In the partnership agreement between PT. GO-JEK Indonesia with online motorcycle taxi drivers does not meet the principle of balance. The principle of balance which is intended to harmonize legal institutions in agreements known in civil law which has the aim of making the agreement equal or balanced. This study aims to determine the legal consequences of not fulfilling the principle of balance in the partnership agreement between PT. GO-JEK Indonesia Bali Branch With Online Ojek Drivers. As discussed in this study are the legal consequences and legal protection of agreements that do not meet the principle of balance in the partnership agreement between PT. GO-JEK Indonesia Bali Branch with online motorcycle taxi drivers. The research method in this study is a normative research method, which is a legal research library by reviewing regulations and theories of experts related to the problems discussed. After doing the research, it was concluded that the result of the partnership agreement between PT. GO-JEK Indonesia Bali Branch with online motorcycle taxi drivers creates an imbalance between the rights and obligations of the parties. And GO-JEK in resolving problems that cannot be carried out through deliberation is allowed to take legal action by bringing the dispute to a court that has been determined by GO-JEK, namely the South Jakarta Court, but with the determination of the Court by GO-JEK, it can be difficult for partners who live outside city or far from the Court.

Education plays an important role in the progress of the nation and state. In the development of the country's national education, it certainly requires policies that are able to make education more advanced. The role of policy itself is very crucial because it can help someone make decisions by providing information collected through research and analysis processes, classifying and clarifying problems that reveal discrepancies in goals and efforts, suggesting new possibilities and suggesting how to interpret ideas or ideas into a policy that is easy to implement and implemented. After policy making is carried out, of course it is necessary to apply or implement it to see the results of the policy. The purpose of implementing the policy itself is to set a direction so that the policy objectives can be implemented. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of policies in the education system itself by reviewing the stages and approaches in implementing educational policies.

Background: Mental disorders in the elderly are health problems that cause changes in older people's emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. This condition can cause the elderly difficulty functioning correctly in family, work, and social activities. To overcome the various problems that arise in the elderly, several modalities can be given, one of which is yoga. Objective: To find out the effect of yoga on mental health in the elderly by reviewing published research results. Research method: This research is a Literature review with the help of the PRISMA application in screening articles. In searching for articles using Publish or Perish, PubMed, and google scholar for the last seven years. Results: Yoga is an effective intervention given to the elderly, significantly reducing mental health disorders as support for the well-being of the elderly. Conclusion: Based on the results of the Literature Review study of 10 selected journals, it was found that the provision of yoga interventions effectively improved mental health in the elderly.

The large number of people who use sharia contracts has a strong correlation with the number of sharia economic conflicts. Either party may breach the contract or engage in illegal acts giving rise to law. If a lawsuit occurs, the aggrieved party can file a lawsuit against the lawsuit, but the judge turns out that during the examination of the case, it determines that the contract in question is not in accordance with sharia law, even though neither party owns it. filed a lawsuit to be terminated. To examine sharia economic dispute cases, judges are required to follow certain provisions from the Supreme Court. In this study, the authors also used a conceptual approach to examine. Islamic legal concepts related to improper contracts. govern Islam. The authors of this study draw the conclusion that there are still many legal discussions governing sharia economics; existing laws only regulate in general and globally, and sometimes even conflict with each other. Due to loopholes in the law, the Supreme Court established guidelines for reviewing sharia economic cases. The guidelines contain several provisions that are inconsistent or even contradict one another, so that ijtihad is required from the judge's side to uphold the principle of divinity. so that the choice is only based on the rules stipulated by Islamic law. then the Supreme Court sets guidelines for reviewing sharia economic cases. This research was motivated by the rules that govern that to become a homeroom teacher, we cannot choose which level we want, because it is actually determined by the principal. For this reason, as prospective teachers, it is necessary to prepare themselves, one of which is by knowing how the attitudes and characteristics of children at each level of elementary school, in this case the differences in characteristics between low-grade students and high-grade students. This research uses the literature review method, by reviewing from various sources, such as journals and books. Hopefully this research can contribute to prospective class teachers to know what things must be prepared to become class teachers.

This study aims to find out how the teacher's attitude is in dealing with students with special needs in class 2 at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek. This research was conducted at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. For data collection techniques in this study using classroom observations, interviews with grade 2 teachers, reviewing from literature studies by searching from book, articles, journals, theses, etc. related to the research being conducted. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that in dealing with grade 2 students with special needs at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek the teacher's attitude is painstaking in providing special treatment according to what the student needs but the teacher also tries so that these students and their families do not feel discriminated against and do not make Other students feel that there is something special in the class.

Introduction: Work stress in nurses is one of the problems in human resource management in hospitals. Nurses in hospitals are one of the potential resources that have a dangerous risk of burnout in workers. One of the triggering factors for work burnout in workers is work stress experienced by hospital workers. Research objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between work stress and job burnout in hospital nurses in various regions in Indonesia. Research Method: The research method used is the literature review study method by reviewing previous research that is relevant to the topic discussed as a study accessed on the Google Scholar database. Research Results: The results of the research conducted were that there was a significant relationship between work stress and job burnout in hospital nurses in various regions of Indonesia. The conclusion of this study is that work fatigue is influenced by work stress.

Patient is a person who, directly or indirectly, consults a doctor or medical service about a health problem in order to receive the medical care the patient needs. After registering, patients need to wait until they get health services from the intended poly. The waiting time is understood as the time required from the arrival of the patient to the moment when the specialist performs the service. This study aims to review the length of waiting time for cardiac outpatient services at the Cilandak Marine Marine Hospital in 2022 using a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, namely conducting direct interviews with outpatients and directly reviewing the length of waiting time for patients. 74 patient samples, there were 23 patients (31.08%) whose waiting time was appropriate or below the minimum service standard of waiting time (≤60 minutes), while for 51 patients (68.92%) the waiting time did not meet the minimum service standard of time. waiting time (>60 minutes), with an average patient waiting time of 96 minutes. The fastest waiting time for patients is 41 minutes, while the longest waiting time for patients is 173 minutes. Factors that cause long waiting times for outpatients are the inadequate number of medical record officers and medical personnel, the number of patients who come at the same time, causing queues at the registration counter and queues at the poly, doctors' practice hours are quite at odds with registration hours at the counter, negligence of the patient when registering, not carrying a medical card, not carrying the necessary documents, and not the patient concerned who registers, and the number of medical personnel and officers is not sufficient.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. This article is written using the literature study method in the form of a number of literature tasks related to the management of research materials, reading and recording, and information collection techniques. This article aims to discuss the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The research method used in this article is literature study or literature review, where data is obtained by reviewing literature sources. The literature study conducted included the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The results of this literature study indicate that educational supervision in schools must continue to improve so that school accreditation is even better. We recommend that educational supervision should be carried out properly so as to increase the achievement of school accreditation.

This community service activity aims to assist partners in increasing the understanding of educators and education personnel of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum and the Mover School Program. The method of implementing the service is in the form of educational activities in the form of counseling which was carried out on February 5-17, 2023 with an activity workflow of four stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, and reporting stage. This activity has been completed by meeting the predetermined achievement targets. These achievements can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in counseling activities and being active in question and answer activities and discussions. In reviewing the evaluation of activities, the implementation team considered that the implementation of this service activity could not be separated from the maximum support from partners through the preparation of facilities during the event and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in counseling activities. The inhibiting factors of the activity include: time constraints, participant attendance that is not optimal, and the remote location of partners, far from the city and in an internet blind spot.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 5 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. This study examines the effectiveness of using audio media in improving the memorization of short surahs. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources consist of Islamic Education teachers, classroom teachers, and 33 students. Data analysis techniques were conducted through (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. Data validity was checked through four steps: 1) Credibility, 2) Dependability, 3) Confirmability, and 4) Triangulation. The results show that the effectiveness of using audio media in improving the memorization of short surahs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Nur Monano Gorontalo is significant. Teachers were able to provide good short surah memorization materials to students, enabling them to memorize the surahs perfectly and fluently. Additionally, teachers were able to impart the understanding to students that memorizing short surahs is beneficial. Besides the fact that many students liked the media, they felt helped in repeatedly reviewing the memorized short surahs fluently and correctly. Thus, audio media is considered effective in facilitating the memorization of short surahs, with a high degree of effectiveness, as evidenced by the following grades: A- 36.36%, B+ 54.54%, C 3.03%, and 6.06%.

The Sultanate of Langkat is one of the richest kingdoms in East Sumatra, besides the Sultanate of Deli and the Sultanate of Serdang which have several roles. This article aims to find out the initial process of the spread of Islam in Langkat through the Langkat Sultanate, historical heritage evidence, and who are the figures who played a role in spreading Islam in Langkat. The method used is the historical research method, namely the method by reviewing the themes surrounding historical research methods in detail which is strengthened by presenting the views of historians. The findings show that in the development of Islam, the role of the Langkat sultanate included, namely, in the aspect of Education, the Langkat sultanate built several madrasas as places to study religion and figures who played a major role including Sultan Musa, Sultan Abdul Aziz, Dewa Sahdan, and others .
