Contraception is used to control population growth and ensure the availability of natural resources, thereby maintaining the quality of human life. Contraceptive methods can be categorized into two types: long-term contraceptive methods (LTCMs), such as intrauterine devices (IUDs), implants, female sterilization (tubal ligation or MOW), and male sterilization (vasectomy or MOP); and short-term contraceptive methods (non-LTCMs), such as condoms, injections, and oral contraceptive pills. The aim of this study is to examine and explain the relationship between spousal support and the role of healthcare workers in the selection of long-term contraceptive methods among women of reproductive age in the working area of the Kefa Utara Village Maternity Post, North Central Timor Regency. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total of 106 WUS respondents. Data analysis using Chi Square test analysis. The results showed that women of reproductive age who did not get husband's support were higher (57.50%) than those who got husband's support (42.50%). Chi-Square test showed a significant relationship between husband's support and the selection of LTCMS (p < 0.05) with an Odds Ratio (OR) value of 2.690. In addition, health workers who played a role in the selection of LTCMS were greater (67.90%) than health workers who did not play a role (32.10%). The Chi Square test results also showed a significant relationship between the role of health workers and the selection of LTCMS (p < 0.05) with an 0R value of 3.733.

This study aims to determine the perspective of the Ciherang Village community on the implementation of agricultural digitalization. As the digital era develops, the use of technology in agriculture is a great opportunity to increase efficiency and production results. Through a qualitative approach, data were obtained from questionnaires with farmers and local community leaders. The results of the study showed that most people are interested in the use of agricultural digitalization, especially in terms of access to fertilizer information and marketing of crops. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as low digital literacy, limited technological devices, and minimal digital understanding. Therefore, mentoring efforts, ongoing training, and improving digital infrastructure are needed so that agricultural digitalization can be implemented effectively and provide real benefits for farmers in Ciherang Village.

The purpose of this activity is to find out how much knowledge the local community in Patimban Village has regarding the internet to avoid fraud on online shopping sites or E-commerce. This Community Service Activity uses a field observation method (direct observation) by visiting people's homes through the distribution of information paper. The results of the activity concluded: first, online fraud is in principle the same as conventional fraud through the use of electronic systems (computers, internet, telecommunications devices) as a criminal act of fraud based on Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Law enforcement officers often experience difficulties and obstacles in ensnaring perpetrators of fraud; and second, this criminal act of fraud can be charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code as a criminal act of fraud or Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law concerning the regulation of the spread of false and misleading news that is detrimental to consumers. Or it can be charged based on both articles at once, namely, 378 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning fraud and/or ITE crimes.

Interesting agricultural cultivation technology that is easy to apply by the community, namely hydroponic agribusiness. Plant cultivation techniques without using soil, but using water enriched with nutrients needed by plants. These hydroponic plants are becoming increasingly popular because they are efficient, environmentally friendly, and can be done in limited land. This activity was carried out with the background of raising awareness, knowledge, insight, and skills in cultivating vegetables using the hydroponic method. The form of this activity is socialization carried out and attended by students, administrators and staff of Ma'had Zaadul Ma'ad on Jl. Padat Karya Lorong Melati RT 01, Talang Jambe Village, Sukarame District, Palembang. namely lectures, discussions, and direct practice on hydroponic cultivation. This activity received a good response from PKM participants, where participants enthusiastically followed the course of the workshop activities, namely making hydroponic plant seeds, hydroponic devices, making AB mix nutrients, planting, harvesting, to preparing financial reports. Hydroponic plants have a higher selling value compared to other plants. Of course, this is a potential profitable and promising business opportunity, so that male and female students, administrators and staff can utilize the yard to cultivate hydroponic plants. The prospects for this plant are very bright in the long term because consumer demand never stops. This program has a significant positive impact, but it is recommended that there be further development to expand the reach and sustainability of activities.

The rapid advancement of information technology has brought about new challenges for society, one of which is the widespread practice of online gambling. With unrestricted access across time and space, online gambling is easily accessible through mobile devices and the internet, making the public—especially those facing economic hardship, social influence, and easy access—highly vulnerable. Online gambling not only violates the law but also poses serious social and economic consequences, such as addiction, debt, family breakdowns, and a rise in criminal behavior. Through a Community Service (PkM) activity conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Law, Sunan Bonang University, Tuban, in Panyuran Village, legal and social education regarding the dangers and sanctions of online gambling was provided. This activity used participatory and descriptive approaches through lectures and interactive discussions. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of the mechanisms, impacts, and legal consequences of online gambling, while also fostering awareness to avoid engaging in such illegal practices. Preventive efforts such as continuous education and family-based supervision are expected to serve as strategic measures to minimize the spread of online gambling within society.    

DAGUSIBU is one of the efforts to improve public health that is organized through health service activities by pharmaceutical workers. Health services that can provide community pharmaceutical workers include providing information on the use and storage of pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices. The public needs to know the importance of drug management from when they get a prescription to when they throw it away if it is not needed. So that the impact of community errors cannot be prevented. The lack of public curiosity about this is very dangerous. They should not underestimate the procedures for drug management. Starting from when they first get a prescription from a doctor, to how to dispose of it if it can no longer be used. In fact, if we make a slight mistake in managing drugs, it will have fatal consequences for consumers of the drug. The results of the Dagusibu Drug Management counseling (Get, Use, Store, Throw Away) in Bingkat, Serdang Bedagai Regency can provide insight and education on drug management from when they get a prescription to when they throw it away if it is not needed. So that the impact of mistakes made by the Bingkat village community cannot be prevented. Participants can apply the knowledge they have gained in their family and community environments.

Access to education that is close and affordable is a major obstacle in Patane II Village, Access to education that is close and affordable is a major obstacle in Patane II Village, Porsea District, Toba Regency. Because there are no schools in the area, children have to go to other villages to study, which has an impact on their physical condition, study time, and safety. Excessive use of electronic devices also has a negative impact on children's learning efforts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the challenges of education in the area and offer community-based solutions involving the government, community, and the use of technology. This study identifies various approaches to tutoring and research related to children's schools. The qualitative methods used are direct observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that community-based solutions can effectively and sustainably improve access to education. Through the Student Service Practice Lecture Program (KPPM), children's interest in education has increased, especially in mathematics and English. In addition, students' social interactions with children help them reduce their dependence on electronic devices and increase awareness of the importance of education. Further collaboration is needed between the government, community, and educational institutions to achieve long-term goals, such as further school construction, improving teacher quality, and monitoring the use of electronic devices to increase children's learning opportunities.

Padang Brahrang is a village located in the city of Binjai, Langkat Regency, which has many stories ranging from the cleanliness of the village, which has greenery and cultivation of plants ranging from flowers to vegetables. But in this case, we students of North Sumatra State Islamic University are doing Community Service activities in Padang Brahrang village, one of the activities we do is making natural pesticides from papaya leaves that are useful for keeping plants or plants from pests and diseases.  . The type of research used in this paper uses qualitative research methods with descriptive approaches. Pesticide manufacturing greatly influenced the development of plants and plants in the village, resulting in the production of pesticides given to the mother and father of village devices that cultivated plants and nearby communities.

his community service program aims to empower youth in Tunjung Village through training in graphic design and branding using the Canva application. The training responds to the limited design skills among local youth, despite their basic knowledge of digital devices. In the digital era, the ability to produce visually appealing content is essential for promoting local products, supporting micro-enterprises, and enhancing community activities. The program was implemented using an Action Research (AR) approach, consisting of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ abilities to use Canva in designing various visual materials such as posters, banners, and logos. Despite several technical obstacles, such as limited device availability and unstable internet access, the training ran effectively. Final evaluations indicated positive responses from participants, who found the materials beneficial in enhancing their digital literacy and entrepreneurial potential. This initiative contributes to strengthening youth capacity in utilizing technology for productive and creative purposes.

This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy and online marketing skills for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojongkulur Village. The activity focuses on utilizing digital platforms such as GoFood and GrabFood as tools to expand the marketing reach of MSME products. The methods employed include counseling, training, and direct mentoring. The program results indicated an increased understanding of digital platforms among MSMEs and a rise in the number of MSMEs registered as partners. Challenges encountered include the initial lack of digital literacy among some MSMEs and limitations in supporting devices.

The low level of literacy in the digital era is one of the main challenges facing Indonesia including in Dersalam Village, Kudus Regency, Central Java. Digital literacy, containing the ability to access, manage, and evaluate sources of information is essential for boosting productivity in people’s lives. PPK Ormawa program from Universitas Muria Kudus took place in Dersalam Village aiming to improve digital literacy among the community by establishing five Reading Corners, Technology Reading Corner is one of it. This program is implemented within three stages: observation, setting up the spot, and conducting educational activities from August to November 2024. At the Technology Reading Corner, People are trained to use Microsoft Office, and are introduced to future technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). The results indicate an increase in the community’s learning interest and digital skills, particularly in operating technological devices to support their daily activities and even their entrepreneurship. Through this initiative, there is a strong hope that Dersalam can become one of a smart village, more adaptive to technological advancements, by enhancing the digital literacy of their people as a first step toward sustainable social transformation.

Online gambling is a type of gambling that is carried out via the internet using electronic devices such as computers, laptops, tablets or cellphones. Included in these activities is betting money on various games or sporting events, both virtual and real. There are many impacts, one of which is addiction. Therefore, social support from friends and relatives is really needed by victims of online gambling addiction.  This research uses a quantitative approach, the method used in this research is quasi-experimental, with a non-equivalent control group design. Determining subjects used purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this research were 12 teenagers from Pasarbatang village who were divided into six teenagers in the experimental group and six teenagers in the control group. The data collection technique used is the online gambling addiction behavior scale. Validity test and reliability test using SPSS 23.0 Windows version.

In line with the rapid advancement of technology, there has been a significant decline in reading interest across various age groups—both adults and children. One of the main contributing factors is the increasing addiction to digital devices, which has shifted attention away from reading activities and learning responsibilities at home. In response to this issue, we have initiated a movement aimed at revitalizing the spirit of literacy through the establishment and development of the Baitul Ilmi Community Reading Center located in Gesang Village. As an initial step, we have launched a book donation program, open to anyone who wishes to contribute books to support the sustainability of this literacy initiative. Based on our preliminary study, the primary target audience of this program includes children at the kindergarten and elementary school levels. To enhance their engagement and participation, we have adopted the field trip method as our key strategy. This method has proven to effectively increase children's enthusiasm and has received a positive response from the local community, particularly from parents. This initiative is also supported by various community stakeholders, including village authorities, the Family Welfare Empowerment Team (TP PKK), and the Gesang Village Youth Organization (Karang Taruna), all of whom are committed to fostering a culture of literacy from an early age to ensure a brighter future for the next generation.

Technique Data collection used in this research was interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research were a total 5 people who were devices sub-districts at the Karang Berombak Village Head Office, namely Village Head, Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Development, and Head of Environment XIII. The research results explain that Transparency and Accountability of Village Funds at the Lurah Office Karang Berombak, West Medan District, Medan City is transparent and accountability can be seen from a participatory process that involves all levels community by gathering and approving community aspirations although budget management is not made public, transparency and accountability is maintained through active community involvement and positive responses village head towards criticism and suggestions given by the community and them has supervised the use of sub-district funds. In this way, sub-district funds can be used appropriately to meet needs community needs and create a better and empowered environment.

Hypertension is a widespread health problem and is often called a "silent killer" because it often has no warning signs or symptoms, and many people don't realize they have it. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of alkahil  point cupping therapy and acupuncture therapy on blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Karangbong Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency. The method in this study is Pre-Experiment, with  a Two-group pre-post test design, the sample in this study is patients with hypertension totaling 36 patients who were taken using the  purposive sampling instrument technique which was used were cupping devices, acupuncture tools, tension meters and observation sheets. Furthermore, it was analyzed using the Paired t-test,  the Wilxocon test, the Independent t-test, and  the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study showed that before the alkahil point cupping therapy  was carried out, an average value of 149/102 mmHg was obtained, and the average value before acupuncture therapy was 149/99 mmHg. After alkahil point cupping therapy  , an average value of 139/92 mmHg was obtained and after acupuncture therapy was 134/90 mmHg. It is known that the average value  of the pre-post sistole difference of alkahil  point cupping therapy is 10.33, and the average value of the pre-post difference of  acupuncture therapy is 15.00 with a pV of 0.000 which means < 0.05. Meanwhile, the average value  of the pre-post diastole difference in alkahil  point cupping therapy was 19.61 and acupuncture therapy was 17.39 with a pV > 0.05. It can be concluded that the average value  of the difference in pre-post sistole of acupuncture therapy is more effective than alkalil  point cupping therapy in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients Alkahil point cupping therapy and acupuncture therapy can be traditional alternative treatments that can be done routinely for the hypertension healing process by doing acupuncture therapy.

This research method is a quasi experimental pre test and post test. This research was conducted on May 2 2024 at the Darul Arafah Raya Islamic Boarding School Jalan Berdikari.1A Lau Bakeri Village, Sampe Cita, Kec. Kutalimbaru, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection uses direct questionnaire techniques, namely face to face with respondents. The number of samples obtained in this study was 60 people, targeting junior high school students in grade 8 or with an age range of 13-15 years. The data collection tool used in this research was an observation sheet. The results of this study show that there is a significant difference between the level of knowledge before (pre-test) and after (post-test) education about the Influence of Gadgets on Adolescent Health at MTS Darul Arafah Raya. Conclusion: The results of this study show that significant effects of Health education on knowledge in teenagers at Mts Darul Arafah Raya.

Tanah Karo in North Sumatra Province. It is hoped that there will be an increase in knowledge and management of TikTok social media so that people's welfare and economy will increase due to increasing demand for agricultural products. TikTok social media is a marketing effort using electronic/internet devices with various marketing tactics and digital media where we can communicate with potential consumers online.

The function of computers in government is seen from government activities that have begun to implement e-Government system, where each region, government agencies already have their own information system, or better known as e-Government. Implementation of e-government is certainly to improve service to the community. The use of computers at the level of village government is currently more focused on the use of Microsoft office programs both Microsoft word, excel and power point. This program is preferred for improvements in administrative services such as the making of invitations, certificates, letters of moving, APBDES, reports on financial statements and others. Thus it is natural that every village device capable of using Microsoft office program both Microsoft word, excel and power point besides important is also the basic operation of computer. The condition of the community in Jumantono district is classified as society whose level of education is increasing, so it has demand for high quality of service in various ways. In terms of the ability to handle administration and documentation of village data, the average is still classified as not yet maximal, as evidenced from the results of random observations of 11 villages in Jumantono district, it is known that the village administration system has not been all using computer equipment but still done manually, each village government has been equipped with a computer but the device can not be utilized optimally because not all village devices have the ability to operate it. this devotional activity is to provide understanding to the Village's tools in Jumantono district by equip themselves with computer skills in operating Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, well to improve quality village administration so as to improve the effectiveness of services to the public. Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) is the most popular and most widely used spreadsheet application program. In PERMEN KP No. 2 Year 2015 sondong fishing gear is part of a trawls catcher that is potentially damaging to the marine ecosystem. However, But in Muara Gading Mas Village, Sondong's fishing gear is still used by fishermen.The purpose of this study is to know the perception and attitude of fishermen in respect of the ban on the use of fishing devices sondong in Muara Gading Mas village as well as to know what follow-up the government is doing. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data sources as primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done with observations, interviews and documentation, which is then analyzed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. As a result of research that shows fishermen's perception of the ban on the use of sondong and knowledge indicators show that the majority of fisherman (57.89%) are unaware of the prohibition, the dominant awareness indicator (55.26%) has not yet been aware of leaving the probes, and the indicator of compliance of most (57.8%) are not willing to switch to environmentally friendly probes. UPTD PP Labuhan Maringgai and Teladas with the support of the Department of Maritime Affairs undertakes socialization efforts, evaluation as well as follow-up to the enforcement of the ban on the use of Sondong capture equipment.

Mount Merapi is one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia and is located in the Sleman Regency area of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province and the Magelang, Klaten and Boyolali Regencies in Central Java Province. There are tools to support the early warning system located at stations or posts around the Blongkeng River. This tool is still active and is needed to notify you if a rain lava flood disaster will occur with a water level sensor. Therefore, a warning system model is needed that can be utilized by the community around Blongkeng. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data obtained through FGD/Interviews, Observation and documentation studies. The subjects of this research were 15 residents living around the Blongkeng River. The research results show that the existing device developed can provide information to the people around Blongkeng if the water level is dangerous and has the potential for lava flooding. From the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies, it shows that the community needs tools and systems to receive early warnings when a rain lava flood disaster occurs. Furthermore, as a means of information for villages located on the top/slopes of Mount Merapi to be able to provide information to villages located below it when lava floods will occur. Existing devices can provide information to people living around the Blongkeng River if the water level is dangerous and has the potential for rain lava flooding, although there are still several obstacles because there are tools at the Salamsari Station/Post that need to be calibrated.
