The aim of this research is to determine Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) and Return On Assets (ROA) in banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2020 period. The data collection technique used in this research method is literature study. The population in this study was 43 companies. In this research, researchers carried out samples to represent the population using simple random sampling, with a sample of 23 samples. This research explores and analyzes the independent and dependent variables consisting of Economic Value Added/EVA (X1), Market Value Added/MVA (X2) and Company Performance / Return On Assets (Y) which will be analyzed using multiple correlation analysis techniques, multiple regression , t test, f test and determination coefficient. In this research, the regression test obtained the equation ` Y = 0.605 + 1.213 X1 –6.558 X2. Where the constant is 0.605, which means that if Economic Value Added (EVA) and MVA are fixed (or 0), then ROA is 0.605. And if X1 or Economic Value Added (EVA) increases by one unit while X2 or MVA remains constant (or 0), then ROA will increase by 1.213. And if X1 or Economic Value Added (EVA) remains (or 0) while X2 or MVA increases by one unit, then ROA will decrease by 6.558. In the t test for Economic Value Added (EVA) it is known that the t count is 0.934 and the t table is 172472. So t count < t table then ho is accepted, so that the poor Economic Value Added (EVA) makes Economic Value Added (EVA) does not affect ROA. Meanwhile, for MVA, it is known that t count is -1.382 and t table is 1.72472, so t count < t table so ho is accepted. So MVA partially has no effect on ROA. In ANOVA, the results obtained for Economic Value Added (EVA) and MVA in this study showed that the calculated f was 3.029 and the f table was 2.59. So f table < f count then ho is rejected, so that Economic Value Added (EVA) and MVA simultaneously influence ROA. The Adjusted R Square figure (correlation figure squared or 0.4822) is 0.156. The Adjusted R Square number is also called the Coefficient of Determination. The coefficient of determination is 0.156 or equal to 15.6%. This figure means that the 15.6% ROA that occurs can be explained using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and MVA variables. The remaining 84.4% (100% -15.6%) must be explained by other causal factors such as Net Profit Margin, Return on Sales and Debt to Equity Ratio.

Data collection methods are through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and library studies. Data analysis techniques use multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression, tests and determination tests. The research results from multiple correlation analysis for the price variable obtained a value of 0.693 and for the service quality variable obtained a value of 0.679, so the relationship between the price variable and the service quality variable on public satisfaction is strong, because This figure is in the interval 0.60-0.799, which means it is strong. Multiple regression analysis produces the equation Y=3.320+0.501X1+0.329X2. The price variable has a coefficient of 0.501. The value of 0.501 means that if the value of the price variable increases by 1 unit and the other variable (service quality) is considered constant then the level of public satisfaction is 0.501. The service quality variable has a coefficient of 0.329. A value of 0.329 means that if the value of the service quality variable increases by 1 unit and the other variable (price) is considered constant then the level of public satisfaction is 0.329. Determination analysis produces an R Square figure of 0.526, this figure is called the coefficient of determination value. The determination value is 0.526 or 53%. This figure means that 53% of the level of community satisfaction can be explained using price and service quality variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 47% is likely influenced by other variables that were not studied, such as promotion and location. Hypothesis testing (t test) shows that between the price variable and consumer satisfaction there is a positive and significant influence so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, then between the service quality variable and consumer satisfaction there is also a positive and significant influence so that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The f test shows that the price variable and the service quality variable together have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction so that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Pregnancy can cause the body to be very susceptible to low hemoglobin levels, which during pregnancy require sufficient iron for the body. If the body loses iron, anemia will occur, because the body requires the intake of foods that contain iron. Anemia itself where the value of the hemoglobin level is less than the normal value or below the normal value. So if a pregnant woman has a hemoglobin level below the normal value, she will be prone to anemia. The risk of anemia during pregnancy can occur in the fetus because it can affect the growth and development of the fetus and baby, as well as babies born prematurely or with reduced body weight. Dates are a fruit which contains many benefits for the body, one of which is to prevent anemia. The content of the date palm itself contains nutrients for the body such as protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, thiamine, ribovalfin, nicotinic acid, and iron. To determine hemoglobin levels in pregnant women before and after giving dates. The research method used this time was preexperimental with a one-group pre-test post-test research design. This research aims to examine the influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction of the Grab online application in Purworejo. In the research, the population was Grab users in the Purworejo Regency area. The number of Grab users is unknown and can be said to be in the infinite category. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the hope that the researcher will obtain a representative sample based on the specified criteria. So the total research sample was 97 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, t test and f test. The research results from the multiple linear regression line equation produce the equation Y=-4.136+0.888X1+0.262X2. The constant coefficient value obtained is -4.136. This means that if the value of the e-servicequality and price variables is equal to 0, then the level or magnitude of the customer satisfaction variable is -4.136. The e-service quality variable has a coefficient of 0.888. A value of 0.888 means that if the value of the e-service quality variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the level of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.888. The price variable has a coefficient of 0.262. A value of 0.262 means that if the value of the price variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the level of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.262. Determination analysis produces an Ajusted R Square of 0.837, this figure means that 83% of the level of customer satisfaction can be explained using the e-service quality and price variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 17% may be influenced by other variables that were not studied, for example company image, promotion and brand ambassador factors. The t test shows that the e-service quality variable shows that the calculated t is greater than the t table (12,636> 1,661). This means that hypothesis 1 (H1) proposed that partially there is a significant influence between e-service quality on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected. The price variable obtained by t calculated is greater than t table (3267 > 1,661). This means that hypothesis 2 (H2) proposed that partially there is a significant influence between price on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected. The f test shows that F count > F table or (247,816 > 3.09) which means Hypothesis 3 (H3) which states that simultaneously there is a significant influence between e-service quality and price on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected.
