Abstract. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This disease continues to be a serious health problem in Indonesia, with high incidence rates in various regions, including rural areas. Efforts to prevent DHF are often focused on controlling mosquito vectors through various methods, one of which is the use of insecticides. However, the use of chemical insecticides can have negative impacts on human health and the environment. Therefore, this research develops a natural alternative in the form of Anti Mosquito Spray and Hand Sanitizer made from lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus). Lemongrass was chosen because it contains citronella, a compound proven to have activity as a repellent or mosquito deterrent. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of lemongrass-based mosquito repellent spray as well as its capability as a hand sanitizer. The results show that this product is not only effective in preventing mosquito bites but also safe to use as a hand sanitizer, making it a practical and environmentally friendly solution in the prevention of DHF. This study examines the influence of monetary policy, particularly interest rates, on economic stability in the TIMI countries (Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia). It underscores the vital role of interest rates in controlling inflation and stimulating economic growth. Utilizing a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, the research analyzes the reciprocal relationships between crucial economic indicators such as GDP, CPI, exchange rates, consumption, interest rates, and trade balances from 2008 to 2022. For instance, adjustments in interest rates can influence investment levels, consumption patterns, and inflation rates, thereby affecting overall economic activity. The Granger causality tests indicate that short-term relationships between these variables are insignificant, but long-term interactions are evident. This supports the Johansen cointegration results, which confirm two cointegrated equations at the 5% significance level. The study emphasizes maintaining interest rate stability for sustainable economic growth and price stability. It highlights that fluctuations in interest rates, influenced by global economic conditions and domestic economic policies, play a crucial role in the economic performance of TIMI countries. Recommendations for central banCM include implementing responsive and adaptive interest rate policies to manage inflation, foster economic growth, and maintain exchange rate stability. This approach is essential for addressing disparities in income, education, healthcare, and technology access, which are critical for equitable economic development. In conclusion, this research underscores the importance of a nuanced understanding of monetary policy's impact on economic stability and the need for coordinated efforts between fiscal and monetary authorities to achieve long-term

One effort to control Aedes aedes. mosquitoes is by knowing the entomological index. The entomological index is an indicator of the density of Aedes aegypti larvae in a particular settlement which is an important consideration in determining effective vector control efforts. The success of larva monitoring is seen from the House Index (HI), Container Index (CI), Breteau Index (BI) and Larval Free Rate (ABJ), because these entomological indices are used to monitor the population density of Aedes spp in the spread of the dengue virus. The problem in this service is how to reduce the high number of dengue fever cases. This community service is to determine the larval density of the House Index, Container Index, and Breteau Index. The service methods used are surveys and observations. The results of the larval survey in Pampang subdistrict showed that the HI, CI and BI values in Pampang subdistrict were respectively 26% (DF=4), 14.36% (DF=4) and 27.45 (DF=4) in the density category. moderate, while the larvae free rate (ABJ) is 79%, which still does not meet the Environmental Health Quality Standards standards in an area described as having an ABJ of less than 95%.
