The presence of the Legal Aid Post (Posbakum) is generally referred to as a major invasion, representing a development of the previous government's legal aid policies. Its existence reflects Indonesia's lawful state responsibilities. The Supreme Court (MA) established Posbakum in all courts of first instance that provide legal aid services, including General Courts, Religious Courts, and State Administrative Courts. This service activity was carried out at the Jember Religious Court with the goal of providing knowledge and understanding to the people of Jember Regency, particularly the less fortunate, so that they are more aware of the Jember Religious Court's legal aid facilities, which can assist in filing or handling cases and ensuring equality before the law.

Gender equality is a social construct related to the roles, rights, and characteristics of women and men in society that can change with evolving social dynamics. In Indonesia, gender equality issues are also tied to the principle of justice, which is an integral part of the state ideology, Pancasila. Customary law, on the other hand, is a legal system that develops within specific communities and is not always codified. Customary law in Kemang Indah Village, Riau, is strongly influenced by Islam and Islamic identity. The people of Kemang Indah Village are indigenous to the Kampar tribe and have a historical connection with Minangkabau, with strong Islamic influences evident in their customary law. This research aims to understand the relationship between customary law and the concept of gender equality in Kemang Indah Village. The results of the study show that the village community has successfully harmonized these two principles. Women in Kemang Indah Village have strong roles, even becoming leaders at various levels of community organization. They are also empowered to pursue their interests and talents, with facilities aligned with the applicable customary law. This is evidence that customary law principles can be integrated effectively with the concept of gender equality in the context of Kemang Indah Village. Thus, gender equality and customary law can coexist and mutually support each other in creating a fair and equal society in Kemang Indah Village.    

The economy is one of the most important elements in advancing a country, in the economy of course regulates employers and labor. This is summarized in the term employment. In employment, of course, guarantees have been made that require equality by means of labor inspection, but what happens in the field still illustrates inequality in the world of labor. So this research takes a concept called equal pay for equal work in a means of guaranteeing equality and is linked to human rights. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology. By bringing the problem of how equal pay for equal work in human rights issues and how the correlation between equal pay for equal work on labor law and positive in Indonesia.

Literary works always contain the author's perspective on reality as a social institution created by the author. These problems are often combined into a view or criticism of life. This certainly describes social life as a reality that occurs in an environment. One type of literary work that contains a view of reality is W.S Rendra's poem entitled "Poem of Hot People". The aim of this research is to determine the effort to explain the social impact of the poem entitled "Poetry of the Overheated People" by W.S Rendra. The poem depicts social and political inequality between the needy class of society and the ruling class of society. Through this research, I hope to make us more sensitive to circumstances and conditions. The reason I chose W.S Rendra's poetry was because the language was very clear and specific. With poetry that uses clear and specific language, the meaning of the content is accurate and complete. The poem is analyzed using the perspective of the social impact that occurs on a phenomenon. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a literary sociology approach. The technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The researcher sees himself as the only tool. This process involves recording factors related to aspects of social impact as documentation of analysis and as a source of understanding. The results of the research show that the poem "Poetry of Hot People" describes social inequality. Based on these findings, researchers concluded that poetry can be used as a means to criticize existing injustices and express feelings of dissatisfaction with social situations.      

Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya in carrying out her duties as a nurse the supporting factors in carrying out her duties and functions as an employee in the field are basically relatively the same and also greatly affect the performance of the employees.

This study aims to analyze the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in advancing society through the management of traditional markets in Bulang Village, Muara Enim Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of six respondents. The results of the study show that BUMDes have succeeded in increasing the income and economy of the community through four objectives of establishment: advancing the village economy, increasing village original income, optimizing local potential, and encouraging growth and economic equality. This has a positive impact on the community's economy. The quality of life in Bulang Village has increased related to: increased income, decent housing, healthy environment, social stability, health, education and job opportunities. Rural economic growth in Bulang Village achieves the characteristics of good economic growth, including rapid per capita product growth, increased community productivity, structure, and a significant level of urbanization. This shows that BUMDes plays an important role in driving the economy and improving the quality of life of village communities

The final work aims to introduce the form of water lily as an ornamental water plant into graphic artworks by visualizing the shape of flower figures, animals, and other supporting objects found in lotus flowers.There are several stages carried out in accordance with the method used in the creation of the work, namely: Preparation is an observation related to the initial idea of the author's interest, Elaboration is the stage of exploring and displaying the beauty of lotus flowers reviewed from the internet, a collection of images and field surveys, Synthesis is the stage of starting to design how the work will be made in accordance with the title, Concept realization is the stage of the work process and completion is the final stage in the work.The results achieved in the creation of graphic art works are entitled "The Beginning of Life, Life's Journey, Self Shadow, Competition, Resilience, Dark Path, Independence, Basic Strength, Equality, Life's Journey, and Peak Success".

Women are often identified with a beauty, as is the case in the selection of the language style of the Qur'an. The diction used by the Qur'an in visualizing women, starting from their creation, association with an angel, as well as the description of their physical characteristics show how noble and honorable they are. The glory of the woman is a symbol of liberation from dehumanization and discrimination against women in jahiliyah and a form of human equality in the eyes of Allah Swt. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of text interpretation in comprehensively interpreting women and to know the comparison of the formulation of classical interpretation and modern interpretation of the existence of women in the Qur'an and to know what the formulation of intertextuality of the verses visualizing women. The method in this study uses library research that focuses on library data, which are primary sources to classical commentaries and works of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd as one of the figures of "hermeneutics of liberation" and other secondary sources. The results of this study concluded related agrumen Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd regarding the Qur'an is a cultural product, the author is more inclined to the opinion of Quraish Shihab, that the Qur'an is kalâmullah, not a creature. The concept of interpretation of the text of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd in reading the verses visualizing women in the Qur'an is to do a more in-depth reading by prioritizing objectivity and considering the historical and socio-cultural facts from which the text of the Qur'an was revealed. Women make up almost half of the workforce in developed countries; the majority may experience various menopausal symptoms into their decade of employment. This SLR aims to investigate the impact of menopausal symptoms in a work context. This method was systematically searched to identify studies that assessed reduced productivity and menopausal symptoms. Searches were conducted according to PRISMA guidelines. Electronic search is complemented by targeted search; publications were screened by two independent reviewers. Results From 3,850 identified records, 5 studies were included. reported in women with vasomotor menopausal symptoms (VMS) compared with other women. Conclusion Menopausal symptoms weigh heavily on individual careers and society. The impact of menopausal symptoms is not uniform and tends to be underestimated given women work outside of paid jobs. Holistic impact assessment included. consideration of gender gaps and equality is needed to improve interventions for working menopausal women.

Indonesia as a multicultural and multiethnic country has ploblematics related to moral degradation in addition to Indonesian society has a non-comprehensive understanding of the relationship of religion and culture. The purpose of this study to analyze the paradigm of social education and then evaluate the theories of social education in the perspective of the Qur'an. Describes the process of infiltration of the values of the Qur'an in the model of social education and its relevance to efforts to minimize social conflict. This research is Library research literature research, explorative approach to the natural setting and interpret phenomena related to the meaning of social justice in the perspective of the Qur'an. the results showed that the Qur'an teaches social education. First, the implementation of social justice education through the concept of justice without discrimination. Second, the implementation of social justice education through inclusive education. Third, the implementation of social justice education through Gender equality education. Fourth, the implementation of social justice education through leadership. Fifth, the implementation of social justice education through the economy. The distribution of social justice education is very important. An educator must provide education regardless of the economic status of his students and their parents. Talking about distribution means we are talking about public policy revenues and expenditures.

In economic activities, welfare is the main thing for the community. This welfare can be seen by the ability of the community to fulfill their daily needs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are productive businesses that are owned and managed by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro-enterprises. With the existence of MSMEs, fulfilling these needs becomes more easily accessible to people throughout Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the economy. MSMEs have an important role in creating economic growth, employment, and reducing social inequality. In this journal, we present a comprehensive literature review on the contribution of MSMEs to the economy and the factors that influence the success of MSMEs. This research discusses about the problem of resistance to gender injustice in Dian Purnomo's novel Perempuan yang Menangis kepada Bulan Hitam (PMBH). This study aims to describe and interpret the forms of resistance of women who experience gender injustice and to understand the forms of gender injustice experienced by these female characters. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by utilizing feminist literary criticism theory. Data sources are obtained from the entire contents or chapters of the PMBH novel. Data collection techniques using reading and note techniques. The data validity technique of this research is triangulation. The steps in analyzing are: 1) reading the PMBH novel; 2) determine the research focus; 3) marking important parts; 4) sorting data; 5) describe forms of gender inequality and forms of women's resistance; and 6) make conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the forms of gender injustice experienced by the character Magi Diela as the main character and other female characters as subordinate figures are in the form of marginalization, stereotypes, violence, workload, and subordination. The forms of resistance carried out by the character Magi Diela as the main character and other female subordinate figures are in the form of 1) actions and 2) thoughts.

Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis, namely by describing the data qualitatively in the form of sentences and statements to make it easier to read and understand the data. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the main factors influencing international trade in the State of Indonesia with the current conditions are the potential of the State of Indonesia in producing or the resources it owns as well as requests from other countries. exports, foreign tourists and e-commerce which can increase the amount of national income of the State of Indonesia. In addition, the negative impact of globalization on international trade in Indonesia is an increase in the number of imports, economic inequality and acceptance of foreign culture which can reduce the amount of national income of the Indonesian state and kill local industries in Indonesia.

Writing skills are a skill on which the text is carried on. Writing also has the advantage of being an indirect means of communication but only one - way communication between the writer and his reader. The flap book's lift leads to a teaching based on the creation of interactive illustrated books, and it has pictures and texts in it by means of a paper technique that can close or can be referred to by a windowless book. The purpose of this study is to know the increasing skill of writing the story from the flap book of the class iii students in the teachers' swing. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using a type of experimental design quasi with a non-invasive control group design. The design has two randomly selected groups, each given the same treatment in pretests, treatment and posttests. The study subject is a class iii student of 52 children with details of 26 children as an experiment group and 26 children as a control group. The validity of the instrument using brivate Pearson. The data collection technique used is the tests and observations used to measure the students' storywriting skills. The normality and homogenity tests Shared colmogorov snov and the levene test for equality. Hypothetical testing USES the independent formula of t-test samples with help SPSS 15 for Windows with value value < 0.05. Hypothetical testing identified the value of sig. (2-tailed) by 0.004 < 0.05, the basis for decision-making in the independent test of t-tests can be concluded that there is a significant and correct difference between the experimental group and the control group. Experimental groups get a much higher value increase compared with the control group. The experimental group with a 10/15 27 pretest while its posttest scores rose to 14.08. The control group pretest scores 10.12 while its posttest scores are 12.23. This proves that the flap book's elevator teaching materials can provide an increased listening skill for class iii students. With the use of the flap book's lift, students are able to re-foster students' attention, interest, and creativity in learning, sharpening and getting used to storywriting skills.

This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. Parents should become advocates for their children, collaborate with teachers and school staff and be actively involved in educational activities. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. In conclusion, inclusive education is an important approach in creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all children. Although there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, through the commitment and cooperation of all parties, we can create an educational environment that welcomes and supports all children. Violence or sexual harassment is a problem that is quite serious and often occurs socially. In this case, it usually occurs in a problem that is complex. The rise of news on social media related to sexual violence experienced by some people is enough to shock the public. Most cases of sexual violence are experienced by a woman who is the victim. Cases of violence or sexual harassment against women are still an iceberg phenomenon. This is because many women who are victims of sexual harassment are reluctant to report what they have experienced. Violence or sexual harassment that occurs to women is often blamed on the way they dress. In fact, if you look at clothes, it is not one of the main causes of women becoming victims of sexual harassment. Violence or sexual harassment that occurs never looks at any clothes, in fact often the victim of sexual harassment is a woman who wears closed clothes. In addition, violence or sexual harassment can also be caused by a patriarchal culture that dominates and seems to justify the action. Where in patriarchal culture itself men are often considered more dominant and have a higher position than women. Therefore, men feel they have more power over women and can act as they please. Until now, patriarchal culture is still developing in society. Even though this shouldn't have been done. This study intends to elucidate how Pancasila is implemented to address sexual harassment in the community. Pancasila, as the fundamental principles of the Indonesian state, encompasses pertinent values such as justice, unity, equality, and humanity, which serve as a foundation for combating sexual harassment. The research methodology employed entails a literature review incorporating library studies.

The existence of legal aid in a legal state is a necessity to provide legal assistance for the poor as mandated by the constitution. The implementation of the provision of legal aid to citizens is an effort to fulfill and at the same time as the implementation of a state of law that recognizes and protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens for the need for access to justice and equality before the law. The purpose of this service is to provide information to the community regarding the existence of legal aid for the poor in Pasarwajo Subdistrict This service activity is carried out in the form of lectures, questions and answers / discussions in which the speaker presents the material or presentation of the material then continues with a two-way discussion (question and answer). The findings obtained, that so far the community has not received complete information about legal assistance to the poor without being charged. After the socialization activity, the community, especially those in Pasarwajo Sub-district, had received information about legal aid. In addition, the activity was followed up with the formation of an institution that focuses on assisting legal cases affecting the poor in Pasarwajo Sub-district.
