With the increasing number of patients and the complexity of health services in Batu Bara Regency, RSUD is required to have an effective system for managing inventory. Therefore, it is very important for Batu Bara District Hospital to develop and implement an effective inventory information system. This application has helped increase efficiency in making reports. Such as reports of incoming goods, outgoing goods, stock and mutation reports are faster and more efficient. Goods managers can easily access inventory information from anywhere and at any time. This has increased the accessibility of information and facilitated faster and more informed decision making.

Youth are a generation that lives in the digital era and they are very adept at using digital devices and are always updated with current technological developments. Technological developments cannot be avoided by anyone, including the church. There needs to be innovation and strategies for using technology in church services. The use of technology will make it easier for the church to reach and build the identity of youth, but on the other hand, if the church is resistant to technological developments, it is likely that church youth will withdraw and find it difficult to get involved in church activities. Investment is the activity of placing funds in one or several investment objects for a certain period of time to obtain future profits. The important role of investment in supporting economic growth can be seen from its ability to channel funds to sectors in need, thereby increasing productivity, creating jobs, and increasing income. Stock investment has become one of the most popular instruments because of its profit potential, both from dividends and rising stock prices, although it is accompanied by high risk. Technological developments and easy access to information have attracted more people to invest in stocks, especially through stock indices such as the BISNIS27 Index which reflects the performance of the best performing companies. The selection of this index is important as it reflects the overall market performance and provides a strong reference for investors. To analyze stock performance, fundamental and technical analysis approaches are used, which complement each other in providing a complete picture for investors. In addition, forecasting and ECM (Error Correction Model) methods are used to project future stock prices and analyze the long-term relationship between economic variables. The result of this study is that the best forecasting method of ICBP stock is single exponential smoothing with an alpa value (α = 0.7) because it has the lowest error rate and ICBP stock meets all assumptions of stationarity, cointegration, multicollinearity and IIDN.

Technological developments have made it easier to access information from various places. Social media has become an inseparable part of every aspect of modern life, so it is necessary to have legal policies and guidelines in believing through social media. This study aims to find out a critical review of MUI fatwa policies in unravelling laws and guidelines for the use of social media. The research method used is normative legal research with a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that MUI Fatwa Number 24 of 2017 is the right response to ethical challenges that arise due to the use of social media. This fatwa provides clear guidance for Muslims on how to use social media ethically and by Islamic teachings. However, as a fatwa, this regulation does not have binding legal force, coercion and does not have legal sanctions whose settlement is through litigation or still based on laws and regulations, only functions as a moral guideline depending on individual awareness. Without stricter enforcement or appropriate legal regulations, the impact could be limited.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have become essential technological tools for collecting, storing, processing, analyzing, and visualizing spatial data to support various human activities. The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly expanded the use of GIS, particularly through web-based platforms and mobile applications, enabling wider accessibility and real-time data utilization. This study focuses on analyzing the utilization of GIS applications and websites across multiple sectors and their contributions to improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making processes in daily life. The main objective of this research is to identify, evaluate, and synthesize recent developments in GIS implementation through a systematic literature review. Scientific articles were collected from reputable international and national journals published within the last five years (2018–2022). A total of 130 international journals and 100 national journals were initially identified through database searches. After applying relevance screening and inclusion criteria, 33 selected articles were analyzed in depth to extract key findings, application trends, and potential research gaps. The results show that GIS applications and web-based systems play a vital role in supporting various sectors. In education, GIS facilitates spatial mapping for industrial internship placement (PRAKERIN) and school zoning management. In healthcare, GIS assists in mapping healthcare facilities, including pharmacies and hospitals, to improve service accessibility. In transportation, GIS-based systems provide route planning, traffic monitoring, and public transport information to enhance mobility and reduce congestion. GIS applications are also increasingly applied in environmental monitoring, disaster management, urban planning, and natural resource management. Overall, this study emphasizes the growing importance of GIS technologies as strategic tools for data-driven decision-making and sustainable development. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in optimizing GIS-based solutions to improve public services and quality of life.

Educational institutions currently need to be managed competently and deserve attention in today's era. Schools can promote through Digital Marketing by using the school website or utilizing social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Whatsapp. The purpose of this study is to examine how digital marketing-based promotional strategies can help schools increase the interest of prospective new students. This study uses a literature study method based on various sources in the form of reference books, research results, or scientific journals. Thus, the use of the right promotional strategy, especially in using school digital marketing, can reach a wider community, school information becomes easily accessible anytime and anywhere, and this school's promotional activities will certainly be more effective and efficient.

The internet is an information and communication technology that is most often encountered in human activities. The internet is one for surfing in cyberspace without any restrictions, a network that is very easy to access. The Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) and the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE), namely Law Number 19 of 2016 Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 have been applied to cyber crime.

Rapid technological advances are affecting various fields, one of which is education. Education cannot be separated from the progress that occurs. As an innovator, teaching in schools should be carried out by following all existing changes. In fact, students' digital literacy abilities are known to be in the low category so that each individual's learning needs are not achieved optimally. The aim of this research is to analyze how utilizing rapidly developing information and communication technology can help students meet their learning needs. Digital literacy is a form of ability to obtain, understand and use information originating from various sources in digital form. Literacy itself in the educational context plays a role in developing a person's knowledge of certain subject matter as well as encouraging curiosity and developing their creativity. This is what requires students to have literacy or the ability to process and understand good information to study and understand. With the rapid development of technology, it allows students to access information more easily. Digital literacy is also very necessary to overcome the problem of the ever-increasing explosion of information in digital sources. Society is now faced with very rapid technological developments. People are also required to sort and select information that is appropriate to the actual situation. Exposure to various kinds of information from the media makes most people doubt whether information is true or not. So with this phenomenon, media literacy knowledge is really needed as the ability to process information. This research method uses interviews with PPKn teachers in the city of Medan. The interview was conducted to see the extent of efforts made by PPKn teachers in increasing students' digital literacy. The result is that good digital literacy skills can enrich oneself with knowledge by actualizing oneself in these technological advances. The role of teachers in this case certainly cannot be replaced, but teachers can guide the extent to which students can utilize technology on the positive side and the extent to which they can minimize the possibility of deviating from the use of this technology.

Digital solutions in the form of applications have become one of the primary tools needed in the world of work and business. One example of the latest information system developments is in the world of mining in terms of workforce management. One of the companies that requires a workforce management information system is PT Lestari Berkat Sejahtera, because this company still uses a manual workforce management system. The author has a solution, namely by creating an employee data management application. The aim of making this application is to provide easy access for HRD staff, admins and employees to view information and manage existing human resource data.

Technological developments to date have had a rapid impact on all aspects of life, including economic aspects and aspects of government administration; many things have arisen and have had positive impacts, such as ease of access to information and simplification of services by the government. So that technology-based services can be prepared and implemented based on a policy that cannot be separated from the legal theory that binds it. In order to support ease of investment services, the Government has initiated an Online Single Submission (OSS) system since October 2017 as an implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2017 concerning the Acceleration of Business Implementation and has conducted concept trials in three locations, namely: Purwakarta, Batam, and Palu. The design of this Information Technology-based system is basically by interconnecting and integrating the existing licensing service system at BKPM/Central PTSP (SPIPISE), a regional PTSP that uses the Ministry of Communication and Information's SiCantik system. In practice, the licensing implemented uses a one-door system, which makes it quicker for investors to process port permits. In this case, BP Batam provides services in the form of Indonesia Batam Online Single Submission or IBOSS. Licensing that previously used manual or conventional methods has switched to an electronic system connected directly to the national system. Port permits are now also handled directly by the BP Batam One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) Directorate, which impacts the speedy completion of port permit processing. However, in implementing technology-based services, it is essential to pay attention to regulatory or legal aspects so that implementation remains safe and does not cause material or non-material losses. To safeguard data, the application guarantees that the data recorded by Business Actors is only for Business Licensing services. However, even though there are guarantees or clauses, comprehensive research must still be carried out regarding technology-based services in order to support increased investment, considering that data security is an essential thing in running services.

Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. However, the reality is that the development of creative economy-based tourism potential has faced many problems, such as inadequate human resources and even insufficient promotion, so that many domestic and foreign tourists are not aware of the existence of unique and attractive destinations in East Java. Meanwhile, the negative impact obtained from the use of social media which is used as a medium for strengthening character for adolescents can be seen through accessing the negative content chosen by teenagers. In this research, the writer or researcher uses qualitative researchers in order to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the subject or research topic. A proper qualitative approach involves analyzing and describing every source, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research emphasizes the depth of data obtained by researchers. The deeper and more detailed the data obtained, the better the quality of this qualitative research. So, qualitative research is a research approach used by the author to describe information and data analysis that is relevant to the topic of discussion.
