A calendar is a system for naming a period of time and is known as a Calendar Date. As the center of academic activities of Muhadi Setiabudi University with 101 lecturers, 1266 students and 94 employees must be supported by adequate parking infrastructure. Parking is an important infrastructure in an activity. One of the problems in parking is the lack of adequate parking space. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the characteristics of parking in the campus area. The evaluation results found parking characteristics at the location in the form of: motorcycle parking volume of 347 vehicles and cars of 28 vehicles. The maximum parking duration for motorbikes is 195,089 minutes and cars is 185,591 minutes. The maximum accumulated value of motorcycle parking is 267 vehicles and cars are 18 vehicles. The maximum static capacity on the motorcycle is 922 vehicles while for cars it is 41 vehicles. The maximum parking index on motorcycles is 89% as well as on cars is 130%. The maximum turnover on motorcycles is 1.16 times and for cars 2.16 times. The maximum parking space requirement on motorcycles is 294 vehicles, on cars is 20 vehicles. From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the capacity of the existing parking lot for motorbikes is adequate, but for cars it is not adequate.

The purpose of this study is to determine labor productivity against costs and time of implementation of the Watudakon River DPT project development work. The results of this study are the large number of labor productivity in the construction work of the Watudakon River DPT project, Mojokerto. With the results of calculating the overall productivity level, namely with an average of 2,228 m³/day, assuming 25% of formwork material shunting work and 75% installation of formwork, the calculation data is in accordance with what is carried out in the field. Duration of implementation according to a survey conducted on DPT Sungai Watudakon construction work, Mojokerto with an average value of duration for installation of pile cap formwork 1.013 days/hour, and for installation of DPT wall formwork 1.00 days/hour, then for pile repair work DPT cap and wall 1.00 days/hour, and also for pile cap casting work 1.166 days/hour, for DPT wall casting work 1.312 days/hour. The conclusion in this study is that the productivity of the workforce working hours is in accordance with the realization in the field and that work results can be increased by adding working hours or overtime.

This is due to the unavailability of applications that can more efficiently save energy and time. So far, calculating food needs requires a long time and energy is needed by more than one person. The type of research method used in this research is a quantitative quasi-experimental research method which aims to show a causal relationship and to investigate the relationship and clarify the causes of events, where in this study it focuses on the use of energy and the duration of time used before and after using the application. computers for food management activities in the Nutrition Installation, in this case the calculation of food needs. This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. The performance of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate seems to be slowing down, many jobs are not completed on time and the targets that have been determined. Of course, it cannot be denied that with few personnel, and the implementation of supervision that must be carried out throughout the district, it certainly has an effect on all jobs that must be completed. The aim is to determine the effect of leadership supervision and work motivation on the performance of inspectorate employees in Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Supervision of the leadership of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between leadership supervision and employee performance. The calculation results show that leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Building as an educational service requires maintenance so that the condition of the building remains fit for function. Without building maintenance activities, the function of a building will experience degradation over time. In this study, researchers focused on research on the Main Building of the Indragiri High School of Technology which was more than 10 years old to analyze the level of damage to the building and estimate the cost of maintaining the building. In the calculation that the level of damage is calculated based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 24/PRT/M/2008 concerning Guidelines for the Maintenance and Care of Buildings, from the sum of all the components, 89.0% is categorized as Severely Damaged with the greatest damage in structural damage. Problems related to labor or labor are problems that often occur in developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. One of the implementing regulations for the Job Creation Law that has been issued is Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for Specific Periods, Outsourcing, Working Time, Work Relations and Rest Periods, and Termination of Employment (PHK). Article 15 states that employers are required to provide compensation money to workers or laborers whose employment relationship is based on a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT). Compensation money as referred to in Article 15 paragraph (1) PP Number 35 of 2021, is given to workers/laborers who have had continuous service for at least 1 (one) month. Compensation is everything that is received by workers, both physical and non-physical. The form of compensation given can be in the form of money or goods that are given directly or indirectly. Regulations regarding compensation are regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for Specific Periods, Outsourcing, Working Time and Break Time and Termination of Employment. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa is a company that produces paving. Of the several types of products available, T6 paving, T8 paving, and hexagon paving are the types of products with the most demand. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa has problems in production scheduling, namely there are frequent delays in product delivery because they do not yet have an optimal production scheduling system and still use FCFS rules. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative production scheduling suggestions in order to obtain optimal production processing time and prevent delays in product delivery. These problems are solved by the method of Campbell Dudek Smith and Palmer. These two methods are compared to find out the production process time and get the optimal choice of production time. The calculation results show that the application of the method applied by the company, namely FCFS is 12342.9 minutes, the Campbell Dudek Smith method is 11953.9 minutes, and the Palmer method is 12023 minutes. It can be seen that the Campbell-Dudek-Smith method provides a shorter time of 389 minutes (3.15%) to the company's schedule.

PSP Group, this can be proven from the results of research by calculating liquidity with the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Quick Ratio, where the calculation results for 1 year, namely from January to December 2021 the calculation results for the liquidity ratio are > 1 as much as 75%, where with the existence of good cash management will have a positive impact, which means the application of cash management at CV. PT. Nadha Karya Utama Indonesia, a company engaged in the manufacturing service industry that produces mild steel, located on Jl. Cold Hamlet, RT 04 RW 07, Ngronggot, Kab. Nganjuk, East Java. The purpose of this study is to plan the Roll Forming machine maintenance schedule in order to minimize maintenance costs. The method used in this study is using the Preventive Maintenance method. The calculation results obtain the reliability value of each component on the Roll Forming machine, namely 0.5 for the reliability of the Roll component, 0.5 for the Gear Box component, 0.5 for the Main Engine component, 0.46 for Bearings, and 0.5 for reliability Roll Stand. Determination of maintenance time intervals is based on Peventive Maintenance on Roll components for 37 days, Gear Boxes for 108 days, Main Machinery for 108 days, Bearings for 53 days, and Roll Stands for 146 days. Based on the calculation results, the total cost of maintenance before carrying out preventive with reliability is known to be Rp. 19,340,000, after carrying out preventive calculations with reliability is Rp. 13,120,139.10, it can be seen that before and after carrying out preventive calculations there is a difference in costs of Rp. 6,219. 860.9. From these results it is known that preventive maintenance can reduce the costs incurred by PT. Nadha Karya Utama Indonesia from before the Preventive Maintenance calculations were carried out.

Promotion is a communication activity carried out by a person or company with the broader community, where the aim is to introduce something (goods/services/brands/companies) to the community and at the same time influence the wider community to buy and use the product. Purchasing decisions are a process where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, often consumers consider various things that suit their needs in the purchase decision process. Every company built by a business entity or individual is generally the same, namely, to seek as much profit as possible by increasing purchases at the company, it takes various kinds of marketing activities, one of which is to hold promotional activities for the products produced, with the existence of marketing activities. Sales promotion in each company will indirectly help increase purchases of products. This study aims to determine how much influence promotion has on purchasing decisions at the Qolsa Fashion Store. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers of the Qolsa store in the metro city. In this study, samples were taken from many as 50 respondents. Data was taken through a questionnaire method. Data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Excel. The test includes a validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, simple linear regression test, F-test, and t-test. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that: There is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions for clothing at the Qolsa store in 2022 with the regression equation Y = 44.324 + 0.3233 X can be seen from the results of the analysis of the calculation of the value of t-count and t-tab above, it means that it is known that t-count > t-tab can be seen in the table of t point on the 5% significant list, namely 2.65> 1.68 also the Fcount value of 4.28 is greater than Ftab = 4.04 which is 4.28> 4.04 means There is a Significant Effect of Promotion on Purchase Decisions Clothing at Qolsa Stores in Metro City in 2022.
