Indonesia is one of the thrid largest rice producers after India and China, but Indonesia still imports to other countries because Indonesia's population countinues to increase. This study aims to determine the influience of harvested land area, pupulation, rice production, rice consumption, local rice prices, national rice reserves and cassava prices on rice imports in Indonesia. Hypotesis testing with multiple linear regression with help of eviews 12. The data used is a time series between 1980-2022 for 43 years. Research data is sourced from the Food Agriculture Organization (FAO), the Ministry of Trade, BPS, scientific journals and various other websites. The results showed that the area of harvested land, population, rice production,  rice comsumtion, local rice prices, national rice reserves and cassava prices  simultaneously have a significant influence on rice imports. Partially, the varibeles of harvested land area, national rice reserves, population, local rice prices, and cassava prices have a significant effect on rice imports in Indonesia. Variable rice production and comsumtion have an insignificant influence on rice imports in Indonesia. The implication of this study is that with the renewal of years and variables of rice subtitution goods, it is hoped that the goverment can apply effectively and effeciently, this is because it will have an impact on reducing imports, so that Indonesia does not continue to depend on other countries

The Bolotomo cattle breeder group in Wingkosigromulyo Village, Nkombol District, Purworejo Regency, has been established since 2010 with the help of subsidies from the local Livestock Service. Initially, they focused on producing organic fertilizer, but switched to the feeder cattle and meat business because the selling price of fertilizer was low. Livestock management is still traditional, and concentrate feed is rarely used because it is expensive and difficult to obtain. In the dry season, food availability is limited, and rice straw and field grass are the main food sources. The service activity by Tidar University students aims to help farmer groups overcome the feed crisis with technology for making pellets from local materials. Demonstration of making pellets using a mixture of calliandra leaf flour, rice bran, pineapple peel, molasses and tapioca flour. Pellets have the advantage of improving feed quality, consumption efficiency and shelf life. Farmers also shared their experiences and expressed the need for processing livestock waste, such as biogas plants, to reduce pollution and increase income. Integration between the agriculture, fisheries and livestock sectors is the focus for sustainable development.

In terms of ethics, most students do not pay attention to ethics and manners in consuming and from the five principles of Islamic consumption there is a gap between theory and practice. Based on the principle of simplicity, students consume excessively which can lead to wastage and waste. Meanwhile, students' moral principles do not follow the rules of etiquette and ethics set out by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Most students do not apply this principle. Judging from the way they eat, they don't pay attention to consumption ethics based on what the prophet taught, and their habit of often throwing away rice and then leaving the environment dirty because they don't clean the place immediately after they consume food.

The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. Lemang is a traditional food from Indonesia, Malaysia and several other Southeast Asian countries made from sticky rice cooked in bamboo. The work of farmers is prone to the risk of health problems such as pain in the joints and fatigue. The research problem is that farmers complain of rapid fatigue, so the purpose of the study is to determine the physiological workload on rice farmers when planting rice and determine the best time for farmers. Methods used are Cardiovascular Load (%CVL) and Energy Consumption to determine the weight of the workload of farmers, and rest time to determine the length of rest. Results and discussion, %CVL is 7 people with action no fatigue and 46 people with action needed improvement. Energy consumption is the smallest percentage of 4.14 kcal / minute with a mild classification and the largest percentage of 6.14 kcal / minute with a moderate classification. In the second measurement, the smallest percentage was 4.49 kcal/min with a mild classification, and the largest percentage was 6.90 kcal/min with a moderate classification. In the third measurement, the smallest percentage was 3.96 kcal/min with a mild classification, and the largest percentage was 6.39 kcal/min with a moderate classification. The smallest rest time was 12.65 minutes and the largest rest time was 120.39 minutes. In conclusion, the mean %CVL was 13.21% with no fatigue, 86.79% with improvement needed. Average energy consumption with mild classification with a percentage of 4.21% and moderate classification with a percentage of 6.26%. The smallest rest time is 12.65 minutes while the largest is 120.39 minutes

The purpose of this study is to see how changes in rice imports in North Sumatra Province between 2009 and 2019 are due to changes in rice production, prices and consumption. To see how the influence of independent factors on the dependent variable, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis partially show that domestic rice imports in North Sumatra are negatively and not significantly affected by rice production. In North Sumatra, the price of rice is positively and insignificantly affected by rice production, while rice consumption is negatively affected and may not be significantly affected by rice imports. There is no visible effect between the variables of rice production, rice prices, rice consumption, and rice from 2009 to 2019.

The study aims to identify and analyze factors that influence rice imports in North Sumatra. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Secondary data is a source of research data obtained by researchers indirectly through intermediary media. Secondary data is generally evidence, records or historical reports that have been compiled in published archives and that have not been published. After the data is collected, the data analysis will be carried out using a computer device through the Eviews application program version 9. The analysis of the data was carried out to determine the extent to which the free variables (X1) Rice Production (X2) Rice Price, (X3) Rice Consumption and (Y) Rice Import were determined by using the regression model Error Correlation Model (ECM) to know the effects of the variables in the long and short term.  The results of ECM analysis or the results of the short-term analysis of variables of production and rice prices have a negative and significant impact on rice imports, while the variable of rice consumption has a positive and non-significant impact on imports of rice in North Sumatra.

(3) to determine the process of making buns with the most preferred substitution of arrowroot flour. The methods and data analysis used in this research are library, experimental, documentation, sensory test and descriptive data analysis methods. The percentage of arrowroot flour substitution in the manufacture of arrowroot flour substitution buns was 20%, 30%, and 40% of the weight of wheat flour. The overall assessment using the highest ranking of the three samples with the criteria of shape, taste, color, texture, and aroma is the bakpao sample with the substitution of arrowroot flour by 20%.
