Nurses' caring behavior is a fundamental element in quality healthcare services. However, pressures such as high workload and burnout can hinder its implementation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and burnout on the caring behavior of nurses in the Inpatient Ward of “X” Hospital. The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design, involving 96 practicing nurses through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using the Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) questionnaire, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and a caring behavior questionnaire based on Jean Watson's theory. The results showed that the workload (p<0.001) and burnout (p<0.001) variables have a significant negative relationship with caring behavior. Logistic regression analysis identified workload as the more dominant factor influencing caring behavior. Simultaneously, these two independent variables could explain 57.9% of the variance in nurses' caring behavior. This study concludes that an increase in workload and burnout levels significantly decreases nurses' caring behavior, making workload management a priority intervention to improve the quality of nursing care.

This Field Work Practice (KKL) was conducted at Delastra Farm Yogyakarta with the objective of analyzing the implementation of marketing strategies to increase sales in the livestock sector. The research employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews with the business owner, and documentation review. Findings reveal that Delastra Farm adopts integrated marketing strategies combining online promotion, offline promotion, and community networking. The application of Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) as well as the Marketing Mix (product, price, place, promotion) has significantly enhanced consumer trust and strengthened the farm’s market position. Peak sales were recorded during Eid al-Adha, supported by stock increases, intensive promotions, and delivery services that meet customer expectations. Supporting factors include product quality, the credibility of the owner as both practitioner and academic, and varied promotional strategies across digital and traditional platforms. However, the farm faces several challenges, such as limited capital, fluctuating feed prices, and intense competition within the livestock market. This study highlights the importance of digital marketing adoption, customer relationship management, and product diversification to reduce seasonal risks. The practical implication is that effective marketing strategies can improve not only sales performance but also long-term brand positioning for local livestock businesses. Theoretically, this activity demonstrates the relevance of applying marketing management concepts to micro and small-scale enterprises in the agricultural sector. Strategic recommendations include strengthening digital presence through social media and marketplaces, expanding partnerships with restaurants and religious institutions, and exploring external funding to support sustainable business growth.

Sleep is a fundamental human need that plays a crucial role in maintaining both physical and mental health. Poor sleep quality can trigger a variety of health problems, ranging from decreased concentration to an increased risk of chronic diseases. The complexity of factors influencing sleep quality—such as stress levels, heart rate, blood pressure, physical activity, and lifestyle—makes its assessment difficult through direct observation alone. Therefore, data mining approaches are increasingly utilized to identify relevant patterns in sleep-related data. This study aims to compare the performance of the C4.5 (Decision Tree) algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm in predicting sleep quality using the Sleep Health and Lifestyle dataset, which contains information from 374 respondents. The research method applied is a quantitative comparative approach employing classification techniques with 10-fold cross-validation to ensure robust evaluation. Model performance is assessed using accuracy, precision, and recall metrics to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of each algorithm. The findings indicate that the C4.5 algorithm achieves an accuracy of 96.26% and offers advantages in terms of interpretability through its decision tree visualization, enabling easier understanding of variable relationships. In contrast, the Naïve Bayes algorithm demonstrates superior predictive performance, achieving an accuracy of 98.66% along with consistently high precision and recall across nearly all classes. These results suggest that Naïve Bayes is more effective for predictive tasks involving sleep quality, while C4.5 remains highly valuable when the goal is to interpret variable interactions and decision rules. Overall, this research highlights the potential of data mining techniques in health informatics, particularly in improving the understanding and prediction of sleep quality, which in turn can contribute to better prevention and management of sleep-related health issues.
