Our goal is to gather actual data regarding changes in the financial performance of nickel companies listed on the BEI before and after the implementation of Permen No. 11 in 2019 regarding the export restrictions of nickel ore. This is a quantitative study that uses SPSS and the Paired T-test method. The financial accounts of nickel companies serve as a secondary data source for our investigation.

Modern Islamic philosopher and commentator Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri helped advance the study of Quranic interpretation today. His critical thinking of Arabic reason made him famous among academics. Abid Al Jabiri's "revivalism" spirit motivated his criticism. In this case, the concept is related to the revival of Islam and efforts to change society. Abid Al Jabiri considered the current Islamic revival to be unsuccessful or even considered a failure. Based on this, Abid Al Jabiri wrote the next trilogy. This trilogy begins with his concern about the modern Arab discourse that cannot solve the problem of Islamic revival. The inaccuracy of Arabs in handling traditions (turats) is a factor that causes the Islamic revival to fail. Based on the perception of differences, the dialectic of understanding of contemporary Arab backwardness versus the dialectic of modern Western progress, the urgency of the Islamic revival does not depend on the orientation of development or its facts. According to al-Jabiri, formulating "the revival of Islamic civilization" is not easy, even unable to achieve progress, either in scientific planning or proportional utopian vision. After that, Al-Jabiri focused on turats (Islamic traditions), studying them and understanding them objectively to gain new insights. The main goal of Al-Jabiri's thinking on the whole turats is to realize socially transformative knowledge while maintaining the sustainability of the Islamic civilization revival program. This article examines Al-Jabiri's rational critique through the perspective of the bayani, irfani, and burhani epistemological trilogy and its implications for the development of modern Islamic economics. The main focus of this study is how the concept of rational critique can be applied to support the progress of Islam, especially in the context of Islamic economic theory and practice. This study highlights the relevance of Al-Jabiri's approach in formulating a more critical and progressive framework for Islamic economic thinking, while also responding to the challenges of modernization. This article also analyzes the contribution of the epistemological trilogy to strengthening Islamic financial practices in a global context. The research findings show that this integrative approach is not only relevant to the development of Islamic economics but also offers a solid foundation for innovation in facing the dynamics of the modern economy.

This research aims to examine the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock value of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk during the 2019-2023 period. Using quantitative analysis with dependent data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the analysis shows that the company's DER was within a moderate range (35%-42%) throughout the study period. The results indicate a negative correlation between DER and stock prices; however, the effect is not significant when viewed partially. The decline in DER in 2023 reflects the company's efforts to strengthen its capital structure and reduce dependence on debt. These findings are expected to enhance investors' knowledge and support the company's operations in developing future financial and investment strategies.

Agro-industry is a strategic sector that supports rural economic growth and food security. This research analyzes the financial performance of the Tahu Bulat Putra Mandiri Agroindustry in Ciamis Regency based on liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. Financial report data for the last three years (2022-2024) was analyzed using the case study method by calculating financial ratios, such as current ratio, quick ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE). The results show fluctuations in financial performance, where the liquidity ratio is good enough to meet short-term obligations, but solvency reflects high financial risk due to dependence on debt, while profitability experiences a decrease in efficiency in generating profits. This research recommends improving capital structure, increasing operational efficiency, and business diversification to ensure the company's financial sustainability and stability.

Rationality in Islamic economics is a concept rooted in sharia principles, which aims to create a balance between material and spiritual needs. In contrast to conventional approaches to rationality which are often oriented towards maximizing utility and profit, Islamic economics expands the concept of rationality to include moral, ethical and social justice dimensions. Rationality in Islamic economics emphasizes economic decisions that not only take into account individual interests but also collective interests and sustainability. This concept involves compliance with halal and haram rules, as well as principles such as zakat, the prohibition of usury, and the importance of sharing risks in financial transactions. Islamic economics seeks to create a just and sustainable economic system, where the main goal is not only the accumulation of wealth but also social welfare and equitable distribution. Thus, rationality in Islamic economics does not only refer to economic efficiency, but also to moral and spiritual responsibility, which reflects the integration between faith and economic action. This study highlights how these principles can be applied in a modern economic context, as well as the potential of Islamic economics in providing solutions to global economic challenges, such as social injustice and unequal distribution of wealth.

Public companies that have shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) must submit their annual financial reports in a timely manner. This annual report contains significant information about the company's progress and performance for one year. The timeliness of publication of financial reports, namely profitability, leverage, and liquidity, in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2022. This study has a quantitative approach. The study population includes all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, namely by selecting samples that meet certain criteria, and the total number of samples taken was 13 companies from the 2020-2022 period. The results of this study indicate that the variable test of the profitability, leverage, and liquidity ratios in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022 shows that these factors do not have a significant effect on the timeliness of publication of financial reports.
