Abstract: Optimization of the village mosque of Kajan Blega Bangkalan. The problem formulation raised in this community service activity is Concerning with the weak understanding of mosque administrators towards the concept of efforts to prosper mosques and management the al-Mubarokah Kajan Blega Bangkalan mosque which is very urgent for part of the preaching of the people Islam. To find alternative solutions to the above, training was held Efforts to optimize and manage mosques at Masjid al-Mubarokah Kajan Blega Bangkalan. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1. To equip mosque administrators towards the knowledge of Mosque Management. 2. Equip the Mosque Management as a preacher in a better change. 3. Improve knowledge and morals of society through mosque management that touches the heart the congregation The problem solving framework designed in PKM activities in the form of implementation of this training activity is: 1. Explanation of the concept of good mosque management theory with a philosophical basis followed by practice of finding the root of the problem according to conditions. 2. Design and implement training mosque management accompanied by the supervision and guidance of the administrators of the inner mosque planning activities to be carried out in the next year. 3. Evaluation of training results. Human resource management helps organizations achieve their short-term and long-term goals by aligning with overall business strategy. For this reason, the aim of writing this paper is to understand the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and provide an overview of good employee training and development to increase productivity in companies. The research method is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on the study, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory underlines that human resource management methods are chosen according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy aligns with the core mission and vision and acts as a roadmap for profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Training and development that influences employee productivity has increased the welfare of the company and also helped the company's prosperity by considering the planning and implementation of workforce training and development at the public level.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

This research discusses the role of PT. Indofood Tbk and PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in shaping brand differentiation through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, with a focus on the Indofood Research Nugraha (IRN) initiative. The IRN program provides research funding to students to support research in the field of food, while the companies use various media to communicate their CSR initiatives. The research method employed is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Findings highlight the contributions of CSR programs in strengthening the company's image as an entity that cares about society and the environment, and creating brand differentiation that integrates social responsibility. By making CSR an integral part of the company's vision and mission, CSR becomes the foundation for all company activities, playing a crucial role in building a positive brand image and enhancing community engagement.

Technology that continues to develop makes profile books an effective communication tool. Profile books are designed to provide external parties with a general overview of a company's identity, goals and capabilities. This activity was carried out at the Outbound Base which is located in Ngingas Hamlet, Simpang Village, Prambon District. Alas Outbound Education offers various innovative educational programs. However, to achieve the current vision and mission, an important step in increasing community participation is to expand outreach and outreach activities. Therefore, designing the Alas Outbound profile book is an important step in marketing tourist attractions. This profile book design activity uses problem analysis methods and design analysis methods. This method is useful for determining the topic of the problem that will be studied and discussed. This method is carried out by interviewing Alas Outbound business owners. The design analysis method is useful for analyzing the flow in designing a profile book. This activity can be used to carry out field observations (site surveys) and also interviews with several Alas Outbound employees. This research uses the literature study method to examine the use of technology in the Independent Curriculum teaching process. Where, data collection is carried out by reading and recording various literature relevant to the title of this article, the research is carried out in a non-interactive and sustainable manner. The Merdeka Curriculum requires teachers to be literate in technology and students can master numeracy and technological literacy. With various variations of technology, many innovations are generated in technology for teaching, one example is the use of digital comics as one of the learning media, which aims to prevent students from feeling bored with all the written texts explained by the teacher. Based on the results of previous research, the technology used as teaching in this independent curriculum has not been conveyed evenly enough to teachers, because there are still many teachers who are not proficient in utilizing technology, so that teachers must understand the independent curriculum themselves in order to achieve the competencies expected in the vision and mission of the independent curriculum.

This research aims to describe the implementation of the management strategy of the training at Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung in the era of Industry Revolution 4.0. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The selection of informants in this study was done using purposive sampling techniques (sampel bertujuan). Data collection techniques are done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The phase of data analysis involves data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study show that Pesantren Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung implemented strategy management through four stages, namely: First, environmental analysis is carried out in two ways: external and internal. External factors are the demand for human resources with increased capabilities in the field of technology, while internal factors are strong leadership commitment. Second, the formulation of the strategy is made by the trainer, Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung, by formulating the vision, mission, and objectives as well as the strategy of curriculum development. Third, the implementation of the strategy is done to implement the plan that has been made in strategy formulation. At this stage of implementation, there is a learning process that is integrated with technology, i.e., a YouTube-based online review that is carried out every morning; and fourth, an evaluation of the training strategy of Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Bandung is performed to see if the implementation is in line with the planned strategy formulation. Evaluation is carried out in a number of ways, including in the form of a sudden inspection and other evaluations using a group evaluation system.

A logo is a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. Meanwhile, standard logo graphic manuals are a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. These two elements are interrelated and inseparable. This journal discusses visual identity design, especially logos and graphic manual standards for the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise which is implemented in the Merdeka College Competency Program (PKKM). Village Development Students at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University, Visual Communication Design Study Program were assigned to create a new logo design and standard graphic manual for the business entity. This design was carried out by means of direct observation, interviews and data collection through SWOT analysis. The aim of this design is to facilitate the identification of the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise, reflect the institution's values and mission, and improve its image and reputation. Benefits include providing an impression of professionalism, increasing trust, and creating a strong, consistent identity. There was a clear mission and goal when this law was created. The goals and objectives set are not just the product of legislative ideas but rather goals and targets that can be accepted and supported by the entire community. There are several conditions, namely: these regulations must: (1) be implemented correctly (2) be enforced as intended (3) not deviate from applicable principles and (4) support community goals. This scientific work research is normative legal research (normative juridical). This study examines community involvement in drafting laws discussed in normative juridical research and using the theory of law formation according to Philipus M. Hadjon, Aan Seidman, Robert B. Seidman, and Nalin Abeyserkere, Meuwissen, and Hans Kelsen and Hans Nawiasky. The main characteristic of direct political involvement is direct interaction between citizens and decision-makers, not through representative procedures. If a community-friendly Job Creation Law is to be designed, it must undergo review. Legislative laws are formed in large part by a multitude of elements that are fundamental to both national and state life. The principles of clarity, fairness, and usefulness are usually found in laws created through community involvement and oversight. In contrast, less participatory and adaptable regulations may conflict with principles of social benefit and justice.

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out starting from data collection and checking the validity of the data. To check the validity of the research data using the data triangulation method.The research results show that: 1) Planning by: a) integrating curriculum objectives, namely using the same vision and mission, b) integrating the organization of curriculum content by pairing Islamic boarding school material and school material in general knowledge, this curriculum organization is included in the form of integration in the form of extracurricular activities;. 2) Implementation by: by: a) integrating curriculum implementation programs, namely academic calendars and joint school and Islamic boarding school academic activity plans, academic activities such as daily schedules for students, matsada, wama, high school and family convergence, student achievements, graduation certificates, b) integrating supervision of curriculum implementation with cooperation between Islamic boarding schools and schools; 3) Evaluation by: a) evaluating the context of the joint curriculum, which includes: socio-cultural development, development of science and technology, b) evaluating joint input, which includes: competency of teaching staff, readiness of students and availability of learning media/facilities, c ) conducting joint process evaluations, including: weekly evaluations and incidental evaluations, and d) conducting joint product evaluations, which include: mid-year evaluations and end-of-year evaluations.   Keywords: Management of Islamic Boarding School Curriculum Integration, Extracurricular Activities

The role of the teacher is a person who occupies a position and plays an important role in the world of education. Teachers act as mentors in their duties, namely educating. Catholic religious teachers in their duties and roles carry out multiple missions, namely as preachers and educators. As a preacher, a Catholic religious teacher takes part of the prophetic task of proclaiming the news of God's Salvation. While as an educator, the task of PAK teachers is to lead students to maturity both physical maturity and spiritual maturity. the research used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of analyzing how the role of PAK in the education of faith and character of children at school with data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model. The emphasis of Catholic religious teacher education leads to three aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and attitudes that occur in the teaching and learning process systematically. So that character education is expected to be able to form a generation whose existence provides the widest possible benefit to the surrounding environment. Character education in essence is to form a nation that is resilient, competitive, noble, moral, tolerant, mutual cooperation, political spirit, dynamically developing, science and technology oriented, all of which are imbued with faith and piety to God Almighty based on Pancasila.

The focus of this paper is the theme of the Mission of Moses to Free the Israelites from Egyptian Slavery Exodus 6:1-12. The salvation of the Israelites is inseparable from the struggle of Moses who was blessed by God. But with God's word to Moses all problems were resolved with an outstretched hand. The purpose of this paper is to discover the location of God's role for the Israelites who were enslaved by Egypt at that time. The methodology used is the exegesis methodology. There are 6 analyzes used, namely analysis of Story, Structure, Syntax, Semantics, Context, and Theological Reflection. The six analyzes have been done on separate sheets and are summarized in this article. The findings obtained from this writing include: First, God's inclusion in Moses, who struggled with a lack of self-confidence. Second, God's inclusion appeared in Moses when Moses freed the Israelites from Egyptian slavery. Third, God always accompanies those who rely on God in their work. Thus Christians are invited to always rely on God in their life journey.

Every company formed has a vision and mission that must be carried out to achieve goals. To achieve the goals to be achieved, competent human resources are needed in their respective fields. However, nowadays many people are not working according to their competence because they are looking for income. While working, it is undeniable that employees will feel anxious and lead to burnout. Employee performance will go well if they have the same competence as their job and also do not feel burnout. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competence and burnout on employee performance at CV Asih Suminar. In this study involved 30 respondents using descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by interviews, observation and documentation. With the result that competence lacks influence while burnout has an influence on performance.

At present the world of coffee in Indonesia is showing very rapid development. This is evidenced by the mushrooming of cafes or shops selling drinks from processed coffee throughout the archipelago. Coffee shop business owners are expected to increasingly compete for customers by serving quality coffee drinks, affordable prices and simpler outlet concepts. To maintain the existence of the mushrooming coffee shops, Teras Kopi needs a new, strong and consistent visual identity in order to be able to compete with other competitors who already have a strong and consistent visual identity. Based on these problems, the writer designed Warung Teras Kopi's visual identity using a descriptive approach, namely by directly interviewing related parties. As a result, this study uses the Graphic Standard Manual (GSM) which will be applied to supporting media properly and consistently, in accordance with the vision and mission of Warung Eras Kopi, so that it can become a new visual identity in the form of a new logo along with a newly created visual identity design. with the values ​​of coffee terrace coffee shops namely coffee, delicious, simple, and comfortable.

This study aims to describe the strategy of a kindergarten principal in improving the quality of education, from a leadership perspective, the role of the principal towards teachers and the management of the principal in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education in Sentang, Kisaran Timur District, Asahan District.The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. There were three subjects in this study, namely one school principal and two teaching teachers in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Quran Education. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the strategy of a school principal is seen from three aspects, namely: 1) Principal leadership, the head of the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education, becomes a leader by learning to understand and learning to act professionally by dedicating oneself and being loyal to the school. 2) The role of the principal towards teachers in improving quality, the principal refers to improving good communication with teachers, students and school members. Meet the needs of teachers, both in fulfilling teaching and learning facilities and infrastructure. 3) Management of the principal of the school, carrying out the preparation, implementation of a program of school activities that have been designed to achieve school program goals in accordance with the school's vision, mission and goals that have been set.

This study aims to describe the use of waste and economic improvement of the people of Medan City through the Kepul Application based on Circular Economy Theory and take data from the study. This study uses qualitative methods with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the development of the Kepul application has always been the main thing in the company's mission, this is because of the development of applications according to customer suggestions such as the Live Location feature, re-schedule, membership, etc. The effectiveness of Kepul in increasing people's income is arguably very good, as evidenced by the increase in resource persons' income from the range of Rp. 100,000 to Rp. 800,000 a month. From the results of the study, it is known that there are still many obstacles in Kepul in becoming an intermediary container for waste utilization in Medan City such as lack of strong branding, fleet problems, and price difference problems with conventional collectors. But this obstacle is not an impossible obstacle to pass, with the successful collaboration of Kepul with the Medan City Government and plans to attract more investors, Kepul believes that all the obstacles above can be passed well.

This research is a type of qualitative field research. To collect data, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation were used. Qualitative descriptive analysis is taken from facts or events and then a conclusion is drawn from the description obtained from the results, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are: The leadership of the Madrasah Head in carrying out educational program innovations is going well because in the process he has implemented four educational management functions which are emphasized in the field of infrastructure, namely by carrying out planning (planning), organizing (deliberation and evaluation) carrying out motivating (mobilization). /action) and carrying out control (supervision). The planning, evaluation, motivation and supervision carried out by the head of the madrasah resulted in very significant changes and progress in improving the quality of education at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan, this was due to the process of innovating good education programs. So that the vision, mission and goals of the madrasah can be achieved optimally.

The aim of this research is to understand how the principal's management is implemented in improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The main subject of this research is the school principal and the sources of information supporting this research are teaching and educational staff, committees and students. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research found that the implementation of school principal management to improve the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong was through planning and preparing work plans as well as preparing the school's vision, mission and goals. Furthermore, the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out, such as grouping the tasks of each teacher and employee according to their abilities and expertise. Apart from that, in carrying out the process of improving the quality of education, the principal mobilizes the resources available at the school by providing encouragement and motivation in implementing each activity. Finally, in terms of achieving educational quality, school principals routinely carry out evaluation activities and make improvements so that the quality of education becomes better. Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.
