Investment decisions in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) are influenced by fundamental analysis and stock price fluctuations. Stock prices reflect market perceptions shaped by profitability, liquidity, and capital structure. This study examines the effects of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. Using a quantitative approach, the study analyzes secondary data from audited financial statements and stock prices of 12 pharmaceutical companies during 2022–2024, totaling 36 observations. Panel data regression with EViews 12 is applied. Results show that ROA and DER have positive and significant effects on stock prices, while CR has a negative but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence stock prices, with an adjusted R² of 73%, indicating strong explanatory power. Profitability (ROA) is the most influential factor, followed by capital structure (DER), while liquidity (CR) shows no significant impact.

The increasingly tight competition in the textile and garment industry has led to the optimal management of capital structure and microfinance to increase the value of the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of microfinance and capital structure on the value of the company with profitability as an intervening variable. The method used is a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from the financial reports of textile and garment companies registered in the Indonesian Financial Services Authority for the period 2020–2024. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equivalence Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study indicate that microfinance has a positive and significant effect on profitability and firm value. Meanwhile, capital structure has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability and a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Profitability is proven to have a positive and significant effect on firm value, but is unable to mediate the influence of microfinance and capital structure on firm value. Thus, the findings of this study confirm that profitability fails to be an integrating variable.

Frozen  shoulder or adhesive capsulitis is a chronic condition that causes pain and limited movement in the shoulder joint. Intervention in the early phase (freezing stage) is crucial to prevent more severe functional disabilities, especially in the elderly population. This case study was conducted on a 60-year-old female patient with complaints of pain and stiffness in the right shoulder for one month. Clinical assessment was conducted using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for pain, Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) for muscle strength, goniometry for joint range of motion, and the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) for functional ability. The therapy program was administered in three intervention sessions. After undergoing three therapy sessions, there was a significant reduction in pain intensity, where movement pain decreased from a score of 7 to 5 and pressure pain from 5 to 2. Muscle strength improved from a value of 3 to 4 on the MMT scale. Additionally, the total SPADI score decreased from 66.1% to 50%, indicating an improvement in the patient's functional capacity in daily activities. The multimodal physiotherapy approach has proven effective in reducing pain, increasing muscle strength, and improving shoulder function in elderly patients with early-stage frozen  shoulder. The combination of electro-physical modalities and manual therapy provides more comprehensive clinical outcomes compared to single interventions.

This study examines the legal implications of the regulation of foreign investment (FDI) and domestic investment within the Indonesian legal system, as well as its relation to national economic sovereignty. The background of this research is rooted in the need of developing countries, including Indonesia, to attract investment in order to promote economic growth while still safeguarding national interests as mandated by the constitution. This research employs a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that although foreign and domestic investments are regulated under a single legal framework through Law Number 25 of 2007, there are significant differences in terms of legal subjects, business entities, as well as ownership and sectoral restrictions. These differences do not constitute discrimination, but rather reflect the state’s protective legal policy. On the other hand, foreign investment brings positive impacts such as capital inflow, technology transfer, and market expansion. However, it also poses potential risks, including economic dependency and reduced policy autonomy. Therefore, a balance between investment openness and regulatory control is necessary to ensure that economic sovereignty is maintained and the benefits of investment can be optimally realized for society.

This paper focuses on a legal review of foreign investment regulations in Indonesia, a crucial aspect that underpins most of the discussion. Furthermore, it frequently highlights the implications of legal regulations on investment, including foreign investment, in several related regulations, such as the Job Creation Law and the Investment Law, for market volatility, corporate governance, and stock prices in Indonesia. This paper emphasizes a normative-empirical context, focusing on a review of capital market investment regulations and secondary analyses conducted through several journals reporting on the effectiveness of foreign investment for local companies, enhancing their image as local companies, a trend inevitably driven by local interests. This is further supported by the use of various important theories, such as foreign investment theory, the legal framework for foreign investment, stock performance theory, and efficient investment, as crucial theoretical considerations in the discussion. The point of the results of the discussion in this writing is then emphasized on its focus, namely the results of the review of the legal regulations regarding capital markets that include foreign capital markets, which also discusses the results of research reports from various journals related to the implications of foreign investment regulations as well as the challenges and discussions of harmonization regarding existing investment regulations in Indonesia.

Culinary MSMEs play a crucial role in supporting the regional economy, including in Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. However, sole proprietorships in this sector still face significant challenges, particularly related to limited access to capital. This study aims to explore the relationship between limited capital and the sustainability of sole proprietorships in the culinary sector in Kolaka Regency, considering influencing factors such as family support, local government policies, and local market dynamics. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Informants were purposively selected from sole proprietorships in the culinary sector who had been operating their businesses for at least two years. The results show that limited capital is not only a simple financial barrier but also directly impacts the business's ability to innovate, maintain product quality, expand market reach, and survive competition. Most entrepreneurs rely on personal capital and informal loans from family, while access to formal financial institutions remains very limited due to complicated administrative procedures and low financial literacy. Business sustainability is heavily influenced by personal adaptation strategies, community support, and the gradual building of customer trust. This study recommends strengthening financial literacy, simplifying credit access procedures, and enhancing local government involvement in building a more environmentally friendly business ecosystem for local culinary MSMEs.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, asset efficiency, and capital structure on profitability in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) as an investment-based profitability indicator. This research employs secondary data from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies over a specific period, with multiple linear regression analysis and robust models to ensure model feasibility. The results indicate that liquidity has no effect on profitability. Asset efficiency has a significant negative effect, reflecting the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry with its high asset intensity. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on profitability, suggesting that measured use of debt can enhance the company’s return on investment. These findings provide theoretical contributions by enriching the literature on investment-based profitability determinants and practical implications for corporate management, investors, and stakeholders in understanding internal factors that influence the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia.

Investors consider firm value as an indicator of a company’s success and its future prospects. Several financial variables, such as firm size and capital structure, are believed to influence firm value in the banking industry. Financial institutions with large total assets are often perceived as more stable and less vulnerable to risk, thereby increasing investor confidence. In addition, capital structure, commonly measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), plays an important role in evaluating a company’s financial performance and its impact on firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of firm size and capital structure on firm value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Secondary data were obtained from financial statements and stock price information published on the official IDX website. The sample consists of 12 BUKU 2 banking companies selected through purposive sampling, with an observation period of five years. Firm size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets (Ln Total Assets), capital structure is proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). The results indicate that, simultaneously, firm size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value.
