One type of MSME that assists individuals in meeting their basic needs is the grocery store. The presence of small grocery stores greatly strengthens the local economy, especially in rural areas. Conventional grocery stores still survive and make a significant contribution to the local economy, despite the presence of several more contemporary retail companies in recent years. This study aims to evaluate the strategies used by MSME "Warung Bunda Dirga," including social media advertising, digital delivery services, customer service, product selection and styling, and more. Using SWOT analysis, business owners can plan product development, optimize competitive advantages, anticipate emerging threats, and take advantage of market opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, by thoroughly understanding Warung Bunda Dirga's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, owners can make strategic decisions that drive the growth and sustainability of the company. It is expected that the strategies used will increase the company's sales and profitability in the long run. For this qualitative study approach, data was collected through direct interviews. In the face of the explosive expansion of minimarkets and the increasing number of competitors, the owner of Warung Bunda Dirga must devise strategies that can maintain customer loyalty and ensure the survival of the company in the long run.

Tren thrifting, atau pembelian pakaian bekas impor, telah berkembang pesat di Indonesia, memicu tantangan signifikan bagi industri konveksi lokal, khususnya di Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak tren thrifting terhadap penurunan omset industri konveksi di Surabaya, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peralihan preferensi konsumen, dan mengeksplorasi strategi adaptasi bagi pelaku industri lokal. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-korelasional dengan data dari 50 unit usaha konveksi di Kecamatan Tambaksari, Surabaya, serta wawancara semi-terstruktur, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara intensitas tren thrifting dengan omset industri konveksi. Koefisien regresi sebesar -0.48 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.002 membuktikan bahwa peningkatan aktivitas thrifting berkorelasi langsung dengan penurunan pendapatan pelaku usaha konveksi lokal. Faktor utama peralihan preferensi konsumen meliputi harga yang lebih murah, kesadaran lingkungan, keinginan untuk tampil unik, dan kemudahan akses melalui platform digital. Industri konveksi lokal beradaptasi melalui diversifikasi produk, peningkatan kualitas, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala biaya dan persaingan harga. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan yang lebih protektif dan dukungan insentif bagi UMKM konveksi.

Program pengabdian masyarakat melalui penguatan manajemen bisnis telah dilaksanakan di Desa Manggarmas, Kecamatan Godong, Kabupaten Grobogan pada 25 Mei 2025. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial petani jamur melalui pelatihan manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan keuangan yang belum optimal, ketiadaan standar pengemasan produk, dan minimnya pemanfaatan media digital untuk pemasaran. Kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, mencakup distribusi hasil panen, teknik pengemasan, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: manajemen usaha sederhana naik 75%, penguasaan teknik pengemasan meningkat 80%, dan penggunaan media digital untuk pemasaran bertambah 70%. Dampak positif terlihat dari munculnya pembeli dari luar desa setelah petani mengunggah produk ke media sosial, mendorong terwujudnya wirausahawan mandiri yang mampu mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha dan pendapatan secara parsial serta simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada sektor perdagangan dan jasa di Kota Surabaya. Sektor perdagangan dan jasa memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian Surabaya, menyumbang lebih dari 40% PDRB dan menyerap sekitar 60% tenaga kerja. Modal usaha yang memadai dan peningkatan pendapatan dianggap sebagai pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, data tahunan dari 2019-2023 dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor perdagangan dan jasa di Kota Surabaya, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,013 dan R² sebesar 0,591. Pendapatan sektor perdagangan dan jasa juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan koefisien regresi 0,004 dan R² sebesar 0,589. Secara simultan, modal usaha dan pendapatan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (R² = 0,592), meskipun dalam analisis berganda pendapatan menunjukkan koefisien negatif. Ini mengindikasikan perlunya efisiensi dalam pemanfaatan pendapatan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa modal usaha adalah faktor dominan, dan pengelolaan pendapatan yang efektif sangat penting untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang stabil dan berkelanjutan di sektor perdagangan dan jasa Kota Surabaya. Industri kerajinan kulit di Tanggulangin, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, telah lama dikenal sebagai sentra produksi yang signifikan, berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi lokal dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran, tantangan, dan strategi pengembangan UMKM kerajinan kulit di Tanggulangin terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif berbasis data sekunder digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data dari kuesioner, wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri ini mendominasi dalam hal hasil produksi kerajinan kulit dan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Sidoarjo, dengan keahlian yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun dan kualitas produk yang mampu bersaing di pasar internasional. Namun, industri ini menghadapi tantangan besar seperti kesulitan akses permodalan, persaingan produk pabrikan/impor, keterbatasan akses pasar digital, kurangnya inovasi desain, kualitas SDM yang terbatas, akses bahan baku tidak stabil, kurangnya dukungan teknologi, dan minimnya regenerasi pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini merumuskan strategi pengembangan UMKM yang meliputi fasilitasi bahan baku, pelatihan tenaga kerja, perluasan akses pasar dan permodalan, peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, penyederhanaan perizinan, dan peningkatan kualitas produk. Dukungan pemerintah melalui pemberian modal, fasilitas rantai pasok, bantuan peralatan modern, perlindungan usaha, serta pelatihan SDM sangat krusial untuk keberlanjutan industri ini sebagai pilar ekonomi lokal dan nasional.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, especially in job creation and income distribution. Despite this, many MSMEs face challenges in building a strong and professional brand image. One of the efforts to overcome these problems is through assistance in logo design. The logo serves as a visual identity that can strengthen the brand's position in the minds of consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of logo design assistance on strengthening the image of micro businesses. The method used is a literature study of various scientific journals and community service reports in Indonesia that are relevant to this topic. The study results show that logo design assistance is able to increase brand awareness, consumer confidence, and encourage increased sales of MSME products. Thus, graphic design assistance programs such as logos can be an effective strategy in improving the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in local and global markets.

Business re-planning is an effort to reorganize a business that has been run with structured governance. MSME actors cannot be separated from various business challenges and obstacles that can affect the growth rate of their business. Business practices for micro entrepreneurs are mostly operated without careful planning. Meanwhile, the business world is growing widely and competition is high. Some MSMEs combine business needs with family interests and result in achieving business visions. Business governance, such as: marketing, finance and products by MSMEs is still conventional, so business re-planning is needed to support business sustainability and especially drive the local economy. Community service in Sidayu District was initiated to instill a modern business mindset. The stages of community service begin with coordination, socialization. The target of this community service is aimed at MSMEs in Gresik Regency so that they can improve their understanding of the importance of business re-planning and improve more adaptive business governance skills. Training for MSMEs is not only about theoretical business insights but also a forum for them to consult on business. The follow-up to business training is to provide business mentoring. The implementation aims to accompany MSMEs in making business changes for the better. The community service went smoothly with high enthusiasm from the training participants.

Women entrepreneurship in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a vital role in the local economy. However, women entrepreneurs often face complex emotional and psychological challenges due to their dual roles as housewives and entrepreneurs. Market uncertainty, social pressure, and lack of support from their environment further burden their workload. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of women micro MSMEs, particularly in dealing with the psychological pressures of carrying out these roles. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach with seven informants from the culinary, handicraft, and online trading sectors. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation, then analyzed using a thematic approach based on the Miles & Huberman model. The results of the study revealed four main themes: (1) the pressure of dual roles that often trigger stress and emotional exhaustion (burnout), (2) chronic anxiety related to fear of business failure and income instability, (3) spirituality and religious activities as meaning-based coping mechanisms, and (4) the importance of social support from partners, family, and community as a balance of emotional conditions. These findings confirm that the success and sustainability of women's businesses depend not only on economic capital or technical skills, but are also significantly influenced by mental health and the strength of social networks. Therefore, empowerment programs for women's MSMEs need to be designed holistically, encompassing psychosocial aspects, coping strategy training, and strengthening supportive and inclusive social networks.

This community service activity aimed to introduce and strengthen the understanding of sociopreneurship among students of SMA Islam Andalusia Kebasen through an experiential learning approach. The initiative responded to the need for youth empowerment programs that combine entrepreneurial skills with social responsibility, particularly those grounded in Islamic values. The one-day training was designed to be interactive and engaging, incorporating inspirational dialogues with practitioners, interactive simulations, role-plays, and value reflections. These methods were intended to create an immersive learning experience, enabling students to connect theory with real-world application. A total of 50 students participated in the program. The training focused on three main objectives: (1) developing the ability to identify and analyze social issues in their community, (2) designing solutions through the creation of social enterprises, and (3) integrating Islamic values into business practices to ensure ethical and sustainable entrepreneurship. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-training assessments, observation, and participant feedback. The results indicated that 70% of participants demonstrated a strong understanding of the concept of sociopreneurship after the training. Additionally, 76% successfully integrated Islamic values into their proposed business ideas, while over 60% were able to design simple but feasible social enterprise concepts addressing real social problems. Participants also reported increased awareness, empathy, creativity, and leadership skills as outcomes of the activity. The findings highlight that experiential learning-based sociopreneurship training is an effective method for cultivating youth’s capacity to initiate social change through entrepreneurial action. This program not only enhanced students’ knowledge and skills but also inspired them to become agents of positive transformation in their communities. It is recommended that schools establish follow-up initiatives, such as sociopreneur clubs, mentoring schemes, and project incubation programs, to ensure the sustainability and further development of students’ social enterprise ideas.

The laundry business is rapidly growing in urban society, especially in areas with a high activity rate. One of the main challenges is the manual transaction recording process, which causes inefficiency and potential errors. This research aims to design and develop a web-based cashier system for Laundry Indimo Azza using the Prototype method. The system is designed to support customer data recording, automatic service fee calculation, service and employee management, and structured transaction and financial reporting. The Prototype method was chosen due to its ability to adapt to user needs through design and evaluation iterations. Testing results using white box and black box methods show that the system works according to expectations, increasing operational efficiency and speeding up customer service.

The increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues has encouraged culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt green marketing strategies as an effort to build competitive advantage. Bandung City, as a creative city with strong local culinary potential, is the focus of this study to analyze the implementation of green marketing in the MSME culinary sector. This study aims to analyze the utilization of green marketing by local-based culinary MSMEs in Bandung, identify the driving and inhibiting factors of its implementation, and measure its impact on business performance. The research applied a qualitative approach by conducting a survey with 150 culinary MSMEs and in-depth interviews with 20 business owners. The findings indicate that 68% of MSMEs have implemented at least one green marketing element, focusing primarily on the use of environmentally friendly packaging (72%) and local raw materials (65%). The main driving factors were consumer demand (78%) and government regulations (56%), while the primary barriers included limited capital (65%) and lack of knowledge (58%). Although the implementation of green marketing among culinary MSMEs in Bandung is still in its early stages, the trend is positive. Government and institutional support is needed to enhance MSMEs’ capacity in developing sustainable marketing strategies.

This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle on consumer decision-making in using the services of Omahbiru Wedding Organizer, located in Kediri. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition among wedding organizer businesses in the digital era, which requires service providers to adapt their marketing strategies to the preferences and behavior of modern consumers. A quantitative research approach was applied, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 108 respondents who had previously used Omahbiru’s services. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study examined three independent variables digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle and one dependent variable, namely consumer decision. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer decisions. Individually, lifestyle and service quality have a stronger influence compared to digital promotion, which shows a moderate effect. The R-Square value of 0.488 indicates that these variables explain 48.8% of the variance in consumer decision-making. These results highlight the importance of aligning digital promotional strategies, service excellence, and lifestyle compatibility to attract and retain customers in the wedding organizer industry. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya persaingan antar wedding organizer di era digital, yang menuntut pelaku usaha untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya dengan preferensi dan perilaku konsumen modern. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 108 responden yang sebelumnya telah menggunakan jasa Omahbiru. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS), menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini menguji tiga variabel independen—promosi digital, kualitas layanan, dan gaya hidup—serta satu variabel dependen yaitu keputusan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Secara parsial, variabel gaya hidup dan kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan promosi digital, yang memberikan pengaruh sedang. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,488 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 48,8% variasi dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kesesuaian strategi promosi digital, pelayanan yang unggul, dan penyesuaian gaya hidup dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan di industri wedding organizer. A wedding is a very important moment for everyone and requires meticulous preparation, sometimes taking months to years, but the lack of time and support from friends and family is often not enough to fulfill all the needs for planning a wedding. In this case, wedding organizers (WOs) are here to solve this problem. This study aims to examine the development of a growing wedding designing business in Tanjungwangi Village, Pacet, Bandung Regency, especially Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer. This research provides an in-depth description of client experiences, processes, and variables that contribute to the services they offer. The method used in this research is, descriptive qualitative method with the technique of collecting data through direct observation and interviews. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer offers various services, such as make-up artist (MUA), prewedding, decoration, location, catering, photography, film, and entertainment. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer conducted a SWOT analysis which showed that there are strengths to attract customers and low prices. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer managed to record a good profit from the sale of its wedding packages. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh price discount dan bonus pack terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada konsumen Distro Rock Line di Kota Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh ketatnya persaingan industri ritel yang mendorong pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan strategi promosi yang efektif, seperti pemberian diskon harga dan paket bonus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, price discount dan bonus pack masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Secara simultan, kedua variabel juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Price Discount (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying. Ditunjukan dari hasil uji t, diperoleh thitung sebesar 2.169 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,033 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,033 < 0,05), dengan demikian H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti Price Discount berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying. Bonus Pack (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying. Ditunjukan dari hasil uji t, diperoleh thitung sebesar 2.541 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,013 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,013 < 0,05), dengan demikian H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. Yang artinya Bonus Pack berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa strategi price discount dan bonus pack dapat meningkatkan dorongan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian secara impulsif. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku usaha, khususnya Distro Rock Line, dalam merancang strategi promosi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Nyemilee is a student-run homemade fruit salad business that uses a pre-order system and social media to align operations with academic schedules. This qualitative-descriptive study involved interviews, Instagram (@nyemilee.id) observation, and PO documentation. Findings show that PO enhances efficiency, Instagram acts as a digital storefront and customer service tool, while time and demand challenges are managed through scheduling and daily quotas.

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are experiencing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The decline in consumer purchasing power is a challenge for SMEs in carrying out their business production. One of the opportunities for MSME actors to survive in the current pandemic is by maximizing online sales. But not a few MSME actors who still do not understand to use online sales. Therefore, it is necessary to empower the community of MSME actors in trying online markets or other options by empowering MSME actors in branding superior products. By using and managing the right digital media, it is hoped that business actors can increase public interest in products. Digital media that can be used include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Youtube, GrabFood/Go-Food or other platforms. Business actors can also carry out brand awareness offline, that is, they can develop innovations that do not yet exist, such as promotions by distributing brochures, creating attractive menu lists or creating price tags. The approach method used in community service this time is in the form of mentoring business actors regarding the development of MSME business innovations where members go directly to the field. This MSME assistance activity was carried out. The process of SME Mentoring activities is in the form of interviews with business owners to find out the current situation of their business conditions, members help make snack box orders, make banners/banners and price tags as an effort to carry out brand awareness, and members also provide medical equipment in the form of masks, hand sanitizer, and plastic gloves to business managers as a form of attention to always maintain health protocols when interacting with customers.

The micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector plays a vital role in sustaining the national economy, particularly in food security and employment absorption. However, this sector remains highly vulnerable to economic disruptions, including large-scale layoffs in the industrial sector. This study aims to examine the socio-economic impacts of layoffs on the sustainability of traditional fish processing businesses. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through semi-structured interviews with a traditional fish processor who has operated since 1990 in Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The findings reveal that layoffs have led to a significant decline in consumer purchasing power, resulting in a drop in daily production volume (from 20 to 5–8 baskets) and increased waste due to unsold inventory. The lack of innovation, absence of adaptive strategies, and minimal external support have further exacerbated the business’s vulnerability. Therefore, policy interventions and capacity-building programs are essential to enhance the resilience of MSMEs amid labor market fluctuations.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy which have a strategic role in national economic development. In the context of the traditional culinary industry, pempek as one of Palembang's typical foods has great economic potential. This traditional food has become a superior commodity that is not only popular in its area of ​​origin, but has also spread to various regions in Indonesia. In this Real Work Lecture (KKN), the activity began with field observation methods, in-depth interviews, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion) aimed at discussing the concept of developing promotional media and business identity together with business owners in order to identify the main problems faced, especially in terms of promotional media and business identity. The main problem faced is the limitations in marketing and branding aspects, especially in terms of effective promotional media such as banners, TikTok content, business cards and strong business identities such as business plaques and websites. Through the right approach, it aims to increase business visibility, expand market reach, and ultimately increase sales turnover. The mentoring program has succeeded in increasing the managerial capabilities of MSME owners in managing modern marketing aspects. Training in the use of digital platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and WhatsApp Business has equipped business actors with practical skills in creating attractive visual content and strategic publication scheduling. changing the business approach from being conventional to being more professional and systematic.
