This research aims to describe the process of transforming Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) toward a digital economy through QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) training and the creation of creative banners as promotional media in Batu Karang Village, Karo Regency. Digital transformation has become an essential need for MSMEs to adapt to changes in consumer behavior and rapid technological development. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach focusing on training materials and the implementation process, without using quantitative data or interview results. The findings indicate that QRIS training provides MSME actors with conceptual and practical understanding of digital payment systems that are efficient, secure, and convenient. In addition, creative banner development functions as a visual promotional tool that strengthens business identity and enhances consumer attraction. The integration of QRIS with creative banners creates synergy between digital payment systems and promotional strategies that are relevant to the conditions of rural MSMEs. Overall, this research demonstrates that digital-based training combined with creative promotional media can serve as an effective strategy to enhance MSME readiness in facing the digital economy era in a sustainable manner.

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa inovasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan Augmented Reality (AR) dan Virtual Reality (VR) untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan imersif. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sorong dengan tujuan memperkenalkan serta melatih siswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi Assembler Studio untuk membuat media pembelajaran berbasis AR. Metode kegiatan mengadopsi pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan intensif, dan evaluasi, sehingga siswa terlibat secara aktif dan mampu mengembangkan keterampilan digital secara mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu membuat konten AR sederhana yang relevan dengan materi pelajaran, meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan kreativitas belajar. Penerapan media AR terbukti efektif dalam memvisualisasikan konsep-konsep yang kompleks, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan, dan mendukung kompetensi abad ke-21. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi digital dapat menjadi strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah menengah.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting Indonesia’s economic development, not only by contributing to economic growth but also by creating employment opportunities. Along with the rapid increase in the number of MSMEs, competition among business actors has become increasingly intense, including in the knitted industry, which requires consistent product quality and efficient production processes. In this context, this community service program is designed to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs by improving their understanding and implementation of machine maintenance. Proper and well-planned maintenance practices are expected to reduce the risk of machine failure and minimize product defects. The activities were carried out through a series of socialization sessions, training programs, and technical assistance focused on machine maintenance calculations. The expected output of this program is a community service report that will be further developed into a scientific article and published in the Indonesian Journal of Community Service.

Emotional intelligence (EI) is an essential competency for early childhood education (ECE) teachers in fostering supportive and emotionally responsive learning environments. However, many ECE teachers in Indonesia have limited access to structured EI training. This community service program aimed to strengthen the emotional intelligence of non-formal ECE teachers from HIMPAUDI Cipayung, East Jakarta, through interactive lectures and reflective practice using Points of You (Flow) cards. The training focused on four EI domains: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. Results showed a substantial improvement in participants’ understanding, with average scores increasing from 30.5 (pre-test) to 90.9 (post-test). Most participants (85%) reported that the training was beneficial and expressed readiness to apply the strategies in classroom practice. Observations also indicated improved teacher confidence in managing children’s emotions and building positive interactions. These findings demonstrate that reflective and experiential EI training effectively enhances ECE teachers’ emotional competencies and supports the creation of a positive social-emotional learning environment.

The rapid development of digital communication has encouraged social organizations to optimize online-based donation campaigns. Grandma Foundation still faces limitations in utilizing visual content, particularly video, due to the limited video editing skills of its volunteers. This Community Service Program aimed to enhance volunteers’ capacity in producing creative video content to strengthen the foundation’s online donation campaigns. The program employed a participatory educational approach through video editing training, content production assistance, campaign video simulations, and output evaluation. The activity was conducted on October 25–26, 2025, involving 20 volunteers of Grandma Foundation in South Tangerang. The results indicate an improvement in volunteers’ understanding and skills in visual storytelling, video editing techniques, and social media content distribution strategies. The program produced campaign videos that were more communicative, persuasive, and aligned with the characteristics of digital audiences. This initiative contributed to strengthening the foundation’s institutional image, expanding the reach of online donation campaigns, and enhancing the readiness of human resources to respond to digital communication challenges.

The government's implementation of the Academic Ability Test (TKA) has shocked some students, particularly because they are unfamiliar with the test questions. This highlights the need for public awareness campaigns regarding the TKA questions, particularly in private schools. This community service initiative aims to provide high school students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) with an overview of the TKA mathematics exam. The method used in this initiative is drills and discussions, aimed at training and preparing students for the types of questions tested in the TKA. This initiative was attended by five private schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and conducted by lecturers and students from the Mathematics Education study program at Alma Ata University. The results of this training indicate that students gained an overview of the TKA mathematics exam questions and learned several strategies for solving them effectively. This initiative is expected to help students become more prepared and confident in facing the TKA in the future.

The training on computer network cabling conducted in schools serves not only to enhance students’ technical competencies but also functions as a strategic medium for developing collaborative attitudes, technological independence, and religious social harmony. Based on the community service activities carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Sorong, the training integrated LAN cabling practice, the introduction of network devices, and guided sessions through observation, socialization, practicum, and evaluation. Throughout these stages, students gained direct experience in crimping, attaching RJ-45 connectors, testing cables with LAN testers, and simulating network configurations, which collectively strengthened their technical mastery. From the perspective of the sociology of religion, the training created a shared learning environment where students of diverse religious backgrounds collaborated equally in completing collective technical tasks. Values such as mutual respect, cooperation across differences, and social solidarity were visibly demonstrated as students helped one another in solving cabling-related challenges. Evaluation results indicate that participants became more independent in completing technical tasks and more open in communicating and interacting with peers of different beliefs. These findings emphasize that technology training can serve as a constructive medium for fostering religious social harmony and character building through practical experiences and meaningful social interaction.

Almost all formal workers dedicate all their time and energy to their companies during their productive years. As a result, it is very difficult for workers to start other businesses besides their formal jobs. Without the skills and strategies for entrepreneurship, many workers find it difficult to survive when they reach retirement age. From a sustainable human resource management perspective, the retirement preparation period (MPP) is a strategic phase for maintaining the social welfare of employees and taking preventive measures to address post-retirement social issues such as decreased productivity, economic dependence, and individual social roles. For employees who will enter retirement age in the next two years, PT. Sindopex Perotama regularly conducts MPP training. This year, the MPP training was themed “food security to achieve food self-sufficiency in retirement.” PT. Sindopex Perotama collaborated with LS Farm, Trawas Eduwisata Center (TEC), and a team from KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University (UNWAHA) Jombang as part of the Tridharma community service program. This activity was achieved by applying the results of evaluations from observations of previous activities so that it was on target through proper planning (identifying needs in collaboration with partners), implementing activities, and providing direct assistance at the activity location. This program is expected to bring about social change, such as greater social welfare for employees approaching retirement age, greater economic independence in terms of food, and greater awareness of the role of retirees in maintaining food availability and social harmony in their neighborhoods. In addition, this program demonstrates sustainable human resource management practices in companies that care about the welfare of their employees until they retire.

The policy to implement the deep learning approach in Indonesian schools starting from the 2025/2026 academic year requires teachers to be well prepared to design and conduct meaningful and in-depth learning. This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding and pedagogical competence of senior high school and madrasah economics teachers in Tasikmalaya City in implementing the deep learning approach comprehensively. The program employed a community-based science and technology application scheme through training and mentoring activities conducted in face-to-face, online, and hybrid modes, consisting of planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The training materials covered the concept and implementation of deep learning, lesson planning, instructional design and models, learning evaluation, development of innovative technology-based learning media, and reinforcement of microeconomic and macroeconomic content. A total of 78 economics teachers participating in the MGMP of Tasikmalaya City were involved in the program. The results indicate that the training improved teachers’ understanding of deep learning, lesson planning, and assessment strategies that support meaningful learning. Participants’ reflections revealed high motivation and strong relevance of the training materials to their professional duties. This program contributes to strengthening teachers’ readiness to implement deep learning sustainably and supports the improvement of economics learning quality in schools.

Women's empowerment at the village level is a strategic step in strengthening household economics, especially in transitional areas such as Sunggu Manai Village, Pattallassang District. The main problems faced by partners are low productive skills and a lack of financial literacy, leading to economic dependence and vulnerability to illegal lending schemes. This community service activity aims to increase women's economic capacity through technical skills training and financial management. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) with stages of socialization, hardskill training (making processed products), and financial literacy workshops (cash management and investment awareness education). The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge by 45% based on pre-test and post-test scores. Furthermore, participants were able to manufacture products with marketable packaging standards and gained a new understanding regarding the separation of business cash from domestic cash. The conclusion of this activity is that the integration of practical skills and financial intelligence can encourage women's economic independence and create more sustainable family financial resilience.

Abstract. The rapid growth of social media has significantly changed communication patterns, self-expression, and employment opportunities, especially among younger generations. However, among vocational high school students, social media use is still largely focused on entertainment and has not been optimally utilized for skill development, personal branding, or economically productive activities. Addressing this issue, a community service program was conducted to enhance the knowledge, understanding, and practical skills of students at SMK YBPK Pare in creating creative, structured, and relevant social media content in line with the demands of the digital era in 2024. The program was implemented through the delivery of conceptual materials on social media fundamentals, content planning strategies, and effective content creation techniques. These materials were strengthened through interactive discussions and hands-on practice using smartphones and accessible editing applications. The participants included 40 students from grades X, XI, and XII, representing Generation Z with high social media usage intensity. The results showed improved student understanding of the purpose of social media, basic digital content concepts, and communicative content creation techniques. Students were able to produce simple promotional content to support school branding. In addition to technical skills, the program increased awareness of social media as a tool for self-development, digital literacy, and future employment or entrepreneurial opportunities, thereby contributing positively to students’ digital competencies and work readiness.

This community service program is entitled Improving Microcontroller Competence of Students of SMK Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar through Arduino Training Based on Industrial Practice and is implemented as a follow-up to the school's official request to invite university practitioners as guest teachers in order to strengthen industry-based vocational learning. The activity was carried out on November 27, 2025 at the Computer Laboratory of SMK Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar involving 50 grade XI students, and guided by Andi Setiadi Manalu, S.Kom., M.Ti as the main instructor of Arduino material which focuses on the introduction of microcontrollers, basic programming, sensor integration, and simple automation project design. The purpose of this activity is to improve students' technical competence in the field of embedded systems while fostering work readiness through real-world practice-based learning experiences. The implementation method uses an experiential learning and project-based learning approach, which combines brief conceptual explanations with direct practice, technical discussions, and problem-based project assignment completion. The evaluation results show an increase in students' understanding of microcontroller functions, programming logic structures, and the ability to connect hardware and software in one work system. In addition, students demonstrated increased motivation, confidence, and interest in industrial technology, as reflected in their active participation during the practicum and their successful independent completion of functional prototypes. Overall, this activity proved effective in strengthening the technical competencies of vocational high school students and supporting the implementation of the link and match policy between vocational education and the needs of the industrial world, while also emphasizing the strategic role of higher education institutions in supporting the improvement of human resource quality at the vocational high school level.

Micro-entrepreneurs, particularly small grocery shop owners, commonly encounter challenges in managing business finances and implementing effective marketing strategies. Limited skills in financial recordkeeping often make it difficult for business owners to accurately monitor cash flow and assess their financial condition, which may lead to suboptimal business decisions. In addition, the utilization of digital technology as a marketing tool remains limited, thereby restricting opportunities for market expansion. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of micro-enterprises in applying practical basic financial management and optimizing digital platforms for product promotion. The program also seeks to increase awareness of the importance of structured financial management as a foundation for sustainable business development. The activities were conducted through several stages, including the delivery of material on the significance of financial recording, hands-on training sessions, mentoring in preparing simple financial records, and digital marketing simulations using WhatsApp Business and various social media platforms. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in recording income and expenses, managing business capital more systematically, and utilizing digital features to support promotional activities. Furthermore, participants demonstrated a more positive attitude toward the adoption of technology in their daily business operations. Overall, this program is expected to enhance financial independence, support sustainable business growth, and expand the marketing reach of micro-enterprises

Women micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in strengthening both family and community economies; however, they experience to obtain fundamental skill in financial management. One of the main problems is the mixing of personal and business finances, which turn into challenges for entrepreneurs to monitor business performance and to address access financing. This community service activity aims to improve insight of women entrepreneurs in Medan regarding the importance of separating personal and business finances through simple, practice-based training. The activity was conducted in 7 November 2025 in Medan and was attended by 150 women MSME participants from a local entrepreneurship community. The training was held for one day using interactive lectures, group discussions, and hands-on cash recording exercises. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of financial separation concepts and their ability to record business transactions. A total of 85% of participants were able to create a simple cash record format and expressed a commitment to applying separate financial practices. This activity contributed to improving the financial literacy of women micro-entrepreneurs and strengthening their managerial capacity toward sustainable business growth.

This community service activity aims to empower women in Sumenep through entrepreneurship training, digital financial inclusion, and strengthening gender-responsive MSMEs in a sustainable community development context. The main problem identified was the low level of economic independence and competitiveness of women's businesses, particularly in the MSME sector. Therefore, this activity was designed with an approach that included entrepreneurship training to improve business skills, the implementation of digital financial inclusion to expand access to financial services, and strengthening MSMEs with a gender-responsive approach to increase competitiveness. The methods used in this activity included direct training, mentoring, and providing participants with access to relevant technology and information. The results of this activity indicate an increase in the economic independence and competitiveness of women's businesses in Sumenep, with the identification of a number of MSMEs that are growing and able to optimally utilize technology and digital financial services to support business sustainability and local economic development.

Kyriad Hotel Arra Cepu is a star-rated hotel located in Blora Regency that plays an important role in supporting tourism activities, business travel, and the development of the local hospitality industry. Despite its strategic position, initial observations and discussions with hotel management revealed several challenges related to service quality, which has not yet fully aligned with current hospitality industry standards. These challenges include limited continuous staff training, inconsistencies between employee competencies and established standard operating procedures, and insufficient professional communication skills. In response, a community service program was developed in the form of competency-based training specifically tailored to the needs of Kyriad Hotel Arra Cepu. The program aims to enhance human resource quality through structured and intensive training aligned with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards in the hospitality sector, covering Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Products, and Food and Beverage Service. The training was implemented using a participatory and hands-on approach supported by ongoing coaching. Training materials included hotel hygiene and sanitation, excellent service practices, telephone operator etiquette, and basic English communication. This program provides direct benefits by improving employee competence, professionalism, and guest satisfaction, while also supporting the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and strengthening collaboration between academia and the hotel industry. The expected outcomes include improved staff skills, higher service quality, and a replicable training model for similar hotels.

Sektor bisnis kuliner terus berkembang pesat, menciptakan kebutuhan yang kuat akan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan kinerja penjualan item menu di Warung Makan Lalapan Haris dengan menerapkan algoritma pohon keputusan C4.5 dan metodologi KDD. Sebanyak 500 data record yang berisi atribut seperti jenis menu, jumlah pelanggan, jumlah barang terjual, dan status penjualan diproses melalui beberapa tahap, meliputi pemilihan data, praproses, transformasi, penggalian data, dan evaluasi. Model pohon keputusan dibangun menggunakan RapidMiner 2026.0.1 dengan pembagian data 70% untuk pelatihan dan 30% untuk pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma C4.5 berhasil membentuk struktur klasifikasi yang mengkategorikan item menu ke dalam kelompok Best Seller, Medium Seller, dan Low Seller. Ayam Goreng secara konsisten diidentifikasi sebagai Best Seller, Ayam Bakar sebagai Medium Seller, sementara Lele Goreng dan Lele Bakar diklasifikasikan sebagai item Low Seller dengan pola pembagian yang lebih kompleks yang terutama dipengaruhi oleh jumlah pelanggan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan akurasi 84%, dengan presisi dan recall sempurna untuk Ayam Goreng dan Ayam Bakar, sementara performa untuk Lele Goreng dan Lele Bakar bervariasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma pohon keputusan C4.5 efektif untuk menganalisis pola penjualan dan dapat membantu pemilik bisnis dalam merencanakan inventaris dan mengoptimalkan strategi manajemen menu.

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of traditional clothing UMKM in Palembang through product innovation and business management training in order to support the development of local fashion tourism. UMKM engaged in producing songket, jumputan, and Palembang batik possess significant economic and cultural potential; however, they face various challenges, including limited design innovation, weak business management skills, and insufficient utilization of digital technology for marketing. Through collaboration between the lecturer team of Politeknik Prasetiya Mandiri and the Palembang City Tourism Office, the program was implemented through workshops, business mentoring, and digital marketing training involving UMKM actors, students, and the local community. The results show improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills in developing creative product designs, enhancing production quality, and managing their businesses more professionally. Participants also gained a deeper understanding of digital marketing strategies as an essential tool to expand market reach. This program has contributed positively to strengthening local cultural identity while creating opportunities for creative economic growth through fashion tourism. The implementation of this initiative is expected to serve as a sustainable effort to improve the competitiveness of UMKM and support the economic development of Palembang.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted with the primary objective of enhancing understanding, awareness, and skills among youth in Parangloe District in preventing drug abuse. Drug abuse has become one of the greatest threats to the development of young generations in Indonesia, including in Parangloe District, which has begun to show indicators of increasing risk. This activity focused on education-based prevention efforts and youth empowerment through a peer educator approach, whereby youth were trained to become agents capable of disseminating information and positive influence within their communities. The program was implemented through a series of socialization sessions, seminars, interactive discussions, and peer youth training. The materials provided covered understanding various types of drugs, causal factors of abuse, health impacts, social and legal consequences, and prevention strategies applicable at the family, school, and community levels. The results demonstrated increased participant knowledge, formation of Peer Youth Groups Concerned with Anti-Drug Efforts, and growing commitment to undertake sustainable prevention measures. This PKM activity had a significant impact on strengthening social resilience in Parangloe District and building an active role for youth as pioneers of the anti-drug movement.
