The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of phubbing in group learning. Phubbing, the behavior of ignoring those around them while using electronic devices, has become increasingly popular in today's digital world. The goal of group learning can be achieved by group members working together in the learning process. The quality of social interaction between group members and the success of learning can be negatively affected by the presence of phubbing in group learning environments. The library research technique used in this research literature review to collect and examine data related to the influence of phubbing in group learning. The findings of this study are expected to provide an overview of how phubbing affects the efficiency of group learning and provide a basis for reducing the adverse impact of phubbing on group learning.

This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

Education is very important for all humans. Education can be successful if there is good management. The role of education management is very important in an educational institution. Management is basically nothing new in human life, as well as in a management education is needed. Education management can cover a variety of things, one of which is financial management. Because, with good financial management in institutions will increase the efficiency of education so that the achievement of educational goals will soon be realized. Urgency School financial management is very important to classify school needs. Then there is an urgency for financial management and a clear and appropriate budgeting model that will affect school operations and education in these schools. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Urgency of Financial Management and the Education Budgeting Model are applied to find out how supervision is in financial management. Data collection is in the form of observations from various existing sources. The method used is a review article. The results of this study show that the results of the urgency and budgeting model carried out by managing school finances in carrying out the budget plan have been going very well. This is indicated by several activity plans that are realized in accordance with expectations, namely transparent, accountable, effective and efficient.    

One of the main activities of hospital nutrition services is the provision of meals for patients in the hospital. The goal is to provide quality food in accordance with the nutritional needs, cost, safety and acceptance of the patient to achieve optimal nutritional status The food management information system currently used in the Nutrition Installation of Rsud Prof. DR H M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng is still using a manual (conventional) system, starting from calculating the need for foodstuffs to ordering foodstuffs. This is due to the unavailability of applications that can more efficiently save energy and time. So far, calculating food needs requires a long time and energy is needed by more than one person. The type of research method used in this research is a quantitative quasi-experimental research method which aims to show a causal relationship and to investigate the relationship and clarify the causes of events, where in this study it focuses on the use of energy and the duration of time used before and after using the application. computers for food management activities in the Nutrition Installation, in this case the calculation of food needs. Based on the results of the research, before and after using a computer-based management information system application to improve the efficiency of food administration at the Rsud nutrition installation, Prof. DR. HM Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng (SPMIG), there was a difference in time duration, where the time used in calculating the need for foodstuffs was shorter or shorter. Food administration at the Nutrition Installation of Prof. DR H Makkatutu Bantaeng Hospital before using the SPMIG application software an average of 180 minutes - 210 minutes and after using the SPMIG application software the average was 1 - 10 minutes, so the time difference used was 170 minutes.

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, venture capital, and accounting information systems with the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Quantitative methodology was used to validate this research. The sample size for this study was 42 SMEs from Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, and Deli Serdang Regency. Questionnaires with Likert scale questions were used for this study. Multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used in SPSS 24 to test the hypothesis after the questionnaire is distributed and verified for validity, reliability, and the classical assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the results of this study, the entrepreneurial mindset can increase the efficiency of small and medium enterprises. shows how having an entrepreneurial bent can help small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Accounting information systems have an effect on the performance of SMEs, as evidenced by research findings, indicating that adopting such systems can enhance organizational success. Data studies reveal that when a company's capital decreases, it has a negative impact on the company's success. 

Pharmacy is a health service facility that aims to help improve health for the community (public health), as well as a place for practicing pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical work spread across various regions. Choosing a business location is the main thing to consider in build a business, including pharmacy. A strategic business location is related to transportation efficiency, material properties, product characteristics, and ease of reaching consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of choosing the pharmacy location on medicine purchasing decisions in Indonesia. The method that used in this study is literature review with 6 research journals that collected and processed pre-existing data using search engines such as Google Scholar and journal databases such as Researchgate and published in 2018-2023. The result shows that pharmacy location is not always a factor in a person's decision to buy medicine, there are other factors such as price, quality of pharmacy service, and etc.

This research article examines the process of delaying service at West Opel through observations made while working on board the ship. This study focuses on two main factors that affect the efficiency of the towage process: the delay in maneuvering the ship and the time it takes. The observations highlight the impact of the power limitations of conventional tugs compared to ASD tug systems, particularly MVs. Ace Guard. This finding reveals that the insufficient power of a conventional vessel impedes the smooth maneuverability of the vessel, so that the ASD tug has to adjust its power to match that of a conventional tug and maintain the correct position while the vessel departs. In addition, this study emphasizes the significant duration of time involved in the towage process, taking into account the coordination between ASD tugs and conventional tugs. This research concludes that these factors contribute to a slower and more time consuming procrastination process. The case studies presented provide valuable insights for optimizing and increasing the efficiency of service operations in a similar maritime environment.

The quality of service at hospitals must always be improved to provide the best service to people in Indonesia. In accordance with Permenkes Number 82 of 2013 it states that every hospital is required to implement and develop a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is very important to do to support the efficiency of the management process in hospitals starting from information to patients, data, data processing and all activities in the hospital. By implementing a Hospital Management Information System, it is necessary to know how it is applied in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. This research was conducted with literature reviews and journal searches using Google Scholar. The research results show that the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) can improve the quality of health services because it facilitates the management activities of health service institutions.

Machine maintenance must be carried out as a support for the reliability of a machine so that the production system can run smoothly to meet production needs. The fundamental problem of this study is in PT XYZ with the Roll Table 5Q machine, which frequently experiences sudden damage caused by critical components. The goal of the study was to determine the maintenance time interval of the 5Q Roll Table machine, the optimal age of the machine, and the number of mechanics based on the minimum total maintenance cost in an effort to improve the reliability of the machine using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II methods and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) methods. From the results of research for critical components As Roll Table obtained interval value of 331 hours / 13 days once a year with the selection of action is Scheduled restoration task and for Bearing components obtained interval value of 109 hours/5 days once a year with the selection of action is Scheduled on-condition task. From the calculation of the total life cycle cost of Rp. 3,720,459,386 with the optimal number of mechanics on the Roll Table machine as many as 3 mechanics with an efficiency level of 9.63% with an optimal age for the Roll Table machine 5Q is 12 years.

Analysis of Financial Performance at the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency. The problem in this study is how the Performance of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year is viewed from the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year in terms of the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Sources of data conducted in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is ratio analysis, where in the ratio analysis technique there are two formulas used to calculate the numbers, namely effectiveness and efficiency. The results showed that the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency when viewed from the level of effectiveness, in 2019 with a value of 83.18% and in 2020 with a value of 90.66% and in 2021 with a value of 93.57%. efficiency in 2019 with a value of 20% in 2020 with a value of 10% and in 2021 with a value of 6%.

In this research, a payment system has been developed that uses the Bakoel POS application. Bakoel POS will utilize sensors to read data that will assist in the transaction process. Bakoel POS application design for the canteen payment system. This application is designed as a transaction process in the canteen. Transactions in the canteen include ordering and payment processes. It can be concluded that the Canteen Digital Accounting System Using the Bakoel POS Application has been designed to make it easier for canteen keepers in carrying out the sales process and can increase time efficiency in making transactions. From the test results, it can be seen that this application functions well for the efficiency of payment transactions at the Surabaya Untag canteen cashier.

A good receivables policy can also help reduce credit risk and improve business license requirements. In conclusion, this article highlights how important it is to use asset management, cost control, and receivables policies to improve a company's financial performance, especially in difficult situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims to examine the effect of digital accounting systems on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study are SMEs in Sidoarjo who use a digital accounting system, and the sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using in-depth interview techniques and relevant sources on the internet. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the use of digital accounting systems has a significant influence on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. In its use, the digital accounting system simplifies the process of recording and reporting finances, as well as assisting UMKM owners in making more precise and accurate business decisions. In addition, the use of digital accounting systems also helps UMKM in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, so as to produce better business performance. In this case, it is advisable for UMKM in Sidoarjo to adopt a digital accounting system as part of their business development strategy. This will help UMKM  improve their business performance and compete with other UMKM. In addition, the government can also provide support and assistance to UMKM to adopt digital accounting systems, so as to accelerate the growth of UMKM  in Indonesia.

The results of the application of technology by UPN "Veteran" East Java KKN-T students can increase the income of people who are engaged in catfish farming because this technology can produce not only one crop but two yields in two different ways.

The results of this study indicate that the application of responsibility accounting in KUD Tani Wilis is inadequate because it is not fully in accordance with the requirements of responsibility accounting. The results of financial performance in terms of profit center based on the analysis of Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, and Net Profit Margin show unfavorable financial performance results. Cooperatives need to implement responsibility accounting in accordance with responsibility accounting requirements by separating controllable and uncontrollable costs, as well as providing account codes for these accounts in the accountability report so that it makes it easier for cooperative managers to control costs and see who is responsible if irregularities occur. Cooperatives must also pay more attention to the increase in cost of goods sold, and minimize production costs and operational costs as well as optimize sales/revenues and evaluate business costs or operational costs, so as to increase profits. By evaluating business costs or operational costs carried out by cooperatives in an effort to increase efficiency where economic resources can be used effectively so that costs are not wasted so that the profits obtained are more optimal and can improve the financial performance of cooperatives.
