Makassar STIM-LPI Management Science Study Program (supervised by Fausiah, S.E., M.Si. and Andi Herman Tellu, S.E., M.M.). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Asset (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Price to Book Value (PBV) at BUMN banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange both partially and simultaneously. Price to Book Value (PBV) is the dependent variable (Y), and three independent variables (X) are used, namely Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Asset (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Saturated sampling was used to obtain secondary data from a population of 4 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Descriptive statistics and classical assumptions, such as multicollinearity assumption and heteroscedasticity assumption, have been tested in relation to the research findings. The data analysis approach uses panel data regression, hypothesis testing, and the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) test. The partially tested study results show that while non-performing loans (NPLs) do not affect price to book value (PBV) significantly, there are return on assets (ROA) and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) that do. The findings of this study also simultaneously show that PBV is significantly affected by NPL, ROA, and CAR.

This research aims to create a clean and beautiful environment in Hutanamora Village through gotong royong activities, which increase the value of togetherness and care for the environment. The research used a participatory approach that actively involved the village community in the planning, implementation and evaluation of events. Environmental cleaning, waste management, and greening of the village's strategic areas were the focus of the gotong royong program. The results showed that gotong royong not only improved the cleanliness and beauty of the environment but also increased the sense of unity and cooperation among residents. In addition, the community is increasingly aware of the importance of protecting the environment. So, gotong royong is a great solution to make the environment clean and beautiful. It also builds the character of a community that cares and is responsible for environmental sustainability.

Concern for the environment is the responsibility of all parties, both the community, government and related parties. Greening activities are activities to maintain a good environment and provide a good impression of health, beauty and prosperity. Greening activities are carried out using participatory methods involving students and the school. The results of this activity illustrate that this program is not only successful in utilizing abandoned land or making the environment more beautiful, but also successfully increasing the ties of friendship between students and all important elements in the school. The design of the program activities and efforts that have been made by students are expected to provide maximum benefits to the community in the school environment.

With the growth of technological innovation and the shift of the digital era in various aspects of industry, the younger generation is faced with major challenges in preparing themselves for the technology-based world of work. This study focuses on Kreavoks, a digital agency that provides services such as digital skills training, SEO-optimized website creation, and branding kit design. The purpose of this study is to explore how Kreavoks develops its digital services to prepare the younger generation with the skills needed to face the challenges of Industry 4.0. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study analyzes the strategies implemented by Kreavoks in integrating technology, branding, and marketing to improve the digital capabilities of the younger generation. The research findings show that Kreavoks' training program improves participants' technical skills and deepens their understanding of digital branding and SEO. Despite its success, challenges such as differences in technological understanding and limited infrastructure remain obstacles. This study has an impact on the development of digital services that can prepare the younger generation to face the demands of Industry 4.0.

ABSTRACT In the digital era, technological advancements have transformed the coaching landscape, requiring coaches to develop more adaptive and innovative skills. This research discusses various innovative approaches that can be used to enhance coaches' competencies, particularly through the utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and e-learning platforms. The focus of this research is on how technology can enhance training effectiveness, program personalization, and better communication between coaches and athletes. Although technology offers many benefits, this research also highlights the challenges faced, including issues of digital literacy and the balance between personal interaction and the use of digital tools. With the wise adoption of technology, coaches can enhance training quality and optimize athlete performance amidst the increasingly complex changes in the sports environment. ABSTRAK Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap kepelatihan, menuntut pelatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih, terutama melalui pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform e-learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan, personalisasi program, serta komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pelatih dan atlet. Meskipun teknologi menawarkan banyak manfaat, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah literasi digital dan keseimbangan antara interaksi personal dengan penggunaan alat digital. Dengan adopsi teknologi yang bijaksana, pelatih dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan mengoptimalkan performa atlet di tengah perubahan lingkungan olahraga yang semakin kompleks.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pemimpin wanita dalam pendidikan Islam, khususnya di Madrasah Aliyah, yang sering dihadapkan pada stereotip gender dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif oleh Dwi Lisa Yudhistira, S.Pd., di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah dan memahami dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan di madrasah tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Dwi Lisa, yang berfokus pada visi, inspirasi, dan motivasi, berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan kolaboratif. Pendekatan partisipatifnya meningkatkan kolaborasi dan rasa memiliki di antara guru, staf, dan siswa. Meskipun menghadapi stereotip gender, Dwi Lisa mampu mengatasinya melalui konsistensi kinerja dan inovasi, termasuk integrasi teknologi dan diversifikasi program ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis tentang peran kepemimpinan wanita dalam pendidikan Islam dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi lain dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang efektif dan inklusif.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of financial literacy in improving the economic well-being of individuals and the community as a whole, with a specific emphasis on the residents of Jambur Padang Matinggi. The ability to understand and use various financial skills, such as budgeting, investing, and personal financial management, is referred to as financial literacy. This study emphasizes the relationship between better economic stability and higher financial literacy among community members. According to information gathered through surveys and interviews, individuals with greater financial knowledge are more capable of making sound financial decisions, which in turn leads to increased savings and investments in local businesses. Furthermore, the results indicate that financial literacy programs can have a significant impact on overall community growth by encouraging saving habits and borrowing money wisely. The study underscores the importance of integrating financial literacy programs into community development strategies, especially in rural areas where financial education resources are limited. Therefore, enhancing financial knowledge emerges as a crucial component in improving the prosperity of both individuals and communities.

Pada penelitian ini merupakan mendeskripsikan kesalahan teks pidato karya mahasiswa semester III Prodi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam, STIDKI NU Indramayu, pada aspek sistematika, kesesuaian isi dengan tujuan, dan penggunaan bahasa. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan deskripsi analisis teks pidato yang melibatkan; (1) sistematika teks pidato, (2) kesesuaian isi dengan tujuan pidato, (3) penggunaan bahasa dalam teks pidato, (4) Kriteria teks pidato yang baik, dan (5) Kemampuan menulis teks pidato yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa kesalahan-kesalahan pada tulisan teks pidato mahasiswa semester III Prodi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam, STIDKI NU Indramayu tetap sangat signifikan. Kesalahan yang terdapat dari hasil tulisan mahasiswa semester III, secara garis besar melingkupi, sistematika penulisan teks pidato, aspek kebahasaan, tujuan dari pidato dan isi teks pidato yang kurang memperhatikan unsur kebenaran, sehingga kualitas dari isi pidato sangat rendah.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic values and human rights (HR) at SMA Syekh Abdul Qodir Al Jailani Rangkang Probolinggo, based on the perspectives of the Qur’an and Hadith. The primary focus of this research is to identify how Islamic teachings, emphasizing justice, tolerance, and respect for individual rights, are applied in the educational environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that SMA Syekh Abdul Qodir Al Jailani successfully implements Islamic principles in its curriculum to instill awareness of the importance of respecting diversity, upholding justice, and protecting human rights. The school environment is designed to support inclusivity, where every student feels accepted without discrimination. These Islamic values are realized through learning programs, extracurricular activities, and student character development. Teachers play a central role as role models in teaching and practicing the values of justice and tolerance. The conclusion of this study is that SMA Syekh Abdul Qodir Al Jailani has successfully integrated Islamic teachings with human rights principles, creating a generation that is not only religious but also socially aware. This study provides significant contributions to understanding the relevance of the Qur’an and Hadith in the context of modern education and human rights.   

Curriculum management is a systematic, cooperative, comprehensive and organized effort in achieving educational goals. As an important element in the management of educational institutions, curriculum management involves curriculum planning, development, implementation and evaluation. This process aims to improve the quality of teaching-learning interactions and support the achievement of the vision and mission of educational institutions while adhering to national policies. The relationship between curriculum and learning is very close, where the curriculum becomes a guideline that covers the entire learning experience of students, while learning is the implementation of the curriculum. In the context of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), curriculum development is carried out with the principles of competency-centeredness, relevance to the needs of learners, responsiveness to scientific developments, and a balance between national interests and local needs. These principles are directed to ensure the meaningfulness of the content, productivity, democracy, efficiency, and harmony with moral, religious, and social values. With effective curriculum management, educational institutions can create an optimal learning process to achieve educational goals.

This study analyzes the interest of students at SD Negeri 179 Tambangan in being active in class. It also aims to analyze the factors that influence students' interest in using interactive and participatory learning methods. The method employed is a survey of 100 students from different classes. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of closed and open-ended questions regarding learning experiences, interest in classroom activities, and preferences for the applied learning methods. The analysis shows that the majority of students are very interested in active learning, with 75% of respondents stating that discussion activitiesandeducationalgamesenhancetheirmotivation.However,thereare also challenges, such as a lack of equipment and limited time to implement these programs. These results provide valuable insights for educators in makingpolicies to develop more effective learning strategies. An increase in student interest is expected to improve the quality of education at SD Negeri 179 Tambangan.

The This research aims to determine and describe policy management strategies to improve public services, with a focus on community participation and policy evaluation. Increasing public expectations for fast, transparent and efficient services encourages the government to develop adaptive and innovative policies. This study uses qualitative methods to explore policy implementation in various regions. The research results show that the use of information technology has accelerated the service process and increased transparency, even though there are challenges with infrastructure gaps in several areas. In addition, active community participation in the policy-making process contributes to increasing the legitimacy and effectiveness of the policies implemented. However, unstructured policy evaluation is still an obstacle in assessing the success of public service programs. Therefore, it is important for the government to continue to innovate and adapt policies based on global changes, such as pandemics and environmental issues, to ensure more responsive and relevant public services in the future.

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal implementation of wages in accordance with the basic minimum wage in Tasikmalaya City. The problem that was found was the lack of information about the amount of the City Minimum Wage that the company must provide to employees. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the Governor of West Java Regulation regarding the determination of the provincial minimum wage and the city minimum wage, and then the researcher also wants to know the extent of the policies of the Tasikmalaya City Government, especially the Tasikmalaya City Manpower Office, in realizing Law N0 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data obtained was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in the analysis is the Van Metter and Van Horn Theory which consists of several indicators, namely: a) Policy Standards; b) Resources; c) Relations between Organizations; d) Characteristics of the implementing agent; e) Economic, social and political environmental conditions; f) the disposition of the executor. The results of the study show that policy standards and objectives have not felt a significant impact from existing regulations. Then human resources, budget, and materials at the Tasikmalaya City Manpower Office have not run optimally. Relations between organizations have gone quite well. The characteristics of the implementer have not been properly implemented, especially to the labor union. The disposition of the implementer has carried out programs that have referred to the needs of wages in the lake city, but there needs to be realistic and preventive measures taken in an effort to socialize wages and employment. Likewise, economic, social and political conditions that are quite supportive of the implementation of wages where the lake area itself has supporting human resources and natural resources.

This research aims to theoretically describe the transformation of libraries in the transmission of knowledge. By using the library study method, this research is expected to be able to provide a detailed explanation of the research objectives. The results of this research are that the transformation of libraries into science programs involves several important stages, starting from identifying library needs which focus on work program methods that are in accordance with the potential of learning resources in the community as well as the benefits of libraries in the transmission of knowledge to finding out libraries in the development of Islamic science in held in several institutions

Pediatric cancer is a serious global health problem. Children with cancer often have difficulty managing emotions such as anxiety, sadness and anger. This study aims to improve the ability of children with cancer to recognize, express and manage their emotions through a psychoeducational program. Through this intervention, children are expected to develop more effective coping skills and improve their quality of life. The psychoeducation program will focus on emotion recognition through facial expressions, body language, and emotion-related vocabulary. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more comprehensive psychological interventions for children with cancer.

The community service program titled 'Catfish Farming in Buckets and Digital Marketing Efforts Using Social Media' aims to provide participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills on simple, cost-effective, and appropriate methods for catfish farming in limited spaces. This initiative responds to the needs of the Tembalang community, which seeks to engage in farming activities on limited land while also exploring ways to market their agricultural products via social media platforms. The training was conducted using a participatory approach, which incorporated theory, hands-on practice, and interactive discussions. The content of the training included, among other things, techniques for catfish farming in buckets as well as strategies for utilizing social media to market the cultivated catfish products. Participants were guided to apply proper aquaculture practices using the provided cultivation buckets and equipment, and were then asked to capture images of their farming outcomes to be used as marketing content on social media. The implementation of this activity proceeded smoothly, and the participants showed strong enthusiasm throughout the process. It is anticipated that this training will enable the Tembalang community to effectively leverage technology, particularly social media platforms such as WhatsApp, as a tool for digital marketing of their catfish farming products.

This study investigates the ethical considerations in cross-cultural communication within student exchange programs, focusing on the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques such as mirroring, rapport building, reframing, and anchoring. These methods were analyzed for their effectiveness in enhancing understanding and reducing miscommunication among students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Data was collected using interviews and questionnaires, revealing that NLP strategies facilitated better adaptation, trust, and collaboration. The Findings highlight that students' responses predominantly fell into positive categories, with Strongly Agree (20.67%) and Agree (79.33%), showing a high level of alignment with the statements presented in the questionnaire. Notably, there were no Neutral (0%), Disagree (0%), or Strongly Disagree (0%) responses recorded, indicating unanimous agreement with the ideas conveyed. These results suggest a strong consensus among students, reflecting their shared perspectives and high levels of agreement on the topics discussed. Importance of ethical communication strategies in fostering meaningful intercultural interactions and mutual respect among participants in a multicultural setting.

This community service activity is an assistance that is packaged in the form of counselling. The activity focused on sharing experiences with residents of Kesongo Village, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency. The activity was held at the Kesongo Village Hall with the object of the community who are members of the catfish farming group. Participants who participated in this programme were initially targeted at 50 people from residents who have been involved in or have not been in the catfish farming business. There were about 35 participants or about 70% of the planned participants. The socialisation of this catfish farming mentoring training needs to be conveyed to the community at large. The more people who are involved in catfish cultivation, the more they will understand the importance of having a side business. In addition to the technical material presented related to catfish cultivation, business governance in the form of community-based groups and cooperatives was also delivered. Suggestions that can be given for this activity include that Kesongo Village residents continue to maintain a positive business climate in the catfish farming group.  The abundant freshwater around Rawa Pening should be further enhanced. The more successful small home-based businesses will further improve the welfare of the community.

Sendang Seloaji Tourist Attraction Herbal Education Park which is located in Slaji Hamlet, Randualas Village, Kare District, Madiun Regency, the herbal education park in the Sendang area has various types of herbal plants such as Mint (Mentha piperita), Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana), Cat's Whiskers (Orthosiphon aristatus), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis), Telang (Clitoria ternatea), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Nerve leaves (Hemigraphis alternate), Seven Blade Needles (Pereskia bleo (Kunth) D.C.), Red Betel (Piper ornatum), green betel (Piper betle L.), Turmeric (Curcuma Longa), and lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus). The aim of this community service is to increase public knowledge about the benefits of medicinal plants and increase the attraction of tourists to visit the Sendang Seloaji tourist attraction. The methods used in this community service are socialization/counseling on toga plants and the practice of creating a herbal educational garden. As a result of this service, people are starting to understand the various types of herbal plants that can be used as medicine. They now better understand the importance of healthy living and understand natural treatment alternatives that are more affordable and have minimal side effects, have higher motivation to learn, and are more enthusiastic about planting herbal plants. This program proves that a learning approach that directly involves the community can build unity among each other and increasing the number of tourists at the Sendang Seloaji tourist attraction is expected to improve the economy of the Randualas community.

ABSTRACT The School Operational Assistance (BOS) program is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs plays an important role in its implementation, distribution, and management. The Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and the Technical Ministry responsible for the implementation and management of the BOS program must issue technical guidelines for the use of BOS funds, which should guide the use of funds. This study aims to explain how school operational assistance (BOS) funds are managed at MI El-Nur El-Kasysyaf IV. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation, and observation being very important methods for collecting data. ABSTRAK Program Bantuan Operasional Seklah (BOS) berada di bawah tanggung jawab Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Kementerian Agama berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan, penyaluran dan pengelolaannya. Penggunaa dana harus berpedoman pada petunjuk teknis penggunaan dana BOS yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Budaya, Kementerian Agama, serta diawasi oleh Kementeri Teknis yang membidangi pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan program BOS. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di MI El-Nur El-Kasysyaf IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi merupakan metode yang sangat penting untuk mengumpulkan data.
