Worm infections are the entry of worm eggs into the human body and multiply, causing disease. A worm infection is declared positive if worm eggs are found in at least one type of worm in the specimen examined. Worm infections can cause malnutrition because all the nutrients will be absorbed by the worms which will ultimately cause the child's mental and physical development to be disrupted, children become sick easily due to a decrease in the immune system, stunting or short stature and being smaller than their peers, and reduced intelligence and Some cases can cause death in children. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between worm infections and nutritional status in children in orphanages. In taking samples using a simple random sampling technique so that the sample in this study consisted of 63 samples consisting of 28 people at the Al-Marhamah orphanage and 35 people at the Cinta Kasih orphanage. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that 53 children were negative for worm infections with a percentage of 84.1%, 1 child was infected with Ascaris worms with a percentage of 1.6% and 9 children were infected with Trishiuris worms with a percentage of 14. 3%. In this study, the type of worm that was often found in children from orphanages in Medan Sunggal District was the Trishiuris worm type. The description of the nutritional status of children who have worm infections is 10 children with poor nutrition, 16 with moderate nutrition, 17 with moderate nutrition, 18 with good nutrition and 2 with over nutrition. The conclusion of this study is that there is no significant relationship between worm infections and the nutritional status of children in the Cinta Kasih and AL – Marhamah orphanages (p>0.05).

Soil Transmitted Helminths are parasitic worms found in tropical and subtropical countries that can cause helminthic infections in humans through contact with eggs, parasite larvae spread through the soil. Detection of STH infection is carried out by sedimentation and flotation methods. Garbage carriers are vulnerable to STH infection because they work directly with garbage and are in a sanitary environment that is not clean. The purpose of the study was to determine the results of STH examination on the feces of waste transport officers in Tawangsari Village, Malang Regency. Type of Descriptive Analytical research, conducted in July 2023. The sampling technique uses Total Sampling of a sample of 8 respondents. The results of the sedimentation method found 2 heads of Ascaris lumbricoides, respondents A1, A2 (1tail), the flotation method was not found helmints. The sedimentation method found eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides respondents A1, A7(1 grain) and A2, A3(2 eggs). The flotation method found eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides respondents A2(5eggs), A3(2eggs) and A6(1eggs). The results of the pearson correlation test show a relationship between STH infection and personal hygiene, the use of PPE is 0.875 > 0.01 with a value of r = -0.67 meaning that there is no relationship between personal hygiene and the use of PPE with STH infection means better personal hygiene, the use of PPE while working does not require STH infection, the relationship between STH infection and Environmental Sanitation of 0.000 < 0.01 with a value of r = -1 means that there is a strong relationship inversely proportional between Environmental sanitation with STH infection in waste haulers, means that the better the environmental sanitation, the lower the risk level of STH.

Tomato (solanum lyco persicum) is a plant from the solanceae family, native to Central and South America, from Mexico and Peru. Tomatoes have a short life cycle and a height ranging from 1 to 3 meters. Currently, farmers often experience disturbances from pests and diseases of tomatoes due to a lack of knowledge. They do not know how to control it and to eliminate pests that reduce productivity. In identifying diseases in tomato plants we use the Forward Chaining method which is a description that starts from knowing the facts and then matching them with IF and IF-THEN rules. Diseases with a high prevalence in tomatoes are: fruit worms, earthworms, green aphids, white flies, fruit flies (bractrotera) and the diseases are: fusarium wilt, leaf spot disease, bacterial spot, fruit rot. This expert system application provides tomato disease information and disease diagnosis, including control solutions that can be used to reduce the risk of tomato crop damage
