Isometric handgrip exercise with two contractions lasting 45 seconds each and a 15-second rest between the contractions, their blood pressure decreased. Conclusion: Isometric handgrip exercise shows a good influence on elderly hypertension patients.

In this study the authors examined consumer protection against business actor defaults. This is motivated by the reality that occurs in society that there are several business actors who do things that harm consumers. Consumer rights are often ignored by business actors, in other words, business actors have not fulfilled their obligations to consumers properly. Consumers who feel aggrieved by business actors can submit a lawsuit to BPSK, but often consumers cannot accept the judge's decision so they proceed to the appeal level, namely at the District Court. From this background, the authors formulate several problems, namely what are the legal rules regarding consumer dispute resolution and what are the responsibilities of business actors towards consumers. This research is a type of field research that is descriptive in nature. In this study, 2 (two) data sources were used, namely primary data, which was data obtained directly from respondents through field interviews or research locations, and the second was secondary data, namely data obtained or collected through some literature or literature studies. There are 2 (two) data collection methods used in this study, namely observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that consumer protection at BPSK is in accordance with the provisions of Law number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, while the district court is less objective in resolving consumer disputes. The responsibility of business actors in default can be carried out by continuing/canceling the agreement and compensating for losses incurred as a result of the default.
