Excessive use of gadgets will have a negative impact on children's social and emotional development. The bad impacts of using gadgets on children include children becoming closed individuals, sleep disorders, liking to be alone, violent behavior, fading creativity, and the threat of cyberbullying. Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially social media, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business people to increase their sales and profits. Online marketing is suitable for new businesses or ventures. Of course it is cost effective, because you don't have to place products/services, can be controlled yourself without having to recruit employees, unlimited time or working hours, and has a wide market reach, because online marketing is supported by the presence of websites or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WA, etc.) and this research is also aimed at proving that there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents who were Durenstory customers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This means that the better the implementation of digital marketing, the higher the sales performance of Durenstory products. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing is an effective strategy for improving the sales performance of MSME products. Therefore, MSMEs need to implement digital marketing strategies appropriately and sustainably.

This study aims to analyze consumer responses to the queue phenomenon that occurs at Cipatik Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU). Queues at gas stations are often a major concern for consumers, affecting customer satisfaction and the operational performance of gas stations. This study identifies the main factors that influence consumer response to queues, focusing on queue cases, waiting time, and consumer feelings regarding service. The research method used a quantitative approach through a consumer survey involving a representative sample of Cipatik gas station users. Data was collected through a questionnaire covering aspects such as consumer perception of service speed, queue efficiency, and overall satisfaction level. The results of data analysis show that there is a lack of consumer satisfaction with the queues that occur at Cipatik Service Station, West Bandung Regency. Therefore, it is necessary to improve queue management by the gas station. The addition of filling pump lines needs to be addressed so that the service level can increase. In addition, shorter waiting times and a more efficient service experience are considered by consumers as key factors in increasing their satisfaction. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for Cipatik Service Station management and relevant stakeholders to improve queue management and increase customer satisfaction. The practical implications of this study can assist policy makers in developing more effective operational strategies to address queuing issues and improve consumer experience at the gas station.

PT Angkasa Pura I provided operational support to better the passenger time with self check-in. Self check-in is a service system that allows passengers for self check to reduce queues Check-In Counter. The study aims to understand significantly the impact and influence of the effectiveness of the use of the self check-in machine on the passenger satisfaction of the citilink airline at Yogyakarta International Airport. The research is a quantitative using primary data of the survey (questionnaire) and observation in its collection. The sample in this research uses a nonsampling technique type adhesive with the slovin formula gets 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques for analyzing this research are instrument tests, classic assumptions test, simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research suggest that the effectiveness of the use of the self check-in engine has significantly affected the passenger satisfaction greater than t table (21.756 > 1.660), which means h0 was rejected and ha received. The effectiveness of the use of the self check-in machine to affect passenger complacency by 82.8% while the remaining 172% are affected by variables or other factors not used in the research.

A construction testing laboratory is a special facility used to carry out various types of testing and analysis of construction materials, structures and construction components. It is always busy with customers, so sometimes there are huge queues of customers. Thus, research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the construction testing laboratory queuing system. The method used in this research is Queuing Theory. Queuing Theory is a theory related to mathematical studies and queues or waiting lines. Queuing theory is always related to all aspects of the customer's situation in obtaining a service. Analysis of material testing queues in construction laboratories using the M/M/S model shows increased efficiency after adding servers. Previously, the server usability rate was 50%, with a queue time of 0.5%. After adding servers, the usability rate increases to 75%, queue time decreases, and the probability of customers being served increases to 2.11%. These results are the basis for recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction .  

PT KHI is a company operating in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. In production activities there are many factors that can hinder performance productivity. Worker productivity is a value that cannot be seen directly except through a calculation process, so the worker productivity value is calculated from the company PT KHI. This research was carried out in the Production department using the Time and Motion Study method with a Lean Manufacturing approach, namely waste or extravagance to increase labor productivity in the Production department area. This time it was carried out directly by means of field observation. So that primary data is obtained. The results were obtained in the form of recommendations for improvement, namely: adjusting the total headcount in the line F area from previously 7 headcounts to 6 headcounts and moving several tasks from the carton sealer operator to each operator in the packing area of ​​line F, then classifying them into 3 headcounts for the packing section and 3 headcounts for the packing section. . It can be concluded from the results of this research that one type of waste is eliminated, namely adjusting the number of operators in the packing line F area so that before the improvements, labor productivity is 71.71% on line F and after labor productivity is 83.63%. By making improvements, cost savings of IDR 4,515,133 were obtained for 26 working days.  

Company PT. PAL Indonesia is a manufacturer of Indonesian Defence system equipment which is especially in the largest marine sector in Indonesia. In addition, PT. PAL Indonesia has 22 divisions. One of them is the Technology & Quality Assurance Division. One element that requires precise and accurate measurement is calibration. In the operational balance the calibration process is the key to overcoming the calibration request in the department. This research uses the line balancing method to determine the process time from the beginning to the end of the calibration process. The results obtained from the balance delay method are line balancing methods, in the previous company condition of 77% and after the improvement has been reduced to 5%, it can be concluded that the balance delay has decreased so that the performance is better. Meanwhile, in the Smoothness Index, the results that are known in the company's previous condition are 9 minutes and the results obtained after the repair are 3 minutes with the position weight method (Ranked Positional Weight) getting the late operation speed is 160 minutes so that it is used as a cycle time in the calculation of this method in the process of knowing the calibration work from the beginning to the end.

Currently, the trade sector is one of the sectors that is highly developed along with the trend of online shopping. Although online shopping is currently very popular, it does not mean that offline shopping is necessarily abandoned. Conventional payment systems usually require customers to queue at the cashier to make payments after choosing grocery items. Therefore, there is a need for technological innovation that can overcome this. The solution to overcome these problems is by planning to create a Smart Shopping Scanner machine by considering lean project management. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the application of the Lean Project Management method to the Smart Shopping Scanner project planning at PT ABC has resulted in significant improvements. Reduction of project completion time by 33.33%, reduction of component inventory value by 40%, and improvement of team communication by 66.67% show the effectiveness of this method in overcoming waste and increasing efficiency.

PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma is a company operating in the mining sector located in the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan province. To achieve maximum profits, PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma adds or subtracts units according to the amount of turnover obtained in the previous month. However, after being evaluated, it turned out that this method was not effective. Because you only see at a glance the fluctuations in historical data. Sometimes when you have reduced units, it turns out that demand in the following month actually increases. This results in less than optimal profits because they cannot serve existing customer requests. Vice versa. This is what causes PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma experienced difficulty in making a decision to add or subtract units. From this problem, the author created an application that can predict the amount of turnover in the next month and provide recommendations for deciding which camera units should be increased or decreased in number. To predict the amount of turnover using the Multiple Linear Regression method. After obtaining the predicted results for the amount of turnover, a test was carried out using the Mean Absolute Percentage (MAPE) with a result of 200%, which means that the Multiple Linear Regression method is not suitable to be used to predict the amount of turnover in the next period. Production forecasting is a form of decision making that is used as a basis in many manufacturing and service industries. Therefore, companies that are able to produce products on time and in the right quantities are companies that are able to survive the competition. This demand forecasting is used to forecast demand for products that are independent (not dependent), such as forecasting finished products. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO)  affect  the  Return  On  Assets  (ROA)  of  food  and  baverage  Manufacturing Companies  Listed  on  the  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (IDX)  in  2016-2020.  The independent variables used are Current Ratio (CR) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO). While the dependent variable used is Return On Assets (ROA). This type of research uses quantitative research methodology. The  population  in  this  study  is  food  and  baverage  manufacturing  industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period, namely 72 companies. For sampling using purposive sampling techniques, 23 food and baverage manufacturing companies were obtained that met the criteria. The amount of data processed by 23 companies times 5 (five) years, so there are 115 data. Data analysis techniques in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study show that 1). The Current Ratio partially have a positive and significant impact on Return On Assets.  2). Total Assets Turnover (TATO) partially have a positive and significant impact on Return On Assets.

Students' consumption patterns, especially fashion products, have increased in line with their desire to follow the trends of today's young people. Fashion and appearance are the main focus for students, viewing it as an important aspect in showing identity and social status. Students' involvement in using the internet, especially for shopping, has changed their lifestyle significantly. Public consumption trends are influenced by students' online shopping behavior, which is not only based on needs, but also for personal pleasure and lifestyle. This can lead to consumer behavior, where individuals develop purchasing habits to satisfy themselves and increase prestige as a form of demonstrating socio-economic status. E-commerce, as a result of the development of Information Technology systems, has become an important means of meeting consumer needs. Factors such as price, level of trust, time freedom, and product variety influence students' online purchasing intentions. The wide variety of products online is an attraction, while trust is the basis for a mutually beneficial relationship between online sellers and buyers. This research uses a qualitative approach to get an in-depth picture of the impact of e-commerce on student consumption behavior. The research results show that student consumer behavior, especially in terms of online shopping, is influenced by factors such as trust, convenience and security. Trust in e-commerce is a key factor in growing students' buying interest.

Managing work productivity is an important process in achieving organizational success. In the era of globalization and intense competition, managing work productivity is becoming increasingly important. Organizations that are able to optimize their work productivity will have a significant competitive advantage. Therefore, a good understanding of the concepts and practices of work productivity management is very important for managers and organizational leaders. This research aims to discuss the importance of managing work productivity. This research uses a qualitative method, descriptive research type. The results of the research are that private companies and those in government will always try to improve the performance of their employees or workforce to produce productivity that is in line with the company's ideals, which always increases at all times.  

Abstract. In normal growth and development, a child will see changes in the size of the body's organs (physical) as the child gets older. Body sizes will increase, both those that are visible such as feet, hands, body height and so on, and those that are not visible such as the heart, lungs, muscles and so on. At the same time, changes are also experienced in the spiritual/mental field, namely increasing the ability to observe, remember, feel, and so on, in line with the physical growth mentioned above, so that a healthy soul will develop in accordance with healthy physical growth as well. The research method is by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article. The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing early childhood development. The research results show that the conclusions of the factors that influence the development of western and Islamic psychological perspectives are heredity, environment and God's provisions. In western psychology, emphasis is placed on factors such as heredity and environment in understanding individual development, while in Islamic psychology, the factor of Allah's provisions is also considered very important.  

poverty is an important indicator to see the increase and decrease in Economic Growth, Population Growth, and also Inflation in eastern Aceh including Aceh Tamiang, East Aceh, Langsa. The purpose of this study is to see or analyze economic growth, population growth, and inflation in eastern Aceh for the 2011-2020 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data processing tool used is Eviews 12. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data and is a form of time series data. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The results of data analysis in the study showed that economic growth had a positive and significant effect on poverty in eastern Aceh, population growth had a negative and significant effect on poverty in eastern Aceh, and inflation had a negative and insignificant effect on poverty in eastern Aceh. And the F test (simultaneous) shows that Economic Growth, Population Growth, and Inflation have a significant effect on poverty.

One of the sciences, technologies and arts that is in line with the demands of the times and demands in the industrial world, is technical drawing using the AutoCAD program.  Based on the specific objectives of Vocational Secondary Education (SMK) according to Law No. 20 of 2003 it is necessary to carry out AutoCAD training for vocational school students.. The methods used in this community service are teaching and practice methods. The result of community service is that partners gain a level of understanding in AutoCAD theory as well as the use of AutoCAD applications in building structures. This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test with the value from 35% to 65% after the introduction and training of AutoCAD.  

The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in the world based on data from the World Health Organization, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2016 reached 289,000 people, divided into several countries, including the United States reaching 9,300 people, North Africa 179,000 people and Southeast Asia 16,000 soul. Approximately 80% of maternal deaths are the result of increased complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after delivery. Causes of maternal death include postpartum hemorrhage, eclampsia, prolonged labor and sepsis. One of the causes of maternal death is prolonged labor with an average number in the world of 8% and in Indonesia it is 9%. The general aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with the incidence of prolonged labor in women giving birth at the Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital in 2023. Prolonged labor is a situation where the latent phase occurs for more than 8 hours or labor lasts more than 12 hours with the baby not yet being born. On a partograph, labor that is not progressing is indicated by cervical dilatation above the alert line (right side) in the active phase. The pathophysiology of prolonged labor is closely related to the concept of functional stages of labor which explains the physiological goals of labor. There are three functional stages of labor, namely the preparatory division, the opening/dilatation stage and the pelvic division. This research uses a quantitative type of research using retrospective research. The design of this research was carried out using a cross sectional approach. The sample in the study was women giving birth who experienced a long labor at Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital in 2023. The proportion of respondents who had a long labor due to a weak vagina < 20' was 12 (40%), respondents who had a long labor due to CPD with In the No CPD category, there were 13 (43.3%) respondents who did not give birth for a long time due to their weight, with the weight category > 4000 grams being 12 (40%). The results (p value = 0.030 < 0.05) which means that this research shows that there is a significant relationship between His, CPD and Baby's Weight with Long Parturition at Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital. Basically, learning is a process carried out by teachers and students to create changes in the behavior of individual students. Changes that occur as a result of learning can take place in various forms, such as skills, habits, attitudes, acceptance, or appreciation, which include aspects of self-state, knowledge, or individual actions. In line with professional responsibility as a teacher, it is important for them to always prepare everything related to the learning program in carrying out learning activities. This assessment aims to find out the ability to choose and determine learning materials. This is a challenge for both teachers and learners. The research method applied in this paper is a qualitative method, suitable for investigating conditions or situations in an educational context. The literature study approach is used to collect information from various sources such as books and journals, which aim to support and complement the discussion. This objective must be in line with the competency standards and basic competencies that learners want to achieve. Therefore, the selected learning materials must really support the achievement of the basic competency standards and indicators that have been set. In the selection of learning materials, it is necessary to consider the type, scope, sequence, and way of presenting the material. Success is influenced by factors such as learning structure, student motivation, teacher expectations, classroom questions, and time optimization Finally, the discussion of character education includes the selection of a character education model that suits the school situation and delivery methods that are in line with the model. Methods such as modeling, active student participation, democracy, co-discovery, and hands-on learning are described as ways to deliver character education to students.

The aim of this research is to analyze the determinants of poverty, including economic growth, human development index (HDI), and Gini index. in West Java province 2008-2022. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data and is a form of time series data. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, economic growth has a partial positive and insignificant effect on the level of poverty in West Java province, while HDI has a partial negative and insignificant effect on poverty in West Java province and the Gini index has a partial negative and significant effect on poverty in West Java province. Simultaneously, economic growth, HDI and Gini index have a significant effect on poverty levels.

This research is motivated by the decline in student character, one of the causes of which is the education system which is considered to prioritize knowledge and ignores character values ​​which must be instilled from an early age by students in line with the development of increasingly modern times, namely 4.0. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which aims to determine efforts to instill the character of love for the homeland in students as well as the role of teachers and school principals in instilling the value of the character of love for the homeland in students. The research subjects were students, teachers and school principals. The research methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there is implementation of the character values ​​of love for the country in students at SD Negeri 100960 Aek Bayur according to the indicators of love for the country and being proud of being Indonesian, respecting differences, prioritizing the public interest and appreciating the services of heroes. The results of the research also show that in instilling the character value of love for one's country in students at SD Negeri 100960 Aek Bayur there are obstacles in its implementation.
