The construction industry is one of the sectors that has a significant impact on environmental damage due to high energy consumption, exploitation of natural resources, and carbon emissions. In response to these challenges, this study aims to analyze the potential for implementing sustainable construction materials to support the development of green infrastructure. Using qualitative methods through literature studies, documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews, this study evaluates the advantages, challenges, and economic and environmental impacts of various innovative materials, such as foam glass, green wall systems, bamboo composites, eco-cement, and mycelium-based blocks. The results show that these materials are able to reduce carbon emissions, increase building energy efficiency, and offer long-term cost savings. Mycelium-based blocks, in particular, are recorded as the most effective material in reducing construction costs by up to 25% and CO₂ emissions by 250 kg per project. However, the implementation of sustainable materials in Indonesia still faces obstacles such as cost, material availability, and technical regulations. Therefore, synergy is needed between the government, academics, and industry in encouraging research, preparing technical standards, and public awareness campaigns to expand the adoption of environmentally friendly materials in the national construction sector.

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are a serious health challenge in Indonesia, especially in Setiajaya Village, where low public awareness of NCD risk factors makes the condition worse. This study aims to increase public knowledge and awareness regarding NCDs through the "GEMPITA" program which teaches the use of organic waste to grow Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). The community service method was used, involving planning, direct education, and pre-test and post-test based evaluation. The results showed a significant increase in participant understanding (p-value = 0.001) with 92% of participants showing increased knowledge. Enthusiasm and active interaction during the education session were indicators of success. These results suggest that the use of waste for TOGA can be implemented as a community step in preventing NCDs. The implications of this study point to the importance of expanding this education program to other areas and involving various stakeholders so that the impact is more significant.

Effective urban spatial planning is a key element in supporting sustainable urban development. Tangerang, as one of the rapidly growing urban areas, faces significant challenges due to conflicts between increasing population density and the need for green spaces as ecological balancing elements. This study aims to analyze the issues of urban spatial planning in Tangerang, focusing on the factors driving the conflict between population density and the provision of green spaces. A qualitative approach was used, involving secondary data analysis from urban spatial planning documents, government policies, and relevant literature reviews. The findings indicate that high urbanization rates, discrepancies in the implementation of spatial planning policies, and low public awareness of the importance of green spaces are the primary factors exacerbating the problem. Additionally, the lack of green spaces has negative impacts on environmental quality, such as rising urban temperatures, increased flooding, and a decline in residents' quality of life. As a solution, this study recommends integrating spatial planning strategies based on ecological approaches, including optimizing zoning policies, developing vertical gardens in densely populated areas, and enhancing community participation in green space conservation. These findings are expected to contribute to more sustainable urban spatial planning in Tangerang and other cities facing similar challenges.

Law No. 12 of 2006 on Indonesian Citizenship is a significant step in citizenship law reform, responding to the challenges of globalization and international mobility. This law adopts the jus sanguinis principle as the basis for determining citizenship, with limited application of jus soli to prevent statelessness. Children born from mixed marriages between Indonesian and foreign nationals are allowed dual citizenship until they reach the age of 18. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Law No. 12 of 2006 in the contemporary social and political context, and to identify the challenges that arise in its application. The research employs qualitative analysis and literature reviews from academic journals and empirical data. The findings reveal challenges such as complex bureaucratic procedures, lack of public awareness of citizenship rights and obligations, and inadequate protection for Indonesian citizens abroad. It is recommended that administrative procedures be simplified through digitalization, citizenship education be enhanced, and the protection of Indonesian citizens overseas be strengthened. These improvements are expected to enable the law to be implemented more effectively and to better respond to the needs of Indonesian citizens in the global era.

Since 2017, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency has been tasked by President Joko Widodo to complete land registration across Indonesia by 2025 through the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL). Based on Ministerial Regulation ATR/BPN Number 12 of 2017, updated with Number 6 of 2018, this program aims to provide legal certainty and protection of land rights for the community. However, many people, especially in North Gorontalo Regency, still do not understand how to obtain land certificates due to a lack of information and education about PTSL. This research aims to explore government policies that provide land ownership certificates as legal protection for the community. Better coordination is needed between local governments and the Ministry of ATR/BPN to raise public awareness of the importance of land certificates, which not only guarantee ownership but can also be utilized as business capital. The PTSL program is expected to improve community welfare and reduce land disputes. Research findings indicate that public understanding in North Gorontalo Regency remains low, with obstacles such as a lack of information, complicated procedures, and limited access. Government policies need to include regulatory simplification and increased transparency as well as public services.

This study explores the social perceptions of dual citizenship in Indonesia from the perspectives of both Indonesian citizens and non-citizens, and compares these views with practices in other countries. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research utilizes in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and surveys to gather data from diverse stakeholders. The findings reveal that in Indonesia, dual citizenship is often perceived as a threat to national identity and unity, primarily due to concerns about divided loyalties. Conversely, non-citizens view dual citizenship as advantageous for accessing various services and opportunities. Comparative analysis with countries such as Germany and Canada shows that dual citizenship policies can be accepted and even considered beneficial for social integration and international relations. Based on these findings, policy recommendations include reforming citizenship laws, adjusting legal and regulatory frameworks, enhancing public awareness, providing support for individuals with dual citizenship, and conducting further research to explore the long-term impacts of dual citizenship.

Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax is one of the main sources of State revenue for development financing. In the implementation of PBB-P2 collection, there are still many people who are not aware of the rights and obligations in paying taxes, this is due to the fact that there is still very low public awareness and knowledge in paying taxes. Public awareness as taxpayers in paying taxes will increase if there is an understanding of taxes in society. This research is an empirical legal research where data is obtained directly from the research location. Two types and sources of data are used, namely: primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique uses interview guidelines and literature/journal studies. The results of this study show that: (1). Taxpayer income in Fatululi Village is still very low in taxpayer awareness, economic conditions and the influence of Covid-19. (2). The government's countermeasures are still lacking in socialization or counseling to the taxpayer community.
