Because interest-bearing deposits are not allowed by Islamic Sharia rules and principles, Islamic banks generally collect deposits in the form of profit-sharing investment accounts. These accounts differ from conventional deposits not only because of the profit-sharing nature of the returns they offer but also because the relationship between the customer and the bank is not a debt contract, so these deposits are not considered 'fixed capital.' (artinya, nasabah dapat menerima hasil negatif atau kerugian). This last characteristic poses serious regulatory issues in jurisdictions where bank deposits are legally required to have a definition of 'certain capital.' In general, the presence of such 'risk-bearing instruments' in the capital structure of Islamic banks complicates the assessment of their capital adequacy. Moreover, the fact that profit-sharing investment account holders are a type of equity investor without the governance rights held by creditors or shareholders poses a significant oversight problem. This article explains these issues in more detail and proposes a solution in the form of a structural distinction between Islamic banks in the narrow sense on one side, and entities managing profit-sharing investment accounts on the other.

Time management is planning, organizing and monitoring time productivity. Time is a performance resource that must be managed effectively and efficiently. In the world of education, time is likened to a sword that must be mastered, as well as in the field of tahfidz al-Qur'an, one of which is implemented in Dayah in Aceh, management is really needed to achieve the memorization target. Regarding this, standard data has not been found regarding time management at Dayah, therefore this research seeks to answer the concept of time management, its application, settings and implications for student memorization. This research is a field study using a qualitative approach, carried out at Islamic boarding schools in Aceh. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that the time management concept for tahfidz is prepared/scheduled after evening and evening prayers and memorized deposits after dawn prayers. This time is short, if you look at Dayah's priority which is devoted to memorization. The application of time management is not optimal, students often procrastinate memorizing, they do not recognize the activities (memorization) and the application of time is still not clear. Apart from that, students are less focused on results, and their responses or attitudes are less firm at times. The implications of time management for memorizing the Al-Qur'an in Dayah, in general, can be seen from the increase and changes in students memorizing the Al-Qur'an.

This study examines the impact of interest rates and inflation during the 2019-2023 period on asset allocation strategies in Indonesia's investment portfolio. Investment decisions are heavily influenced by two macroeconomic components, namely interest rates and inflation. These factors mainly affect how assets comprise a portfolio. In this study, data on Bank Indonesia's benchmark interest rate and the national inflation rate over the past five years are analyzed to see the pattern of change and its impact on asset allocation strategies, which include stocks, bonds, property, and other assets. The results show that rising interest rates significantly encourage people to shift from high-risk assets (e.g. stocks) to safer assets (e.g. bonds and deposits). Meanwhile, high inflation triggers an increased allocation to physical assets such as property and gold as a hedge against declining purchasing power. This research provides insights for investors to adjust their investment portfolios based on macroeconomic dynamics, especially in the face of interest rate volatility and inflation. The findings also highlight the importance of flexibility and diversification in asset allocation strategies to achieve optimal investment objectives amid economic uncertainty. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of understanding interest rate and inflation dynamics in formulating effective investment strategies in Indonesia. The implications of these findings can be used by investors and policymakers in designing better monetary policies and investment strategies, in order to maintain national economic stability.

The mandate of Article 33 of the 1945 NRI Constitution states that the natural wealth contained therein must be managed sustainably for the greatest prosperity of the Indonesian people. It is important to understand that regional autonomy originates from the management of maritime areas, which is the result of the exercise of authority relating to various activities on land. One way to improve people's welfare is by utilizing natural land and sea resources, finance and public services. One of Indonesia's greatest natural riches is natural oil and gas resources (SDA MIGAS). Normative juridical research which aims to study authority, especially the management of OIL and Gas mines in offshore areas under Aceh's special autonomy. This research is based on the diversity of legal science, which results in a normative research approach. Research shows that the law limits BPMA from managing OIL and Gas in Aceh. It is interesting to note that Aceh's OIL and GAS mines, which have large deposits, are located between 12 and 200 nautical miles. One example is the oil and gas location in Simeulue, which is located 20.5 nautical miles. Therefore, BPMA does not have the authority to negotiate, especially in terms of ratifying and signing Cooperation Contract (KKS) agreements. Therefore, laws made by the governor with the approval of the DPRA or DPRK automatically do not apply and become mere rules without action.

Lubricating oil is a type of fluid needed by a machine to carry out work steps. Significant changes in the temperature of the lubricating oil viscosity until it is too low makes the engine components less lubricated, which causes the engine components to heat up quickly because the friction between the metals that occurs becomes greater. Lubricant that is of poor quality can cause deposits to appear in the engine room which results in the engine working harder. The aim can be achieved in this research by varying the lubricating oil with a mixture of Estolide and Diglyceride surfactant percentages of (2.5%, 5% and 7.5%). This test was carried out on a petrol motorbike with a combustion chamber volume of 125cc with standard conditions. The data that will be taken in this research includes engine temperature and power. The power testing method using a dynamometer and lubricant with cooking oil mixed with 7.5% estolide surfactant after heating produces an average value of 6.52 HP which has a higher average value than oil with a value of 5.37 HP

LPD is an institution in the financial services sector whose main activity is accepting deposits/savings and also deposits from the traditional village krame itself. In its management, LPD also functions as a place to borrow money or credit with conditions that are much lighter than other banking institutions but are intended for only specific to their own traditional village manners.  In cases of criminal acts of corruption that have occurred so far, not only are they detrimental to state finances, but are also violations of the social and economic rights of society at large, so that criminal acts of corruption need to be classified as crimes whose eradication must be carried out in an extraordinary manner. Law enforcement agencies, such as the Corruption Eradication Committee, the police and the prosecutor's office, must always be alert in the process of investigating and handling corruption cases which are very widespread in Indonesia. Apart from that, to further guarantee legal certainty, avoid variations in legal interpretation and provide protection for the social and economic rights of the community, as well as fair treatment for members of criminal acts of corruption, it is necessary to make changes to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts. The banking industry has a crucial role in maintaining the balance of development and economic integrity of a country. Banks act as depositories and distributors of liquidity funds which are essential for the sustainability of economic activities. To carry out this function effectively, strict regulations and supervision are needed. As well as guaranteeing customer deposits to ensure healthy and sustainable bank operations. The financial crisis that occurred in 1997 in Indonesia showed structural weaknesses in the banking system, including ineffective supervision and weak bank management. The government responded with a Banking Guarantee program (Blanket Guarenteen), but this program faced various problems and was not continued. As a solution, the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) was formed through Law Number 24 of 2004, which aims to increase public confidence in the banking system and maintain financial system stability. This research aims to analyze the role of LPS in dealing with failed banks and the effectiveness of banking regulations in preventing future financial crises. The results of the analysis are expected to provide policy recommendations to strengthen the stability of the banking system.

This research discusses the power of unilateral execution carried out on state-owned collateral objects. There is a lot of gossip or uncertainty related to the status of state assets, in the sense that there are many legal rules that still intersect or overlap in defining state assets themselves. This overlapping of legal regulations has resulted in various interpretations regarding the extent to which the existence and definition of state assets can be applied, one of which is related to BUMN assets, whether they are included in state assets or not state assets. BUMN is a state-owned business entity which of course operates like a business entity in general, so that it carries out various legal and non-legal actions like business entities such as PT, CV, and so on. One of the BUMNs in the form of Persero took legal action by entering into a credit agreement in the form of cash collateral credit at BCA Bank, where it was discovered that the performance of the BUMN was starting to decline and of course this had an impact on the finances of the BUMN Persero itself, so this research will aim to provide a perspective on what the Bank can do if the state-owned company experiences default based on the applicable regulations. This research is using ‘normative-juridical’ as research type where the approach to the processing of legal materials is carried out by means of a literature review. Normative-juridical approach in this research used to analyse the power of unilateral execution of state-owned (BUMN) deposits in credit agreements with a cash collateral credit scheme at Bank X.
