Crisis communication plays a vital role in disaster management, especially in disaster-prone countries like Indonesia. This study examines the effectiveness of communication strategies used by the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) in conveying information to the public during the earthquake disaster in Sulawesi. The results of the study indicate that the use of mobile application-based communication technology increases the speed and accuracy of information delivery.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have become essential technological tools for collecting, storing, processing, analyzing, and visualizing spatial data to support various human activities. The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly expanded the use of GIS, particularly through web-based platforms and mobile applications, enabling wider accessibility and real-time data utilization. This study focuses on analyzing the utilization of GIS applications and websites across multiple sectors and their contributions to improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making processes in daily life. The main objective of this research is to identify, evaluate, and synthesize recent developments in GIS implementation through a systematic literature review. Scientific articles were collected from reputable international and national journals published within the last five years (2018–2022). A total of 130 international journals and 100 national journals were initially identified through database searches. After applying relevance screening and inclusion criteria, 33 selected articles were analyzed in depth to extract key findings, application trends, and potential research gaps. The results show that GIS applications and web-based systems play a vital role in supporting various sectors. In education, GIS facilitates spatial mapping for industrial internship placement (PRAKERIN) and school zoning management. In healthcare, GIS assists in mapping healthcare facilities, including pharmacies and hospitals, to improve service accessibility. In transportation, GIS-based systems provide route planning, traffic monitoring, and public transport information to enhance mobility and reduce congestion. GIS applications are also increasingly applied in environmental monitoring, disaster management, urban planning, and natural resource management. Overall, this study emphasizes the growing importance of GIS technologies as strategic tools for data-driven decision-making and sustainable development. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in optimizing GIS-based solutions to improve public services and quality of life.

Victory in Mobile Legends is influenced by various factors, such as player skills, strategy, and character selection. To predict game outcomes, the backpropagation algorithm is applied to process historical gameplay data and create an accurate predictive model. This study aims to apply the backpropagation algorithm to predict victory based on player attributes, including team role, experience level, and past performance. The research method involves training and testing the model using data from multiple gameplay sessions with varied outcomes. Findings show that the backpropagation algorithm can predict game results with high accuracy, especially when the data includes a more comprehensive range of attributes. The implications of this study suggest that a backpropagation-based predictive model can help players understand their chances of winning and optimize their gameplay strategies. Furthermore, future developments in this algorithm could provide benefits for similar applications in other digital gaming fields.

Based on observations, most students at STKIP Majenang use m-banking because of the factors of speed, convenience, and convenience in transactions. Because of these factors, they choose to use e-commerce for shopping to meet their needs. However, not everyone can control themselves when they see a variety of interesting items, so they often khilaf and buy goods outside of need. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of mobile banking and e-commerce on the consumptive behavior of STKIP Majenang students, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative type of research approach. The population in this study is all students of STKIP Majenang who have mobile banking and e-commerce applications, amounting to 79 people. Sampling in this study used saturated samples, where all populations were sampled. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and questionnaire distribution. Multiple regression tests showed significance values of 0.285 > 0.05 and calculated t values of 1.077 < t values of tables of 1.991. The results of the hypothesis test (partial test), where the significance value is 0.03 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.045 > t table 1.991. In the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained, the F count is 7.176 > F table is 3.12, and the significance level is 0.001 < 0.05 The results showed that there was no influence between mobile banking and student consumptive behavior. However, there is a positive and significant influence between e-commerce and consumptive behavior. And there is a significant influence between mobile banking and e-commerce on student consumptive behavior

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the PLN Mobile application using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method. PLN Mobile is a digital innovation from PLN, offering services such as electricity payment, token purchase, and e-commerce for electrical equipment. The SERVQUAL method assesses the gap between customers' expectations and perceptions across five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data collection involved questionnaires focusing on users' perceptions and expectations, complemented by direct observations of user interactions with the application. The findings reveal negative gaps across all Service Quality dimensions, indicating that customer perceptions fell short of their expectations. The largest gap was identified in the assurance dimension (-23.2), followed by responsiveness (-16.88). The tangibles dimension also showed significant shortcomings (-8.48), mainly concerning the application's interface and functionality. While the application performed relatively well in terms of reliability and responsiveness, substantial improvements are needed across all dimensions to enhance user satisfaction. These results offer strategic insights for improving PLN Mobile to become more responsive, reliable, and aligned with user needs in the future.

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has fundamentally changed the educational landscape. Schools, which were previously often considered as stand-alone entities, are now increasingly recognized as an integral part of wider social systems. In this context, the active role of society in the education process becomes increasingly crucial. This research aims to examine in depth how the administration of school and community relations is implemented in the digital era, as well as identifying factors that support or hinder its success. In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the understanding of education. Education is no longer solely seen as a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student, but rather as a holistic individual development effort. Society, as a social environment where individuals grow and develop, has a very significant role in shaping the character and competence of students. Therefore, building strong and synergistic relationships between schools and society is the key to realizing quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times. This research has the main aim of analyzing, identifying, evaluating, identifying matters relating to school and community relations. This research uses a literature review approach. Research data was obtained from various sources, including scientific journals, popular articles, research reports, and relevant policy documents. Data analysis was carried out systematically by identifying main themes, comparing findings from various sources, and drawing conclusions based on existing evidence. The research results show that the implementation of administration of school and community relations in the digital era has experienced rapid development. The use of social media platforms, school websites, and mobile applications has facilitated more effective communication between schools and the community. In addition, many schools have involved the community in various school activities, such as extracurricular activities, personal development programs, and decision making regarding school policies.

The increasing use of digital platforms in the healthcare industry has highlighted the importance of effective communication, especially in English, as it is the primary language for disseminating global health information. This study examines the linguistic aspects of English usage in health information delivery on digital platforms, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and accuracy. The research aims to analyze how linguistic features, such as word choice, sentence structure, and tone, impact the comprehension of health-related content by diverse audiences.The study employs a qualitative approach, analyzing a sample of health-related websites, social media posts, and mobile health applications. Discourse analysis is used to identify patterns and strategies in the presentation of information, particularly how technical medical terms are simplified for laypeople.The findings reveal that while most platforms aim for clarity and inclusivity, inconsistencies in language use and overly technical jargon often hinder comprehension. Additionally, the use of complex sentence structures can create barriers, especially for non-native English speakers.The study concludes that improving linguistic accessibility on digital health platforms can enhance public understanding and engagement with health information, contributing to better health outcomes. Recommendations for creating more user-friendly, linguistically accessible content are also provided.

In this era of globalization, technological progress is growing very rapidly, one of which is in the health sector. The development of various technologies makes it easier in the health sector, one of which is in the registration section. Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital is one of the hospitals that utilizes technological advances using the Mobile JKN application. To achieve the goal of using the online registration system, 5 elements of management or management facilities are needed, namely: man, money, material, machine, and method. The purpose of this study was to review the use of an outpatient online registration system at the Adventist Hospital in Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted with quantitative descriptive methods, data collection instruments using observations and checklist sheets. From the observation that the man element in the use of the online registration system is not appropriate, this is seen from the HR in charge of the registration section is not a PMIK and of course does not have a medical record STR, the money element in the use of the online registration system is in accordance with this in terms of the budget for the use of an online registration system, the material element is also in accordance with this in terms of several machines used such as the presence of stable WiFi, queue card printing machines, computers, telephones, and televisions that are used as monitors, the machine elements are in accordance with this in terms of their presence an adequate WiFi network in the running system and a registration application system in the form of the Mobile JKN application. And the elements of the method are also in accordance with this in terms of the SOP for online outpatient registration and the registration procedure that is already running.

This research was carried out with the aim of explaining the implementation of a mobile-based legal metrology service system for employees and improving the quality of services for legal metrology at the Jombang Regency Office of Trade and Industry. With this mobile-based legal metrology service application, it can make it easy for employees to see the calibration and re-calibration schedule sent by the central metrology website and employees can send the results of the test and re-calibration directly in real-time without having to come to the metrology office. This research applies the waterfall method in its development, which is a systematic and structured approach involving a series of sequential stages. The results of this research created a mobile-based application for employees of the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office.

Nowadays, robots in the modern world are playing an important and increasingly popular role. MRA (Mobile Robotic Assistant) is a type of mobile robot designed to support humans in many different fields, helping to improve efficiency and safety in daily activities, work, or medical treatment. The number of MRAs is increasing and diverse in function, in addition to the ability to collect and process data, MRAs also have the ability to physically interact with users. Therefore, security is one of the important issues to improve the safety and effective operation of MRA. In this paper, through a comprehensive literature review and detailed analysis of the prominent MRA security attacks in recent years (based on criteria such as: attack targets, technologies used, impact level, feasibility, and contribution to addressing overall MRA security issues), a systematic classification by MRA activity fields is conducted. Security attacks, threats, and vulnerabilities are examined from various perspectives, such as hardware attacks or network/system-level attacks, operating systems/application software. Additionally, corresponding security solutions are proposed, compared, and evaluated to enhance MRA security. The paper also addresses challenges and suggests open research directions for the future.

The Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic bell system is designed to enhance the efficiency of bell operations in educational institutions by utilizing modern technology. This research aims to develop a system that can control the bell automatically according to the class schedule, while also enabling remote control via a mobile application using the Blynk platform. The system is built using an ESP8266 as the main microcontroller, a DFPlayer Mini module for audio playback, and an RTC DS1307 for time management. The results show that the system functions as expected, both in automatic mode based on the schedule and in manual mode through the mobile application. Testing and debugging demonstrated that integration with WiFi networks allows for flexible and effective bell control. For further development, it is recommended to add a power backup feature, web interface, and push notifications to improve system reliability and flexibility. This system provides an efficient and practical IoT solution for automating bell operations in educational environments.

The Bandung City Legal Metrology Unit is the Regional Technical Implementation Unit at the Bandung City Trade Office in carrying out official duties related to the application of measuring instruments, measures, weights and equipment (UTTP) including water meters and electronic scales. Before this application was made by the author, the Bandung City Legal Metrology Unit was required to test water meter meters at least four thousand a week, because the items tested were not a little difficult to test the measuring device because the calculation check was carried out manually. Therefore, to simplify and accelerate the task of testing water meter measuring instruments, an application was created that is able to calculate the testing of water meter measuring instruments and electronic scales to produce a decision on measuring instruments that are suitable for circulation in the community to test measuring instruments automatically. This test is carried out in the field so that the system created must also be mobile-based, the system is designed using a web kodular application. The creation of the application can help the tester in conducting tests faster and more accurately, and the testers can make an archive using the test counter application for measuring instruments and electronic scales.

One of the agencies formed by the government in handling social security is PT Jamsostek which has now changed to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan consists of Old Age Security (JHT), Death Security (JK), Work Accident Security (JKK), and Pension Security (JP). In submitting a BPJS Ketenagakerjaan claim itself, you can go through the official SSO website (E-claim), the BPJSTKU Mobile application, the Antrian.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id site, and you can come in person. In principle, the method for claiming BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security via E-claim or via the BPJSTKU Mobile application is not much different. After completing the requirements and documents, applicants only need to wait for the data verification schedule to the nearest BPJSTK office. And the method for disbursing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security can also be done offline or online. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism for submitting claims to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security with the ease of accessing claims, namely by using the E-claim feature and the requirements that must be submitted by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants in submitting claims and how to disburse BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security funds in a structured manner. The results of this study are that there is convenience provided by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security in serving the claim system for participants by providing an E-claim system and the mechanism is quite easy to understand and access.

This research aims to determine the quality of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI Mobile) mobile banking services in providing customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all BSI KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya customers. Meanwhile, the sample in this research is some BSI KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya customers who use the BSI Mobile application. Considering the large population so that the exact number cannot be known and the limited time in conducting research, this research uses the Lemeshow formula with a maximum estimate of 7% and an error rate of 5% as a guideline in finding the number of samples used. So through this technique a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires using incidental sampling technique. The data analysis process uses simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the quality of BSI Mobile services has an influence on customer satisfaction. The influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 79.2%, while 20.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. This research can help increase customer satisfaction in using the BSI Mobile application.

BCA Bank is a private bank that offers digital banking services, one of which is a mobile banking product known as BCA mobile, launched in 2011. By providing banking services via smartphone. BCA bank hopes that customers can enjoy the convenience and speed of BCA Mobile. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of convenience, trust and security on decisions to use mobile banking in Jakarta. The method used in this research is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The data collection technique was through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and processed using SPSS version 25. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the hypothesis test show that the variables of ease, trust and security have a significant effect on usage decisions.

Biosensors are analytical devices that combine biological sensing elements with physicochemical detectors to provide rapid, accurate, and cost-effective solutions for medical diagnostics. Globally, these devices have revolutionized the detection and monitoring of diseases, significantly impacting patient outcomes. In Indonesia, the adoption and development of biosensor technology have accelerated over the past decade, particularly in response to the growing healthcare needs and the government's push for technological innovation. This study aims to review and analyze the development and application of biosensors in Indonesia medical diagnostics sector between 2014 and 2024. The research focuses on identifying key technological advancements, the integration of biosensors into healthcare, the challenges faced in their development and deployment, and the prospects for future growth. The study employs a comprehensive literature review and analysis of scientific publications, industry reports, and government documents related to biosensor technology in Indonesia. The review covers the evolution of biosensing materials, point-of-care testing applications, integration with digital health technologies, and regulatory frameworks. Data were synthesized to provide a detailed overview of the current state of biosensor technology and its impact on medical diagnostics in Indonesia. The findings indicate significant advancements in biosensor technology, particularly in the development of novel nanomaterials, the integration of biosensors with mobile health (mHealth) platforms, and the expansion of point-of-care testing (POCT) for infectious diseases. However, the sector faces challenges, including technological limitations, regulatory hurdles, and economic constraints, which have slowed the widespread adoption of biosensors in clinical settings. Despite these challenges, the future of biosensors in Indonesia appears promising, with continued investment and innovation expected to drive further advancements in this field.

Waste is a waste product of human activities that continues to increase along with the increase in population, activities, and consumption levels. In Bengkalis Sub-district, Bengkalis Regency, there are many waste accumulation points that have not been handled properly, mainly due to the lack of information about the location of waste accumulation. This causes the Bengkalis Regency Environment and Hygiene Agency (DLHK) to have difficulties in managing waste transportation, even though it is carried out every day. There are still many complaints from people who are outside the waste collection point. To overcome this problem, this research aims to develop a mobile application-based garbage pile complaint application focused on the Bengkalis District area. This application is designed to assist DLHK in monitoring environmental cleanliness more effectively. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine the priority of handling waste complaints, which will be implemented in a web platform to ensure optimal handling. Application development uses a prototype approach to ensure that the resulting application is in accordance with user needs and expectations. With this application, it is hoped that waste management in Bengkalis Regency will become more efficient and responsive to community complaints.

Bahrain still suffers from electronic solid waste annually due to ineffective waste ‎disposal management. Compared to other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Bahrain ‎generates the largest waste quantity per person, approximately 1.2 to 1.8 ‎million tons of hazardous waste annually. Therefore, the present research article aims to manage the e-waste discarding mitigation by arranging the waste collection, ‎presenting it for sale/purchase/donation (C2C, C2B, B2G), and organizing the waste recycling ‎process. Derived from this aim, the article explores the e-waste ‎phenomena and proposes the development of an e-waste mobile application named “Athar”. ‎ The significance of “Athar” lies in firstly, enabling citizens to live in a ‎clean environment with limited diseases. Secondly, assisting the ‎Ministry of Tourism attract more tourists. ‎ The research article embraces a seven-phased Agile-based SDLC method to analyze, design, implement, test, and evaluate Athar through the utilization of several research techniques, including questionnaires to collect user and system requirements, other techniques such as data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagram, ‎database schema, etc. for the system design, ‎OutSystems programming language to implement the mobile app, and one questionnaire based on ‎Nielsen heuristics for usability evaluation. Findings demonstrate the adequacy of the Athar application with an outstanding usability score of 89.1%.

Background; JKN Mobile  is a non-face-to-face application that has many features and facilities participants in maximizing the national health insurance program organized by BPJS Health. In 2013, the number of JKN Mobile users in Surakarta reached 373.212 users. Providing information and understanding through video media to the public is a first step in increasing the use of JKN Mobile application. Objective; As a media of information and education to improve the use JKN Mobile applications in the community. Method; The method of this activity is implemented in the form of socialization through video media related to JKN Mobile. Result; Before the education related to the use of JKN Mobile application only 45% of population knew and used the application. After the education, 90% of the people who followed the activity knew and will use the JKN Mobile application to get health services. Conclusion; after educating through the video “ Let’s Use JKN Mobile: Online Health Services Solutions”, the public becomes aware of the use of JKN Mobile applications and will use them to access online health services.
