Quality education services are closely linked to the effectiveness of financial and asset governance within local government institutions. This study aims to explore in depth the strategic role of the Finance and Assets Subdivision in enhancing the effectiveness of education services under the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis was carried out following the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the Finance Subdivision plays a critical role in needs-based budget planning, ensuring that financial allocations align with educational priorities and policies. It manages key funding sources such as School Operational Assistance (BOS) and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) with a focus on transparency, accountability, and timely reporting. Meanwhile, the Asset Subdivision contributes through systematic recording, equitable distribution, and optimal utilization of regional property. These responsibilities are supported by regular training programs and consistent monitoring to ensure that facilities remain functional and beneficial for educational purposes. The implementation of integrated digital management systems, such as SIMDA, SIKD, and SIPKD, has significantly improved data accuracy, accessibility, and overall management efficiency. These systems allow for more transparent governance and facilitate informed decision-making at the institutional level. The study concludes that the active and coordinated role of the Finance and Assets Subdivision forms a strong foundation for professional, efficient, and sustainable education governance. The findings suggest that strengthening human resource capacity, enhancing interdepartmental coordination, and further integrating digital information systems are essential strategies to improve the quality and equity of education services in the region. Such improvements will contribute to achieving better educational outcomes and fostering public trust in government-managed education services.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing passenger satisfaction at airports through three main perspectives: service, technology, and operations. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition between airports in providing an optimal travel experience amidst the development of the aviation industry and the increasing passenger demands for service quality. This study uses a literature study approach by analyzing ten selected scientific journals that specifically discuss airport service quality from various perspectives. The results of the study indicate that the service perspective, specifically those encompassing SERVQUAL dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibles, has a significant contribution in shaping the perception and satisfaction of airport service users. The technology perspective also plays a significant role, particularly through the implementation of self-services such as self-check-in, Flight Information Display Sistem (FIDS), e-gates, and digital service applications that simplify the travel process. One of the studies analyzed shows that the application of technology can contribute up to 96.8% to user satisfaction, indicating the significant role of digitalization in this industry. From the operational side, factors such as speed of service at the check-in counter, queue time management, completeness and cleanliness of public facilities, and ease of access to the terminal have an equally important influence. These findings underscore that passenger satisfaction is influenced not only by service quality at the point of direct interaction, but also by the smoothness of the overall operational flow. The study's conclusions emphasize the importance of integrating these three perspectives in strategic planning for airport service improvement.

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are critical indicators in assessing the quality of public health services. In 2024, both MMR and IMR in Lamongan Regency remained relatively high, indicating the need for strengthened health interventions. Health workers, especially midwives, play a vital role in improving maternal and child health. One of the government’s strategies to reduce maternal and infant mortality is expanding midwife service coverage at primary health facilities and ensuring the presence of village midwives as the frontline providers across the region. Village midwives are expected to meet established service standards to ensure the quality of maternal and child health care. Service effectiveness and efficiency are commonly measured through indicators such as first antenatal visit coverage (K1), fourth antenatal visit coverage (K4), postpartum visit coverage (KF3), and delivery assistance by health workers. However, in Lamongan Regency, the performance of village midwives has not been optimal, with several indicators falling short of set performance targets. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of village midwives in Lamongan Regency in 2025. The research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design. The study population comprised all village midwives in Lamongan Regency, with a sample of 80 respondents selected randomly. The independent variable in this study was the quality of work life, while the dependent variable was village midwife performance. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. The results showed no significant relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of village midwives in Lamongan Regency in 2025. These findings suggest that other factors beyond work life quality may influence midwives’ performance.

Archives, as information recorded in various media, including cassette tapes, hold significant historical, cultural, and commercial value. These materials are classified as audiovisual archives. Among them, cassette tapes containing national and international songs form part of the collection at the Museum Musik Indonesia, located in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. As a self-managed museum run by a community of music enthusiasts, the Museum Musik Indonesia provides public access to information about its song collections. Given the large number of cassette tapes preserved, an effective information arrangement system is essential. This study recommends the use of a geographical classification system to organize the collection. Archive data is entered into a database using Microsoft Excel, allowing for structured cataloging and easier retrieval. This research employs a qualitative method, involving interviews with several informants from the Museum Musik Indonesia. The findings indicate that applying a geographical classification system in organizing cassette tape archives significantly improves the museum’s management capabilities. This system facilitates the rediscovery of archived items, enhances organization, and supports accurate record-keeping. Furthermore, electronic storage of archive information reduces the risk of data loss and ensures long-term preservation. The implementation of this arrangement not only benefits internal management but also enhances the quality of service provided to museum visitors. By enabling quicker and more accurate access to the collection, the museum can offer a richer and more engaging visitor experience. This study demonstrates that systematic archival practices, even when implemented with accessible tools like Microsoft Excel, can yield substantial benefits in cultural heritage preservation. The approach can serve as a reference for other small-scale or community-based museums seeking efficient, low-cost methods for managing and safeguarding their archival assets.

An auction is an open sales mechanism that provides the public with the opportunity to acquire goods or assets through the highest bid. This process begins with an official announcement and is carried out transparently. In line with the development of information technology and efforts to modernize public services, the Indonesian government issued Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 122 of 2023 concerning Auction Implementation Guidelines. This regulation aims to update and simplify the auction process with a digital approach to make it more effective, efficient, and reach the wider community. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PMK 122/2023 at the Surakarta State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) and identify obstacles encountered in its implementation. The research method used is a juridical-empirical with a qualitative approach, where primary data was obtained through interviews with auction officials and related staff at the Surakarta KPKNL, while secondary data was collected from regulations, official documents, and legal literature. The research results show that the implementation of PMK 122/2023 has had a positive impact on improving the quality of auction services through digitalization, such as the implementation of an e-Auction system, the provision of e-Auction Corner facilities, and the use of other information technology to facilitate public access. Based on Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal implementation, the success of policy implementation is influenced by factors such as legal substance, law enforcement officers, and the legal culture of the community. The Surakarta KPKNL (National Public Service Agency) is considered successful in increasing efficiency, accountability, and service satisfaction to the community. However, obstacles remain in its implementation, such as disputes over ownership of auction objects, resistance to occupants' evictions, and technical and administrative challenges in using online systems. This research recommends the need for inter-agency synergy, strengthening complementary regulations, and public education to support the smooth and sustainable implementation of digital-based auctions.

Technological developments have penetrated various sectors of life, including in the transportation and communication lines in Indonesia. KAI Access is a digital service issued by PT Kereta Api Indonesia in the form of an application. This application is present as a strategic innovation to improve the convenience and comfort of customers in accessing various train services, from ticket bookings, schedule information, to cancellations and refunds. However, from the complaint data submitted by customers, there are two biggest problems that are often experienced, namely related to responsiveness and action from KAI Access which is considered slow in handling user complaints and technical problems. When quick response services are not accompanied by concrete settlement actions, customer trust tends to decline. This research is based on service theory with a service quality and excellent service approach, where the variables of responsiveness and action are the main focus in the analysis of customer loyalty. Using a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies, the respondents in this study were KAI Access users from the Edan Sepur train loving community. The results showed that the action variable had a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, while the responsiveness variable did not have a significant influence directly. An important conclusion from this study is that in the context of digital applications such as KAI Access, customers prioritize concrete problem solving rather than just quick response. Therefore, PT KAI needs to strengthen concrete actions in handling complaints to increase long-term loyalty. Therefore, PT KAI needs to strengthen concrete actions in handling complaints to increase long-term loyalty, especially in the era of digitalization of public services that continues to grow rapidly.

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) represents a major advancement in health information systems, playing a vital role in improving service efficiency, data security, and the quality of medical documentation. This study utilizes a literature review approach to assess EMR implementation in hospitals by analyzing findings from 20 relevant journals. Literature sources were obtained from indexed national scientific publications, with a focus on the benefits, challenges, and critical success factors of EMR adoption. The results reveal that EMR use can enhance service efficiency by up to 40%, expedite medical decision-making, and increase the accuracy of patient data. Additionally, EMR reduces the risk of data loss, facilitates coordination among healthcare professionals, and supports more effective integration of medical information. Despite these benefits, EMR implementation encounters several challenges, such as inadequate technological infrastructure, resistance from some healthcare personnel toward digital systems, and the need for ongoing training to ensure optimal use. If not addressed properly, these barriers may limit the system’s effectiveness. Key factors influencing successful implementation include strong management commitment, early involvement of end-users during the planning phase, and system flexibility to meet specific clinical requirements. Therefore, EMR implementation should adopt a holistic approach that integrates human resource readiness, technological capacity, and clear regulatory frameworks. With well-structured strategies, consistent institutional support, and comprehensive training programs, EMR has the potential to be a driving force in the digital transformation of healthcare. This transformation can lead to sustainable improvements in service quality, patient data security, and operational efficiency in hospital settings.

Voter education is an important instrument in realizing a quality and sustainable democracy. Through the process of voter education socialization, it is hoped that the public can understand in depth their rights and obligations in the implementation of elections, as well as encourage active and responsible participation in the democratic process. Citizen participation in democratic social life must be based on adequate knowledge, critical reflection, and awareness of the rights and responsibilities as voters. A good understanding of the effectiveness of voter education socialization can shape a critical, rational, and independent attitude in exercising the right to vote, thereby strengthening the foundations of a clean and integrity-based democracy. This community service was carried out in the Selogiri District, Wonogiri Regency, with the aim of providing political education to the public regarding the importance of participation in the 2024 simultaneous regional head elections. Through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the community was actively involved as subjects in the activity process, not just as objects receiving information. Community service activities are carried out by integrating outreach into various village events, aimed at attracting residents to attend, interact, and directly discuss local political issues and forms of participation in the regional elections. Through these activities, it is hoped that the community will have a more comprehensive understanding of the importance of their role in determining the direction of regional policy through the regional elections. This education is also expected to raise awareness to vote based on conscience, without intervention or negative influences such as money politics, which has been a major challenge in every election at both the central and regional levels.

Tax compliance refers to the behavior and actions of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. High tax compliance is crucial to ensuring the smooth flow of state funding, particularly in the motor vehicle sector. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of tax sanctions, tax socialization, and service quality on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Denpasar City. The research method used was accidental sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to motor vehicle taxpayers, and the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that tax sanctions, tax socialization, and service quality have a positive influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Denpasar City. Specifically, the higher the public's understanding of tax sanctions and socialization conducted by the authorities, as well as the better the quality of service provided, the higher the level of taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their tax obligations. This study also shows a strong relationship between these variables in improving tax compliance. The theoretical implications of this study indicate that attribution theory and compliance theory can empirically support the idea that external factors such as sanctions and service quality, as well as educational processes through socialization, play a significant role in improving tax compliance. The practical implications of this study provide broader insights for researchers, the government, and related parties, and serve as a useful reference for stakeholders or future researchers interested in similar topics.

Population administration services at the village level often face various challenges, such as technological limitations, lack of outreach, and low digital literacy among the community. These conditions hinder the provision of fast and efficient services, particularly in the KTP (National Identity Card) issuance process. Therefore, innovation in services is needed, one of which is the implementation of digital KTPs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital KTP services in Kelong Village, Bintan Pesisir District, Bintan Regency. This service is part of the government's efforts to digitize population administration, which is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of public services at the village level. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory used for analysis is the policy implementation theory of Van Horn and Van Meter, which involves six main indicators. The results show that the digital KTP service in Kelong Village has been implemented since 2022 and provides convenience for the community, especially in terms of service speed and the friendly attitude of village officials. The community feels that obtaining their KTPs is faster than the previous manual procedure. Furthermore, village officials demonstrated a friendly and helpful attitude during the service process, enhancing the community's positive experience. However, this study also identified several challenges in implementing digital ID card services, such as a lack of public awareness regarding the procedures and benefits of digital ID cards. Limited technological devices and unstable internet connections also hampered smooth service delivery. Furthermore, low levels of digital literacy in the community made it difficult for some to access the service effectively.

The Law on State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) by the Indonesian House of Representatives on February 4, 2025 has been ratified, and then signed by President Prabowo Subianto on February 24, 2025, destroying the concept of who the state administrators are as regulated in Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of a Clean State Free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism.Law No. 1 of 2025 concerning BUMN, places the directors, commissioners, and supervisors of the state-owned company not as state administrators. This means that the Corruption Eradication Commission or KPK can no longer handle law enforcement in BUMN if corruption occurs, except for the Police, Prosecutor's Office and BPK (supervision), as stated in Article 3X of Law No. 1 of 2025, which states that: "The Agency's organs and employees are not state administrators. It is emphasized again in Article 9G: Members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Supervisory Board of BUMN are not state administrators". Meanwhile, financial supervision is still carried out by the Audit Board as stated in Article 3K: Audit of the management and financial responsibility of the Agency is carried out by the Audit Board. Although in the KPK Law, it is stated in Article 11 paragraph (1) that: "In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 6 letter e, the Corruption Eradication Commission has the authority to conduct investigations, inquiries, and prosecutions against Corruption Crimes that: a. involve law enforcement officers, State Administrators, and other people related to Corruption Crimes committed by law enforcement officers or State Administrators; and/or b. involve state losses of at least IDR 1,000,000,000.00 (one billion rupiah)".Therefore, the Law Order, the KPK must submit and obey to carry it out, because the Law (UU) functions as a basic or principal rule for organizing the state, regulating society, a tool to limit power, and as a means of social renewal. The Law also functions to regulate life in society, the nation, and the state and is expected to be able to resolve various problems that exist in society. In fact, the impact of corruption in BUMN is no joke. The destruction of economic growth, state and community income can be disrupted which results in direct state losses, but leads to the potential for increasing poverty and the loss of the government's safety net in the form of declining quality of public services and investor confidence in Indonesia, etc.

According to Law Number 6 of 2023, which stipulates a maximum of 40 working hours per week, a survey conducted by the Kompas Daily Data Journalism Team reveals that the average working hours of lecturers in Indonesia reach 69.64 hours per week throughout 2024. This data highlights a significant discrepancy between the legal provisions and the reality of lecturers' workloads. Despite the law setting limits, many lecturers at Indonesian state universities are facing workloads that far exceed the stipulated working hours. These workloads consist of teaching responsibilities, research, community service, campus administration, and even side jobs, making it clear that the working conditions for lecturers are far from ideal. Moreover, the low salaries, especially for lecturers in private universities, have severe implications not only on individual welfare but also on the broader educational system. The low income of lecturers contributes to a looming teaching crisis on campus, which will inevitably affect the quality of education and lecturer performance. This crisis is further reflected in public sentiment. Google Trend data shows a sharp increase in searches for the phrase "don't be a lecturer," reaching a peak of 100 at the end of January 2025, indicating a growing disillusionment with the profession. In addition, a staggering 76.5% of lecturers have side jobs outside of their academic duties. The most common side jobs include consulting (32.4%), teaching (18.9%), research (16.2%), and writing (2.7%). A smaller percentage (5.41%) are engaged in informal work, such as being online motorcycle taxi drivers. These figures reveal the heavy burden on lecturers to seek additional income, which ultimately compromises their focus and performance in their primary academic roles.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) Unit in supervising landside facilities at Minangkabau International Airport. Landside facilities include passenger terminals, drop-off areas, parking lots, and other public spaces that serve as key interaction points between airport services and users. Effective supervision of these areas is essential to ensure safety, comfort, and order within the airport environment. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this research, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with TIS personnel and related stakeholders, as well as documentation analysis of existing regulations and supervision procedures. The findings reveal that the TIS Unit plays a strategic role in maintaining service quality and the security of landside facilities. This role is carried out through regular monitoring activities, early detection of potential disruptions, and the handling of various violations in public areas. However, the implementation of TIS duties still faces several challenges. These include limited personnel, which restricts comprehensive supervision of all areas; slow response from relevant units when operational issues are reported; and low discipline and compliance among service users, which further complicates enforcement efforts. To enhance the effectiveness of supervision, this study proposes several recommendations. These include strengthening inter-unit coordination within the airport, providing ongoing training for TIS personnel to improve competency and responsiveness, and implementing an integrated digital reporting system to streamline reporting and follow-up processes. Such measures are expected to support more optimal and sustainable supervision of landside facilities at the airport.

This study aims to examine the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Perceived Organizational Commitment (POC), and employee performance in a state-owned enterprise in Indonesia. In the context of growing public expectations for improved service quality, organizations are challenged to enhance employee performance not only in formal roles but also in discretionary behaviors. Based on Social Exchange Theory (SET), this research proposes that POS and POC can affect performance both directly and indirectly through OCB. Data were collected through a census of 138 permanent employees at PT Jasa Raharja, East Java Branch. The analysis employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypothesized relationships. The findings show that POS has a significant positive influence on both OCB and employee performance. On the other hand, POC significantly influences OCB but does not have a direct impact on performance. The results also reveal that OCB plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between POS and performance, while it acts as a full mediator in the relationship between POC and performance. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering OCB within the organization to optimize the impact of support and commitment on employee performance. Encouraging voluntary, extra-role behaviors can bridge the gap between how employees perceive organizational treatment and how they perform. The study suggests practical implications for human resource management in public sector institutions. Policies should focus on building a supportive and engaging work climate that enhances affective commitment and acknowledges employee contributions beyond formal duties. Doing so will not only improve individual performance but also contribute to broader organizational effectiveness in a competitive and service-oriented environment.

Hypertension is a condition characterized by elevated blood pressure, where the systolic pressure exceeds 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure exceeds 90 mmHg. If not properly treated, hypertension can lead to severe complications, increased morbidity, and even mortality. This condition occurs when the heart works harder than usual to pump blood (systolic) and the blood flow returning to the heart (diastolic) also experiences increased pressure. One of the efforts to prevent the progression of hypertension from a primary to a secondary stage is through non-pharmacological treatments. One such treatment includes the use of natural remedies like celery leaves. Celery leaves contain active compounds such as flavonoids and potassium that are believed to help lower blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and increasing the excretion of sodium through urine. This community service activity was carried out in Purwodadi Village and aimed to increase public awareness, especially among families, regarding hypertension and its non-pharmacological management using natural ingredients that are easy to find and affordable. The method used involved health education through counseling and direct demonstrations of how to prepare and consume celery leaf boiled water. Participants were actively involved in learning how to select, clean, boil, and properly consume the celery leaf water as a herbal drink. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in community knowledge and understanding related to hypertension and the benefits of using celery leaves as a traditional remedy. It is hoped that after this activity, the local community will be able to independently apply this knowledge and routinely use boiled celery water as a preventive measure to maintain normal blood pressure and reduce the risk of complications. This effort is part of promotive and preventive health services to improve the quality of life and promote a healthy lifestyle at the village level.
